My husband and I met with Dr. Jarrett for our consultation today. From the moment our virtual meeting started I instantly felt at peace. I could tell he truly cared and had looked through my history. It isn’t easy hearing that you will need IVF but the way he talked with my husband and I made us both feel confident. We are excited for the next steps with both him and his office!

I have never felt so heard and seen by a Dr in the 10 years of my infertility, he is looking into the why and how to help not just looking for the quick cash! Very thankful for him.

Our first consult meeting Dr. Jarrett was very good. He is really personable and friendly while also being very honest, informative and direct with a little humor here and there. He presented us with options for our treatment in a clear way, outlining expected outcomes. We left the call feeling like he truly cared. We really appreciate that we did not feel rushed at all. I can’t say enough about how wonderful I think Dr. Provost and her staff are! From my first consultation with her, to undergoing surgery with her, everything was explained to me in detail and I felt very informed. I was kept up to date throughout the surgery scheduling progress and everything was so easy. She is not only a high capable, impressive doctor, but I genuine, caring person as well. She held my hand in surgery until I was relaxed and asleep. She’s truly the best!

Although weve only had a consult so far, Dr. Jarrett has won me over from the beginning. Absolutely love his personality AND his honesty. I want a straight shooter and he was very upfront while being very optimistic about his plans for us. Very attentive and open to all questions!

We had an amazing experience at the Indiana Fertility Institute. Dr Provost and her staff were very welcoming and calming during this difficult time. I have a challenging work schedule myself and everyone was very supportive and worked with me to get me the care that I needed. Dr Provost always kept us updated including after hours. She clearly cares about her patients. I highly recommend working with this office!

Dr. Jarrett is wonderful. This is our second time working with him. He is very caring and ensures your questions are answered. We had two successful IVF procedures. When I was feeling discouraged he had a way to get me to focus on the positives. He’s very methodically in his approach and will do what he knows is best for the patient and their situation.

I have only had one conversation with Dr. Jarrett but I did like him. He is not the reason I gave three stars. His office staff is the reason only three stars were given. I contact them about a month and a half ago when I first set up my appointment and I filled out a release of Information form so that my previous medical records would go to Dr. Jarrett. The forms were confirmed to have been sent to his office and then come to find out they lost, misplaced or just didn’t request my records so that really upset me. I do my part and am proactive in trying to be prepared for my appt. and they didn’t do their part. I waited over a month for my virtual consultation and Dr. Jarrett had no idea what my case was about. So now I’m kinda leery of the capability and follow through if his office staff.

Dr. Jarrett is amazing! The most caring doctor I’ve ever worked with. We went through a lot to have our now 13 month old and after every attempt he called me no matter the time to check in and to let me know he cared. After our successful attempt graduation day to my OB office was so emotional we both cried.I worked with Dr. Provost as well, not as often- but she also is just very caring.We traveled from IL and it was worth it!! I highly recommend Indiana Fertility Institute.

Wonderful experience. Off that bat, very positive yet straightforward experience. Dr. Jarrett does not waste time on trial and error, his main focus is what will get you pregnant the fastest based on your journey and history. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We were pregnant within a few months, ironically, within the time frame he predicted. I know that will not be everyone’s journey, but obviously we were thrilled with our experience and will recommend him to anyone in need.

When searching for a fertility doctor, the weight of the decision can feel unbearable. You are dealing with so many emotions and the stress can make you second guess everything. Choose Dr. Provost and Indiana Fertility Institute. Dr. Provost listens carefully to everything that you have noticed about your own body and then dives deeper with questions so that she can lay out all of the possible options to help. She does not push you to one option and takes the time to explain each one and the likely success rate personalized to you. The first option might not be successful and Dr. Provost knows the emotional toll it can take and shares in your frustration or sadness. She never dismisses your feelings and treats you as a whole human while also staying focused on figuring out the next option for you. The whole team working with Dr. Provost are also cheering you on and truly become your friends throughout your time at IFI. Graduating was beyond thrilling but also emotional because all of the staff had become such a great support system and it was sad to say goodbye. For anyone unfortunately dealing with infertility and possibly feeling alone in it, choose Dr. Provost. You won’t regret that decision.

