The receptionist, Adriana, is an absolute angel, she’s so sweet and patient. I’m not sure who drew my blood but she was also amazing just so kind and sweet. I had a billing discrepancy as well and the manager was super reasonable and they came up with a solution on the spot. They’ve got an amazing team here. 100% without hesitation would recommend this place to anyone who needs labwork done.

I have never handled bloodwork well at all! I usually pass out. However, my experience at this lab was exceptional! Everyone was SO kind and accommodating, quick and efficient. I hardly knew we had gotten started and they were taping a cotton ball to my arm. Much appreciated!!!

I had a good experience here! The nurses were great and able to pin down one of my veins, which is no easy feat because mine like to roll. It was quick and easy and a great price for what I needed!

Very amazing and professional. Had a wait of maybe 10 minutes while I was filling out paper work but other than that, it was no where near as long as other establishments. The receptionist was very pleasant and the one that drew my blood was so gentle and was always asking me if I were ok. I absolutely hate the whole process of doing any lab work because I have a phobia against needles and this lady made it a very smooth visit. Thank you so much. I’ve been here two times to draw labs and have had an equally awesome experience both times. The staff are welcoming, warm, and efficient. Definitely worth the drive. Hali is also very sweet, she went above and beyond to answer my questions. Highly recommend this place to order labs, especially if you need a quick turnaround!

The experts knew exactly what they were doing. The lady that took my blood sample looked carefully at my veins before making her choice. We had a pleasant conversation, and she was so skilled I didnt feel the needle. It was over very quickly. Great people here, and I highly recommend them.

We actually went to a different lab to have blood drawn and were having the worst experience (no live person and long wait) so I called Any Lab. I spoke with the friendliest lady (A REAL PERSON!) who told me to come on in and they would hook us up! And did they ever! They were so nice and professional. Another customer walked in while we were talking (to get a B12 shot) and I started asking the other customer about it. While she was telling me about it, the owner walked in and offered to let me try it as well! So so nice! I would HIGHLY recommend Any Lab!!! And another bonus was I didn’t even feel the sticks!!!!

I had to come in here today for a drug screen for the company I am onboarding for. The lady at the front desk was really chipper and a pleasure to talk to. Went here for a comprehensive blood panel, as it was less expensive than the hospital (even with insurance!). The lady who checked me in was very nice and the tech who took my blood sample was amazing! I didn’t feel a thing!

There’s no other place that I would go for bloodwork and lab work. The employees are so wonderful. They’re always super friendly and helpful. Today, when getting blood drawn, I brought along some at-home test kits that my doctor ordered. I thought perhaps this facility could help me understand the instructions since I couldn’t understand how to do it. The employees literally sat me down and explained step-by-step what I needed to do and how. Being sick, sometimes all these at-home tests that doctors order are difficult to understand, and it literally brought tears to my eyes that the employees genuinely wanted to help me. I’m also super impressed at how easily they take my blood with such precision and accuracy without any discomfort.

I highly recommend this lab. I had very little wait time, the staff is very friendly and professional, and the phlebotomist was able to get blood on the first try! I am normally a hard stick and am used to being stuck two or three times to find a good vein. Not here...first time, everytime.

Any LabTest Now is the only place I will go from now on. I had a methylation test that I had been trying to get completed and sent off. I had visited a well known lab, and for two days, they gave me a crazy runaround Finally, they told me they could not draw my blood or do anything with my test, due to their policy. This lab is owned by Prisma. I was then told that Any Lab Test would be able to help me. I went straight there, and I was greeted by smiles and very quick service I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. A day later, I received a email from the diagnostic company. They had received my test from the lab. Any Lab Test Now is fantastic! I am also very sure that going through Prisma would have cost me so much more that I was charged at Any Lab Test The price was so reasonable that I was shocked!!

I went to Quest Diagnostics on Roper Mountain and waited over 90 minutes before I realized that all Quest forms can be filled at Any Lab Test Now. I called and talked to a HUMAN and they fit me in within 15min from the call. I will be taking all future lab forms for Quest to Any Lab Test Now from now on.

I tell you what...THIS LAB IS AMAZING!! I dont like needles and have had a number of bad experiences in other states (I have lived all over the nation), and THESE GIRLS ARE THE BEST PHLEBOTOMISTS I HAVE EVER MET! Employees were very helpful, positive and had cheerful attitudes like they cared that you were there. Interior was clean, neat and smelled clean. It was very easy to get the bloodwork that I wanted and they accommodated what i wanted to make it less expensive then what I was anticipating to pay. Just Do It and go there.

