Dr. Provost and her team have been absolutely amazing during this difficult season of my life. My husband and I started seeing her a year and half ago after struggling for a year and half on our own. She helped guide us and finding out answers as to why we could conceive. Her team made our dreams a reality, we are currently pregnant. We recently graduated and excited to start our new journey with OBGYN. I will forever be indebted to Dr Provost and her team. If you are 1 in 8 and looking for a fabulous care team I highly recommend Dr. Provost.

Dr. Provost and her team have been everything you could possibly need while navigating through so a hard time in life. They make you feel hard and welcomed at every visit. No question is treated as it should be known and they truly treat you as family, your journey is their journey. I absolutely adore IFI! While we have not had success yet, we have had nothing but an incredible experience with Dr. Provost and her team. From answering my a million questions to holding my hand as I am put to sleep, this clinic has made me feel so safe and comfortable. This place is a nightmare!!! Stay far far away. I’ve heave a lot of success stories from people in the past, maybe it was once great but I can’t say anything good here except the nursing staff was incredible.Dr was rude, not compassionate after we got things started and the financial team doesn’t know left from right. You can’t call and talk to anyone via phone, all through the web portal. Nothing gets explained and when it does, it isn’t the right information. Finance didn’t tell us the overpayment would have a processing fee of $460 to return the over payment to us and nobody wants to reply to anything. Embryology team won’t show you what the embryo looks like before the transfer and dr won’t explain the procedure while in process of transfer.Stay….far…..away!!!

I never thought I would get to leave this review but being able to leave this is hope for everyone else that is struggling. I had a miscarriage a few years ago which lead to a D&C which then caused me to end up with Ashermans Dr Provost was able to figure out that I had it, along with coming up a with a plan to repair the damage that was caused. After several attempts to fix the damage it came down to one last attempt which was PRP before we started IVF to start the process of surrogacy. We did the PRP and three months later I got pregnant. Now, I’m sitting here rocking my baby girl who is 12 weeks old. Dr Provost and her team are some of the best providers I’ve ever had! Truly grateful for her and her medical team!

I went into my consultation expecting very little. I have been let down my several doctors before Dr. Provost, and I was afraid that this would be another dead end for me. But with Dr. Provost, I left my appointment feeling validated, relieved, and genuinely excited to start my fertility health path again. This is the doctor to go to!

Run away as fast as you can. Theyre not too smart. Theyre also quite a bit racist and dont believe in race mixing because theyre not comfortable with it. I would recommend tolerance training and leadership training and active listening training. A few strong sessions of CBT and DBT would help the entire staff along the way. Ill pray that you get the emotional and cognitive help you need. Oh, look! Alot of other people left one star reviews, too. -Bachelor of Science in Psychology, specializedFor the patients or those considering coming here, it would be most wise to fully consider possible ongoing FDA investigations of this specific facility, provider NPI numbers and not only facility NPI numbers in your insurers system, and your own ethical, moral, and value-based decision-making processes. Insurance like United Health, for example, wont cover office visits or surgical procedures without a provider NPI and a facility NPI both being actively present and unexpired at the first office visit. Contact your personal or employee health insurance plan point of contact to find out the truth about if all of the providers at this specific facility have their own valid and not expired NPIs.

We highly recommend Indiana Fertility Institute! They all go above and beyond! We felt welcome from day one with not only Dr. Jarrett but everyone working at clinic as well! We are now expecting our miracle baby this March!

