I worked with cardiothoracic surgeons that have God complex, they think they are God, their ego is greater than their capacities. So dealing with Dr. Roth was not difficult for me. I think when I look medical attention, I care more about the capacity of the doctor to perform his job than the good manners at bedside. Here, medicine is a business, we are not patients, we are clients. It is true we are paying but at the end we need from their services. Not always the one with good manners is the best doctor.His care givers ( the 2 ladies who took care of me showed compassion, they were very proffesional, did not leave me alone at any moment. The place is not luxury but it is clean and very neat, I will comeback if I need any of the services they offer with my eyes closed

I recently visited this clinic to have the surgical procedure done. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t nervous due to all the negative reviews left In regards to dr.roth. I’ve come to find out that although his bed side manner may be questionable at time… no cussing lol. he is good at what he does and he has proven to be a let’s get it done and over with type of doctor as this isn’t his primary office. He will not work with you if you are scared or nervous. big girl pants required. he is not your shoulder to cry on no matter how emotionally painful having to have the procedure done in the first place is. the day of my procedure he was not mean nor was he insensitive towards me. my experience was overall pleasant. the nurses were amazing and one held my hand during the procedure. if you’re looking to get this done with people who understand and will handle it for you then this is the place to go, if you’re looking for someone who is going to cater to the emotional side of things, find somewhere else.

I seen many other clients have left negative reviews about Dr. Roth. He is definitely tough and means business, but he is good at what he does. This practice is family owned. The nurses and staff made me feel extremely comfortable. They are knowledgeable and professional. No one ever wants to have to go through something like this and I believe the level of professionalism and abundant information is what put me at ease. They first do a scan to confirm your pregnancy, and then there are two options for termination- $450 for the abortion pill and $350 for the surgical Procedure. After doing my own independent research, I decided to do the procedure because it was quick and easy with very minimal recovery. They do give you local anesthesia, but the procedure is definitely a little painful but overall its only about three minutes total.

I recommend this clinic to any woman in need of their services.. Doctor is very professional and the nurses are very nice and attentive.

As my first time coming here, It met the expectations I was told by others. Its a busy clinic but every staff was so nice, smiling, and welcoming. I was calmed to an ease and made me feel comfortable during my entire process. Very quick delightful experience. I was explained everything in a detailed way with diligence, left me feeling confident in knowing exactly what to do next. My biggest thing is time in any clinic, but here I was in and out within a very reasonable time that left me in surprise! I appreciate the safe environment and the cleanliness. Overall, the staff very well mannered and phenomenal customer etiquette.

Some people are saying his a good doctor but no I was in pain he cursed at me and because I said I was hurting he said he was go find me a other doctor if it happens again then yell don’t touch my equipment I hated my whole experience with him that’s why they prepare Yu to say certain things to him cause he is very mean….i loved all the females there!

First things first, we’re gonna start with names. Dr. Roth is the most disrespectful doctor i’ve ever encountered. First off, he yelled at one of the nurses because she didn’t bring him a water in “enough time”? And then he kept scratching me with his nails during the procedure and was unapologetic. He told me to stop being a baby for flinching. After I started crying he said he Doesnt get paid enough todeal with this. And then he walked out of the room and had one of the nurses escort me out. I recommend just about any place that Isn’t this. 🫤

Though the nurses were so nice and made us feel comfortable that doctor is something else. First off, he comes whenever he wants so we are in a packed room for nearly 2 hours waiting on him. He is so rude and rough throughout the procedure. This is already a difficult decision that we have to make; He made me feel very uncomfortable the entire time. Will not recommend.

PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC!!! DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL!! Not even for a pregnancy test as they leave other people’s urine samples in the bathroom in clear view. I came here to get service and the nurses are fine but the doctor is HORRIBLE!!! He will not give you eye contact, introduce himself, say his name nor even acknowledge you. Also, he is not calculating the dosage correctly for the sedation. They say they will sedate you but they will NOT. You will be BAR (Bright, alert, and responsive) for the whole surgical procedure you will SEE and FEEL everything they are doing. The dr advised me to be quiet because he did not want the other women to hear me while he was doing the procedure as I was in severe pain feeling every instrument inside of me. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE THERES OTHER CLINICS WITH BETTER DOCTORS!! IT WILL TRAUMATIZE YOU!!

