Wow am still in shock, I been coming to this office for the past 2 years never had a problem PA are great but today I had the worst experience ever in this place. I work near by so I just went walking on my lunch time for a quick check up so I didn’t even take my wallet since almost all the places now have Apple Pay. The check in girl calls my name and ask for my copay I say ok can I pay with Apple Pay, she said no we don’t have that, i said ok, can I call back once I get to my work and make the payment over the phone, she said no you can’t be seen with out paying your $80 copay. Now she is been beyond rude, I asked if the doctor can do an exception cause I really need to be seen and she made a face and said the answer will be the same. She went back to the doctor office for like 5 min came back and said the doctor is at lunch won’t be back until 1:30 pm if you want wait, now this just made me mad and disgusted on the way I been treated, my appointment was at 12:30 I got there 10 min before and now she wants me to way a full hour just to see if the doctor can wait for 5 min until I get to my wallet to make the payment after been seen? I work on the medical field to and this is wrong in so many ways refusing medical care to a patient just for $80 dollars that could have been paid 5 min after. Well now I will never come back to this place and they may not care but I hope this helps anyone thinking on going here please don’t waste your money on a office that does not care for your well been and they will refused treatment if you don’t pay before been seen.

I’m extremely happy that I visited the office. Everyone is so helpful and kind. The staff made me feel welcome. Dr. Pollack is absolutely amazing she is so understanding and compassionate. She is very Professional and gentle. This is the place to come!! The Doctor is an excellent problem solver. I’m just so thankful to be under Her wonderful care!! Sarah (front desk) is so patient and kind and efficient as far as moving patients thru the check in process. One lady had VA insurance but no proof but a referral and another. Another had other payment issues . Both were 11:00 appts but were more than 20 minutes. She took it in stride. She Did what she could for each quickly in a patient and courteous manner she is a real asset to this very busy office.Another comment: The staff in the back are so friendly. They were all helping to train a new person. She asked questions and they were answered professionally and happily. No attitude, no “I know more than you” and “you just asked that” answers.You have created a great work environment for you staff. It makes an uncomfortable visit very bearable. Keep it going.

I’ve seen doctor Pollak numerous times over the last decade for help with prolapse and urinary incontinence after birthing four beautiful babies. Finally decided to go ahead with surgery in November of 2022 and wouldn’t have asked for anyone else. Dr. Pollak performed the placement of a bladder sling, a total hysterectomy (due to adenomyosis) and the repair of a pelvic organ prolapse at the same time for me. Recovery was as expected and I received all the support needed from her and her staff. Today I saw her for my last follow up visit. I couldn’t help but hug and thank her for changing my quality of life so drastically. Dr. Pollak cares for womens unique needs. She understands how difficult living with issues can be and provides the absolute best options available. Thank you Dr. Pollak, you have made such a positive impact in my well being and happiness.

First time at this office with Dr. Pollack. The front office Help was very friendly and efficient. My appointment ran on time. Dr. Pollack did a very good job explaining what I needed to know. I did not feel rushed and I felt heard. I highly recommend her.

The front staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, and impossible to get anyone on the phone. As for Dr. Jennifer Pollak, she does not let you get a sentence in, she would constantly run late for Tele-med, or did not show up at all (which they billed me for). The only positive from this practice was their in house Pelvic Floor Therapy. Unfortunately, after voicing our concerns, poor patient care and months of no significant improvement, we decided to find help elsewhere.

I cant rave enough about the warmth, compassion, and professionalism of Dr. Jennifer Pollak. My first visit with her was a zoom phone call which her office scheduled with me. She first listened carefully to my concerns and then followed up with pertinent questions relating to my condition. She offered several options...one of them being pelvic therapy. My results exceeded my expectations and I am feeling great! The entire office staff and physical therapists are very professional, friendly, and they make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Pollak is top in her field of gynecology....specializing in urogynecology....You will be very happy with your decision ...you wont get better care...anywhere!

Stay away from this office. They have the Audacity to send me a bill after I have tried to reach out to the office and the billing department not exaggerating over 50 times I have left voice messages I have left messages with the front desk to have the front office manager call me and still have not received a call back nor an email or any corresponding from this office. This office changed a crazy amount of money to my Insurance for a 5 minutes zoomed call and then they sent a bill to me as well. After months of waiting for a call back they actually sent me to collections. How can in the middle of an pandemic this office has the audacity to send anyone to collections without giving your patient a call? How could you even have the nerve to do such as thing? I can ensure that I’ll report this office to the state and the way they’re running their business. If I can give you a recommendation run, stay away, don’t even think about going to this office to get any services done. It’s shameful and completely unacceptable what this people are doing.

The staff is absolutely horrible. They gossip about their doctor in front of me and aren’t very professional. Then I called the office to be done setting an appointment to be hanged up on by Claudia. I’m hoping to find another office if this treatment continues despite the doctor being reasonable with helping me.

Dr. Pollak is a very compassionate doctor. She explained everything to me so that I had a clear understanding of my diagnosis and treatment. Shatrill is an excellent PA who performs some of the examinations and procedures and does it with great professionalism. It is a busy practice so the staff may seem a bit preoccupied but they will take the time to talk and answer questions without hesitation. Its all about women helping women! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I normally come to this office a lot . Very courteous staff and really friendly . When I do call for last minute appointments they are almost always available to schedule me in and help. Dr. Ritch is really caring and adheres to my needs and makes me feel very comfortable . The staff is very warming as well and they always make me feel welcomed. Would definitely recommend to anyone . Also I’m always in and out for appointments . My favorite part 😁

I was referred to Dr. Jessica Ritch last year after my gynecologist told me I had breast cancer, and I might want to find a new doctor as she was retiring soon. Switching doctors at that time was a challenge, especially as I was dealing with medication side effects that I didn’t understand. Dr. Ritch was amazing, always willing to take time to explain things to me and answer questions when I called. She and her office staff even assisted me by writing a letter at my request for my insurance company. I highly recommend her!!!

I found Dr. Pollak through a recommendation from my trusted OB/GYN...I was dealing with a very specific issue, and asked my Doctor who she would send her mom/sister to, and she gave me Dr. Pollaks name. I found her to be in that rare (desired) category of physicians who takes in the opinions and intuitions of the patient, as a course of wellness care is charted. In addition, I worked with Rivka--one of the Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists that Dr. Pollak has found--for a little over 6 months. Rivka was nothing short of a miracle. I found her exceptionally compassionate, knowledgeable, skilled, and concerned for my wellbeing. She empowered me to do lots of things at home/on-my-own between visits, and celebrated my progress right along with me. Its not an understatement to say that she changed my life for the better, and working with her was a huge blessing.

I did not see Dr Pollak, I saw Dr Ritch and one of the therapist - Rikva - this was one of the worst experiences of my life. Dr Ritch did nothing for me - told me t go to therapy, went 3 or 4 times, Rikva was 15 to 45 minutes late every time, even when I was the 1st appointment of the day - I would explain that I only had 30 minutes left because I had to get to work and we would proceed and she would lie to me about the time and then when I was dressing and said I was late - shed say You just have to understand that I need to do my thing... she has absolutely no concern or interest in the patient, just doing her thing and then she actually smacked me... and I did tell one of the office staff who said they would tell the doctor, but I never heard back from Dr Ritch or Dr Pollack - awful place, dont go here!

The office staff is outstanding!!!! They always make me feel better. Everyone cares and as a patient that means everything.

Horrible experience, veyr bad staff, not friendly, and be prepared for the bill even if you have a Great insurance. Dont waist your time going there. TERRIBLE DOCTOR.

The mistreatment over the phone is incredible, the lack of professionalism at the health level, they dont answer the phone when the twelve are laughing to make an appointment, you have to wait 72 hours after filling out a 10-page form, bad experience and there are no doctors who are bilingual and the Their recommendation is that you go to a gynecological consultation with an interpreter, what is this?????? my bad

Very bad experience, I called for an appointment with Dr. Pollack, and they told me that she doesnt speak Spanish, that I should have an interpreter, what a pain, that and that whoever spoke to me speaks Spanish, incredible👎👎👎