Dr. Provost is one of the most caring doctors around. I went through two hysteroscopy surgeries with her, I was so nervous but she calmed my nerves & held my hand as they put me to sleep both times! She was also the only doctor around who figured out that I had a uterine septum vs all the other obs who said my 5 miscarriages were from a bicornuate uterus. She solved our fertility problem! Without Dr. Provost doing those surgeries on me we wouldn’t have our son. We are so blessed to have found her ♥️. Thanks Dr. P for everything you do for us & all your other patients! We have had an amazing experience with Indiana Fertility. Dr. Provost is the sweetest! We had been at another fertility clinic that was really pushy about IVF without really assessing the root fertility issues in my husband and I. We told her that we weren’t super comfortable with jumping straight to IVF and she told us that she wasn’t going to try to sell us on any plan other than what we were comfortable with. She set us up for an IUI while also helping me get my PCOS under control. Everyone in the staff was also really sweet and they worked with us and other hospitals easily so we could avoid a 2.5 hour commute for ultrasounds and blood work. Dr. Provost comforted us when we miscarried our first baby and she celebrated with us when we had our first ultrasound for our twins! Going through infertility is one of the hardest things a person could experience, but Indiana Fertility definitely made it easier!

It is very hard for us to express our thankfulness just in words to Dr. Jarrett, Dr. Provost and team. After many unsuccessful treatments in our hometown, we almost lost our hope of building family until our meet with Dr.Jarrett.Indiana fertility team is knowledgeable, care their patients, answers all the questions and clears doubts with great patience.Finally here we are with our 19 months old toddler boy 😊. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at IFI. From the doctors to nurses to front desk to lab, they all take exceptional care of their patients. Dr. Provost was always honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had. She helped us decide the best options for our situation. Dr. Jarrett always makes his patients feel very at-ease and comfortable. It is apparent he truly cares about his patients and their partners as individuals and truly puts the time in that is needed to get to know them. His passion for what he does shines through. He is very thorough in his treatments and is just a wonderful all-around provider.

Dr. Provost and her staff are AMAZING. Knowledgeable, informative, caring, compassionate and understanding. Dr. Provost treats you like an individual, not just a number. She takes the time to inform you of your options as well as the pros and cons of each situation. Not only is she a skilled physician, her humanity and bed side manner are something that sets her apart from many other physicians. She takes the time to get to know you, asks questions other Doctors dont consider and develops a treatment plan for your needs. Infertility is a physical and emotional journey and Dr. Provost and her team do a fabulous job of addressing the physical, emotional and mental aspects of the journey in a professional and compassionate manner. The office staff are always warm, welcoming, helpful and responsive. I can not recommend Dr. Provost and her team enough, my family is forever grateful for their amazing care of us through our tumultuous infertility journey.

This clinic is a joke! Would give zero stars if available! We switched to Dr Provost after doing 3 retrievals and 2 transfers is Chicago. Only switched so we could do monitoring at our Drs office and didnt have to travel the 3 hours one way for our apts. Biggest mistake we could of made. The nurses never answer the phones and take forever, if at all, to call you back. There is no communication between the office and billing, which isnt even on site. There is a random $750 administrative fee charge that they claim cant go through insurance. Took billing a week to call me back and even explain what the charge is for. We got zero eggs at our retrieval. Nobody called me the next day to see how I was recovering from surgery. I finally messaged the nurse to see what we should do next. She called back all excited talking about how transfer will on Sunday and they cant wait. So nobody had even wrote in my file we didnt get any eggs. Then we finally had a virtual apt with Dr Provost and I explained to her our concerns and she rolled her eyes and got very defensive and took everything I was saying personally. Saying she works 14hr days and doesnt get to see her family. Extremely unprofessional on so many levels. We will never go back...Ive never been so disrespected from a Drs office in my life!

It is hard to put into words how thankful we are for Dr. Jarrett and the entire IFI team. We could not have asked for a better doctor to be on our side during this journey. We knew we had made the right decision after our very first appointment. Dr. Jarrett is truly one of a kind…compassionate, down-to-earth, and determined! Dr. Provost is so down to earth and explains everything so I can understand it. She doesn’t seem rushed or too busy to answer questions. She did a great job on my surgery, too! The surgery center staff was great and they all made me feel at home. It was very comforting walking into the surgery room and I just felt calm before surgery. Dr. Provost called me on a Sunday to check in on me after the surgery. I was shocked by this and felt like more than just another patient! She is a great doctor and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new fertility doctor! We switched to her after another doctor just treated us like every other patient. We did the same treatment for over a year with the other doctor and within a couple months with Dr. Provost, she thought I had endo, so we did the surgery… and she was right!

