Atrium Health Womens Care Northeast OBGYN

Ive been a patient here for going on 7 years and my experience has been mixed. I would say if I could give the nurse practitioners 10 Stars I would but the doctors not so much. Each experience Ive had with the nurse practitioners especially Angela Yacuzzo and Felicia Hunt have been great! Felicia really takes the time to listen and treat you like an individual. She respects your choices and doesnt lecture. Angela is very understanding and quick. I decided to try seeing one of the doctors instead of a nurse practitioner and was quickly reminded why I only seen nurse practitioners. I was treated like a ignorant 16 year old by the doctor and lectured about my birth control choices as if I didnt know where babies came from. Its been clearly discussed many times I was told by a specialist that I cannot have birth control due to the health implications. Everything felt like she was reading off of a script and it was rushed. She acted like I was making it up that I cant have BC. I am over 40, have 3 children and have a good understanding of my medical history. If you are not in need of OB care I highly recommend seeing the nurse practitioners instead.

It was my first visit. The doctor I met along with the staff were very friendly and details. I felt comfortable during my experience. The doctor was thorough in during her job and have conversation that makes me feel at ease. I will recommend this establishment to women seeking medical care in this area.

The staff at the Women’s Health Center are warm and inviting, and Dr. Bush is exceptional. She is a genuine and caring physician about women’s health and believes in educating on self-advocacy. She is not known for the warm fuzzies, but I get that at home. Dr. Bush provides me with detailed information in a timely manner and follows up on appointments. I recommend her to my family.

I think Atrium Health Womens Care NE is great! All are friendly and caring. Dr Henry is very personable and makes you feel like youre important. I highly recommend this group.

Outside of the birth of my youngest child, my experience with the atrium team who helped care for me during a scary procedure was amazing! I felt at ease with them by my side. They were calm, comforting, funny and respectful! Thanks ladies and gentlemen!

I have to admit I was not to keen of this OB when I first started attending however upon meeting Dr.Wheeler and Dr.Henry I feel in love! I will never go anywhere else as long as these two doctors are here.

I called in about 7 weeks ago (beginning of January) and made an appointment, after telling them specifically what kind of birth control I was looking to get. They set me up but then called an hour before my appointment at the end of February to cancel it because the provider they had set me up with could not perform that service. They offered to reschedule eight weeks from now with a different provider that could do it. After further questioning I found out they have no one that can fit me for a FemCap, only for Caya. The whole reason I made the appointment when I did was because Im getting married the beginning of April and wish to use that form of bc then!! I do not want to wait until the beginning of May and did not appreciate the last minute notification since I had rearranged my work schedule that day especially for the appointment. You would think they would have made sure the provider I was scheduled with did the service I specifically requested.

Dr. Sara Henry is the most amazing physician I have ever met! She calmed my nerves and made me feel so comfortable and heard. I had an incredible experience and highly recommend her!

Dr Jones-Monte is great! She & her nurse have upbeat personalities & theyre very professional. Willing to answer any questions. The staff is also friendly, happy to help, and also very professional. Id recommend this group to anyone.

I had to do a urine test. I have left 3 samples now and they keep coming back contaminated. This is ridiculous! I have done this for years never with any issues. This is an internal problem. Now I have to drive another hour to give a 4th sample. Unacceptable!!

Would not recommend ever. First, I was going to the concord location that was about 15 min from my home. After the second or third appointment I was notified that the doctor I had was going to be out of the office and that I needed to change my appointment to the Renaissance location. I explained that this office was much further from my home (40 min) and that I did not want to travel that far. I was told that it would be a one time deal. However, that was not the case, my appointments were continously scheduled to the further location and that there were no openings at the closer location. Second, a handful of times I was called to notify me that my appointment had been canceled by the office and would need to reschedule. I was never given the option to the date or time to work around my work schedule. Lastly, right before I had my baby, I had let the office know that my car broke down on me and was in the shop. I was having to take an uber there and back to my appointments. I missed two appointments back to back due to transportation issues and they counted the appointments that they reschedule as though I was the one who canceled the appointments. I recieved a certified letter stating that they couldnt see me anymore because I had missed too many appointments and could transfer my records to another doctor. The medical hospital that they deliver your babies at is trash too.

