Ive been a patient of Dr. Dejeans for over 15 years. She is so easy to talk to and a very compassionate, thorough doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Dejean.

For the first time, in a very long time, I was HEARD. Dr. Dejean was so attentive to me during my visit. She answered all my questions. You can see and feel the concern and interest in wanting to get to the bottom of my situation. Dr. Dejean hands down has a new and returning patient.

Dr.Dejean is one of the most patient gynecologists I have ever met. I found the office one night on Google hoping that I can find a gynecologist to finally listen to my concerns instead of treating me like they were just there for a paycheck. I walked in expecting that, but got the complete opposite. I’ve been seeing Dr.Dejean since May, I’d like to add that I have been dealing with a condition for a year and some change now and have seen many many gynecologists and neither live up to this standard, let alone had great bedside manners. She is the first one to listen to what’s going on with me and offer genuine advice. She’s very knowledgeable about her field and if she isn’t she is willing to learn more about it. The office is nice and clean, and small which I appreciate because it feels more comfortable and less intimidating. From the moment I walked into the office the wait is very short( 20 mins or less) and I was greeted nicely. I’ve been to this office about 10 times and each time everything went well. Very affordable. I love that I am able to message any concerns that I have directly to the doctor because it eliminates having to go in the office or call the phone during a busy work week. It has been times where she has text back during a late night or a closed evening. I plan to stick with Dr.Dejean and if you are looking for someone as genuine and patient but knowledgeable you will not waste your time coming here.

I’m glad I found Dr. Dejean. She took her time and explained everything to me and was very thorough with her exam. She listened to my concerns and had addressed them. The staff is also very lovely. I highly recommend this practice and physician.

I will start by saying the office staff was actually great. It wasnt until I met the doctor that things turned sour. The doctor was welcoming at first then she turned cold and I was just another patient. I started feeling uncomfortable especially when it came down to the exam which checks for cysts. I asked questions about my situation and she was very dismissive and provided short or little to no answer to my questions. The pelvic exam was uncomfortable as it was performed in an aggressive manner. A woman should feel comfortable when such sensitive exams are being performed. I do not plan on returning.

I didn’t have to wait for an appointment, and the wait time during the visit was very minimal. All my concerns were addressed during the appointment. The doctor is straightforward and kind. I am very pleased with this practice! Thank you to the staff and doctor!

To say I was disappointed in my experience with Dr Dejean would be an understatement. There is no doubt that she is a knowledgeable physician, though I certainly would recommend amelioration in her bedside manner. For those who seek a gynecologist who will be accommodating to your pain during IUD insertion/more invasive procedures, please run to a different office. I sought out Dr Dejean as a black physician to not be part of the statistics of black women who felt misled, disappointed, and unheard by their physicians, only to come and report just that. No pain management was offered before or after the procedure, just an expectation to deal with it with no medical intervention and an attempt at comfort by having her assistant share her experience despite having raised my concerns. When following up with her office as I experienced some other unforeseen side effects that are not my normal but were also documented by other individuals in studies or on internet forums, I was dismissed with a referral to another specialist. There was no conversation about my anatomy or how it could have been affected. Women’s pain should be believed and relieved. I empathize with the reviews that speak to being treated as just another number, I will not be requesting Dr Dejean services any further.

The Doctor was so cool a matter of fact everyone in this office was very nice to me.Mentioning Karen who drew my blood everyone always have problem with taking my blood listenthis lady stick me once and it was a wrap.

Friendly and professional staff. Appreciative of the later hours, especially as a new patient. Dr. Dejean was extremely personable, respectful, and professional. Found my new GYN for sure.

I’m very happy with my experience with Dr. Dejean and her supporting staff. It was my first visit, and they were able to get me on the schedule very quickly. Her medical assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. She was professional but had a friendly, understanding edge to her.After explaining my issue, they quickly identified and ordered the appropriate tests, which comprehensively addressed the issue I was experiencing. Dr. Dejean herself is very polite and had great bedside manner. She kept me at ease during procedures and was very efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful to me as a patient in her explanations. She thoroughly addressed all of my questions in the room, and gave me a courtesy call to go over a question I had on my test results a couple of weeks after my appointment. I’m really happy with her and although she’s a little far from where I live, I will gladly make the drive to continue being her patient.

Dr.Dejean and her office staff are great, I am always treated with care and respect. Dr. Dejean maintains a high level of professionalism, compassion and great communication. She is accessible and responsive whenever I call for an RX or need to be seen. The staff is friendly and accommodating especially with appointments. 4 minute PAP! 😒 The quality of care has dropped tremendously! 🥺🪫 After waiting upwards an hour to see Dr. DeJean, she came in and did my Pap test in a record 4 minutes.Dr. DeJean came in, reluctantly said hello, I changed in my gown, placed my feet in the holders, AND 4-MINUTES later, I was getting dressed! Duting the exam, Dr. DeJean was aggressive, and a bit rough, as if she was upset.Dr. DeJean DID NOT ask me any questions, AT ALL! 😨 I was so distracted by Dr. DeJean‘s aggressive 🤚🏾, by the time I thought to ask her any questions, Dr. DeJean was GONE! 💨🏁😞She FLEW IN 🏃🏾‍♀️💨 & 4 MINUTES FLEW OUT 🏃🏾‍♀️💨I went to a new OBGyn, to learn things were overlooked or missed, but is now being resolved.Quantity of patients should NOT affect the Quality of Care! I was very saddened by this because I really used to liked her, 😣… but my 🌸 have found a new home👩🏽‍⚕️🥼.What’s happening Dr. DeJean? 🧐😣I pray that God works it out! 🙏🏾

Dr. Dejean is a horrible doctor whom lacks compassion for women. I experienced my first pregnancy which turned out to be a miscarriage, as stated this was my first miscarriage & I had no idea what to expect.Dr. Dejean didn’t educate me on any next steps, she also did not advise me that I would need a Rhogram shot after a miscarriage to avoid future failed pregnancy. I ultimately ended up going to another OBGYN that I absolutely loved, she was able to assist me in my miscarriage & get my health back up to par. As a women of color I was looking forward to having her as a doctor, however she was extremely rude & lack knowledge and compassion. Her demeanor is that she is above you & unfortunately this business is customer service role, there are thousands of gynecologists/OB’s, for readers please take your business else where.

The doctor and whole staff are all soo professional welcoming, you’re the only one I would recommend to any of my friends or family❣️

I had a great experience with the doctor and the staff. It was my first time at this office. Everyone was very attentive. The only downside was the waiting on the room to be seen. I had to wait for a long time with the garments the provide. But aside from that everything was great. Definitely my doctor from now on.

Dr. Dejean has the most pleasant and endearing disposition and really took her time with me during my first appointment to provide the knowledge needed to make an educated decision on what I should do next. And Dr Dejean is Haitian I love it. The office is clean I didnt have to wait more then 15 minutes for them to call my name.

Dr Dejean is an excellent doctor that provides excellent care for her patients, she spent more than 30 minutes with me answering all my questions and addressing each of my concerns. I felt she truly cared about her patients. In addition, her staff is very professional and polite.

If you have no life and have no problem with your time being wasted this is the office for you!!! I had a 3:30pm appointment, I was told to come in 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 3pm the waiting room was crowded and it’s now 4:45pm and still not seen. I don’t appreciate my time not being valued.

From the moment I walked into the door, I felt immediately welcomed. Clean office space and inviting. And then I met the nurse, Prudence. She had me laughing and calmed my nerves (I mean, honestly, who looks forward to these types of appointments?!) Dr. Dejean is AMAZING! She is thorough while explaining everything and answered my questions before I even go to ask them (which is soothing to know your doctor knows what your concerns may be). Having an IUD changed is NOT an easy process, but she kindly had a clinician come in and hold my hand. I knew I was in great hands and understood by her and her clinicians. Such great care. She truly cares for her patients.

Dr. Dejean, Carolina and everyone else in the office were very sweet and friendly. Dr. Dejean was very thorough in my annual exam, asking questions that may pertain to my current problems I may have and she has very good beside manners. Carolina was tasked with drawing blood and unfortunately I was not hydrated enough to have blood taken out, so she attempted twice but decided to not go forward since she did not want to poke me too much. She did offer to have Dr. Dejean draw blood but I didnt want to stall them longer due to my veins but they were so nice and definitely made this experience well worth it.

Dr. Dejean and her medical assistant (I believe her name is Prudence) are so nice. They made me feel so comfortable in the office. Dr. Dejean answered all my questions with patience never making me feel rushed. I have recommended her to both my sisters who recently moved back down here and they both had nothing but positives to say about their experience

I set up an appt. how about the office calls me today, my appt is tomorrow. They just realized they are moving , so as a courtesy the doctor will open her practice on a Saturday, but is on 5/16. If you were been courteous and mindful of your clients you would open this Saturday and not make them wait 20 days.

Dr. Dejean provides great care and the staff is very welcoming. I go to the Pembroke Pines location so I can;t speak for the other office. But I highly recommend Dr. Dejean. She answers all of my questions and provides great information. I feel comfortable with her monitoring my health. I love that my appointments always start within a reasonable time, my normal wait time is literally 5 mins. I have never had a bad experience here.

For some the dread of meeting a new doctor can be real and Ive had some poor experiences with front desk staff. The ladies at the front were great and had great attitudes. This is a terrible doctor!!! My insurance plan told me to go to this doctor but my friend Suzie Jones told me to run away!!! And I am thankful I did! Any time I have stated I didnt know what a particular issue is she said it was just an infection or will ignore my question and never explain what it actually is and does to my body. Also, her staff will ask me do I have any questions for the doctor and she wouldnt answer the questions or care about the concerns that I have about that particular issue, when she does happen to give an answer she gives an entire completely different response that has nothing to do with my main concern then she will proceed to rush the answer and leave. Im always forced to go on Google and answer my questions. Due to my last incident, I have stated I have an ovary cyst she never gave any concerns about my condition which put me in a very uncomfortable situation I was forced to go to a different doctor, she showed zero interest in dealing with my situation. I feel like this type of behavior is very unprofessional and I wouldnt want patients to experience this.

Finally! A personable doctor with compassion who takes her time to make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed without making you feel rushed or unheard. Very friendly and professional staff — I have finicky veins that play hide and seek when it’s blood work time, and this was the first occasion a nurse instructed me on how simply straightening my arm would help stabilize my vein. No bruising, no after soreness, nothing! Highly recommend this office.

Today was my first visit with Dr.Ninoutchka and I loved it!!! Her staff is amazing Nurse Patrice (I hope I got it right) was so caring and very experienced in what she does. My veins were hard to find which usually causes me to have very bad experiences when it’s time to draw blood but she was very patient so it didn’t hurt at all. I’m so glad I found this GYNO clinic I will be going back feels like home.

Ive been her patient since last year and i never had an issue .Dr, nurse, front desk. everyone is super nice and always asking how you feel and if you need something . They make you feel super comfortable . Always good communication, the portal they use is simple and they answer all your questions quick, also you can set up appointments trough there . So far so good and happy to have a place where I can be checked and if i need a procedure she does it too.