Nursing staff is very nice but this place comes across as a fertility mill. Nothing too personalized. I’m comparing the experience with a friend serviced at another clinic and I’m noticing major differences in the personalized care she’s receiving. No embryo updates. They don’t show photos or barely give insight on embryo quality. You’re just moved along. I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Jarret to anyone.

We have only had our initial consult so far, however we are very excited to begin working with Doctor Provost. We had been with a different fertility clinic for the past 2 years and felt completely left out in the cold. Dr. Provost took the time to hear our story, answer all our questions and provide a variety of options and recommendations going forward. We feel reinvigorated in the long and difficult infertility journey.

Dr. Jarrett is very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel like he was rushing through the appointment. He explained the IVF process and gave his opinion on what we should do but ultimately let us make the decision on next steps. Very happy with our choice to see him.

Dr. Jarrett was straight and to the point which is something my husband and I can appreciate. Our fertility journey has been long and at times confusing with all of the different options. She has continued to help us through our fertility journey and not once have I ever felt like she will stop fighting for us. Thanks to Dr. Jarretts expertise, determination, and willingness to get creative with finding solutions to unexplained infertility, we welcomed our little dream come true in December. IFIs care goes beyond just amazing doctors and extends to knowledgeable and supportive nurses. I tried other clinics before landing here and there is just no comparison with IFIs care and success rates.

It is literally impossible to describe our amazing experience with Dr. Provost. We just completed our first transfer and are in our TWW, but we could not be happier about our care. Dr. Provost approaches care with direct information, but also with compassion. She made this a very human experience. She is kind, thoughtful, relatable, but extremely freaking intelligent and good at what she does. She and her staff were there every step of the process, keeping us informed and making us feel like we mattered. I absolutely adore her and everyone at IFI….from the warm, caring woman who does blood draws, all the way to the embryologist and anesthesiologist. Can’t say enough good things about our care and how loved we felt. Great work!

My first and initial consult with Dr. Jarrett was such a comforting experience - Dr. Jarrett seemed sincere and informative and I felt as though he genuinely cared about my situation. This sincerity was confirmed by the follow up letter I received from Dr.Jarrett. I feel like we are going to be in great hands with Dr. Jarrett and his team!

A failed round is obviously torture but the icing on the cake is poor care! Keep in mind I have had a successful retrieval and transfer at another clinic in Philadelphia that provided excellent counseling and helped me make informed decisions along the way so I know proper care. My experience at IFI was not positive. Our egg transfer was a fail, when the first embryo was thawed and not looking good, I was asked for consent to thaw the second without much of an explanation as to why the first was not going to work. Then Dr. Jarret came into the room and thanked me for “being a good sport”. Trying to stay positive, I consented to moving forward with the second (and last) embryo. The care the day of my transfer from most of the staff was cold and rushed. There was an utter lack of counseling through out my experience. Additionally when I got the call that I was not pregnant, I was told Dr. Jarrett would be calling me that day to talk. The next day I got a call from the staff to set up a virtual call for over a month later. Absolutely ridiculous that I would have to wait that long to have questions answered after a failed round! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your fertility needs, there are places that provide much better care during delicate situations! Also, if you ever have a question for the nursing staff prepare to wait a while to receive a call back.