After having a not so good experience at another OBGYN office and switching to here, it has been a breath of fresh air. Everyone is so sweet, compassionate and professional. The care is really good. I always leave my appointments feeling satisfied with my care.

Dr Ehaz and her office team of professionals are The Best from the start of the visit to the end. Very caring, loving people. Thank you ! Highly recommended !

I’ve been going to this group since before my first child (over 28 years ago). The staff have changed but never the quality of care. Angela Y. is wonderful. She always listens with a caring ear. She’s really is a wonderful person and provider.

I’ve been there twice. Best results ever. No complaints. Very understanding, they know what they are doing and they listen to your needs. Also respectful and was greeted!

I loved almost every single nurse and doctor I had the joy of interacting with while giving birth to my son. They were all sooo incredibly encouraging, informative, kind, patient and understanding! I couldn’t have had a better birthing experience! I thank god for those women.Until I met Dr. Bush who was supposed to perform my son’s circumcision.Dr. Bush is so cold. She has Absolutely NO bedside manner. Rude. She definitely has an overinflated ego. She talks down to you. Makes you feel stupid. A Complete lack of empathy for a brand new mom who was concerned about her son. All the other doctors in this group are amazing. But it’s time for Dr. Bush to retire. She obviously has no love for her job. And it shows instantly. The way she treated me caused me to have a major panic attack just 48 hours after becoming a mom.

Dr Wheless recommend that I see Dr Wheeler at your practice. You were able to get me in the very next day. It was such a pleasure talking to your staff and sitting up the appointment. Dr Wheeler was amazing. He was able to put me at ease and answer all of my questions. The staff was so accommodating. It seemed as if I had been a patient there forever. I love how sweet they were to me.

I would not recommend! I have not had a good experience here for maternity care. They cancelled my prenatal appointment twice in one week with less than 24 hours notice and rescheduled my appointment at a different location without confirming if that will work for me.

This practice had taken care of me for both of my pregnancies and I have had a good experience both times. All the clinicians are knowledgeable and caring. The front desk is helpful and friendly.Both of my deliveries went smoothly and the doctors talked me through everything. I am thankful for their care.

Love this place Dr Jones-Monte is amazing!! She delivered my son back in January off 2022 and that was the first time I meet her and she phenomenal! The staff is super nice and it’s very clean.

Finally! Thanking GOD for sending Dr. Henry my way! Hands down the best visit with a Doc (OBGYN) that I have experienced in a very long time. She was patient and understanding. We actually talked. It wasnt a barrage of questions it was a conversation. She listened intently and helped me with a plan specific to my needs. She was understanding and not pushy. I feel so comfortable with her. My wife came to this office after her primary care reviewed an ultrasound and found evidence of PCOS. The doctor dismissed her concerns due to her not being “overweight” enough to qualify. They put her on birth control and scheduled another scan a month after beginning the BC. Then claimed no evidence of PCOS but refused to let her see the ultrasound they performed. Went through a Novant dr and they did the scan in real time to diagnose her with the scan and a blood test. Took months to hear back from this office just for her to go to another business and get real time results with a full explanation.It was disappointing to have a doctor be so dismissive and unwilling to listen to my wife’s symptoms over her not being “fat”

