Absolute best staff ever! The lady at the front.Kudos to you girl you were extremely mindful and helpful and a true meaning to customer service!! To the CNA you were great! To the Dr. You were awesome! You really helped with my anxiety about my weird looking elbow! And the shot guard!! 😂 And to the random guy who came had the same name as my significant other. Highly recommend this place! Especially the staff you guys were great and made a scary experience into a memorable one!!

Took both my sons in on a Saturday and was told they both had covid. They said my oldest was on the tale end of it. Two nights later he woke up with trouble breathing, had to go to another doctor to get antibiotics.

Kind friendly staff. Was not busy. Nice Nurse and Nurse Practitioner.I cut my finger slicing onion. At first went to Memorial ER but it was packed, long wait. I figured cut need some attention so I went to Well Care. At first I called but couldnt take the AI stuff so I figured its a walk-in anyway, so I went over and they put glue on it.Grateful for this place. 👍UPDATE:The glue was put on cut while still bleeding and NP did not hold wound closed. Glue was glopped on and purplish with blood. It also went over fingernail so when it dried it could be lifted, so the next few days when it would catch on something it would pull wound open a bit which was painful. Still I waited few days for glue to fall off. When it did I cleaned cut, which had partially healed yet still open. Then I put a butterfly closure on it. It closed and healed but is still sore. I saw my regular Dr. 2 days after the visit for other reasons and mentioned it to him.In the discharge papers it stated that wound should not be bleeding when adhesive is applied and that wound should be held closed at time of application.

The star is only for the employees. I think they need to come up with a Better way to get patients in why are you requiring a time slot if it’s not going to be honored. The wait time was ridiculous. The amount of people i saw walking out. Would I go back? No way. The lady at the front desk is very welcoming the one who says that part.

I waited 3 hours with an appointment. There were 4 people ahead of me. They kept calling other people back that were not on appt. List. At noon I was told the practioner wasnt seeing any more patients. I had another appointment to go to so could not stay. Wish someone would have told me sooner that I could not be seen. Not a very well run organization. Will not be going there again.

Shown up at 9:15 on a Sunday morning to find the doors locked and no cars in the parking lot. Guess we are looking for another Urgent care.

Telehealth visit took 2 1/2 hrs, fell asleep in the room waiting on the visit, waking to staff complaining about her lunch and another staff asking if I was forgotten. Opened the door to ask when I was going to be seen and they then immediately got me set up to be seen. I felt so sick and miserable, leaving there with no meds, no advise except to continue what I was already doing. Later found out some prescription meds were sent to a New York pharmacy, which I canceled since I live in Illinois.

I did not even want to give it a one star, but had to. I went here back in 22 and was treated so good, I had poison ivy, and was taken and treated well. I went there again in December of 2023 and was so sick, and that receptionist was horrible to me. She said we dont take your insurance, and I told her what kind it was she repeated me and didnt even say the right kind, and wouldnt even look at it, or pull my name up. I told her I was there before. She told me to go somewhere else. I didnt realize I still could of been seen, I would just had to pay but she didnt even tell me that. I was so sick, I was besides myself. I wasnt worried about paying for it cause I knew my insurance would take it. So I went to DMH, by the time I got there I was almost dead. I ended up in ICU for a week. I called the manager and he said he would look at video and get back with me, waited several weeks, and nothing. So I called him again, left a message and told him that this is not over. I should of sued them to be honest. He still didnt call me back. So I am writing this review. You have been warned. The receptionist is a monster. Shame on her and shame on the manager for not calling me back. She should of been fired. So should the manager for not caring enough to call me back. He didnt even apologize for what I went through. I am not saying this lightly, by the time my husband got me to DMH ER my oxygen was 62, and I was passed out in the wheel chair. This place sucks. Oh and the kicker is, after all of that, I get a letter from them that they got hacked into so that means my information was stolen, that is how I took that letter. I would not go to this place if it was the last place on earth, just because of that monster they have as a receptionist and that worthless manager.

Sure this place is new with snacks and a slushy machine, but that does not make up for the slow services provided here! Sat here for two hours just to get a X-ray taken and sent on my way in 10 minutes. Ridiculous!

