Dr. Anderson (Nurse practitioner DNP), is a Thorough caring Dr who is attentive and listens to her patients, she also makes the best decisions for her patients health and suggestions for them to follow I do appreciate the care I receive from her and her staff at Healthcare at Home!

This is by far, the absolute best practice I’ve been to in years and I’m very particular about my doctors. I always check reviews and look for feedback. My first visit today was awesome! The customer service is on point. The atmosphere is peaceful. The staff is amazing. Dr. Anderson is very thorough, listens and provides outstanding care. I’m really glad that I found this office. Trisha was Great!! Her office was so clean and well decorated. I called after thanksgiving to get a B12 shot because I had so much to drink that week. She didnt hesitate to take me in and she ensured I was educated about other services she offered that may help me as well. My B12 shot was only $25 and I feel great even days later. 😌 For all my drinkers, make sure your taking take!

This is the first establishment where I didn’t feel brushed off or rushed off for the next patient. Tricia and her staff were really nice and they made sure that I felt comfortable. Tricia also understood that I preferred the more natural medicinal tract and recommended things that I could take. I am so excited to start my journey back to health at this establishment.

Came in for super b12 and nurse was efficient and knowledgeable about IV and weight loss program

I didn’t know what to expect after I arrived at the office. It’s not very often that I come across service that exceeds all expectations. The ENTIRE staff was so warm and inviting. I immediately felt comfortable. Dr. Anderson is very thorough. I didn’t feel rushed. She listened to my concerns, and addressed them accordingly. I’ve been looking for a PCP and I found everything I was looking for at HCH. Thank you guys!

Dr. Tricia Anderson is a great provider. She takes the time to listen to your problems and address them accordingly. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and shows that she cares about her patients. I was very pleased with the service I received and would reccomend her service to my family and friends.

I love it here. I’ve been a patient since before the pandemic and my health has been improving in all aspects since. Everyone is kind personable genuine and knowledgeable. I feel heard and cared about. They’re very patient with me too. I’m not easy with bloodwork.

PLEASE AVOID! I was seeing Dr. Anderson at this office virtual, and she was the worst physician that I have ever encountered. She does not communicate well with patients, and if called to follow up or ask questions, she has an attitude. One day I called to clarify some information that was different on prescription from their patient’s portal, and she stated that I should confront the pharmacy about messing up my medication. I did not know that the pharmacy made an error, hence, I reached out to the office to confirm what the correct doses should be. Dr. Anderson is unprofessional, and she does not know to speak to patients properly. Also, whenever I made an appointment, I would received several messages later stating that my appointment was changed (without my permission). So I never really knew when is my actual appointment. Then when it was time for my appointment, she would be 30 minutes or more late. Sometimes I would need to reach out to ask if she would be joining the virtual appointment. Which I should not have had to do. Overall, the office made me feel like I was a bother, and she didn’t seem eager to assist me. I would advise to find another provider who is competent, professional, and wants to help figure out what’s causing your health issue/s. People visit the doctor to get medical help, so patients should not feel like a burden. Besides, I am paying for the service. Dr. Anderson does not care about people, or may have had a personal hatred towards me. She seems to solely be in her profession for monetary reasons. I honestly don’t think she should be practicing medicine. She could cost someone their life.

Dr. Anderson is a professional Family Nurse Practitioner with a positive attitude. She is intelligent, a leader through action and exhibits vast knowledge regarding the clinical care of patients and families. I must say she does spend time educating patients as well as listening to our concerns to ensure optimal outcomes. The office setting is clean and peaceful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Anderson to care for my family and friends.

I swear I love everything about this place!! The staff is sweet and Dr. Anderson is great! Definitely makes me feel comfortable and anything! Oh and you come come and stay the night here (meaning they don’t take all day!)

Things were explained to me in a professional manner. Simple to understand. My nurse practitioner was very helpful and professional and nice. She also helped me with other things that I had no idea about.

Dr. Anderson is very professional and knowledgeable in her field of work. She goes above and beyond to make sure the patients needs are met. She makes sure the staff are well equipped to meet the needs of the patient via virtual or in person.

I saw Dr. Anderson at this location. Her bedside manners were commendable. I felt that she took time to listen to my problems and did not rush me because she had other patients. She also was able to change my medication to another brand because my insurance would not pay. I would definitely recommend her as a provider.

I had a scheduled 10am appointment this morning on 9/15/22. After 45 minutes of being there I was told that I was out of their network and I have to pay out of pocket. A week Prior to my appointment, I advised on the website that I have Cigna insurance. They had one week to verify my insurance. After I left I called Cigna and after confirming Dr Alexander’s office address, the Cigna rep confirmed that I am infact in their network and offered to call HCH to update their records. Why would they advise me I am out of their network. My health is very important to me. I declined because I can’t trust a company that advised me on something that is not true. My I insurance card also covers me out of network so now I have to find another primary care physician. A total waste of time. If anyone has any insurance that is not listed on their site do not go to them because it will be a waste of time. I call this poor documentation.