Awful, hurtful experience. This is my first pregnancy and I came in for my first ultrasound. In my opinion, the ultrasound was performed too quickly considering that the technician said she cannot determine a heartbeat. Was brought to a different room where I was handed a pregnancy loss folder and was told that my baby has passed away a week ago. Next thing was the nurse practitioner offering options to move forward -- a pill to induce contractions or surgery (D & C) to remove my baby. All these things can be arranged if I want to right then and there. It was my husband who offered a third more logical option, which is to get a repeat ultrasound. I told them I still have my pregnancy symptoms and none of the miscarriage symptoms and they are so quick to want to remove my baby from me. No, it did not feel like they care, especially not as an advocate for my unborn child. It always felt like Im just one of the numbers they needed to get out of their waiting room and out of the exam room even when I was crying in there because of the reckless news they delivered. This place does not care about you as a person or as a mother. And Im sure that like the other reviews that gave them 1 star, all theyre gonna do is paste their automated response, Were sorry for your experience, please call this number .... Because they dont care.

The ladies that I came in contact with were very professional and took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with what I had done. The staff has always been great since I started to come there in 1968 with Dr. David Crosland. Continue the good job all of you are doing.

Amazing staff. They are patient and respectful. Always very clean. They listen and take time to hear your concerns and will make sure you understand everything going on.

I was made aware, early on, there was a slight delay of 15 minutes with my appointment. This was not a problem, but nice to have the notice beforehand and to know what was occurring and not feeling like you were left hanging, just waiting. I love the communication from the staff and the even Dr. Bush apologized for the delay due to an emergency. Just communicating with me, means so much. I will continue to trust this office with my womens health care.

I have been to the Atrium Health Womens Care Northeast Center twice. Both appointments were very comfortable. I was treated professionally at the check-in desk and was seen on-time. The doctors and nurses that I saw were all professional and compassionate. I received good care.

Angela Yacuzzo and her staff are always pleasant and accommodating. I arrived early for my most recent appointment with no intentions of being called early, but they got me back and took care of me like they always do! Thank you!

Went to this appointment with my wife, I was incredibly disappointed in how we were spoken too by Dr. Bush. Was told we couldnt get a ultrasound because others may need it more. Never mind my wife is high risk due to age and other issues. I asked about probiotics being safe during pregnancy and the reply was why would you take them Very rude in tone. These are taken for good gut health I replied. She stated she didnt recommend even though after about an hour of research they are considered safe. She was very demeaning in tone and we both felt like we were spoken down too. Very disappointed in the service. She also pushed the Covid booster shot. using fear to push it harder, stated that pregnant women can die without the shot. Doctors should not use fear mongering to sell their shots. Just because the Dr is high risk.

Dr Bush is the best. Shes very personable and I never feel like shes just rushing me through. She explains everything in details. The office staff is also friendly and helpful.

Great practice. Dr. Henry is great. She truly cares for her patients and takes time to listen to you.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The Dr. Angie was very nice and attentive to my concerns. I would definitely recommend this place. I can finally relax and know me, my baby, and family are in good hands.

Scheduling can be a pain, reception can be no caring and rude hence the star deduction. however Dr Booth is WORTH whatever hassle you may go to. She alone gets 5 stars everytime and I’ve been seeing her for close to 2 decades. You will not find a more caring, invested specialist. She genuinely cares for her patients well being across the board, addressing not just the physical issues but also her patients emotional well being. Her support to thru the years has been phenomenal. If you have a history of SA and need an OB/Gyn, she is your specialist.

Dr. Bush, her CMA, and the front desk staff were excellent. I highly recommend this office.

When I went to this care facility, I thought that since it’s for women and I had a woman doctor that they would in fact care. My experience was surprising. I was sitting in the waiting area 45 minutes after getting a notification that my OBGYN was ready to see me. I had used the text notification’s specifically to avoid having to wait in the waiting room for so long. Not only did I have to wait but I had to ask when I was going to be seen twice! And the second time the nurse had brought me in to take my weight and blood pressure and the BP machine was broken. Then I continued to wait even longer for the obgyn to get in! She proceeded to give the excuse that she may spend more time with other patience and take up my scheduled time if needed. Then I was seen for ten minutes, and told to call and schedule other appointments with her. I will never go back. Not only did she not seem to genuinely care, I felt as though she didn’t even want to be there. That was legit the most awkward appointment I’ve ever had. And I will never go to this facility again.

