I had surgery several years ago a Prisma. I would not wish the pain I went through on anyone nor the manner of the Doctor. He did not finish the surgery. I had to return to have it fixed. l asked my doctor to refer me to someone at St. Francis. Dr. Rinko was wondering. It hurt which surgery is going to hurt, but it was bearable. I found her to be knowledgeable with a good bedside manner. I would highly recommend her!

When a doctor and their staff get to the point of caring more about scheduling appointments that will make them the most money, than taking care of the patients that NEED them… they should turn in their license/quit. If a patient wants to have surgery, they will have it scheduled in a week with Dr. Rinko, however, for a simple bladder instillation in the office, a patient has to wait two months or longer. I have never been as disgusted by patient treatment as I was this morning. My mother scheduled an appointment almost two months ago for a bladder instillation and received a confirmation call on Sunday 3/8. My mother has a chronic illness that causes extreme flare ups of bladder pain. The receptionist said the appointment was not on the schedule and must have not been imputed in the new system during “transition” . She was unsympathetic and insisted that Dr. Rinko was unable to speak with my mother or see her until April 3rd. On top of this, there were no patients in the waiting room. Rather than trying to diffuse the situation, she called security. The robocop came and was also unsympathetic and threatening. He argued back and forth with my mother further escalating the situation and threatening to have her arrested as we were already leaving the building. Shame on you Dr. Rinko and your staff.

This physician is very professional and knowledgeable. She explained planned procedure in detail, along with what could be expected prior to surgery, and care and what to expect after surgery. She made sure that pain and nausea would be controlled. Dr. Rinko followed up post surgery with phone call. My post operative progress has been very positive. I highly recommend her care.

Wasted time, her bedside manner is fair at best. I wanted to be tested for a UTI while there and if they can’t cath you, they won’t test. Now I’m sitting at an urgent care. Ridiculous!

Great surgeon; she even followed up with phone calls. She anticipated problems, ie. nausea, pain, and bleeding so that they did not occur. I could not ask for better care. carol

She might be a good doctor but she has terrible bedside manner. She is down right rude. My wife will never go back to her.