This place is excellent. They offer extremely affordable testing, which is great for individuals that do not have insurance. I utilized a walk-in appointment and was seen the same day. The tests were all conducted with the sign-in under 30 minutes. I cannot recommend this place enough. Their prices are competitive to services offered by Labcorp and/or Quest. If you are seeking any sort of testing, I would first call this place to see if they can help you. I was also told that they are likely to be able to provide physicals in the near future.

Had a positive experience. I have difficult veins but Any Lab Test now only had to stick me once. Thats pretty great for me because its not easy for most phlebotomists to find a place at all much less the first time. Thanks ladies!

What started out as being an uncomfortable experience ended up surprisingly pleasant... I was cranky Cathy when I first came in. I hadnt eaten yet and Im a needle phobe. The office manager, Maddison maintained her composure even though I initially came across as a New Yorker on 60 cups of coffee. Doug did his very best to work within my budget and maintained professionalism. Audrianna who drew my blood made it perhaps the easiest experience Ive ever had drawing blood. I barely felt the needle going in. 3 cheers for this awesome staff!!!

The owner of this location and his staff were not just friendly, professional, and accommodating, but they went above and beyond with customer service for me, even jumped my car battery so I could get back home. I saw them interact with several customers/patients while I was there, and they greeted regular visitors by name with a smile. The facility is clean and waiting room is comfortable.Although Asheville is a shorter drive for me, the difference in my experiences between this ALTN location and the same kind of businesses in Asheville is like night and day. I will come back here when I need any tests they handle instead of putting myself through the nastiness of Asheville lab centers.

Hands down the fastest and friendliest lab testing site in Greenville. I had scheduled two here and two at CVS but after seeing their affordable prices I quickly canceled the one at CVS. For a first visit they blew my socks off with the amount of care they gave towards me. I won’t be going to a regular pharmacy or doctor if I can be serviced here!

I could not recommend this place any more. We were welcomed in with the most love and care from some special humans. I am a mama of an infant who recently had a liver transplant. Baby Adam is only 5 months old and has been in a hospital his whole life. We were recently discharged and drove back from Pittsburgh to home, here in SC. We were told we had to find a lab because Adam needed labs weekly. Monday morning, I tried St. Francis Eastside and prisma labcorb on patewood. Both places turned us away due to out of state orders, and no lab kit. They sent us to Any Lab Test Now and I’m so glad they did! They swooped Adam in their arms and payed special attention trying to find a good vein for Adam. When we were at the hospital, we had to call the vein team from UPMC Children’s to poke Adam because his veins are super hard to stick. Adam only has one good vein and that is unfortunately in his head. These girls here, got it done with one stick! So, to see these girls get it, it was amazing! The owner later called me and let me know how much the staff loved him and he is absolutely incredible as well! Super amazing staff! And so versatile at what they do!

These ladies took really good care of me. Had to have blood drawn, etc and hadn’t ate and was in a rough spot physically after. They did a fantastic job, they took care through it all and actually seemed like they did care and kept me from passing out haha. I visited this Woodeuff Rd. Lab located in Greenville,SC. this a.m. to voluntarily complete a urine screen for an extracurricular class funded by a federal grant. However, I was unable to urine right away. I was provided a bottle of waterThe customer service was on point. The staff was patient with me and my temporary limited mobility.

Don’t have results yet so only speaking for My experience at the collection site. The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly helpful and professional. I had a very short wait and encountered no problems. I will definitely use them again when the need arises, depending on the outcome from my results.

I was here last week for some blood work. I am seeing an out of town practitioner online and she works with an online lab company. That company sends a cooler/kit to my house and I then take it to any lab to get my blood drawn. That may be helpful to someone because I was searching the reviews to see if anyone had done that here. Apparently I’m not the first because they had definitely done this there before. I called to ask about it, and the girl who answered the phone was so sweet and understanding. She answered all my questions and assured me they would take care of everything. I was deciding between a couple of labs, but she made my mind up for me! And the interaction once I got there was the same as well. Professional, kind, and efficient. The place was kept clean, and the girl who drew my blood was friendly and quick. The price was reasonable too! Seriously nothing bad to say about this place. I will be recommending it to any friends or family who need labs!

There was a discrepancy with some of the documentation about a particular test. They figured it out, ran the appropriate markers, and results were back a day earlier than expected.

I’m terrified of needles so blood work is horrible for me. I usually cry (I know I’m a baby). The lady who did it was so nice to me, and it didn’t hurt!! She was also very understanding of my anxiety and didn’t judge me. I’ve never had such a great experience. The lady at the desk was nice too. Will definitely return in the future if needed.

I arrived at 12:03 and the staff said that they have shutdown for the day whereas the website mentions that it closes at 12:30. If you have to close half an hour earlier than what you post on your website, then please mention it on the website. When I mentioned this, The staff did not even want to listen to any suggestion that they need to change this rather they assumed that I was trying to get service. The girls at the Greenville, SC location were great! I went in and was honest about being extremely fearful of needles (yes as a grown woman!) and they were super understanding and calm. Friendly staff. Love them! Handled everything well with my 15 year old. He ended up passing out after they removed the needle. They treated him well and made sure he was OK before letting us go.