Was very frustrated here when my husband showed up on a Saturday morning and they were supposed to have been open and they were closed, no sign, no one there at all. He was then forced to go to another clinic which had a massive wait by the time he got there. If they had posted anything about being closed he could have gone somewhere else earlier to get there as they were opening.

Not worth it! No doctor on site!! online video call which is a joke! Dont waste your time! Employees handle patients on their time!! WHY ARE YOU OPEN?!? ONCE AGAIN NO DOCTOR IN BUILDING ONLY VIDEO CALL! PATHETIC!!!

Went in for a ear ache , the nurse practitioner was very professional , went through and explained what she was going to do to help me , then she was great in her care , and the staff was also fantastic in looking after me and made me comfortable the whole time during my visit !!!

This company is A1 & I was in and out of there and everybody was so friendly with positive energy. I would recommend WellNow Urgent Care in a heartbeat! 💪🏿😎✊🏿❤️🖤💚

The only complaint that I have is scanning the QR code and filling out my own info on my phone. There are people that arent user friendly with programs like that or dont have the phone compatibility required. Seemed very impersonable.

Everyone was very friendly and caring. They were compassionate and understanding. They answered all my questions and never rushed through the visit. They made me feel like I was the only patient they had. Very pleasant experience.

I love the convenience of scheduling an appointment. Carol, the NP, is the sweetest! She not only listens, but understands, the issues people are having.

How this place has more than one star is beyond me. Came in for a sample at 9:30 and still not taken back at 12:04. Dont come here, it will waste your time and day away.

We visited the place with my dad and mom, they are both on tourist visa thus their health insurance is a “travel health insurance”, I would like to say thank you to the front desk staff and the physician who help us sort out the issue with the insurance company, staff are helpful and they did not let us leave until my parents will not be seen by an NP. Thank you.

Was in and out surprisingly quickly, all staff was very friendly and efficient. I didn’t feel rushed by the NP, and had all questions and concerns answered before I left. 10/10 recommend for urgent care in the Decatur area.

Went with my sick sick shortly after they opened. Door was locked. There was someone at reception who completely ignored us. Had to pack my kid up and go somewhere else. Wont try again.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. I went in 10/30. I had been sick for 3 weeks, and I didnt want to go to the ER. I usually go to memorial care urgent care, but they are temporarily closed. When I went to well now it was no wait the front desk clerk was very unwelcoming. I went to the back and was placed in the room across from where the nurses sat. It was silent in the building so I over heard the nurses talking about me even before meeting me. I was so shocked and uncomfortable I didnt want to be seen there. I complained to the front desk lady about them. I could hear them in the back laughing about the situation and the lady nurse ran to the front to try to confront me for complaining on her. I have heard about the red head guy nurse before on how he is very childish but he still works there for some reason. I was going to share my experience on my ss but I feel like the establishment isnt even worth my breathe. The workers are very rude, immature, and unprofessional. They definitely need better training on how to conduct themselves at work. I highly recommend everyone go to memorial care if you can. The manager did get a hold of me the day of the incident and said he would handle things and give me a call the next day. He never called me and I called back and left a voice mail and he still never reached back out to me.

The staff and doctor was very courteous. The doctor took her time to examine me, didn’t make me feel rushed made me feel like he really cared about me, and when I told her I was experiencing anxiety, she told me to just sit down. Relax, she gave me the time to breathe and relax, which made me feel a lot better and didn’t want me to leave until I was feeling did not rush my visit and that’s rare in the medical field these days. I had a good experience I’ll go back.

I highly recommend registering online and getting an appointment set. My appointment was set for 3:16 pm and I was out the door by 4:30. Other people there are saying it was a two hour wait. Why not wait at home and go when it’s your time? Check-in was just giving name and dob. The provider was kind and understanding. All staff were very pleasant. I know it can be hard to be pleasant when you have sick, cranky people waiting a long time to be seen.I would give a 5, but have had issues with their billing department in the past.

I was in for a uTI. Everyone was pleasant sympathetic and professional. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. This was the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care. Thank you!

I reacted to poison ivy quite horribly and WellNow got me in quickly for a shot and meds. I couldn’t get into my regular doctor so WellNow saved me.

