Dr. Benjamin is the sweetest and caring doctor Ive had! She’s very thorough, knowledgeable, responsive with any of my questions, and so patient! Always makes me feel comfortable and puts me at ease.

Update: They called me and gave me some information. But asked me to take down the review otherwise the doctor would not see me. SO MUCH FOR CARING ABOUT PATIENTS. All this doctor cares about are reviews. LOL. Here’s mine and it stays.Thanking my stars I never visited this doctor. Sharing my experience of getting a simple query answered before my first visit and this is horrible customer service I experienced.

If I could give her 0 stars I would. This Dr failed my friend. Everyone on this team completely failed my friend. Instead of having a healthy pregnancy she almost lost her life and had to bury her child. Stay AWAY! She does not care, she is unprofessional and she lacks empathy. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Find someone better find someone who actually cares and bothers to do their due diligence instead of just leaving it to “it’s just the pregnancy” if you care about your family don’t use this poor excuse of a Dr.

Dr. Benjamin is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is extremely knowledgable, kind, patient, everything amazing. She delivered my daughter after an emergency scare and saved her life. I would recommend her to all. Absolutely wonderful

Dr. Benjamin has treated me with the utmost tender care since day 1. She has been so incredibly kind, patient, caring, more than anyone doctor I’ve experienced. Not only did she take care of me for an annual check up when I first moved back to TX in 2021, she helped me through a heartbreaking miscarriage in fall 2022, and now is helping me through my pregnancy with my rainbow little girl. My husband and I couldn’t speak more highly of her. We are so thankful for her and her team. The girls are so sweet and joyful. I’m so thankful for Willow Women’s health. I recommend Dr. Benjamin to anyone I can. Between her and her PA, my husband and I are thankful to be in good hands with our daughter on the way.

Im a new patient and a Senior who do not need to visit often. I felt very comfortable and cared for at an age considerate pace. We need more like Dr Benjamin with respectful, considerate, Old School bedside manners. I recommend this Doctor and her support staff.

Dr. Benjamin is awesome! Takes time to explain everything and has great suggestions and advice! My only negative was the lady at the front desk complaining to so many customers about not being early enough. Otherwise Definitely like this place and glad I found her.

Dr. Benjamin is so great at what she does. You can tell she is very passionate and dedicated to her patients. This is my first pregnancy and she has been so informative and making sure I’m taking all the right steps to make sure the baby and I am healthy. Definitely recommended her as a Doctor. Kaitlin Edmondson P. A. examined me the first time I was at the office. She was very punctual. She was gentle and caring and took time to answer all my questions. At the pre-op appointment, Dr. Shruti Benjamin explained thoroughly what the hysteroscopy polypectomy involved and what the risks were. At the hospital, she took my hand and reassured me before the surgery. I really appreciated her comforting me because I was quite anxious! After the surgery she showed my husband the pictures of the 3 polyps she removed and told both of us that the surgery went well. Also I want to commend the office staff at Willow Womens Health. They are very friendly and accommodating,especially Jeana. I would highly recommend Willow Womens Health! Thanks again for making my tense health situation much easier to handle!

Dr. Benjamin is one intelligent and caring physician. Ive worked with her when she was a resident at Baylor University Medical Center. Ive always been impressed with her kindness towards every patient she sees. She takes her time to educate and thoroughly answer questions patients may have to put them at ease during an important time in their lives. Her ability to stay calm in emergent situations is amazing. I highly recommend her, and have in the past and still will refer more women to see her.

I am so grateful that Dr. Benjamin delivered my first baby, just two weeks ago! She is wonderful: very kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and caring. I wanted to have a natural birth at the hospital, and Dr. Benjamin worked with me to help make that happen. She let me wait until 42 weeks for an induction; fortunately, I went into labor spontaneously before then. She respected all my requests throughout prenatal care for minimal intervention, and only insisted on certain procedures when they were truly necessary.Labor was very long and difficult, but Dr. Benjamin had trust in the process and in my ability to make it through. When I started really doubting myself and asking about an epidural, she actually encouraged me to continue without one, for which I am incredibly grateful.I always feel very safe in her care. Every procedure shes ever performed on me was done in as gentle and comfortable a way as possible (and Ive been to several OBs). She truly listens to my preferences and adapts her care accordingly.I havent had much interaction with the other doctors at her practice, but they seem wonderful too. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Legacy Womens Health (and Dr. Benjamin in particular) to everyone.