Dr. Croce and her staff made me feel at ease and in good hands. Dr. Croce was professional, kind, and thorough. I trust in her diagnosis and follow up care. I would not want anyone but Dr. Croce looking after my gyne care.

Every staff member I interacted with here was very nice. My doctor and nurse were great and made me feel comfortable. I recommend this place!

I travel from Waxhaw to go see Dr.Booth in Concord! She is very informative, kind & diligent. I have severe health anxiety and Dr. Booth is always so understanding & nonjudgmental. And I can’t say enough how helpful her staff is, too. They are always quick to respond to my messages & efficient in updating me on Dr. Booth’s whereabouts. I am a forever fan of OB/GYN NE!!!!

I love this office! All of the doctors are knowledgeable and friendly. They really take their time with you and explain anything you need and go above and beyond when needed. DR. LANE in particular is fantastic. She delivered my baby in an emergency situation in under one minute and was caring and let me make decisions throughout the whole birthing process. She is caring and kind. I had experiences with all the doctors within this office throughout my pregnancy and I liked them all. I would have trusted any of them to do a wonderful job when it came time for birth. Also, Shirley, the phlebotomist is very friendly and caring.

First of all, Kimberly Gallagher is one of the best. She is super helpful and I can tell she really wants to understand any problem going on, and help as much as possible. Second, everyone at this office is so kind and caring, the receptionists are so lovely. I had to get my blood drawn today, and I’m really scared of needles. I ended up getting very lightheaded and feeling bad, but the person who was taking my blood looked after me and helped me more than I thought someone ever could. I always feel so ashamed of myself when I end up feeling ill or scared during an appointment, but she made me feel normal and comfortable. I don’t remember her name unfortunately, but I hope that if she ends up reading this she knows that her kindness and empathy are appreciated 100%!

Im sorry it took me so long to find this place! Finally a GYN that fully engages with me as I ask questions about my body that I never knew. The doctor was kind and respectful and gave me info my past male GYNs skipped over. I am sad that so many women dont have any knowledge about their bodies and doctors like Kelley Booth take the time to help them understand. Highly recommend. For you. For your wife/daughter. For any woman who wants to feel safe and heard.

A wonderful experience from start to finish! I had Felicia Hunt N.P. and she knew I was nervous but made everything less stressful. She explained everything and it was a wonderful visit all in all. Highly recommend!

Dr. Henry is one of the most caring and down to earth health professionals ever! She made me feel so calm and comfortable.

Dr. Yacuzzo is very caring and compassionate. She takes the time to get to know you personally and is always very friendly. She never rushes me and answers all my questions thoroughly.

I love the Doctors but the lack of communication for test results is sad. We all know you can see test results online but never want to assume anything especially when being tested for cancer. I was told someone would call and no one ever did. I called and sent messages. It wasnt until I was rude that I half way got a response. Not to mention the person responding to the messages online was very rude and inconsiderate.

I love everything about this office. The staff is always extremely friendly. They listen to you and take wonderful care!

Absolutely love this practice! Ive been going here for 8 years. I see Mandy for my regular appointments. Dr Henry delivered my son and was absolutely amazing. I have had one Dr and one NP that I didnt care for and have asked never to see them again, but everyone else that I have encountered is awesome.

Dr. Hannah Ehasz and her assistants changed my life! I can’t say enough good things about her and the facility. They were so prompt on my medical condition and showed so much care and compassion throughout. I am so thankful I found them!!