The staff here is kind and friendly but “Mr. Roth” the doctor Harvey c Roth is very rude and unprofessional. He refused to give me my medication and was going to make me wait for the next doctor after I had already been waiting 2 hours because my mask fell below my nose while answering his medical questions he had for me. Even after I placed my mask above my nose as he asked, he started to yell and ask me not to speak him if my mask keeps sliding when I talk.He is not nice, has horrible bed side manner women should not go to him as he is very very disrespectful. He literally made me cry in the room then once I walked out to wait in another room, I could hear him talking about me to the nurses in the office. Very rude ladies please find a better doctor. Or if u go here please request not to be seen by this very rude man.

The nurse that helped me was very sweet. All in all this is a terribly ran clinic . If your appointment is before 12:30 you will not see a doctor till after 12:00pm …. so don’t even bother coming till later unless you like to wait in a doctors office . The doctors have no courtesy to peoples time , there is a waiting room with 5 people at a time some here for 2/3 hrs . The doctor shows up when he wants to despite the scheduled appointment times . He is also very rude , no bedside manner what so ever. For this to be a place that is supposed to be a safe space for women you will most likely walk out in tears or close too. I would recommend going to a different clinic . This is just all around a mess .

This place is the worse place to ever come to.The staff are real nice. But that damn Dr. Roth is very rude and make you feel very uncomfortable. He ask the craziest questions and except for you to respond the right way if not, he will not proceed with you.He’s very unprofessional to be a Doctor. He don’t give the meds time to kick in. He start right away. He’s very very very ruff, like he don’t like his profession. He’s never on time. The staff try to keep you relax for 2-3 hrs till he come. This was the most comfortable place Ive been too. The staff made me feel comfortable and safe and I felt like I can trust them. The doctors were friendly and made the process a lot more easier to deal with. They didnt make me feel like I was doing something wrong with my life. I like that I was able talk to the doctor about anything without feeling judged. Granted some of the questions he asked made me feel uncomfortable but I know they wouldnt ask if it wasnt for my safety. The place is very clean and has a homey feel to it. It didnt feel like I was going in for a death sentence. I would recommend this place to any close friends and family that need procedures or check ups.

Ive been at this office many times and had the best experience ever. They made me feel comfortable and supportive. The patients on the other hand are annoying. When they come here the expect to come and leave in 1 hour. They also except the staff to be super sensitive and expect them to help make their decisions and take some of the blame for their decisions. The patients treats this office and the staff like a Mc Donalds drive through, and we all know when you go to any clinic you expect to wait and be seen when its your turn. The staff here made me feel good and always had my best interest at heart.

I don’t really leave reviews, but visiting this place really effected me in a negative way. The nurses are all scared of Dr. Roth, they prepped me with “make sure you say your condition this in a specific way or he’ll get annoyed”. Like, what? I needed a medical abortion and he shamed me, chastised me for saying “I need an abortion” vs, “I want an abortion”. He was unkind, uncaring, and I left in tears during an already tough time. Go to planned parenthood. This doctor is a sad man who hates his job.

I had an IUD removal and insertion. Very clean, staff was lovely. However, the doctor, Doctor Roth, was extremely abrasive. Both physically & emotionally. Of course I know the experience is not supposed to be the most pleasant but he made it the worst it could be. Very unfriendly man. Today I had my follow up and a young girl was having a termination. We were chatting before she went in for her procedure. Moments later she came back into the waiting room and said how unbelievably unfriendly and rude he was and she will not be doing her procedure there and she walked out. This doctor may do these procedures on a daily basis but women do not. If your going to be any kind of doctor especially in this particular field have some compassion!