I had a lab test done yesterday at location on woodruff road in Greenville, SC. Staff very prompt in acknowledging my presence, professional and courteous when you walk in and to get you registered. The blood draw was super efficient and pain free! Very clean and organized looking as well. I was there at 8am when doors opened and out in about 15-20 min. I was the 2nd one in but did not have an appointment. I highly suggest using them. As compared to another well known lab, the service at those places is horrendous as they barely acknowledge you let alone speak to you.

Since urgent care could not draw blood labs, I went to Any Lab. The staff were all personal, efficient and very helpful.

Quick and really nice and helpful staff. Had the full male panel checked because of long hauler covid symptoms. Took test on Friday and had results on Monday morning. Didnt need a doctor prescription which I great since I have been asking my doctor about my hormones and have not been tested or received any answers. Well now I have answers.

I needed a blood draw for a specialty lab test kit my doctor ordered, and ALTN made this process so easy. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. The phlebotomist, Derikka, made the blood draw as quick and painless as it could be. I will certainly be back if I need another blood draw. I highly recommend them!

I used to love this place, and visited regularly for B12 shots. The management team was awesome and friendly, until they bought out the old owner. I was shocked when B12 shots jumped 65%. Inflation is up, but not 65%. Id been going there for years, so I spoke with the Owners daughter who works the front desk. She needs a class in customer service skills. She was rude, unapologetic, and basically said too bad. I was shocked honestly. I have always been kind, grateful, and brought them baked goods during the holidays, but I (like most people) have a budget. I wont be back. There are other alternatives. In response to your response, I asked the corporate office if they would consider adding a location in Simpsonville, because we drive 10 miles to your location, and you are on congested Woodruff Road. We are not interested in running or owning a business. We are retired. And I would never do what you are inferring. The price of B12 with the BOGO was $5 a shot, (and I always bought the BOGO) $40 for 8 shots. $11 a shot is indeed actually a 120% over $5. With your new BOGO, which is actually not BOGO but buy 4 get 2, its around the 65%.

This has been the 3rd time we have been there for testing. They do a wonderful job and get us the results within an hour guaranteed! Love you guys! See you before our next trip!Jeff & Kelly Clemens

I walked in for an ordered Covid test for an upcoming Periodontal appt. Walked in to a pleasant receptionist, completed the needed paperwork, minutes later a young lady completed my test and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. My results were received in less than 24 hours for a PCR test which normally will take 2-3 days.

Not sure her, name, but the lady working the back cubby with brown hair is amasing. Ive always been terrified of getting blood taken/ shots and I didnt even feel her stick me!

The person working the front desk and taking the labs was very friendly and nice. However, I had asked for my results to be emailed to me and I never received the results. I called to confirm that the results were in and the phone rang and rang with no answer for the first 90 minutes after they were open. When they finally answered, they put me on hold for over 10 mintues before being disconnected. (I stayed on hold to see just how long they would take and I think they are trying to avoid dealing with me.) I am calling my insurance company to make sure they dont pay this lab since I am unable to get my results.

Wow!!!! There is a lady there named Cynthia! She is AMAZING. I went to have blood work done. No pain and no bruises. She talked me through the whole process. I will always use Any Lab Test for any blood work I need done.

My wife and I have been going for over a year for B12 and Lipo Shots. The staff is super friendly, there is never a long wait, we are usually in and out in less than 10 minutes and the shots are given painlessly, seriously, they are masters at this.

Do not go here! Terrible experience. Front desk is rude and the lady who takes the test is rude. If you are black dont come here, these people are racist and they discriminate towards black and colored people. They even tried to call the police when i reacted twords their racist and discriminating comments they made, very unprofessional and sad. They refused to give me their names and titles and any human resources information insted they threatned to call the police again if i asked anymore questions. They stated they did not have to deal with any of this. They even sabotaged my drug screen 3 times saying the temperature was off by 0.1 all three times no way that is possible. They said i did not use my own urine Three times how? Then they said they heard me talking to the other three colored males the whole time about useing fake urine. This place is raciest, discriminates, and is serious joke. They even called the staffing service told them i was irate the whole time, to get me put on a no rehire list. If that isnt raciest or being discriminated againt when you did nothing at all. I would think again about the staff you employ!

Don’t go here... 👎👎👎 The front desk staff is so rude. Have no courtesy. The lady will make you feel so bad and ruin the rest of your day. I visited this place in the past and it was fine. I think the management should really think about keeping this current front desk staff, if they want their customers to be happy.