I really had a bad experience with Dr. Dana M Bush, I did not like her treatment, all the others have been very kind and treat me carefully, she hurt me because, as most people know, they have to check you to see if you are dilating in the last 4 weeks before the due date, the doctor brought her acrylic nails and thats how she did the touch to me, it hurt me to the point that after cleaning my intimate part I had blood residue, after this I spent the rest of the afternoon sore as if my baby was about to be born I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER IN THE MINIMUM lack of ethics and nothing compressive apart from the fact that I was waiting for a long time for her to attend me, they always ask to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment and they attend you very quickly in this The day that she attended me, it was the opposite, I waited for an hour… I hope they can solve this from there on out. I have not had any problem with any of the receptionists and no other doctor.

I absolutely hate this OB. I told them several times about my symptoms and not once did they test for what I was asking for. They said it should clear itself up. I waited MONTHS and nothing. I told them again about my symptoms and still no tests. Finally when I expressed how infuriating it was for none of the nurses listen to me, they scheduled me an appointment at the Davidson location. FINALLY they ran the tests I was asking for… ONLY for them to forget to send my prescription. I gave them a chance for the whole year and I am still extremely unsatisfied with the care I receive from Atrium. I should not have to schedule three appointments and have to call to remind them about a single medication.

I can’t say enough good stuff about this place. From the front desk staff to the doctors they were all so kind and I was brought back in a timely manner. They all helped in any way they could and all had great attitudes.

This was my first time there and I have to say it was great 👍😃 everyone was so nice and Doctor Anglea was so sweet and kind she went over everything with me and made me feel so comfortable ❤️ thank you to all the sweet beautiful ladies at Atrium Health for making me feel so welcome 🤗

My experience with Natalie Little FNP has been AMAZING shes awesome, she listens (thats very important) and helps as well as her nurses. My coworkers referred me to the office and they did not disappoint, all the staff is awesome from check in to check out, labs and all. The best OBGYN Ive been to. My commute is about an hour and I wont look for a office closer, worth the drive! Thanks for a awesome visit!

This is the third attempt to get in to see a physician! Every time I come in I have to wait an hour!! Yet they say it’s out of their hands! This is ridiculous! People have things to do, and they aren’t paying for the sitter!! Come on!

This place does not deserve a 1 star. My experience here was awful. I came here for my 4th pregnancy and that was the worst mistake ever. Literally I’m the last month in a half I had to speak to the supervisor bc they didn’t even have my date to be induced. I had to be induced by 38 weeks and they didn’t even have one. Had to speak to a supervisor to get that done how is that possible. My previous pregnancy’s I went to Cabarrus health alliance they had everything point for me. I highly do not recommend this place at all. Look somewhere else this place does not care about its patients not even after the baby. They turned me away at my post appointment bc I had the baby. Keep in mind I had an emergency c section. My incision was hurting and they didn’t even care.

This place is so rude. They make you feel uncomfortable .... everyone else is so KIND AND NICE ITS JUST TWO WHO MAKES YOUR WHOLE MOOD CHANGE. Especially the older white lady with brown hair that does labs and a nurse that wear glasses and both has dark brown hair and appears to be older as well. I had a few run in with her and while taking my glucose she sends another nurse to tell me i only had five mins so I need to hurry and get it down my throat. I’m not the hardest to get along with. I work around people like that all day long but I held my tongue. Just because your life is miserable don’t try to make mines just as low as yours. I so don’t recommend this place. They always in a rush and forget about their patients.

This is a great group of healthcare providers! Everyone was polite and friendly. Dr Haddad and her nurse were fabulous. They listened to my concerns and immediately put me at ease. Dr Haddad is very personable and took the time to explain everything. I highly recommend her for women’s health!

Customer service and communication is horrible. I waited for an an extended amount of time after having blood drawn. Numerous people walked by me in the hall way. Not one word of communication while I waited on a shot. It got to the point I just got up and left. I will go to another location for it. Never Again.

The visit was to reinsert a peesary. This was the second time I have visited this group and was very happy with the scheduling and not having to wait to long in the waiting room or examining room. The procedure time only took about 20 min. and was very well done.