This is a great clinic to go to, the staff and the Dr was great. Dr Nunez was very nice and he made me feel comfortable. The explained in detail and answered all my questions when i had one the manager was very helpful and i got a discount for being a student. I was given the best option for my situation, it is a 1&1/2 hour visit tho so make sure your phone is charged. This is my first choice for a clinic dealing with female issues

Heartbreaking & traumatizing experience. Never come here. You get out from room to room like you’re a decor piece. You get told the bare minimum, the doctors don’t Care if you start having problems. They treat you like you have no right & like they need to get you out of there as soon as possible. I wanted to keep the picture of the ultrasound & the nurse immediately snatched it from my hands & ripped it up infront of me. It never leaves me the way I felt I had no right to see or feel mournful. It was mentally damaging. They have no care for your emotional state, they just want your money & to never see you again. I had to go to the hospital because I started to experience abnormal bleeding & extreme pain. I tried to go to back to this place & they made me take a pregnancy test. When it came out negative, they said there’s nothing they could do for me & made me leave. I now have a blood disorder due to their negligence. Don’t come here, they don’t care about your life. They will dismiss you if they can’t get money from you.

In February 2015 , I visited this facility and was very satisfied with the services and care I received. The staff was professional and courteous, the facility was clean and I felt well treated by Dr. Brown. I visited this office regarding an IUD issue, but they are a full service clinic and have great prices for womans health services. The office and waiting area was comfortable and the staff was attentive to mine and the other womans needs. Ive been able to call with questions, and continue to receive great service. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of services. Before believing things mentioned in previous reviews, do your own research and call them directly with questions or concerns. Professional, and quick I was there for about 2 in a half hours but it was a lot of girls before me they moved pretty quick. Once the anesthesia was put in me I dont remember anything!! The nurse was nice and they doctor was very funny, I loved my experience here. Place is nice and clean I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The doctor was disgusting. He had an attitude like he didn’t want to be there. It was a traumatic experience and he started before I was sedated I remember screaming in pain and then waking up. The staff was nice but the doctor is terrible

So they made an appointment for me for 9am doctor never showed up till 12 , than he told me I was 12 weeks he counted as when I had my period but I was only 10 weeks so ofcourse they raised the price where I already paid 200$ just for him to be rude and tell me I’m more than I really was so than ofc the price goes up for the procedure . I called to reschedule 3 days later and she told me the price gona go up 100 more so that’s another 300 on top of the 200 so basically they just ripping you off thinking we don’t know how to count . I went to another doctor and he told me I was only 10 weeks and 3 days so yeah avoid this place there’s better ones out there!!

Ive been here a few times and everytime i went it was the same experience. The doctor was always nice and the nurse always made me feel comfortable the place was always clean once you get the anesthesia its literally over.. I was never rushed out i was always given a generous amount of time to wake up and i would recommend this place to anybody...

An incredibly unpleasant experience. From the very beginning of an already difficult situation it was quite frankly what you could call a: what could go wrong next? Scenario.The doctor was an hour and a half late with little to no regard for questions or concerns.The staff seeming to follow the same dogma.Note that this is from the patient perspective, entirely disregarding the uncomfortable standpoint of being the other involved. Which in that case youre 90 to 100% NOT part of the process. Whatsoever. An absolute travesty, I wouldnt recommend to anyone by any means. There are better options.Have no intention to reference.

Beware. They will make you feel guiltyThere is a younger doctor here that talked down to me in such a way he made me feel guilty for having the procedure. I wonder if he feels guilty when he cashed his money off my procedure. They can keep their guilt trips. And ladies be aware. He will talk down to you while he examins you right before the procedure. I didn’t respond to him because I thought he would refuse to help me. But I told her nurse afterwards. He should be banned. DONT VISIT THIS PLACE! God understands the situation so nobody should make you feel any type of way. It’s not their life or their bodies. Aren’t they there with you? Aren’t they a part of this? So he needs to hush. I’m sure we already have enough guilt as it is. Blessings to all.

The doctor was the most rudest person I have met . I took my friend here so she can have a procedure done. It was already a very hard decision to make let alone getting it done. My friend was hysterical. He was so rude bashing her and all. Told her If she didnt stop crying or wouldnt listen to him he wouldnt do it . Processed to roll his eyes at her and wouldnt stop the insulting words. I wish this doctor would be removed from his job. This is a place for women to feel secure and instead my friend felt completely horrified.do not go to this place!