We walked into the office and were warmly greeted by staff. They asked questions and we were immediately taken to an exam room. The staff took great care of my son and were kind and understanding. It was a great experience fir both of us.

Reception area was clean and hospitable and my wait time was minimal. Nurse was friendly and thorough and Jennifer Mahannah listened carefully to my concerns and took the time to explain the meds she was prescribing to me. Excellent care! I could not have asked for a better urgent care visit.

Second time Ive been in that place and get told that my insurance is acting crazy........want a ungodly co payment before seen.......go down the road and boom everything is fine .......highly do not recommend this place for a person that pays good money for insurance

Very quick in and out trip despite the full waiting room. I felt like Dr. Queary really listened to my concerns, even though the visit was brief. However, the waiting room is very small and it was a bit nerve-wracking to be sitting so close to others who were coughing and otherwise visibly ill. Sick patients should be strongly encouraged to wear a mask to protect those who are not sick in such a small area.

I couldnt get in to my Primary Doctor today so i tried WellNow.The office was small but very efficient. I was pleasantly surprised that it only took me about 10 minutes or so to be called back to be seen by the nurse and PA.Overall this was a great experience..Claudell

This was the first time using this type of clinic. It was comfortable and friendly. They got me right in and diagnosed and prescribed the medication and on my way. All together wait was from enter to leave about 30-45 minutes. I recommend them if you’re in a bind for time. It was walk-in available. No appointment needed. The nurse practitioner was friendly. The nurse who does the vitals was friendly also. The receptionist greeted me, took my info and had me sit down.

I made an online appointment for Sunday at 9:00 am. When I showed up, the sign on the door stated WellNow is temporarily closed and will open the next day, Monday (10/1). I went online and rescheduled for Monday at 9:00 am. That Monday, I received a call at 8:00 am from someone at WellNow canceling my appointment and asking to reschedule for the next day. I agreed and rescheduled for 10/3 at 9:00 am. I show up, and theres a sign on the door stating WellNow is once again closed and will open tomorrow 10/4. I have a strong feeling WellNow wont be open tomorrow. I get COVID happens, and thats likely the issue, but quit scheduling appointments for patients when you dont intend to carry them out. I took off work and called my daughter out of school twice for nothing.

I chose Wellnow Urgent Care to obtain treatment for an ear infection. Great experience! Greeted promptly by the receptionist and then sent to the waiting room because she had a couple of patients ahead of me. The waiting room was very pleasant with a big screen TV running on a loop with great health tips. Also, they provided Keurig coffee, pods and snacks! I waited about 10 minutes to be called back to see the nurse practitioner and she came to the room within just a couple of minutes. I was seen and given a prescription and was on my way! I would definitely go there again!

I have visited WellNow twice now and have been extremely pleased with their service.I feel as though Im being treated as a person and not a number. I would highly recommend this location!

My daughter was sick and unable to see her pcp so we went to WellNow! They were amazing!!! We were in and out quickly and still received the same personal attention that the pcp gives. Everyone made sure my daughter was comfortable with the exam and I was very impressed as most places are robots that do not really care about what is going on.

WellNow is a great place to go for minor health care needs. The facility is clean and uncluttered throughout, and staffed with kind, patient, and helpful employees. The doctor was thorough and carefully checked my current medications before making her recommendation and giving me a prescription. I was impressed at how she sat and talked to me instead of rushing me through the visit.I will definitely recommend this facility and return if I ever need prompt care again.

Been sitting here since 12 its now 5 to 3 and still have not been seen when asked how long 10 minutes was the answer Everytime this place use to be good!

There was not a live person when I walked in. I had to register myself using a kiosk. The birth date query on the kiosk did not work. I had to receive a text message and upload my insurance cards online. Then another customer walked in and a lady showed up at the front desk and put this client in the queue. I went to the desk and asked if I was registered and she said she needed my insurance and driver’s license and needed to keep them to register me. She went in the back. I sat for 20 minutes. I then went to the lady and asked if I could get my cards back. She said “do you not want to be seen?” I asked her how long the wait was. She said she didn’t know because the systems were down, she had a call in to the help desk, and she wasn’t able to register me and there were only two people at the facility right now. I told her she should inform people of the issue to avoid the wait (with no anticipated time to be seen) and left.

