The Lab is clean and spacious. Kayla and Yari were very pleasant, professional and friendly. The check-in process was simple, quick and easy. My appointment was timely. I have been here several times and experienced the same customer service each time. The Lab offers a large variety of tests whether for your personal or medical needs. Its also easy to park at and walk in to their location. I was in/out in under 10 minutes this time. Very efficient service.

This place was great happy I went to this spot ,as soon as you walk in you greeted by employees that’s work there , they work super fast and efficiently, Yari employee that works there was super amazing makes you feel comfortable soon as you walk in and had just great customer services , definitely will be returning if I need any lab work done.

Had my annual checkup labs and urine test done here. It’s very quick and easy and they accommodated me on a Saturday and as a walk-in. Lis was great and was very kind. Would come again :)

Liz is hands down the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had. Normally I feel faint during and after drawing blood and for the first time ever, it didn’t happen. She was quick and efficient. I scheduled an appointment and pre paid for the service that I was required to take for my school ( I was recommended by my school advisor to go to any lab now ). I arrived a few minutes early before my scheduled appointment (I was not sure if there would be any required paper works needed to be filled out and wanted to ensure I had the appropriate amount of time) as I walked in I was not greeted with a professional greeting. Instead I was met with an unprofessional and obnoxious “love, I’m really busy right now and I’m by myself so it’s going to be a while”. By Liz. The proper way to greet an incoming customer is to say “hello/ good morning/ how can I help you”. I told Liz that I had an appointment and what my service was for. I proceeded to sit down and wait patiently. After some time past a new customer walked in and was greeted with a more professional response that all customers should receive “hi, good morning, do you have an appointment? “ (she was white ). The second incident occurred on the same day once Liz was ready to begin assisting me she proceeded to shout from across the room while with another customer “are you here for…?” Then walks up to me and motions towards her vagina and lower abdomen and mutters something about some sort of test that SHE ASSUMED I WAS THERE FOR because she thought I was another customer. (Stereotyping and very ignorant mistake) I felt that it’s highly disrespectful and embarrassing. She then says “sorry, I thought you were someone else.” When I checked in first I told her my name and what service I was there for. The third included occurred a day later (December 8, 2023) when I went to pick up the paper copy results. As I am waiting for Liz to make a copy so that I can provide one to my school, in front of another associate at the check out counter she obnoxiously says “you’re negative”. Now I know I was there for a test required by my school and I know that this test was solely for admission process. However it is against hippa law, extremely disrespectful and violating to EVER tell a a customers personal information (test results) in public. My test results was never going to be anything but negative unlike her ignorance and stereotyping expected.I usually don’t write reviews however I found Liz to be UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE and INAPPROPRIATE. Please provide basic customer service and ethic training to your EMPLOYEES.

The day prior to my pre employment drug screen, I was in the urgent care with a fever of almost 109! Needless to say I wasn’t feeling well when I arrived to Any Labs. The young lady (I believe her name was Kayla.. well at least that’s what my paperwork says) that performed my drug screen was extremely nice, caring, professional & efficient! I really appreciated that. My wait time was little to none! I was literally in and out in 10 minutes!!! It takes that long just to sign-in with Quest! Just overall great experience! Would definitely recommend!