I am a 40 year old physician and my fiancé and I have been having fertility issues for a few years. Prior to seeing Dr. Jarrett, I went to a different large fertility clinic here in town. I felt like my care there was substandard. They basically told me I wasnt doing well and my body was acting way older than my actual age. We had 2 failed rounds there, 50K total, with nothing to show for it. I felt very hopeless. They also HEAVILY pushed expensive genetic testing, so much so that, even though I am a physician, I didnt understand there were any other options. As recent as a few weeks ago, the New England Journal of Medicine even came out and said this testing was not only excessively expensive, but also DID NOT improve live birth rates! Then, I spoke with 2 friends, both of which have multiple children now thanks to Dr. Jarrett. I scheduled a consult with him and I felt like he provided me ALL the information and ALL the options so I could make an informed decision. Also, as opposed to my last clinic, he seems very invested in my treatment and I feel like he really cares. I am now 7 weeks pregnant. Although I obviously have further to go, I now have a 95% chance of a live birth. I cannot recommend him enough.UPDATE: 25 weeks pregnant and baby looks perfect on ultrasounds. Cannot recommend Dr. Jarrett enoughSECOND UPDATE: baby is perfect and amazing can’t thank Dr. Jarrett enough

We were a referral by our local health system. I wish I would have done more research before just taking the referral. There was a lot of disconnect between the clinics and we were left in the dark for most of the process. We were quoted a price and told over and over again it would be that price. The price was around $10,000 more than quoted. We have been fighting with billing ever since. We get the run around on who can explain this to us. It’s been 11 months. I would never use this clinic again. This is already such an emotional time without the added stress of being lied to about cost and the subpar treatment from support staff trying to find the answers. Worst decision of my life was using this clinic for fertility treatments.

Dr. Jarrett has been wonderful! Although we are still trying, he has been supportive, straight forward, and genuine throughout our whole experience. We hope to be successful soon and always feel at ease after speaking with Dr. Jarrett.

So far so great. Weve only met with Dr. Jarrett once but he is knowledgeable and understanding. I trust him with my care.

Overall poor experience and my husband and I feel we made the best decision to switch fertility doctors.The nursing staff is friendly, but it is extremely hard to get ahold of anyone- they seem overbooked. It was also a nightmare to get our records sent. Again- they seem way over booked.Dr. Jarrett was unclear often and did not explain things well. We truly felt like just a number. For several reasons throughout our IVF process with him we felt uncertain, however toward the end we knew we needed to switch doctors. He gave us an extremely high percentage of success at our first ultrasound after finding out we were pregnant, only to find out later that it was not developing correctly and I would miscarry. At this appointment he claimed that he wasn’t sure from the beginning if the embryo ever looked right. We were devastated.I followed up later about what the next step would be with a nurse. We had a scheduled consult, and in those two months he had not taken the time to review our information. He left me with “I need to consult with my coworker” and he put me on a medication with little explanation. I never received a call. Two weeks later, he finally called me only to tell me to “begin” taking the medication (that he already had me on) for 2-3 months and he would be in touch.It has now been 2.5 months and I have not received one thing from him. Since then, I have already switched doctors and had a more successful retrieval!Infertility is devastating in itself, so I want to be honest about our experience so that others do not have to go through what we have been through here.

I am so grateful I found Dr Provost and the rest of the IFI team. They were willing to put time and effort to helping me get my best outcome. And when I was feeling overwhelmed and needed a break from treatments, dr provost called me to make sure I was okay and was very understanding, and supportive in what I felt was best for me at that time. That phone call meant everything! Five stars aren’t enough for that kind of personal care.

Dr provost was absolutely amazing! I won’t lie I was probably “that” patient who called all the time, wondering why each cycle didn’t work and so on. Her and her staff always assured me we are on the right path. After struggling and 3 losses her and her staff not only helped us get pregnant again but this is the farthest we have made it in a pregnancy. They have been there every step of the way, and alway returned all 100 of my phone calls the same day!

Dr. Jarrett is always attentive and professional. I have been one of his HR patients for many years now and my quality of life has remained high above what it might have been. Both office and virtual visits in this new Coved world, are run with the same medical professionalism and care. I highly recommend Indiana Fertility Institute and in particular Dr. John Jarrett.