Avoid them- its a scam.Unfortunately - I cannot give zero stars. Have been passed from a to b to c and cannot find a review location on for them or their website.I went in a few weeks ago for a recurring issue to SEE A DOCTOR. I have decent insurance and access to free teleDOC app through work. I would have used teleDOC but I knew they would send me to an actual dr to do a sample to get the right antibiotic because this would have been my third round to kill whatever was causing the problem. I waited for AN HOUR with a next to nothing waiting room. I noticed a few people had come in and were turned away: I was confused because they werent busy. I went up to ask some time later and I was informed that there WASNT A DOCTOR IN THE BUILDING. Mind you- insurance was run, $30 co pay (my insurance doesnt have an upfront copay) and sample was taken. I was informed that there would be a nurse in the room and a dr on the screen.IF I WANTED TO DO TELEDOC FOR FREE I WOULD HAVE.Since they took my $30 I felt like I had no choice but to wait a bit longer.I went back with the nurse and he took my vitals and had dr on zoom waiting. Dr wouldnt take call. Needed to recheck vitals.Dr pops up on screen (think they were in New York) and says Im calling an ambulance because your blood pressure is too high (totally unrelated to the issue I popped in for). I said nope if anything Ill have someone take me but I need this other issue sorted out - refused to talk to me about it. I left and went to ER because at this point I needed to see an actual doctor for recurring issue - and health care is not available in this town.I called back a few days later to see if they ran sample - talked to nurse and he said they are not. I said then I should not be charged and he agreed and hed speak to his manager and get back to me- at this rate who knows if my blood pressure was accurate when I was in there. They are seemingly incompetent. (Blood pressure was fine upon arrival to ER). I also sent an email. No replies on both ends.Open the mail today. $230 bill! For literally nothing done. I called the place and said I need to talk to billing. Called billing - number doesnt work.Its a legit scam. And until this bill is rectified on their end and I owe $0- I will be contacting daily.Edited to add - reading reviews- it doesn’t seem like I’m the only one who fell for the scam.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The nurse and receptionist were both very helpful even though they were busy.

Made a appointment and still waited 3 hours before being seen and second time they said that my son doesnt have strep when he ends up he does... wonder if you guys even doing the test

I would highly recommend Dr.Carol and the staff. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Dr. Carol is very knowledgeable, personable and caring.

I went to my regular provider and didnt feel I received appropriate care. I came to WellNow and found everyone to be friendly, compassionate and concerned about my well being.

My son was complaining of severe ear pain so instead of going to the normal express care we frequent, we decided to give WellNow a try. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. He enjoyed the slushie after being seen. We were there one hour. We will definitely go back when his regular doc is unavailable.

Everyone that works there are very nice. I was told there was an hour wait but I feel like I was in and out. The Dr listened and i got the meds I needed to feel better 😌. It was very clean and nice. They had snacks at the front desk, coffee and slushy.

I cannot say enough good thing about my recent visit with WellNow!! I couldn’t get into my family doctor and had bad experiences with Urgent Care in Decatur, but I was sick!! I’m so glad I went, I was treated wonderful, wasn’t forced into any costly tests I didn’t need, very clean, got seen with hardly any waiting, friendly professional staff! NP J.Q took good care of me, got the meds I needed, work note and 1 day later I’m feeling better!! Even got discharge message today!! Wonderful place!!!

It was the best urgent care visit I have ever had. We wait hours at the other ones in town and this one was under an hour, in and out. My daughter loves the slushee machine for her sore throat, so that makes going to a doctor a lot of fun! Thanks again for everything!

We came here 2 days in a row and they say open on the website and the door, theyre not open and nothing is telling you that theyre closed!!

Waste of time! Went in with abdominal pain, took vitals & asked a few questions, noted had some nausea but no vomiting -was told they could give nausea meds might be flu, yet when said no, the pain is real issue was told to go to ER, they could do nothing. *please note, NO one, ever touched, pushed, or felt anywhere to even see where the pain was on my body. Guess if this had been a virtual visit that would be expected, yet as walk in not acceptable.

