A great place with a lot of good people working there. PA Fernando is awesome he takes the time to visit with you and makes sure you get what you need. The girls up front are very nice and professional.

The providers here are consummate professionals and they are heartfelt and very personable! They smile!! The staff is just as friendly and they work fast and proficiently! I highly recommend this location!

I have been on weight loss therapy for 3 months. I have lost 20lbs and feel so much stronger.The center director, Fernando Sosa, is wonderful. He is cautious and eager to accommodate.The medical assistants are polite, informative, and attentive. My follow-ups are quick and efficient.Highly recommend

I have tried a couple other routes in handling my TRT but no other office or even Low T center location has made me feel as comfortable and like family as the Bryant Irving location everyone here is a friend and best of all everything is painless here

I greatly appreciate all that the people at Low-T Center have done for me. Fernando and Vic always provide excellent service and professional advice. The staff is friendly and diligent.My testosterone levels were dismal at a whooping 57 but I am now back up to 850-1000. I feel great and high encourage those to get their levels checked. Please be advised that it is a process, and it takes time to achieve these levels. It doesnt happen overnight.The Semaglutide Therapy has also been a great addition to my overall health.Thank you Low-T Center!

I’ve been a customer here for several years. This used to be a comfortable place to go, everyone was friendly and you were always greeted warmly and the staff used to know everyone and would converse on a personal level.Since the new company has taken over, the feeling of being around people has diminished and all that’s left is the cold clinical feel of being in an office. The process is difficult, the staff do not care about any inconvenience you’ve been put in by this new system. The old center would work with you, and understand you were a person, not another source of money.If you want to venture the path of TRT, then I would recommend finding a vitality clinic local instead of this place, that is If you want the old feeling of actually being viewed as a person to the people you’re a customer to.Im currently canceling my services here as a 4-5 year customer. I should have left sooner.

Ive been going here for almost 3 years and the experience was great until the last year or so. I continually miss doses because my prescription doesnt arrive on time. I self inject at home due to high frequency of travel so I require my prescription to be at my house on time or I end up missing doses. Im currently searching for a new clinic. I would not recommend this place steer clear if you want quality TRT.

I used to love this clinic. Been going for a few years now but idk what happened this last year. The price steadily increased so I had to switch over to self inject cause it was a little more affordable, but now my lab work payment has increased by like 50 bucks. I just did lab work last month and Ill have to do lab work again this month because of the new telemedicine system they started using. So last month I paid 105 for my injections and around 130ish for my lab work. Ill have to pay all that again this month. So for Nov and Dec Ill end up spending well over 400 bucks.Just to clarify. I still like the providers I see when Im there. My main complaint is the ridiculous price increases.

Edit: this place went downhill fast. I should have ran when they started selling supplements. They changed their dosing scheduale and all my health markers went into the red they were unwavering in their treatment plan. The last few times I was in there all I heard from the nurses were how doctors and telehealth providers were quitting. This place used to be nice and affordable but now they have 2 doctors on staff who are so shackled with restrictions they can not help their patients. When I started it was the typical corporate health clinic, different doctor every time but they at least had the time to listen. Please do not go here.Always nice people and willing to help when you have questions.

First of all, the staff is pretty great there, thats the good.Heres the bad: They were recently bought out by a private equity group, or a group prepping niche medical groups for PE buyouts. This means youll pay more for less services as a patient. Please look at the other recent reviews that have discussed price increases for in patient service. If you elect for at home injections, as I have, be prepared to deal with the most incompetent pharmacy somehow permitted by law. This is my 3rd month of self injection, and Ive never received the syringes anywhere near a reasonable timeframe (usually 1-2 weeks behind, every month).TLDR: They used to be good, got bought out, they suck now. Find another clinic.

This place changed my life. The doctors here at the FORTWORTH location is AWESOME. The staff is amazing too. So if you are wondering if you should try it. DO IT

I made a 8am Saturday Appointment as a new patient. I drove 30-minutes to get there. I arrived early. I stood in front of the receptionist for 27-minutes. She utterly ignored me. I tried to explain that I was a new patient. I grabbed the new medication patient paperwork and filled it out.I was still ignored!I left the Office!

Made an initial appointment and was taken back after a short wait for blood work. Phlebotomist was awesome. Made a second appointment to discuss results and had a lengthy conversation with the Dr. and left completely satisfied with all my questions answered. Looking forward to recommended treatment. Great group of people. Zero complaints.UPDATE: It’s been over a year now and I am a loyal customer/patient. Always great, attentive service by the crew in the back no matter my need. Products and services are as advertised. Highly, highly recommend The Low T Center to any male for our “aging” needs.

Professional friendly staff, they take there time to evaluate and treat you.

Supposedly the DEA has changed how shots are administered and you have to see a provider each time unless your willing to inject yourself. I dont have anyone to do that for me and I will not do it myself so I would have to be punished to continue my medication. Insurance companies wont pay for this and the government is requiring it. Not cool not right on any level.

Things have gotten a lot better since my last post. Prescription are delivered on time like they use to be.

My husband pays $105 a month to self inject at home. His medicine has been lost by Fed-Ex (we live in FW, the package was shipped to California) and nobody can direct him on how to get his money back or more medicine?? He has the tracking number to prove he did not receive shipment. However, they want him to pay for office visits and injections while nobody will help with this problem? Low-T should be contacting pharmacy to find out what needs to be done and since my husband has been a paying customer for multiple years you would expect better help!

Amazing place and people! In and out within 30 minutes and everyone is always so informative and kind! I recommend to everyone one with low t issues!

Staff is always kind and friendly. They send reminders the day before. When I have to get blood work done, they know what they are doing, and it is painless and easy.

This place is terrible…they never input my medical records then told me I had to pay for the test to be ran again because they were not on file….so I agreed to run the test and told them I was short on time and they left me in the room waiting for 10 min so I just left. I would not recommend this place to anyone try a different center.

This is the best medical care that I have ever had in my life. Everyone is extremely kind and I have enjoyed getting to know them. I appreciate Ashlee taking the time to answer all of my questions and putting me on a path to better health.

Great staff, but billing is terrible seem to be overcharged always somehow, can’t get prescriptions needed when asked. Went to pharmacy 2x to get what they said was called in and never was.

I have had a great experience with my group at low t Fort Worth! Especially Megan at the front desk she is always making me laugh!

This clinic will give you your total testosterone number in 20 minutes. For the free testosterone number it had to go to a lab. They dont check PSA. They dont check or even treat your estrogen levels. They only do injections. They only inject testosterone. NO HCG. NO CLOMID. NOTHING ELSE. They dont monitor anything but testosterone levels. According to another clinic this is dangerous and will do you more harm than good.

Awful customer service. They are unable to verify Tricare that I use on a weekly basis. Their receptionist is incredibly rude. I don’t recommend this business.

I have been coming to the fort worth location for awhile now. Fernando is the one that has been so helpful and always has a positive attitude. It makes it that much better when he asks what hunting activities am I getting into this weekend. It just shows that your not just another number.

I have been coming to this office for 11 years now and it use to be enjoyable with friendly staff. The same staff would be there for years. Now they seem to go through staff every few weeks. I’ve been on the fence about getting pellets but after today’s visit I will be getting pellets just so that do not have to come back to this location. Everyone very rude and get you through like cattle.