I was told if I wanted to get pregnant then I needed to see Dr Jarrett. Dr Jarrett is the best of the best. He is constantly staying abreast of the latest best practices in his industry globally and will not stop until he gets the outcome his patients are seeking. He also cares equally about helping patients deal with the emotional parts of their journey to conceive and is sensitive. He acts with the highest level of sense of urgency and his care is genuine and long lasting even being years out from my IVF treatments. I cannot recommend Dr Jarrett more!! I am so thankful for him and all he has done for me.

Dr. Jarrett was super nice and was very obsevent in what he was saying to my in our consultation today. Very understanding and gave me great hope in the journey my husband and I are about to take. Even with not great news there is still light at the end of the tunnel. Looking forward to speaking more with him.

Dr Meredith Provost is truly phenomenal. Her reputation precedes her and we were not disappointed. She’s experienced, knowledgeable and KIND. She spoke to us in a way we could understand, without making us feel dumb. She’s encouraging, yet realistic about expectations. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Provost is very easy to talk to and communicates most efficiently and courteously. She makes sure everything is fully understood and all questions are answered. No matter how silly you might feel about a question, ask it. She is gracious and nonjudgmental! We had a fantastic consultation and are looking forward to future conversations and services.

Dr. Provost has made this process so much easier on us. She’s very honest with us on what she thinks is the right thing to do but also let’s us make the decision that’s right for us. Any questions we might have she doesn’t make us feel stupid and explains it to us in a way we both can understand what’s going on. Wonderful and caring doctor! Highly recommend!!! We have battled infertility for 3 years. We have had 4 failed IUIs through another clinic and heard great reviews about Jarrett. So glad we switched, he was honest and didn’t want to waste our money with testing we didn’t need. We did a fresh transfer and was successful our first round.

My husband and I started the fertility process in the beginning of 2018 with Dr. Provost. I had to have a surgery, and a few other things along with shots and pills, but it was all worth it. My body did not end up responding to any medicines or anything, so we had to go to IVF.During our consultation, we immediately liked her as she seemed willing to give up a limb to help us get pregnant. The nurses are good, but communication needed work on occasion. They were nice and seemed to really care about helping you though. We had billing issues as things went through insurance after our deductible was met and that was a nightmare. The woman who did the billing would be unresponsive to voicemails and emails sometimes (not only taking a long time to answer, but sometimes not answering at all). It was a massive headache, but my husband stayed on top of things as well as can be expected and everything eventually got sorted out.All that being said, Dr. Provost and her staff gave us a beautiful baby boy and there are no words to describe how thankful we are to them. We plan to go back to try for baby #2.As frustrated as we would get sometimes, things happen with this sort of process. They can say something would likely work, but they are not infallible and sometimes your body is not going to react or take to things the way they should. Just hope for the best and know that Dr. Provost (I never met Dr. Jarrett, but I assume he is the same way) will move mountains to try to help you as best as she can; her staff as well.

Dr. Jarrett is simply the best. He has given us two miracle children and we will be forever grateful. He makes you feel comfortable and confident with his care and you truly know he cares about your outcomes.

Dr. Jarrett is truly a kind, caring, and intelligent man. My husband and I had multiple factors working against us when we were trying to conceive. Thanks to Dr. Jarrett we now have a 2.5 year old daughter and are pregnant with twins.

Dr. Jarrett is prompt, courteous and takes his time with each patient to make you feel very comfortable. He makes sure to answer any and all questions and makes himself available by phone after your appointment as well.

We had an excellent experience working with Dr. Jarrett and his team. Everyone was very helpful, supportive, and quick to respond. They were very thorough and explained the process along with possible next steps so we felt prepared the whole time.

