Dr. Gunjan Chitnis exudes warmth and kindness, creating a familial atmosphere.Regrettably, our interaction with her billing department did not reflect this positive experience. We were informed by her office only two days before delivery that our insurance was out of network. Despite assurances from Amanda, the office accountant, that she would assist with the insurance process, this assistance did not materialize, as she did not fulfill her commitment.

Had received the best care under Dr Chitnis. She is very knowledgeable, a great listener and the best surgeon I could have asked for, for my surgery. The staff at BSW hospital is very caring and made me feel very comfortable both pre and post surgery.

Absolutely love Dr. Chitnis and her BSW staff. She made our experience as first-time parents wonderful and my annual care great as well. She is kind and caring while also listening to give great advice and solutions.

Dr. Chitnis was incredibly kind and patient. I was nervous but she talked me through everything and we talked throughout the exam so I wasn’t as nervous. She also knows her stuff and answered all of my questions that I had. It’s hard to find good, caring doctors so I’m so glad I found her. Don’t put off your yearly exam ladies! Dr. Chitnis is great.

Its hard to summarize the amazing care we received from Dr. Chitnis and her staff at BSW. We could not have made a better choice for partnering with Dr. Chitnis to deliver our baby. From day one she was totally understanding, spent however much time was needed every visit and luckily was there to help us in delivery. She made vaginal delivery so comfortable and quick. Theres no one i would recommend more in Frisco. I feel very lucky to have been able to be under the care of Dr. Chitnis!

Dr. Chitnis is kind, gentle, and knowledgable. She took extra care to make sure I had all the information I needed for family planning. Highly recommend!