First of all, I’m never one of those people to go to a clinic rather than my doctor because I will wait until I can see my doctor. That said, I had heard good things about the nurse practitioner at this site. I have been sick since Thanksgiving with an upper respiratory illness involving a cough. I thought I was better, but the cough reared its ugly head again, so I went in and was promptly diagnosed. Carol was encouraging, supportive, compassionate, and accurate in her plan of care for me. She ordered four different things for me and I can tell you I quickly turned around from this illness. I am so grateful to her. Carol is the main reason why I would recommend this Wellnow site.

I will definetly be returning!!! I went in for a sore throat and received the best service of my life. Everyone was friendly and professional. They got me in and out in no time, and made sure I was comfortable. They even ran some tests on site so I knew some of the answers before I left. You can tell that they have some really good people working there. I feel taken very care of. Thank You!5 STARS!!!!

We went in for physicals for my children. We spent almost 2 hours in the waiting room and are currently almost an hour on of sitting in the room waiting for a doctor. My children are young and this has truly been a stressful experience. Do not recommend if you have kids, or if you actually need urgent care. The man in the main office was very apologetic, so I’m not sure what was going on.

Submitted all of my insurance information. Made the appointment. Texted HERE and the door was locked. Nobody there. Have they closed? Need to not keep taking information from people if you have closed.

Wasnt a long wait very hassle free with accommodations thx WellNow, glad to have a referral to a primary physician.

I really wanted to like this place. They were efficient and helpful and very thorough in their diagnosis, but the fact it’s been 3 days and I still don’t have my Covid results back yet is ridiculous. I could go to the pharmacy and get a test for the same price I paid to be seen and get the results in 2 hours.

I love the idea of the slushy machine for the children since my granddaughter has not been drinking because she hasn’t felt good. She actually would drink some of the slushy. Everything was nice and clean in the building and the people were very cordial. Will definitely use this place again.

Initially I thought I’d gotten great service and quality of care. I also thought I’d received information from someone experienced. Little did I know that either the doctor didn’t care or was inexperienced because 4 days after I left the office with what I was told was just a virus I have discovered I have the ultimate virus! They only tested me for strep! Now I can’t taste or smell ANYTHING! Thanks!

Everyone that worked there was caring and very nice. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will go there everytime I need urgent care. Best clinic around!

Convenient location. Very nice facilities, waiting area and exam rooms are very nice with comfortable seating and very nice amenities like snacks and drinks ( like k cup coffees and a slush puppy machine and chip varieties!) staff were very pleasant and my waiting time was short. I left they’re very impressed and will use them every time I can.

My 6 year old daughter was very sick. Well Now is clean and customer service friendly . They were prompt. Carol was very kind and patient with my daughter and we could not of asked for better treatment.

WeellNow was extremely thorough in their review. I had more than one medical issue. I was feeling better by the next day. My wait time was very short, an added bonus. I would highly recommend them.

Went in for a sinus/ear issue. No wait. So friendly and quick. I was in and out in less than 30 min. Definitely will return if I need future care.

I went to WellNow for a pinched nerve. Very little wait, they were very efficient and polite. Got what I needed and was out in a reasonable time. Will definitely use them again!

First off I was greeted very nicely 😁 Secondly they took Aetna Insurance. Medicaid. 🤗I came in knowing I had an infection in my lungs. I have chronic COPD..🤒Staff.. CNA and Dr. Jessica very sweet and I felt real good and cared for.The place was clean. I will definitely be back when I need to.Good job everyone.Gratefully....Lisa Lofaso ☺️

I have a grandson who is autistic and ADHD. I take him there because they have always been very gentle and respected his dislike for strangers and being touched a lot. They have x-ray which was great when he hurt his hand. They tested for both COVID and Influenza A, B. When he had the flu. Every time with calm explanation to him for each step and treatment. We never felt rushed or ignored. Just super nice and the frosty machine in lobby helps!