I was told I needed to cancel my state insurance in order to be considered a self-pay patient. That it is “office policy”. I came in knowing it would be self pay and they won’t even schedule me unless I cancel my health insurance. What a negligent thing to say to someone. I need my insurance for my other medical needs and for when I am actually pregnant. I cried when I got off the phone. I feel discriminated because I am on Medicaid. I called my Obstetrician and told her not to refer Medicaid patients to you so they won’t face this kind of emotional distress. We are already emotional enough coming to you discuss fertility. Be kind and do better.

Dr. Provost was super nice and encouraging. She gave us some things to think about and consider. We look forward to our next appointment with her.

So far so good. Met with Dr. Provost virtually. Discussed different options and she was able to answer all my questions. Her team has already reached out communicated the next steps and have began scheduling appointments. So far positive experience!

I just had my initial consultation with Dr. Jarrett and I can already say that he is a breath of fresh air compared to my last RE. Dr. Jarrett is an amazing doctor. After a not so great experience with a larger office, we were reccomended to see Dr. Jarrett from multiple people, and Im so glad we did. Dr. Jarrett and staff was wonderful to work with. I knew going into this process that it was going to be a long shot. Fortunately everyone was very patient and very good at explaining things to me. As a single woman, I had the desire to be a mom and at 40 years old I didnt want to miss my chance. Dr. Jarrett explained the challenges to me and the process we would take. I got pregnant on the first try with donor sperm. Unfortunately I did not make it past eight weeks. Before I became a patient, I worked alongside Dr. Jarrett, caring for his patients as a healthcare professional. I never imagined I would end up on the other side. I have had nothing but a great experience over the last 2 years as a patient at Indiana Fertility Institute. From the front office staff, the nurses in the office , the phlebotomists, embryologists, nurses in the procedure area, and of course Dr. Provost, everyone has been wonderful. The nurses, embryologists and Dr Jarrett are amazing. The only draw back, I wish I had been told ahead of time that we wouldn’t be getting the intralipids so it wasn’t a surprise when we arrived. Also the hospital I’m close to had some, so we could have helped out that issue and gotten ahold of some ahead of time if we knew ahead of time. However they were very nice when explaining it and working to help make sure I do get them soonish amid this national shortage. I totally understand the national shortage just would have been nice not to be surprised last minute.

*I didn’t appreciate how rude the doctor was when I missed my consultation.*I had a serious issue that almost landed me in the ER and My OBGYN was dragging her feet to recommend me to a specialist to treat my condition. Not only did my OBGYN take 2 full weeks to get back to me while I was heavily bleeding and my blood count was extremely low.... my doctor knew that I could not take blood transfusions but she sent my information to Dr. Provost that wouldn’t be available for another 3weeks. My hematologist was completely worried about me as my OBGYN was playing with my life and health by not moving quickly. I had to call around and find my own endocrinologist to see. I initially called the office to try to schedule as they were in network with my insurance and they never answered my calls nor did they call me back. They only called me after my OBGYN sent my file. When they did call me, I was told that the doctor wouldn’t be available for 3 weeks and after that I would only have a virtual consultation to see IF they can treat me. Then I’d have to schedule out again for an official visit. Not to mention the long waiting list. I didn’t have the time to wait. I found another doctor that was able to see me the following week... she took me as a face-to-face visit, did biopsy’s, ultrasounds, blood tests, and I received a diagnosis with treatment plan in one visit. My bleeding stopped that night after receiving my RX. I forgot to call Dr. Provosts office back. It was a mistake as I was going thru being bed ridden, throwing up from taking meds to stop the bleeding, iron infusions, working, and watching my 2 year old. But when she called me she was very short with me, and I tried to apologize and explain briefly to her why I didn’t call(because I don’t believe in wasting doctor’s time), but she cut me off asking who I was seeing. Once I told her who the doctor was(which I didn’t have to) she goes: “Hmmm, ok....” in a very condescending way as if the doctor is sus. She was very short and very rude.... but she can blame my OBGYN for not doing her due diligence in finding a doctor that could actually see me and herself for having a practice that’s triple overbooked. I instantly didn’t feel sorry anymore after I heard the rude tone. If that’s how she really feels about possible patients... can’t imagine how she feels about others.

