So far I have had a wonderful experience with this office. I have been seeing Chelsea Fox for over 2 years. She and her nurse Melissa has given me options, they have given me a clear infertility diagnosis, and allowed me to advocate for myself and ask questions without being condescending. Dr. Fox has so far done everything she can to get me pregnant and I believe she will continue to do so until it happens. Her nurse Melissa has not only been extremely helpful through my journey but has been kind, warm and emotionally present. Dr. Fox is matter of fact and gives you statistics. Some people don’t do well with that but I like for my doctor to be up front with me and she is. But she is very warm while doing it. The front desk ladies know my by name now and are always very friendly when I come in. Cynthia in the finance department has been very helpful. As I’ve seen in some of the other reviews they will add a charge to your mychart at times that you have already paid for. That comes up automatically and all you have to do is ask for it to be taken off. You do see other doctors sometimes and I will say Dr. Lisa Green has been a pleasure every time. The IVF nurses have also been very helpful, they can message you all at once sometimes, but at least they are responding in a timely fashion. Hannah specifically took care of me during my retrieval and was a light to be around. Mrs. Lynn who draws my blood sometimes is amazing and so are both of the early morning ultrasound techs. I feel very welcome here and always have.

Find another location. It’s a nightmare dealing with this location. Missy the office manager is rude and ill informed on basic job duties. Personally I think this office intentionally commits fraud. I will be submitting to fraud dept too. They surprise you with a $400 invoice they never mention prior on the date of the appointment and refuse service if you do not pay. Mind you it’s an appointment that took 4 months to get scheduled in the first place. They claim insurance takes 45 days to review so they pre charge full amount. My insurance paid in 4 days and I still have no refund. It’s been over 2 months. I called and messaged in my chart but they refuse to speak to me hence I will submit fraud review. Cindy a billing person called me and started telling me I owe $5,000.00 adamantly. I knew this was wrong and tried to let her correct herself but she insisted so I got very upset. She then said it was another patients bill she has been telling me about. I mean how would you feel? She then continued to claim I owed $280 for a phone call appointment and insisted my insurance paid nothing. In fact my insurance paid everything except a $25 copay. I complained and brought up concerns to Johanna Von Hofe who forced me to pay or refused me service on the spot. She also noted a call on the subject in my chart claiming she called me on it and I have phone records there was no call. She went as far as to alter a phone call record so I don’t know what that says about someone. Two visits to this location and I have spent over 24 hrs with various departments to get things corrected. I don’t know what your time is worth but they overcharge here and hope you don’t notice or ask for it back. If you do ask or point it out they ignore and tell you to call public advocacy. I do call them and they are pointless claiming I need to pursue facility directly for action. I think someone will end up suing them very soon. It’s too blatant of behavior.

This clinic was recommended to me by multiple clients of mine over the past couple years.My husband and I had been going to the main clinic in the upstate a lot of couples go to, without mentioning their name.Anyway, I spent a year there with no success, but also very very bad experiences every time.I thought that’s just the way it is…So after that year was up, I was inclined to get a second opinion.My husband and I are so glad we did so far!We’ve had such a good experience with Dr. Miller. He is very experienced and took the time to answer all my questions and also gave me so many more options than the other clinic I had been to. He didn’t push aggressive treatments on me right away, and the visits so far have been great. The front desk is so friendly and welcoming! My first scan went perfectly well and the lady who did it actually saw something the other place had never mentioned (I’ve had 7 scans). Also my nurse, Holli, is so sweet and has such a bubbly personality!! She’s been so awesome at communicating with me anytime I message her in MyChart.I feel confident that this clinic will help my husband and I get pregnant. I’ll update when I conceive .

From the very get go, Lisa Green was extremely condescending to me. Even though I explained how connected birth control has been to my chronic issue, she didn’t take me seriously at all. She made faces at me instead of explaining why she disagreed with my hypothesis. She was so rude to me, I started crying. She didn’t even address the fact that I was crying! Absolutely horrible experience. Nothing was accomplished and my time (missing from work) was completely wasted. Instead of offering any explanation as to what I have been going through, all she wanted to do was tell me I’m wrong. I can’t believe I waited months for this appointment.

Ive left multiple messages in the last few weeks to schedule an appointment. Apparently returning calls isnt a thing. Thankfully I eventually tried Piedmont Reproductive, and they called me back first thing the next morning to schedule an appointment. You should probably go there instead of Prisma.

HEED THE BAD REVIEWS.I loved Dr. Likes which is why I’m even giving this two stars, he was amazing. Very knowledgable and explained all of the possible avenues of treatment that might be needed.However, I found his staff and team to be extremely unprofessional. Seeing a specialist sets the expectation of a higher level of customer service, patient care, and knowledge. This office didn’t show ANY of that. The staff isn’t knowledgable about their procedures, cost of test, etc. As a new patient just wanting to have a baby with my husband, it’s discouraging to ask all the right questions and get lazy, incorrect answers. Not to mention the fact that the office couldn’t even be bothered to call my husband to set up his test. I had to call and get him scheduled after two weeks of waiting for the staff to reach out - like I was told they would. The front desk told me when I asked about it “we sent him a MyChart message.” Which is not only lazy but not the proper procedure for a first appointment, since MyChart partners with multiple offices and Prisma is not how his is set-up because his doctor isn’t a Prisma facility. I won’t even get into payments much because it’s such a mess. You can go in for test, pay over $1000 (prior to the test and visit) and then get hit with an almost $4000 dollar bill after for the same test.Having to see a fertility specialist is already such a stressful and emotional journey without the doctors office adding to the stress. Overall making the whole process harder, not easier. I was referred here and in one month had been through so much negativity, laziness, and just lack of professionalism with this office that I told my husband through tears that maybe I’m just not meant to have kids and this is the sign. THAT’S how negative my experience was with this office.My husband and I called my OB office for a different referral, where they filed our concerns. I personally wouldn’t want anyone else’s journey to take this overwhelmingly negative turn.

