Visited the Roseville office on 10 mile. VERY quick in-and-out. I think I was only inside the facility for 10 minutes or less. Valencia, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful.

Mike, at Worldwide has been so accommodating for COVID testing for my caregivers that work for my Home Care Agency, my patients who are wheelchair bound, and even my friends/relatives that I’ve sent there for testing. No one has ever made any complaints from their experience. They have a user friendly website to quickly book an appointment. They even offer same or next day test results. Any urgency they will accommodate you and provide what you need. I’ve even been tested myself many times! The staff are efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Worldwide Labz to physicians, hospital systems, nursing homes, Home Care Companies or even the average person for their services. I’ve used them in many scenarios. I wish I could give them ten stars! So professional, and such quick results. Staff was easy to work with any answered all of my questions. They were friendly and thorough. Because my husband had Covid and we were inQuarantine for 10 days I needed to know if I had the virus. I had a trip planned with my 6 year old granddaughter and I had to make sure. This company went way above and beyond to make sure my test was done in a timely manner. I had spoke to the owner Mike and he helped me get this done. With all the shortages of supplies all companies are facing he went way above. His customer service in his office and at the lab was impeccable. Thank you again to world wide labs. This is were I will from now on go for lab work.

This team is extremely professional and accommodating. Their communication was exceptional and results were delivered in a timely manner. Would highly recommend, especially if you have a tight turn around as they’ll do whatever they can to help you out.

Terrible service March 20, 2022 for travellers returning to Canada! We pre-booked our appointment for 11 a.m. two weeks before our trip. Arrived this morning to find one MASSIVE line-up full of walk-ins! Asked where the line up was for those with appointments and was told there wasn’t one. We all had to wait the same time regardless of appointment or not. When I asked how difficult it was to make one line for appointments and one for walk-ins, I was told it wasn’t possible and this is ‘the world we live in’ by anemployee. Sorry, I live in Canada and we can manage two lines quite well two years into a pandemic, thanks.Only two staff working to check people in. Hundreds and hundreds in line right up out the door. A total fail.And we haven’t even made it to the bridge yet 🙄

Im a Los Angeles-based COVID testing coordinator for commercials and TV. Last week, we took a shoot to the Detroit/Ann Arbor area and I needed a testing clinic to handle a big, big job. I reached out to EVERYONE in the area and the services provided by World Wide Clinical Labz seemed closest to what I was used to back home. WWL went ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet our needs, to make event/concierge testing easy. Their online portal is user friendly and let me be in the drivers seat for the whole job. Their clinics are conveniently located, well-maintained and their staff were all lovely. If youre in the Detroit area and have testing needs, theres really no other place to go. Ask for Stephanie, shes a star and will make the whole thing go. Cant say enough good things about WWL.

In need of a covid test for an upcoming trip out of the country I decided to try this place as it was near my job so I could go on my lunch break. The procedure was the same as several others Ive had at other testing sites, no problem. I took the rapid and pcr, within one minute I was given the results of the antigen test (negative), great! I asked when I would get the results for the rapid and was told in about an hour.. Here it is almost 24 hours later and I still have no results. Ive called 3 times to inquire as to my results, the first two times I was told within an hour the third time I called an hour and a half later and was told by the end of the day.. Totally unacceptable, luckily the country Im going to doesnt require proof of a test within the past 72 hours since Im fully vaccinated but if that wasnt the case my whole vacation wouldve been ruined by this! Just in case, Ive scheduled another test for today at a different non-wwl testing site.. As I said Ive had many covid tests done at other testing sites from which I got the rapid results sent to my phone within an hour of the test, this is the first time (and last) that Ive had this experience.. Totally disappointing..

10/10 recommend World Wide Labz. I was recently traveling to the USA for the weekend and needed a rapid PCR test in order to return back to Canada. I went there to take my test at the start of my trip and received my result within 24 hrs. Great location, very close to Windsor-Detroit Border!

I used the lab last night under a time constraint with respect to returning to Canada. They are professional, courteous and fast. I received my rapid Covid 19 PCR result with plenty of time to spare.

I was able to get a quick appointment for me and my son on Sunday… There was no wait time we were in and out. There was a young lady working and she was very nice. It’s been 24 hours and I’m just still waiting for my results!

I had the best experience here! Staff is extremely friendly, and I got my results so quickly! They were thorough and efficient. I won’t be going anywhere else! So grateful I found this place!

Price gouging at its finest! How do a company charge $300+ to an old insurance policy (left job over a year now) and blame Medicaid for the inaccuracy?It would be nice to disclose the test fee, but hey that’s business right?Welp, I’ll be waiting on Monday to discuss this with my insurance company…or just let WWL get paid through public emergency funds for this Pandemic.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and I had my results within a few hours. Way better than going to my doctor and waiting several days for bloodwork to be sent out to one of the huge commercial labs.

I needed results fast for a recent Covid scare. World Wide Labs was able to get me in that morning and I had my PCR results later on the same evening. Thank you for getting me fast results when I needed them. I would use them again for sure.

I was told I would get my results back in 24-48 hours. It’s been over 48 hours and in still haven’t gotten results back. There is no way to contact them that I could find. The phone number is automated and they don’t pick up whatever extension is listed for the Detroit location. I really don’t want to schedule another test at another place and wait even longer.

Good quick spot for a covid test but Id recommend looking elsewhere. My insurance company got billed almost $500. Go to Walgreens or somewhere thats truly free

Clean, Courteous, and fast. Considering the amount of people waiting (over 15) I was seen and tested within 20 minutes and my results were then emailed to me as well as a link texted to my phone.