•MOM+DAD•Titles we never thought we would have. But with many prayers and the help of Dr. Jarrett and the team at IFI this dream finally became a reality. I still feel as though thank you isn’t enough to explain how grateful we are. After more than 2 years of trying and 3 miscarriages we had visited a clinic recommended by my OB-GYN. My husband and I had all the tests performed and were told everything was normal and that it was just “bad luck”. At the time I was a seemingly healthy 26 year old so it just didn’t seem right. After speaking with a family member they had suggested visiting IFI. From the moment we walked into the office we felt very welcomed and it just felt as though we had finally found the place full of people that cared just as much about us fulfilling our wish to be parents as we did. We met with Dr Jarrett and after speaking with him and going over all of our history he instantly had a plan and was ready to put it action. After two months of treatment we found out we were finally pregnant again! Dr. Jarrett was super understanding of my fears with this pregnancy and had allowed for more frequent visits. So again, we can’t say thank you enough and highly recommend Indiana Fertility Institute! 🌈👶🏻💙

The BEST!!! Was with old fertility dr for 5 years and they couldn’t figure out my issues. First appointment Dr. Jarrett figured it out and I was pregnant 3 months later. Will be forever grateful for this man.

Yes i got pregnant through 1 round of ivf with John Jarrett. His bedside manners are poor. he lacks communication. Watch your contract for hidden fees. Makes sure you read the fine details of what the package includes and doesnt include. i just got stuck with 2 more bills for ultrasounds when the second ultrasound wasnt even needed. and i could have gone through my regular ob for the ultrasounds and they would have been covered by my insurance.

I recommend Dr. Jarrett and his team to anyone that asks where they should begin when it comes to concerns with his/her fertility. IFI was the answer to my prayers and I’m now the mom of two (one on the way) children and am so thankful for the care I received while a patient there. Please give them a call if you are ready for answers!

The most unprofessional and unethical people I have ever seen. We were the patient of Dr. John for more than an year and followed the treatment which he suggested but did not get a positive result yet. In fact he could not find the root cause. And have followed all the procedure which he has suggested.Later; one of the prescribed procedure have put us into a major financial debt which is due the mistake of doctors office.It started with the surgery scheduler Jenny Hightower. Dr suggested a procedure which was purely optional based on our medical condition. We thought of doing it if the insurance covers it. Jenny collected the insurance information and confirmed over phone that the total cost of the insurance is 20$ from our pocket and rest all are covered by insurance. For confirmation I asked the same information over email and she confirmed the same through email as well that just 20$ is needed out of pocket. The procedure went fine and as he mentioned; he could not find anything wrong. She had great pain for few days but he suggested it is normal. But the issue happened in one of the follow up visit. During a chat with the billing office they mentioned that there is an outstanding payment of 1524.19$ with doctors office and 3150.78$ with surgery department, so a total of 4675$ for the surgery which Jenny told just 20$. I escalated this and tried all the way with Jenny - Surgery Scheduler, Stephanie Dunwiddie - Practice Manager and Sandy Litzelman - Patient Accounts Specialist. Jenny has mentioned that they will be able to take care of this. But everything in vein. They put the responsibility back on my shoulder and asked me to appeal with my insurance. Insurance appeal division denied the same and asked me to check back with the doctors office. I tried all the possibilities but the doctors office was not admitting their mistake and helping me. And finally this week I got the letter from Collections that doctors office had send the bills for collection !!The doctors office who put me in the trouble is continuing with their practice peacefully and I am at the receiving end with sleepless nights. Please be beware of these guys !! They will do anything they want without considering patients situation

The doctors are perfectly fine, HOWEVER the office staff and their complete and total incompetence should make you run for the hills. We were cash pay which they knew from the beginning, but instead of charging us every the day of, they sent a bill for services almost a year later. Now some of those charges were rightfully owed money. We are Willing to pay those, however they had missing payments that were on our FSA cards that they refused to acknowledge and remove from our account even after I provided statements showing the charges on my card. This is one of the worst offices Ive ever dealt with. Dealing with infertility is hard enough but to have to jump through all these unnecessary hoops after the fact is just inexcusable. Still no baby and now having to double pay because they cant keep proper books. Frustrating!!!! I’m filing a claim with the better business bureau, read the other reviews before you decide to seek treatment here!

