I am 2 months post-op. I recently had lipo abdominoplasty and the axilla area treated. As nervous as I was in the beginning, I have had an amazing experience. Dr. Greenbery was very attentive and listened to whatever concerns that I had. He explained the process and what I should expect at each visit. I am thoroughly pleased with his services. I look forward to my results.I must say... his office staff (Brittney, Nakia, and Sarah) are all amazing! I enjoy seeing them when I come - they brighten my day!

I was referred to Dr Greenberg after 2 botched breast augmentations/lifts with another plastic surgeon. From my first consultation with Nakai and further explanation of the procedure with Dr Greenberg, I was so confident I would finally have the results I had hoped for. Dr. Greenberg is the best surgeon ever! Very honest and wants the best in your results and really cares about his patients! I felt very confident when I switched surgeons from one of the surgeons of the American institute of plastic surgeons who at the time the surgeon that was gonna do my augmentation only was brief and not as informative. Dr. Greenberg is TRULY skilled in cosmetic surgery and wants the best results for your outcome.I knew the moment I met him, I knew he was skilled and knew that what he was planning to do was an excellent job with a highly advanced technique like the Awake Breast augmentation which I felt very comforted by nurse Crystal who was amazing and caring . With Saira and Christopher’s help and kindness, I was put with Nakai who is truly a terrific consultant who was like an angel sent from above giving me comfort in Dr. Greenberg’s skills and knowledge of his cosmetic procedures and she booked me as quickly as possible. I used ProNox too and it helped even tho without it the procedure still would’ve been smooth sailing with no pain just pulling and pressure that’s totally tolerable.My sister is even wanting to do a procedure as well with North Texas Cosmetic Surgery. I have been going to Dr G for about 3 years and each visit is awesome, the attention and care is incredible, I call it bedside comforting! They listen to what you want and then give you options as to your needs!! The staff is wonderful from when you walk in the door always greeted with a hello with a smile 😊 And when leaving making sure your visit was great. Dr Greenberg and his team are so amazing, from start to finish! I had my first surgery with him (tummy tuck) and was so nervous! Since Dr. Greenberg is paying to have negative reviews deleted, Ill just keep reposting.This man DESTROYED my breasts. I had a breast augmentation in 2016 and my breasts have been DEFORMED ever since. My left nipple is completely deformed and one breast is MUCH higher than the other. Even after a SECOND botched surgery that he made me PAY for so he could FIX IT.SPOILER ALERT: He didnt.He ruined my body AND my self esteem and to add insult to injury he pays to have mine and other negative reviews deleted.RUN!

I’m 5’2” tall and 71 years old. I have been active and athletic throughout my entire life, and I am fortunate to have enjoyed the benefits of good health and fitness. But, since the late-in-life C-section births of two 9+ lb. babies, I always been overweight. I have had a great experience with North Texas Cosmetic Surgery. All the staff have been extremely friendly. My consultations with Nakai and Dr. Greenberg were in depth and informative. I felt like both truly listened to my preferences and concerns and took the time to go the extra mile.I wasn’t sure what to expect with a tumescent procedure, but surgery day went great. I was very at ease thanks to the staff and Dr. Greenberg was great at explaining each step and answering my questions. There was only a small bit of pain when being given the numbing shots, but not really any different than at the dentist. Most of the experience otherwise felt weird, but not painful.Follow up care has been excellent as well. Dr. Greenberg puts your personal contact information in his phone and provides a direct line to him for questions or concerns at any time day or night. He additionally called me the day after surgery to check on my recovery.Of the many consults I went to prior to choosing North Texas Cosmetic Surgery, they were by far the most informative, engaging and caring. I had some reservations with Dr. Greenberg being a cosmetic surgeon vs a plastic surgeon and the surgery being done in an office visit setting, but in the end I think I was given excellent care and results. Dr. Greenberg does truly excellent work and I would highly recommend him and his staff.

I went through the awake breast augmentation procedure 2 months ago and let me say this was an amazing experience; since day one from the front desk, patient coordinator, nurses and the Dr. Greenberg itself they all made me feel comfortable and well taking care of! I left with a surgery date on the first appointment. We choose a 415cc round smooth silicone implants with full profile under the muscles. Everything went smooth on surgery day and painless, i went home 2 hours later and was able to be out of meds in two days, driving in 3 days and working on day 4. I felt supported every step of the way. Can’t be more happy with the results I got so far my breast are feeling and looking amazing so natural looking. I’m so glad I choose this team to make this big change in my life my confidence is back. I want to thank the Dr. Greenberg and his team for their care and wonderful work!

I’ve always been pretty confident & happy with the way I look. After I had my kiddos I lost so much weight with breastfeeding but struggled a bit with the loose and sagging skin in front of me. Dr. Greenberg and his team have been wonderful! I initially looked for a surgeon in Oklahoma (where I live), but was unable to find one that had the option of having tumescent liposuction as part of the procedure. I was fully awake during the liposuction portion of my procedure and did not experience any pain. I had IV sedation for the actual tummy tuck. I woke up a lot easier than previous surgeries where I had been under general anesthesia. I am very pleased with the results of my abdominoplasty.

I am 1 day post op Tt,Mr,and Lipo. I knew from my consultation that Dr.Greenberg would be my surgeon. During the consult he actually comes in himself touches you to give an idea of a plan. He and his office staff are phenomenal. Not to mention you have direct access to the surgeon for any post op questions or concerns. He call me directly to see how I was feeling today. I’d refer anyone to him.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Greenburg and his staff. I had a tummy tuck a little over 2 months ago and the results are amazing. Not only did Dr. Greenburg give me a flat tummy, but the results are very natural. Sometimes when you get tummy tucks the navel looks very unnatural, but mine is perfect. Dr. Greenburg was very patient and took the time to answer any questions I had regarding the procedure. I would definitely recommend him!

Dr. Greenberg is an AMAZING doctor and an incredibly talented surgeon. I had a tummy tuck with lipo in mid February and the results are getting better and better. The biggest obstacle preventing me from getting plastic surgery had been just not believing that my tummy could be made attractive, but after looking at all the before and after pictures on Dr. Greenberg web site, I believed if anyone could transform me, it was him. And he has! I was extremely nervous to have any procedure done but Dr. Greenberg along with his staff helped calm all of my nerves. I had lipoabdomnioplasty April 7, 2021 from my 100lb weight loss (kept it off for 7 years). I am now 6 months post op and I could not be more pleased with the results. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my figure. The results far exceed what I even hoped to get. I traveled from Iowa to Texas in order to have Dr. Alan Greenberg do my procedure. The staff were outstanding from beginning to end and Dr. Greenberg was an amazing surgeon. I would highly recommend going to him for this procedure.

I got a breast augmentation in August 2018 with Dr Greenburg. Day of surgery I was little nervous with the fact I was not being put under and could feel the tugging during the surgery. After the surgery everything was extremely sore (which is expected) but I was not informed at how HORRIFIC the after effect of the numbing medication would be. I was told I would get a personal call from Dr Greenburg night of surgery to be check on but unfortunately that did not happen. I was very sick for the next three days unable to keep food, liquids, or even my pain medication down. After a few weeks everything seemed to feel okay and I was able to get back to normal activities. At the time my breasts were still settling in and trying to find their position. It was in November, three months post op I notice one breast is drastically lower than the other (knowing that they will drop at different times, this wasn’t expected) my right breast had dropped well below the incision line and started forming a crease on the inside of my breast. I immediately contacted Dr Greenburg Saturday night about my concern and was told it’s normal but come in Monday just to be sure. I went in first thing Monday morning and expressed my concerns about the unevenness and the pain it was causing me. He told me that everything is fine and he’ll re-exam it at my December appointment. In December I am back at his office still very unhappy with my results four months post op. I tell him again how the breast is bothering me and it looks like both sides are beginning to bottom out. At that time he told me there was nothing he could do and it’s something I’ll have to live with. Now that isn’t something a patient wants to hear after spending thousands of dollars on surgery. I decided since he didn’t offered me any resolution I went to a consultation with certified plastic surgeon who then confirmed that BOTH breasts have bottomed out. I was extremely upset that Dr Greenburg didn’t offer any answers after I reached out to their office multiple times December through February. It wasn’t until I made a dispute that they finally reached out to me in March. By then that time I scheduled to have them fixed properly by a surgeon who listened to my concerns. I am very disappointed in the way Dr. Greenburg’s office handled my concerns and by not reaching out. For this reason I WOULD NOT recommend Dr. Greenburg or his staff.I want to update since the owner responded saying that I did not express any unhappy with my results which is very UNTRUE. I expressed unhappiness from November 2018, three months after surgery and even tried contacting them in February but was given no resolution. My follow up appointment for my six month checkup was actually cancelled by their office after I told them I wanted corrections and was unhappy with The staff.

LipoabdominoplastyTwo years after the birth of my son I still looked pregnant. I tried diet and a lot of exercise to try and achieve a flat stomach again. I had a big diastasis recti and hernia so nothing worked. This is when I decided to look into surgery. I consulted with a few different places. I was very intrigued by Dr. Greenberg’s technique of tumescent (local) anesthesia. It seemed like a newer better approach to the traditional tummy tuck. No general anesthesia and no drains post op. Don’t get me wrong it’s still a major surgery requiring a decent recovery time but it’s absolutely worth it, I am thrilled with the results! Dr. Greenberg is compassionate and professional. I have been laser treated by Kat for both my scars and stretch marks now, and am totally pleased with my results. I had a wide range in terms of the age of my imperfections and have seen tremendous results on both my old and new marks/scars. I called for a consultation on a whim, after getting turned away from two other offices. First off let me say my journey is probably different than most. I have been a fitness professional and bodybuilder for 17 years. When I turned about 32 I started having hormonal issues that caused my body to store more body fat than I ever had. I was very depressed and extremely unhappy with my appearance. Summer has been treating me for months with sonograms to loosen up scar tissue and I have become very fond of her, and I love our sessions, plus she is just the best at the massage with her little device. I love that girl! They will all take excellent care of you, and are just as dedicated as Dr. Greenberg.

I have to give this place 2 stars. Long story short.. i had a credit with them due to a prior payment I had made but I did not perform the surgery I intended to. First, the MA was always rude through email until I told her I was going to call in so that i could get the answers I needed. The day I came in for Botox and lip fillers, everything went great. Dr was amazing, very nice and professional. I checked out and everything seemed to be great... until I come down the elevator and the MA is waiting for me. In front of everyone she says “We need to collect payment from you”.. how embarrassing is that? Like why would I just walk out without making a payment? Swear I felt like the police was looking for me. She could have handled it differently. It’s not my fault your accounting is not on point. Going to perform my breast augmentation tomorrow. And she’s the reason why I didn’t choose this clinic. Since our first emails, I knew I could not stand seeing her again. Well, yes.. I don’t ever want to see her again. Her name is Kelly. But the Dr is great! Maybe it was because I’m not her color or maybe my last name. Lol

Dr. Greenburg and his staff were so knowledgeable and courteous. Had a great and comfortable experience pre and post-op. Went in for an augmentation due to asymmetry and the results exceeded my expectations!

I totally love my transformation. Dr. Greenberg and staff (Kelly) encouraged me and guaranteed me that I would be truly satisfied with my new body after having lipoabdominoplasty on 4/19/19, and they where right. I am so pleased that I had the surgery. my main concerns was that I would have this nasty scar oh boy was I wrong. I am 51 years old with a( DR HARDBODY ) tummy. Surgery was on 11/15 and everything went great! Surgery went as expected and the drs and nurses made sure to make me feel comfortable. I went in not knowing what to expect and they explained everything and made sure I understood. I highly recommend them.

This is being written On behalf of my wife. She died 8 days after having her tummytuck surgery. She had the surgery on March 31st, and was on life support April 9th. Life support shut off 1210am on April 11th. She developed blood clots on her lungs and wasnt given any blood thinners which her body required no matter how the surgery was performed. Calls were made about her having shortness of breath and was told to just do breathing exercises. WRONG. She would more than likely still be alive today if clotting meds were prescribed anyway and I would still have my wife.