I recently had a visit with Dr. Booth and Womens Care Northeast. I can honestly say even though I may not like going to the doctors, I have never had a bad experience there. I love Dr. Booth she is the best!!!

My daughter had an emergency section and Dr. Bush was fantastic! Dr. Bush did everything she could for my daughter to deliver her baby naturally, but when she saw the baby was in distress and my daughter could have had a stroke she immediately performed a c section.All of the doctors in this practice are awesome, but Dr. Bush stands out at the top!!

I absolutely love Dr. Henry. She treats you as if you are a friend. I have pcos with insulin resistance, and shes been very helpful on the different avenues I can take to manage my symptoms and hopefully conceive someday. I live in Montgomery County now and I drive an hour just so I can see her.

Dr. Croce is an excellent surgeon . She is a very compassionate and thoughtful doctor who really takes care of you (the whole person you).

The receptionists and office manager are rude and incompetent. They have no problem embarrassing a client in front of the entire waiting room for their own amusement. The inner departments do not communicate with each other. I was given three different answers to the same insurance question each time I called. The front office staff could care less about a persons actual health. I will never go back.

I’ve had 3 pregnancies with 3 practices. Northeast (NE) was recommended by my primary care office. It was the most unacceptable medical experience I’ve had. After sharing it with my PCP’s office, they removed NE from their recommendations as I am 1 of many who have had similar experiences.1) The office staff is not coordinated w/the medical staff.I received 8 phone calls in a 1.5 week period—11 throughout care—in which unnamed staff left a voicemail with no reason for calling, only, This is NE Womens calling. Call us back at... I returned each call, usually within 15 to 30 minutes but always same day, to be told there was no record of the call, no knowledge of why it had been placed, and a recheck of my next appointment. On 1 occasion the inadequate message was to advise a hospital visit for a test. I was unaware until my next appointment. At the visit the following week, I was disrespected and belittled for not reporting to the hospital “as ordered.” It’s rather hard to do something when no one delivers the message and a callback results in quote, “We don’t know why someone would have called you. Just come in for your next scheduled appointment.”2) NE began auto scheduling 2-3 weekly appointments without consent, marking my chart negatively if missed and threatened to discontinue care.This was extremely frustrating because I had 2 children, 1 with a school schedule, I worked full time (7 to 4) and my husband and I were tag teaming 1 vehicle due to automotive issues. I spent more time rescheduling appointments because of no notification until 24 to 48 hours prior. I requested auto scheduling be halted on 6 occasions with the staff and 3 with the doctors, was told it would stop, and it never did. The threats to discontinue care stopped when I threatened to seek legal aid.3) NE is large with more than 10 OGBYNs.The first practice I went to had 15 doctors. I was rotated through them so that by the time I was 35w pregnant, I had met each one. NE couldnt manage to rotate me through more than 5 of theirs over 35w. I was unfamiliar with the majority of NE, which increased stress levels as delivery ensued. The doctor who delivers is entrusted with babys life and yours. The importance of meeting all doctors and having some comfort level cannot be understated.4) NE ignored my medical history.I have a chronic condition that needed management. It was ignored and ultimately contributed to a major complication that sent me into premature, unstoppable labor at 35w 3 days.5) NE ignored my rights.As a patient, you have every right to decide what does and doesnt happen to your baby and body and to ask questions and receive straightforward, honest answers. The practice failed miserably in this area, and when I spoke to 3 doctors about it, they were as frustrated as me and said quote, “The office manager needs to fix this. I keep hearing these complaints.”The only highlight is that the actual doctors are quite good if the staff doesnt blunder it. They would be great to see for annual needs, NOT a pregnancy. Two doctors told me they have no say or control over “known issues” with non-med staff and they wished the non-med staff would realize they have been in private practice and know how pregnancy needs to be managed.I cannot speak for the doctors’ delivery abilities as I went into premature labor. 2 nurses delivered my baby because NEs on-call doctor was not on hospital grounds and didnt arrive until after birth. It was a huge relief to deliver because I never set foot in NE again. I saw my PCP for follow-up. Several errors were found with my chart from NE and my baby’s chart. I was contacted by NE today for an annual checkup. I informed them of this experience again and was told I should have received a survey; I didnt.There are 3 times it’s unacceptable to have a terrible medical experience; during a major procedure, at death and at birth. There are other maternity care providers in the area, consider your options carefully.