STAY AWAY- Like many others have mentioned the office staff is TERRIBLE. We used IVF once before but use a different DR that used to be partnered at this location. He moved on, but we heard great things about DR Jarrett regarding success stories. We actually ended up getting Provost, who after our initial conversation, we felt confident in moving forward. This is where the problems started:At that appointment, we chose to go with a March implant. We had a frozen embryo in storage that we wanted to use. Since this was January it was going to be a little bit of a push but doable. I actually have insurance that covers IVF, and they needed documentation of why we needed IVF. Our original DR had the paperwork , so we had to fill out a release form at that apt. 4 weeks go by and we still don’t have the approval from our insurance because they are waiting on paperwork. I call the office, talked to Sonya and finally after digging in enough found out they never sent the release over to my other DR. After a week of pushing on our end, we finally were able to get that resolved. We got the approval and we would only owe $1,100 for the procedure out of pocket. I pre paid that amount up front in Feb. July 18th I get a bill for $1300 in the mail, for the procedure. I called Sonya who said we owe money for an APT in Jan, another Apt in Feb, ect… This was all included in our original payment of $1,100. She is going to check into things, but Im not holding my breath. Weird how 5 months go buy since procedure and all of a sudden we owe more money.Throughout the procedure we tried to get in touch with staff, and never had any luck. When it came time for shots, they gave the stuff to my wife and sent her on her way. When she got home I asked where do I do this at, and she didn’t know. They never explained where to give the shots at. When it came time to order labs and medication, multiple times they forgot to do so. Unfortunately we ended up with partial molar and had to do an DNC. We had Dr Provost do the procedure. My wife was having extreme pain for weeks afterwards. AT the time we didn’t know it was molar. We ended up at the ER because of the pain. After a visit to her normal OBGYN, we found that not all the tissue was removed. In fact over 3mm was still there, meaning they didn’t get it all. We had to have another DNC. Wife is fine now. From start to finish this was a disaster. Very unorganized, everyone blames someone else there for the issues. STAY AWAY, unless you like extra headaches in your life.

The doctor I saw and office staff were nice, had no issues scheduling or getting questions answered. I was told during my consultation that I would not be able to conceive and no IVF was recommended b/c of the slim chance of it working. They did recommend adoption or a surrogate. I am happy to say that I am now naturally pregnant with twins after I lost all hope thinking I wasnt fertile. Sometimes things happen in mysterious ways.

If he would’ve had my number to call that would’ve been helpful.

I have been dealing with my issues a long time. I was seeing another doctor for the last few years... I am so grateful I made this switch... the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and above all attenitive. I have yet to conceive but I’ve only been seeing them for 2 months. He has already caught an underlying issue the last few doctors didn’t and after my first iui didn’t work he called to check on me and say he was sorry this round didn’t work but that we will make this happen! That means so much to me that he would go out of his way to do that. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a good doctor to deal with this difficult issue.

We had a wonderful initial consultation. It was nice to finally be heard and to begin this journey to expand our family. Looking forward to the progress in the months to come!

Dr. Provost is great. Shes personable with great bedside manner and is extremely smart in her field. She listens to patients and takes their concerns/goals seriously.