Dr. Likes was amazing and thats why this gets 3 stars. I thought he was great. Id recommend him but not his staff.But the nursing/billing staff at check-out were incredibly insensitive and unknowledgeable. They demanded a large payment of service be paid before I left because they said my insurance wouldnt cover it. But I knew it would and got confirmation from my insurance prior to going there. I argued with them for awhile and they were incredibly rude and unwilling to call my insurance to verify my benefits.I paid the cost of the visit out of defeat and the next day a nurse called and said theyd file with my insurance. Today my insurance sent them a check for the service so theyve now been paid double. They have yet to provide my money back I paid them and are holding it hostage until other claims from other providers in the network have been fulfilled by my insurance.Moral of the story: I wouldnt have paid the nursing/billing staff had I known my money would be tied up for over a month over this. So insensitive to push patience on things they are unknowledgeable about while working in a sensitive realm of infertility. I will not be back, unfortunately. and wouldnt recommend this practice to others.

Staff was incredibly unprofessional and insensitive to patients who are coming to them in such a vulnerable position. Doctors werent much better. If the Dr. you went to the practice to see was unavailable, it is a crapshoot for who youll get. We did one round of IUI before we had to switch to another local practice. Once we went to the other practice we learned my wife had fibroids that needed to be removed and it was a complete waste of time and money to even attempt IUI without removing the fibroids. This was completely irresponsible on the part of the medical professionals Glad we only wasted 3 months at this practice. We were put on the right track and welcomed our beautiful baby girl about 15 months after leaving this place. RUN!!!

The office staff, ultrasound technicians, nurses and doctors made my husband and I feel respected and valued. Dr Lisa Greene is an incredible professional, she explained every test result and procedure while offering options that didnt make us feel pressured. She responds in a timely manner, even after hours, because she doesnt stop until the work gets done. Thanks to her we were able to start our family!

I really am at a complete loss as to how some people had such a bad experience according to their reviews. I have had nothing but positive things to say. Dr. Likes is such an expert in the field and truly cares. He and his nurses are always super quick to respond in MyChart. I have never felt under valued in anyway as a patient here. I would, and have, recommend them to my closest friends and family.

I love the care I receive from Dr Miller. Thats why this review even gets 3 stars. However, the Staff at this Practice, is literally ruining it. I have been going there for years, and have never had such MONEY HUNGRY, rude and insensitive treatment.. have called 8 times today to try to schedule apmnt. They just let the phone ring, with no answer.

The staff is very rude and inconsiderate. They bill you for extra time in the visit that you never received. If you are self pay they look down on you. They won’t do prior authorization requests or look into your insurance questions for you. The nurse doesn’t answer voicemails or messages through mychart. They don’t send medication to the pharmacy on time. Very unprofessional staff. Over all I would like to give it negative stars if I could. I would not recommend to any of my family members or friends.

My main provider at this location is Dr. Green. I had a procedure completed with Dr. Likes. Both MDs and the office and clinical staff have been absolutely professional and caring. Everyone explained any procedures and visits, answered all questions I have as well and have communicated with me in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office and staff for patients that are interested in being an active part of their care and having honest dialogue with their care team.

Dr. Von Hofe is more than just a doctor she has became more like family. She was my main doctor throughout my IVF journey. We did see the other physicians during our journey and that is completely normal. Just like if you go to the regular obgyn when you do get pregnant you will rotate and see all of the doctors. Dr. Von Hofe did my egg retrieval along with my final and successful FET. My other two transfers where done by Dr. Likes and Dr. Miller. They were both professional and explained everything as it was going on and beforehand. BUT I do have to say I was most comfortable with Dr. Von Hofe and when we do go back to try again after our baby boy is born I will have her as my main doctor again. Because of her and the entire staff I get to be a mother. I am beyond grateful for Dr. Von Hofe, the nurses, the embryologists and just the entire team in general! It was an extremely though journey and anyone going through it, I highly recommend advocating for yourself! Ask the questions even if you think they may be dumb or not important. Every question is important.

Dr Green was my main provider, but I do want to give a shout out to Dr Von Hofe who I technically saw more of (they all work on rotation, thats just how it occurred). Stuff is very pleasant, doesnt mind explaining things a couple of times. Had a successful cycle finally, and I am blessed with a little girl!

I have a beautiful daughter thanks to this office. Everyone I encountered was really nice. Sure, sometimes emails and phone calls seem like they take a long time to be answered but thats just American Medicine for you.

If we could give 10 stars, we would. Dr. Von Hofe is an exceptionally caring, measured and intelligent physician. She cuts through the BS and helps boil things down in a way that makes a lot of sense. This is especially important during such a high-stress journey like IVF. Her command of her field is obvious from the moment you meet her, and the compassion she exudes is genuine. If youre looking for an IVF doc with both brains and bedside manner, Dr. Von Hofe is no doubt the total package.

Im happy to say they are very helpful and caring, I am so happy , I finally have my baby after 12 years of infertility struggles. Thank you Prisma Health fertility center of the Carolinas Team!!

Dr Green, and Dr Von Hope were wonderful! My first cycle failed, but after having my second attempt I am sitting here with a bundle of joy!

Dr. Miller was very thorough and had already read my chart before speaking to me. Had a great visit!

This clinic has unresponsible doctors and the nurses would not reply to my messages on the chart...over all no one cares ..would not recommend