Thought I would like this office until the doctor addressed my request for a lighter work duty note to avoid hard physical labor work concerns as nothing she could do ... I was disappointed at how she was telling me how legally I should be able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 30lbs for 8hrs non stop and to try to get my employer to adjust the work load... . ...Despite me addressing the pain and discomfort I was having everyday from doing so....didnt feel my safety and best interest was being addressed correctly...knew this wasnt somewhere I wanted to continue to go to receive care

Customers service is seriously lacking! I have called numerous times and waited an extremely long time for returned calls...if any! When u already feel like junk m have a baby to take care of, it would be nice to get help when u ask for it. They are supposed to help..right!??

Aweful experience. Went back for 6 wk check after my son Isaac was born, dr left before my appt time saying I was late. I was there 5 minutes EARLY. Then i rescheduled my pap a few months later because my son ended up hospitalized, had to get labs done. Dr left ten minutes before I was scheduled to show up, because the office rescheduled with my VOICE MAIL and I couldnt leave work earlier. So it left me with nurses to read my labs, then the dr dismissed me saying I was rude. I HAD called office manager, but she had promised me dr would be present (it was an hour drive from my work.)

Always feel comfortable with Dr. Jones-Monte. She can relate! And check ups are taken care of professionally and respectfully.

Dr Bush is the best. Shes very personable and I never feel like shes just rushing me through. She explains everything and makes recommendations preemptively and I love that about her. The office staff is also friendly and helpful.

Dr Brandner and his nurse were caring and professional. Reception staff efficient and friendly. Doctor spent time explaining everything to me. Great team.

Awful customer service! I have been getting shots for pain. Showed up to get one, they didnt have it. Told I would get a call at the beginning of the week. I ended up calling myself the following Thursday, and was told they would call me on Friday. Here it is Saturday and over a week later when I was suppose to get it!

I like going very early in the morning that way my work day is not interrupted. Everyone is always so friendly and ready to help you anyway they can.

Mara all pre natal, delivery by c-section and post partum fup and never felt disrespected! They treat me like a family member and the scar from the operation is very small and in a hidden place. They are my care provider now.

So far I’m really really happy. All the staff are great and caring. The longest I’ve spent waiting is 30 minutes tops. Going on 32 weeks and can’t wait for my baby’s arrival

At first i was excited to go in and start planning my family but little did i know that my dr was gonna hurt my feeling and say why r u here?? This is going to cost to much $ in my mind i was like its my choice my $.... And to top it off the front desk didnt know what the hell they were doing!! Dr. Croucy or how ever u spell her name i dislike your service....P.S. All i wanted were answers🙄🙄

EVERY TIME I COME TO THIS OFFICE ITS A PROBLEM! I tried to give them a second chance, but they are making it 1000 times harder for me to even be excited about my first pregnancy!

Dr. Henry takes the time to talk to you and get to know you. I appreciate that. The office staff is polite and professional.

Staff was great but billing section is pitiful, had Pap Smear in May 16, got a bill from WV for interpretation for $84.Called spoke with Lonnie which was rude regarding my experience. May be switching due to sorry experience.

VERY RUDE!!! i have been coming to this office for a long time 10+ years, and the last time that i can to the office for a visit in 8/2020 all of the staff was rude from check in all the way to leaving. sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. would not recommend this place to anyone.