Edited: while these have been problems and caused lots of stress they have since been trying to come up with solutions to make it better. Hopefully soon it will be better. Meanwhile use email!The doctors are great but working with their office is extremely frustrating. They don’t have someone to answer the phone so you can not get in contact with them directly but have to leave a message and wait for them to get back to you. Normally this is fine but not always. A couple of my experiences below.For example- my OB here in South Bend calls me during the day and says they won’t be able to do the required ultrasound because the orders did not specify that date (the one determining if my eggs are the right size to be harvested). So I call and leave a message. Hours later I still have not gotten a return call, so I call back a few more times, and now the office is closed to answering messages. Call the ob again and “sorry we can’t” is still the answer. After 5 when I don’t know what to do I finally get a call from the ob that the nurse had read the doctor’s instructions wrong and would be able to do it anyway. So turned out ok in the end but not because this office helped the situation.Example two. I drive down to the office (2.5 hours away) on a warm winter day in Indy but snowing freezing day in South Bend). I walk out without my two sons’ coats but didn’t discover it until 2ish. Call and leave a message. An hour later do the same. (We we’re tied up doing some other things in Indy). At 3:30 call any number I can relating to the office and finally get the financial lady. Turns out they will still be open by the time I can make it there (barely) and the coats are there. Super frustrating experience that would have been so much better if I could just talk to a receptionist.Example 3. I have undergone laparoscopy and hysteroscopy here in SB because my ob is in network. Need to fax the records and talk to Dr provost about what is next. Monday call and leave message that I need to talk to Dr provost and my dr will be faxing records. Get a message back that day that they didn’t Have the fax but they willl call me when they do. (I expected it to go through because I asked my ob 3 times to send the records and they said they would. Wednesday I call and I’m my ob and they said they did on Monday. Leave a message with this offi e that they should have the fax and I checked that everyone has the right numbers. Call back that they did get the fax on Monday and I needed to schedule a phone consult. So they transferred me “to the front desk” where I am again left with an answering machine. So I say what happened and I need to schedule a phone consult. Nothing. I guess I will be calling and leaving another message on Monday to do so, this has taken More than a week to confirm a fax and schedule an appointment!This is already an emotionally charged experience with infertility and it all relies on timing and ultrasounds and scheduling and not being able to get a hold of them during office hours when things go off plan is extremely frustrating. It is also expensive like all infertility is it would be nice to have people working with you better.There was also one receptionist who was very rude to me when I was trying to pay my bill and understand what prices were from what. My situation is not the normal because I come from south bend and so have a different package than most but I was trying to understand what visits were covered in the package and what I should get done in South Bend. So I understand confusion and not knowing the answer but it wasn’t fun to be gotten frustrated and huffy at when I was was trying to figure it out especially since I hadn’t refused to pay or anything like that.

He was very considerate of all our concerns. He explained everything in depth and was able to answer all our questions. My husband and I were very comfortable with him and will continue seeing him!

So frustrating. I’ve attempted to be seen for over 2 months. They do not call back. They promised to send new patient packet via email/mail and I never received it either way. After two months, I finally got an appointment. We were very excited and called for a week trying to confirm our appointment and they never called back!

What a great experience we had with Dr. Jarrett and his professional team. We cannot thank all of them enough. They are one of the best in the business.

Dr. Merideth was wonderful. She was so informing. I felt so comfortable talking to her. Im very pleased to be working with her so I can have a baby!!!!

I had a great experience at the Indiana Fertility Institute. They were always available to answer any of my questions. The staff was always very kind and supportive. I highly recommend working with Dr. Provost.

He was horrible I left the office crying my eyes out . I was looking forward to this appointment all week, couldnt sleep the previous night bc I THOUGHT I would finally get answers I sat in the room for 20 mins he came in asked me 3 questions and said he will be doing a tube removal wrote the name of the procedure on a paper and told me to YouTube it . I would not recommend him to anyone still to this day I am hurt by his rudeness .Its almost it seemed as though I wasnt worth the time bc I was single , lower class black woman that my concerns about my infertility were not the top concern at that office .

Dr. Jarett was the only doctor in 5 years to believe the amount of pain i was in. If you experience pain and other doctors have pushed you aside, this is the place to go. Words cannot describe how thankful I am for this practice.