Dr. Benjamin is a rockstar, plain and simple. Shes incredibly knowledgeable and a wonderful teacher. She is also so compassionate and understanding. Frankly, she is the best physician Ive ever had. It is no surprise, then, that her support staff are just as wonderful. The atmosphere of the entire practice so nice and welcoming; I feel as if Ive known them my entire life. I have not been to a GYN for many years since my hysterectomy. After 15 years and some new symptoms, I needed to find a doctor. After some research I chose Dr. Benjamin. I wanted a female doctor. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The staff was pleasant and professional. If you don’t fill out the forms online before your visit, you will have to fill out the information on arrival using an iPad. Once I was called back to a room, Dr. Benjamin was there within 10 minutes. She was professional and approachable. After my pelvic exam she answered my questions. I never felt rushed. I’m very happy with how my appointment went. She ordered some test which I will have next week.

Ive never been in her care, but I can say that Dr. Benjamin is an excellent surgeon. Ive had many opportunities to work with her. She is also one of the nicest and most compassionate women youll ever meet. If you need a good physician to take care of you, she is the one to go to.

It was my first time visit with Dr Benjamin I was so impressed with her and her staff, she told her time to explain my procedure and gave me the opportunity to ask questions and was able to satisfy my questions with answers. I couldnt imagine going through my pregnancy without Dr. Benjamin. She was very knowledgeable and addressed any concerns I had. Dr. Benjamin is truly an amazing OBGYN. I had my first born delivered by her when she worked at Legacy Womens Health in Dallas. She moved her practice to Frisco, and I moved to Fort Worth. Now that I am pregnant with my second child, I cannot find anyone as wonderful as her. I have been thinking about her and wish her every best things in life.

Dr. Benjamin is so attentive and empathetic towards her patients. She ensures you understand things and will take the time to answer questions and tend to your needs. She’s also very timely and efficient and will have you in and out with minimal wait time.

I saw many amazing reviews and booked my appointment in advance as i was being concerned that i havent had my cycle after taking a vaccine. 1 day before an appointment i received a call from a very rude lady, that wasnt even listening to what i was saying and for some reason she told me the doctor cannot see me, cause i am 6 weeks pregnant... Not sure how she determined that by the phone? however she cancelled my appointment after the call as i got notification and without even offering a rescheduling.. When i called back in 3 min to clarify, the same lady told me that she is not receiving any calls cause she only takes emergency calls and hang up... How possibly this medical establishment can have close to 5 stars??

Dr. Benjamin is such a thorough and thoughtful physician. Going to the OB/GYN can be awkward, but her gentle, pleasant manner put me at ease. She communicates well and takes time to ensure her patients understand whats going on

I would like to state that although I have never personally been in the care of Dr. Benjamin, I can personally attest to the extremely compassionate and caring characteristic she possesses. I have known her for many years and have come in contact with many patient she has seen, and I can with 100% certainty say each and every individual has had nothing but positive experiences under her care. She takes the time to listen to the patients need, provides phenomenal care by practicing evidence based medicine and referring to ACOG guidelines, and she most of all understands the fears of uncertainty that many women face as they enter a OB/GYN clinic and tries her best to alleviate them. As with any doctor’s visit, or in any form of service, there are times when there may be an unusually longer wait times than normal or other common annoyances one may face. However, Dr. Benjamin and the team at Legacy Women’s Health continuously try their best to improve their standard of care and ensure each and every patient has an enjoyable experience. As you can tell from previous reviews posted, Dr. Benjamin and her team are one of the best and I hope that next time you consider establishing care with an OB/GYN you keep Dr. Benjamin and Legacy Women’s Health in mind.

You get to know who they really are by how they react in very stressful environments and in trying times. In all the years Ive known her she has exemplified intergrity, compassion, dignity and discipline.