I could not reach anyone on the phone listed on the website for days...eventually, the receptionist who picked up the phone, fail to write down my name after i spelled it 20 times! frustrated, she transferred me to another extension...where nobody was picking up the phone again. my journey has ended before it stated there.

Dr. Jarrett is one of a kind! His care and compassion got us through a very mentally exhausting and stressful time of our life. My husband and I could never thank him enough for helping us expand our family.

The staff there is friendly, just be super careful with finances. I was a little different in that I had my monitoring at another location but I paid $7052 to IFI before I was able to start treatment (due to my high deductible plan). I met my out of pocket max with my monitoring clinic before I ever went into retrieval and transfer in March. I called in April and talked to Sarah to ask if I could get a refund since I had met my out of pocket max, she said we would need to wait until those claims were paid and she would put in a note for a refund. May 25 my claims were paid and I emailed her to let her know and ask for that refund, I never heard back from her. Left her two voicemails and sent two emails within two weeks and she never once reached out, so I called Prodigy who handles their billing in June. They tell me they can see on my account that Sarah had called my insurance before my May retrieval (3 total retrievals and 2 transfers) to check for pre approval and they confirmed I had met my out of pocket max, so the person I talked to at Prodigy said they would put in for a refund. Didn’t hear anything for a week so I call to check on the status of my refund and they say it is denied because of my outstanding claims in May. I asked them why since I would have never needed to pay the $7052 had I been a new patient that reached their out of pocket max, they said it’s their policy and I will need to wait until all claims are paid AND then wait another 30 days for the refund after that. So here I am, calling today because my May claims are showing paid by my insurance (clearly the insurance is doing what they told IFI they were going to do and pay my claims). Another 20 minutes either on hold or being given the run around and I’m told there is nothing they can do until they have all the checks from the insurance. So here I am, 8 months after treatment, no pregnancy and $7052 of my money is sitting with IFI when I already paid $8500 with my monitoring clinic. So $15,552 of our money gone with them just sitting on $7052 of it. Please just be prepared if you are going with IFI to struggle with their financial department, outside of them having a large amount of our money the lack of follow up from their office is most disappointing. In all the messages and emails I have left since May, I have never once received a response. Disappointing is an understatement.

Dr Jarrett was disorganized, dishonest, unprofessional, and a full blown liar. I’m completely appalled by the lack of information he took during our consultation. Spend 10 mins discussing what changes needed to to made to go through with IVF and then went as far as to send a letter stating how he would be able to proceed with the IVF only for him to TAKE BACK everything he had stated and ensured. I’m genuinely confused as to how he even has any type of positive reviews with his horrible practices. I would literally never recommend going here if this practice allows such a “Doctor” to treat patients. If it was possible I’d give 0 stars. Absolutely dream crushing.

You can tell that the doctors and all staff WANT to be there. This isn’t “just a job” for them, it’s a passion. Infertility is extremely difficult to navigate, but the staff at IFI somehow make it easier and less painful. They’re all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and treat us like we’re the only patient they’re working with. We have never felt rushed or treated like we were just a number. I am forever grateful for the referral to Indiana Fertility - otherwise, I would not have my son. We are starting the process of getting everything ready for transfer #2 and could not be more excited to see everyone at the office again!!

Billing is an absolute nightmare. Nothing anyone tells you can be trusted. You can spend a week getting an astronomical billing mistake sorted out only to receive a bill for the exact same amount months later.

Dr. Jarrett was half an hour late for a first consultation, call the office several times no answer finally answer the phone saying that he was running late , ask me if I’m available to meet later in the day I said yes and again waited and never received a call , I call the office again the nurse told me that she was sorry that he will call me , well he did we set an appointment and prescribed some birth control pills and the nurse told me to call when I had my period , and it’s been a month I have to switch doctors because they don’t care they just see you as a number or an insurance claim $$$$$ .
