Dr. Swati Jain is the best doctor in the world. I was so lucky to have her as my doctor. I cant say enough good things about her. She is the most caring and sensitive doctor I had ever. She is a skilled and professional doctor. She allowed me to give birth naturally to my first twins, my second daughter, and my third baby . God be praised for Dr. Jain and her associates; they are utterly stunning and Adorable . Because she doesnt waste time, she is the ideal doctor for expectant patients! Youre going to adore it! She has a genuine concern for her patients.Halima kahtane

Dr.Jain is awful. She truly doesnt care about her patients. Her and her student doctor (who I was not introduced to) walked in without knocking while I was undressing. The student then tried to begin the exam without saying a word to me. I cried after due to SA trauma and I heard Jain joke to the nurse that I was overly emotional because she told me I need to lose weight.

Dr. Jain and her staff are very unprofessional. They hang up on you mid-call. The doctor speaks over her patients when they try to speak their concerns. They can’t get referrals sent out correctly. The doctor is leaving the country during COVID pandemic and doesn’t plan to quarantine before coming back to the office before doing deliveries. I would suggest letting a toddler be your doctor than this one. A few times now I have been given SOMEONE ELSE’S prescriptions and information. It could have seriously hurt myself or my baby if the pharmacist didn’t catch it. Not to mention that the secretary is nosey when you ask to speak directly to the doctor and is very rude. She has a couple times given the wrong dosage information for a prescription I had questions about and it made me very ill as the secretary told me “every 6 hours.” The dosage was absolutely incorrect and sent me to the er as I was very weak and pretty bad off. Not only this, but I have called EVERY DAY for a week now asking to speed with the doctor. I understand she gets busy, but she never finds time to call me back. Now it’s Friday AGAIN and I won’t be able to speak with her until the weekend is over. AGAIN. This place is just absolutely ridiculous. Very unprofessional. If you want your baby and yourself to be taken care of, DO NOT go here.

Dr.Jain and her staff and so kind and compassionate. They greet me every time I come in and remember details of my personal life. I absolutely love them! Dr.Jain is straightforward and a good advocate for her patients!

Dr. Jain is the best, she’s informative, understanding, kind, helpful and willing to do all she can for her patients. Dr. Jain was helpful throughout my pregnancy with no complications, she delivered my baby boy and we are doing fine. I love u Dr.Jain, thank u for all u do for us. 💝

Horrible service. The doctor didn’t start my appointment until almost 2 hours waiting. Told me to call for my lab results and when I did they were closed I have now been waiting for over a week now for lab results. The entire visit made me uncomfortable and was very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone especially young women of color looking for a supportive office.

Do NOT go here, and do not let Dr. Jain anywhere near your wife/girlfriend. My wife and I went here all through our pregnancy up to birth, every time we would try to confirm our scheduled delivery date Jain would forget and we would have to remind her, then when we get to the hospital (on the date we had told her numerous times) she was nowhere to be found! Stayed there overnight and didnt even see Jain until mid day and she seemed to be in a rush and still didnt remember scheduling the birth on that day! And to top it all off she waited until the last second to actually do her job and help out with the birth, only to speed up the process by unnecessarily cutting my wife! If I could give zero stars I would, DO NOT GO HERE.

Not only have I heard horror stories of this place from close friends and family, but Ive experienced it myself first hand. The doctor barely told me what was wrong with me the first time I came here ( I was having months of irregular menstrual bleeding and pain) and I ended up finding out myself that I had PCOS. She acted like it was no big deal and didnt give details or make me feel like I could ask questions. All my other visits have consisted of rude staff ( with a few exceptions of nice receptionist) including the lady who draws blood in the lab. She had an attitude with me just because I couldnt roll my sleeve up completely. And my most recent visit consisted of them telling me my insurance covered my visit, and if it didnt I would only be billed around $120. So why 5 months later do I receive a bill of $630 total for that one visit? When I confronted then about it (politely of course) the doctor had the nerve to blame me even though it was HER staff that made a mistake or wasnt doing their job. Bottom line please do not go here.

They are not sympathetic at all and barely talk to you. I am 17 & went in by myself for an ultrasound & found out I had miscarried. The lady that did it did not say anything and was just so awkward for me, I do not recommend.

Made an appointment online two or three weeks ago. Got there for her to tell me that she never confirmed it (but why let my thing pend that long in the first place?) and then after I wasted my gas and got there she told me she had forgot to call me after Dr. Jain went home sick earlier that day. Receptionist is very unreliable

Me and my husband went in for our first prenatal appointment and it took them an hour just to get me in to see my ultrasound but that’s not where everything went downhill, after the ultrasound was over Dr. Jain proceeded to say that on my last pregnancy I had Trichomiosis and they almost didn’t detect it 😂😂but I never received a call from them to even tell me that like cmon if you detect something in your patients blood you should let them know right away right?!!?? And since I never heard of that word I ask her what it was she said it was an STD and that maybe I should ask my husband about it like accusing him of something which made no sense to me anyways I’m never going back to this trash OBGYN I finally ended up with a doctor at community health net south and they did all the blood tests and my results came back clear so unless you want to be treated like trash I suggest you look somewhere else for a proper OBGYN.

Had a miscarriage at the beginning of this year, Dr.Swati Jain helped me through it and did everything she could. They are absolutely amazing and pro family!

I went in on Monday blood test to confirm pregnancy and was told they will call me Wednesday morning. I called in the afternoon and they either hang up on me or won’t answer the phone.
