Im very happy to have found this lab so close to home. I have a difficult time dealing with needles, and the phlebotomist, Natalia, was very understanding with my issue. She played music and talked to me during the procedure, it wasnt painful at all, but I almost fainted. She got me a cup of coffee, water and even volunteered to walk me to my car. The price for the lab work was also very inexpensive. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly, competent, real medical professionals instead of just some pop up stand trying to make money during the pandemic. We got our PCR results quicker than we expected. No problem with insurance. Weve been here twice, and we had a great experience both times, highly recommend Lab District.

The best stuff. My child was so nervous to take the nasal swab. The girls were so nice to him. Thank you Genesis and Marina. Everyone is so great there, always willing to help and very fast. Cant thank you enough.

I recently needed COVID testing for my upcoming summer vacation and was recommended this place by a co-worker. The location is beautiful, and the facility has a very organized display. I was very pleased with the customer service i received, all employees were polite and maintained health safety precautions. My testing process was so smooth and I obtained my PCR results quicker than ever! Definitely recommend this lab.

Recently had a PCR test done by them for a last minute trip. Very friendly and helpful. Turnaround time exceeded expectations. Stayed in contact before and after testing. I got the report I needed and a new lab to come back too when needed. Fully recommended!

Super quick even if you need a PCR test. Results are ready within the same day, unbelievable fast and convenient.Location is easy to find. Customer service is very knowledgable, professional and quick on response. Same day appointment and same day results - what can be more cooler then that.

Called their main number needing an urgent lab. We had called many other places that said they couldnt get the results in time. Their operator told us we didnt need an appointment and would get results in 15 min. We drove 2 hours across the state to find out there was no one to even draw blood. What a terrible thing to experience in a vulnerable time.

Hello, my mother and I went to locatel a couple days ago, I needed my results In a couple hours and genesis advised me that she could come to my house for $100, instead of me paying $150 at locatel. I later you guys only charge $75! Genesis took advantage of my situation and this is not acceptable. Please take action, or I will reach out to the authorities. Thanks.

On the phone, while taking an appointment, they told me that they work with my insurance. In the end im finding myself with a very expensive bill...

I haven’t received results yet! I was tested on Thursday 23rd. They haven’t responded to my email either. It has been an awful experience since the beginning. It seems they just care to bill your insurance. Very disappointed ☹️

They sent a phlebotomist to my home in the morning, and by that same afternoon I had my PCR covid results!Amazing service that I’ll highly recommend to anyone!