They are HORRIBLE i’m 17 and went in today and they were right off the bat unprofessional but the nurses were nice so i let it slide after waiting 2 and a half hours the doctor finally calls me in and the second i sit down starts screaming at me for not wanting to take blood at a place where they don’t even carry insurance. so he refused to service me and started yelling at me and accused me of only wanting the abortion because someone was forcing me. after i waited outside in tears they called the police on me and trespassed me... even the cops were shocked at the lack of hospitality this place offers go somewhere else please. stay safe everyone :)

STAY AWAY! Worst clinic ever . Noone has compassion for you here ! I never did any procedure here Which i thank God i didnt . I rather loose the $150 i did for the ultrasound and go somewhere else . Dr.Roth he didnt even introduced himself to me when first went in the room . He a jerk and you can tell as soon as you look at his face . Dr. Lopez was the Dr. I had, he was so nice and patient with me. Being that I was a mess he made me feel comfortable. The service provided was very pleasant, there prices are amazing and cheap and they do give out discounts. I really recommend this place.

Horrible doctor! No manners or feelings. I got out of there crying. The nurses were nice but they charge me in advance because they probably have lots of very unhappy women! I tough I did a good research finding this place but everything they say on their website about caring, compassion, and gentleness.. hahaha!Please dont even consider about this place! Needed to get a drug test done for a new company. The office provided a 24 hour result and emailed me with the proper form I needed to turn in. Nice staff. Nice clinic.

Horrible, Dr. Brown was a real jerk! He is so unprofessional and was on his Facebook watching a video, didnt greet me as I entered the room or even looked at me. Once the nurse did the ultrasound he asked what I full name was, still while looking at his Facebook when the nurse asked me to sit up he put his down and it was so loud he actually had to turn it down. I was so alarmed and didnt not do the procedure. the office manager Guzman was also very unprofessional. After I told them I would write a review I left and they called back and offered to give me a full refund. After reading the review about girls having complication, I can see why. Dr. Brown is mean, and has no respect for women . He rips you right up. They dont have insurance so the rest is on you.

Clinic operation is horrible. Staff seems uninterested and annoyed to answer questions. Doctors never in office on time there’s always over an hour wait because the doctor comes in at a certain time, Always rude with an attitude just all around horrible and need to be shut down

This place is a great place i was treated great. They went over things with me answered any question i had. The price was great $250.00 if ur under 10 weeks. Very clean the dr talk to me with respect he wasnt rude or made me feel bad about my decision. I will send others there cause my experience was worth it.

Would rate a zero if I could. Charged me $20 for a urine pregnancy test even though they say it’s free on the website. Paid just to get a paper saying I may be pregnant. Not a professional place at all. Big time scammers

Horroble experience, never EVER GO THERE, am all most die , 1 month at the hospital , God know am NOT lies, I got infection right away, I call them , they dont care, so nasty lady on the phone tell me that pain , I can urine normal , she say is fine????? Please becarefull, is better pay more at different place is you decide to do abortion , I still sick, low hemoglobin, and others problems..........

12/29/18 was my actual visit for the first time and it went well friendly staff the wait wasnt long at all..Sam work with me to the fullest. Dont hesitate make the call and go in..definitely recommend them.

Im honestly giving them one star because I cant give them a 0. I came to this place to have an IUD inserted, and after waiting three hours I was treated by a super unfriendly, rude, unpleasant and hostile Doctor. The doctor wasnt even kind enough to introduce himself (I never learned his name), he didnt even look me in the face when he spoke to me. I was never able to see his face because he always had his mask on, he did not greet me and during the procedure he was hostile and despotic. I had never had such an unpleasant experience in a health center in my life. This place is unhealthy, and totally far from health. DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE, its scary!

What a disappointment to see such a horrible and unpleasant comment and experience, thanks to these comments I can avoid going through the same thing.