Very good person that looks at me! Nurse was great as was receptionist. Only thing is I felt good needed an X-ray and they didn’t have a tech there.I feel you should have full service if you’re going to be open.But overall a good experience

Always have to wait over 30 mins when I call customer care, plus they do a lot of billing errors when it comes to bill insurance. Right now bill shows $152 and per insurance it should be no charge. Emailed billing department as couldn’t reach 1800 customer care line over a month ago, and still no response

10/10 experience. They got my son seen with no wait, treated him with care and compassion. Not to mention the slushee machine and free snacks! Thank you Jourdan and Jaime! He loves his trucks from the toy treasure chest.

Ive been a couple times now (unfortunately for me) but literally both times have been great! Staff is super kind and compassionate! In and out and I still got great service. Sooo happy I didn’t have to wait at an ER for 10 hours. Thank you Decatur Wellnow!

Operational issues.. I was turned away for out of network insurance when there wasnt a single patient in the office first visit. Second visit denied to check my vitals. The agenda of this place is suspect. I had file a complaint... Corporate office Chicago, il... They did not uphold to their nursing core values. Im not impressed by people who possess no values but want a check ..... I was told to get my vitals checked across the street at Walmart and if urgent go through the emergency. I was confused and in shocked, embarrassed and humiliated. I felt as if I was getting kicked out a place of business without reason or concern. No care no compassion. I always knew vital sign check to be first. Thank God no other members of the community were around. I would have been floored, but I gracefully walked away... Both days took place on a Saturday....smh.... And then when the nurse practitioner speaks to you with both hands on her hips and lips puckered..... Im so confused/but not for real. Thats messed up to deny care....UPDATE*****@wellnow.... no name of the patient. Patient was denied services. No incident was documented. 01/21/2023 for the vitals situation and 12/17/2022 for the other incident. And thats a further concern that all occurrences are not documented you will need to follow suit. Your staff will have you paying lots of unnecessary fees if you do not get a hold of their behaviors. You can follow up through the complaint I sent to corporate

I waited in a room at DMH hospital for 2 hours to be seen by a doctor. I left went to Well Now was seen right away got my x-ray and was out of there in like 45 minutes. All I needed was a x-ray and some medicine. Thanks Well Now

I took my son to get looked at and everyone we encountered was SUPER nice ! They took their time with my son, who wasnt cooperating. They gave him a toy car, slushy, and even a snack on the way out. I definitely recommend this place.

Went in at 1 PM was told they had no space no seats and didn’t know how long the wait would be to come back later came back at 5 PM and was told that they have seven patients already waiting and they’re not accepting any more patients because they close in three hours. Do not go here, do not go here. Do not go here.

We got there 30 minutes before closing and received fantastic service for my son. They were very prompt, thorough and kind. Will definitely return in the future!

Went in 30 min before closing with our daughter. We were told that they couldnt see any more patients tonight and had to go to the er. What a joke.

When others were short staffed and long waits, we got in, in 10 minutes here. Care was excellent from the person checking us in, to seeing the doctor.

Went to get my child seen and they didn’t have anyone there to see people. Like what was the point of being open.

Clean from front to back, fast service, more than acceptable accommodations while waiting, and very nice staff. Would recommend over any of the other express cares. They also accept Medicare insurances.

The staff and physician were excellent. Took care of me with a diagnosis and treatment. So happy I went, very caring and professional. Would highly recommend.

THEY CAN GIVE YOU A COVID TEST, LMFAO COVID ISNT EVEN REAL. NO DOCTOR HERE. JUST WANNA BE DOCTORS WITHOUT THE SCHOOLING. THEY REFUSED ORDER ME A BLOOD TEST. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE AUTHORITY YO ORDER A SIMPLE TEST. WHAT A JOKE DECATUR

I had the worst experience at this facility. Not only did the medical assistant not know anything about medication and put the wrong ones in several times but the provider was very inappropriate with some of his questioning. I also was not notified of my test results until I called them. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Very short wait and got taken care very well, left which instructions fir my care and received text two days later checking to see how I was doing.

Great staff! My daughter is 4 and they went above and beyond to take care of her. Clean and welcoming with very little wait.

They were open when everyone else was closed due to the winter storm. I had a bad ear infection and they gave me a scrip and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes
