Dr. Jones is amazing! She is very detailed, honest, thorough, and tailors her care to your specific needs. She removed my small fibroid, and my quality of life has significantly increased; no more cramps or heavy bleeding. So grateful I found Dr. Jones and the Frisco team! If you have or suspect you have fibroids, go see her asap - you will not regret it.

Dr.Jones is awesome! She was the one doctor out of 5 that finally made me take the plunge to remove my fibroids before thinking about conceiving. She was very clear of the risks and implications of not removing the fibroids with pregnancy, she then gave me the best recommendation for a minimally invasive surgeon. Truly appreciate her for her bubbly yet real/genuine personality and care.While Dr. Jones is great, the operations of the office ultimately made me decide to go with another clinic. My first appointment i showed up on time, they made me wait an hour and then told me my insurance didn’t go through so i have to come back another day. I got an appointment a few days later and asked that they verify my insurance before I come in. They claimed they verified it and that my insurance didnt cover my first and 2nd assessment visit. I knew this was weird because my insurance covered my assessment visits at another clinic but i decided to go ahead and pay $300 for first appointment and $250 for 2nd appointment out of pocket because of the great things i heard about Dr. Jones and I just wanted a clear path forward on my fertility journey. In the end, I had to reach out to my insurance company and they helped me get the full reimbursement for both visits as it was covered and this clinic was in network. It’s tough when you find a good doctor but the clinic doesn’t have great operational best practices especially for something so anxiety inducing as fertility treatments that have many many steps over a few weeks or months, having efficient processes are key.

We had the most beautiful experience with Dr. Tiffanny Jones. Not only was she super friendly and helpful each and every time we needed anything but her entire staff across the Dallas and Frisco offices were as well! Going through IVF is incredibly difficult for any couple but the team really made us feel very comfortable and confident throughout the process. They kept us in the loop every step of the journey and truly made us feel like family. We are expecting our very first child later this year and couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose Dr.Jones and the rest of our Conceive Fertility Center family to help make it all possible :) If you’re looking for some assistance with your journey, look no further, Dr.Jones and her team will provide the best level of care, support and guidance you’ll need from start to finish.

Dr Jones is the absolute best fertility reproductive doctor in Dallas! She is incredibly intelligent, knowledgeable, personable, patient, kind, and considerate. We now have our miracle daughter because of her. Her office in frisco is beautiful and the staff is pleasant. I highly recommend her for all your fertility needs.

After 4 years of trying to conceive I had lost all hope and was on the verge of calling it quits, until a friend of mine recommended I see Dr. Jones. Everything thing about this experience has been a real blessing to me and my family. Dr. Jones really listens and is so compassionate and understanding. I am so thankful to her and her staff. Dr. Jones is the real deal! I tell everyone that shes the best doctor Ive ever had. My case is more severe than most and Dr. Jones was always upfront and honest about the possible outcomes. She was thorough, available, on time, and always asked if I had any questions at all appointments. I never felt rushed when in her care. We have graduated and moved on to an OB and I am honestly a bit sad that I dont get to continue under her care. If you are on the fence about selecting her as your doc, do it! Shes the best!

More than just a Doctor!!! Facing fertility challenges can be a difficult journey and there were many times that Dr. Jones and her team had to act as a therapist as well. Positive but realistic. She will present the facts and if there is room for hope, she will present that as well. Our journey has lead to success and we couldn’t be happier with Dr. Jones and her team!!!

Dr. Jones is amazing. She is honest, she listens, and she explains things clearly. We love that she holds your hands but at the same time doesn’t give you false hope. Infertility is a roller coaster and she doesn’t sugarcoat the experience and keeps you on track so at the end you will hopefully have the family you want.

Dr. Jones has wonderful bedside manner. She is charismatic, honest and very thorough. From our first Telehealth consultation I felt like I was in good hands. She earned my trust with her knowledge and her genuine care for me as her patient was evident since day one. Dr. Jones asked questions I had not been asked by other physicians. She ran tests that had not been run by other physicians. For exams and procedures she was delicate and took her time. She was very responsive to questions outside of our scheduled visits and was patient during appointments when I rattled off a thousand and one questions. Quite honestly, after a successful 1st trimester of pregnancy I was sad to leave her care but she was very supportive and gave me an excellent referral to an OB. I would definitely go back and see Dr. Jones if my situation warranted it. Look no further if you are in need of fertility expertise and support. I have referred a couple of my friends to her care. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her!

We love Dr. Jones. After trying for a bit, through tests we knew we needed IVF. The most important and wonderful thing about Dr. Jones is she works with you and listens. After my 1st transfer didn’t take, we discussed a few options to try in the 2nd go. A cousin of mine had multiple failed transfers many years back with a different doctor and she finally became pregnant after being treated for high ‘natural killer cells.’ If your read about it, you will see many different opinions on the how or if NK cells play a role in fertility. Dr. Jones was game for it and set me up with a series of intralipid infusions (time consuming but relatively inexpensive and low risk), and a few weeks later I had a successful transfer. My baby is now 8 months old and we couldn’t be happier. Love Dr. Jones.

She is a physician I highly recommend to anyone needing assistance with conception/fertility. She goes over and beyond to ensure that her patients achieve their goals. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable and will always be my number 1 resource for all things Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility!

Dr.Jones is the best, she made everything worth it, I really appreciate her for not only being a great doctor but also a great person in general. Now I’m living with the greatest gift that could ever be giving and that’s my IVF baby. I couldn’t thank her and her team enough !

My wife was given devastating news by one fertility doctor in 5/19 that both of her fallopian tubes were blocked. We were told that the only way wed be able to conceive would be through in vitro. We decided to get a second opinion and found Dr. Jones. Wish we would have started our journey with Dr. Jones. She is so personable and cautiously optimistic, making us feel at ease. Dr. Jones ran her own tests, which contradicted the first doctors results, and devised a plan in attempt to unblock my wifes tubes. All was a success! There was no more blockage. My wife and I couldnt have been happier. Months later we still were not pregnant and called Dr. Jones for help again. She saw us immediately, devised a plan, and we were pregnant the following month! Now we have the son we always wanted. Dr. Jones supported us the entire journey and we could not be more grateful. If you are looking for a fertility doctor congratulations, your search has officially ended!

Dr. Jones was friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel cared for and confident during the entire process. When you come to a doctor it can be stressful, but Dr. Jones gave excellent advise that helped guide me during the fertility process.

From Sept 2021 until Monday, November 21, 2022, Dr. Jones, and I had great interactions. For more than 40+ days I had been having problems with nonstop bleeding. After having a consultation with Dr. Jones in October 2022 it was decided polyps may be the culprit. I was scheduled for surgery on 11/2 with a pre-op appointment on 10/17. I called in and asked Dina, Dr. Jones scheduler, that the surgery be moved up, I was bleeding nonstop. I was feeling faint and sick daily, I wanted to have the surgery as quickly as possible. Dr. Jones scheduler Dina was snippy, condescending, and short throughout the process of scheduling and rescheduling my surgery. She scheduled me on 10/18 for surgery with pre-op on 10/17. The appointment for 10/18 was never scheduled. I found this out by speaking with someone in the Dallas office, then checking the portal and seeing my surgery date was still 11/2. Each time I talked to Dina, she was unprofessional, snippy, and rude. She never sent over surgery instructions although she said twice, she would. Finally, after some back and forth I was scheduled for surgery on 10/17. I specifically asked, “so I just show up on the 17th with no pre-op?” She said yes. The day of the surgery Dr. Jones was not happy, I had not had pre-op. She was rude. My husband was very upset with the way she was speaking to me. I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want to go back and forth with her before surgery. I sent her a message on 10/17 in the portal about all that had happened with Dina. She claimed she had not seen my message in the portal, which is hard to believe because she had seen the other two, I sent. I specifically said, “I thank you for moving your schedule around to accommodate me and that I did not have a problem with you, but with Dina. If she’s a representation of you then I would not return if that’s all I had to go on.” No one replied.During my appointment with Dr. Jones on November 21, 2022, Dr. Jones was unprofessional, rude, argumentative, and defensive. I said several times that I appreciate you moving my surgery date, my issue is with how Dina treated me not you. I could barely get a word in to explain without being cut off and told, she did me a favor and she would never move up a surgery for another patient. She was very rude. I have never had a doctor speak in such an argumentative tone as Dr. Jones. When it was time to go over my surgery her level of care and bedside manner had completely diminished. I had to pull teeth to go over everything concerning the outcomes of the surgery and next steps. After the dismal news she provided, I will definitely seek a second opinion.On 11/22 I created a post in DFW Black Healthcare Providers Facebook group to see if anyone had similar interactions. By 11pm that night I had 53 comments with about half claiming to have had similar interactions with Dina or the issues with scheduling. The morning of 11/23 my post was deleted with any notice or commentary.I think it’s essential that was share feedback which is why I’ve posted this review.

Dr. Tiffany and her staffs are the best in DFW area. I had unexplained issues but Dr. Tiffany and her team made it happen for us. I can’t thank them enough, very recommended.

Where do I even begin? From the moment we walked into Dr. Jone’s office I felt the positive aura and energy. From the front desk, to the nurses, and of course Dr. Jones were all beyond amazing. They truly became family. The doctor made us feel extremely comfortable, explaining every step of the way.

Dr. Jones is a consummate professional. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and tells you all you need to know. So highly recommend!!!
