10/10 don’t recommend. The doctor is very blunt, which I actually appreciate. However, the staff is infuriating & generally unorganized. They messed up multiple of my tests, making me have to go back a second time multiple times. For example, took full blood panels for the chromosomal test, didn’t label them correctly when they sent them off & I had to go back again. Same happened with urine tests, multiple times. They never called to follow up on the results of any tests, including anatomy scans….. I always had to call to check in for results. When I finally (6 months in) decided to switch providers, the main lady on the phone gave me such a hard time. Overall, just a headache.

I’ve never felt so disrespected by another human being in my life. Honestly needs all of her licenses pulled she doesn’t deserve to be in this field of work after telling me people shouldn’t have children with autism. She has no compassion for children or pregnant mothers I wouldn’t even let her care for my dog let alone me during my pregnancy.

I would not recommend Dr. Jain. She left my appointment to check her phone, she didn’t give me any warning or privacy, and she didn’t explain herself very well before pushing me out the door. I understand now why she has so much availability compared to literally every other ob/gyn in the city.

I cannot believe this doctor still has a medical license after the malpractice and completely unprofessional I have seen and heard. Do NOT trust any positive review, and instead find someone else in your network who will not shame you, judge you, or tell you about how you’ll never find a husband. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful behavior from a medical provider who should make women feel comfortable, heard, and seen.

I would never come back here. I felt uncomfortable the entire appointment and the doctors demeanor was very cold and not super friendly. She told me she refuses to do the arm implant because patients gain “a ton of weight” kept trying to convince me to get a vaginal ring which I didnt want. Kept talking about how I don’t want to have a baby with a “loser” and was being judgmental about my partner working versus being in school. Essentially kept telling me what I want/need. During certain parts of the exam she wasnt even wearing gloves. The person who did my blood work was wearing ripped gloves. The doctor told me information about other patients and was being judgmental towards them. I would recommend looking elsewhere. The woman at the front desk was nice and thats about it.

She delivered my first child and it was a horrible experience. A terrible and traumatic experience my husband and I still talk about today. This womenDr. Jain, was unprofessional, unsympathetic and disrespectful. I was told to get induced after I was 40 weeks because simply her words “babies sometimes die in the womb.” I had no health problem and had a smooth pregnancy. I ended up getting a c-section because she broke my water and I never went into labor. As a young black women I felt i had no say in the process with having my child and the doctor had no reguard for my feelings. I thank God for the nurses at Community south and the support of my husband and God protecting my baby girl and myself because what I endure no women should have to. Dr. Jain has lost compassion for her patients and has no passion for the work she’s doing. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Imposes her beliefs on you. Condesending. She didnt review or remember any info on me. Every appointment was like a first and she told me to implement medication or regimes she already started on previous visits. Gets on personal calls on the phone during visits. Her office staff ignores you and wont answer the phone. They messed up billing. I fired her as my OB and still ended up with her in the hospital to deliver my baby due to on call rotation. If I have another I will go to a different hospital to avoid this woman

The receptionist at the desk is very rude, first of all she didn’t ask for my insurance at all when I came for my appointment, which is usually asked by everyone but since it was not my first visit so I thought they might already have my insurance details on file then later on when I called to know the test results she said she will let Dr. Swati Jain know about this. But no one called me back so I have to call several times just to know my test results.Secondly when my bill came there was no insurance details added so I called the office again to ask her to add my insurance which she denied and didn’t accept her mistake for not asking for u insurance in starting. I have to go lot of trouble to get my insurance added in file and sort the claim which shouldn’t be in the starting.Worst service my this centre . Doctor is good though, she is nice but she needs better staff.

Most horrific birthing experience I have had. I am still dealing with the medical trauma after years. Belittled and made fun of me for asking questions. My mother, who is a nurse, ended up coming in with me to ask questions about what happened with my birth and Dr. Jain responded with “Indian women have c sections all the time and they are fine”. That is not a valid answer for WHY I had to have a c section.

I don’t think my experience here could’ve been worse. I am 22 and have only had one Pap smear and I am definitely not comfortable with anyone near my intimate spaces. During this pap I was in visible pain and repeatedly told her to “stop” and “wait, only to be ignored and ridiculed for my modesty and embarrassment. This sent me into a full blown panic attack and I almost pasted out. After she gave me a “pep talk” about how I will never be able to get married if I am like this. I was sore and in pain for days and had abnormal bleeding from the experience. I have never written a poor review before because I feel guilt for doing so, but I can’t ignore the negative experience I had at this doctors office. I don’t want other people to have to go through this either.

My last period was May 24 and home pregnancy tests were showing negative. I went to this OB on 8-17-22 and had a negative experience. I normally have a very regular, mild period. Never consecutively missing months. I felt like I wasn’t being heard and that my concerns weren’t being validated. I felt very uncomfortable and the only diagnosis I was given was birth control to force my period to begin, and to begin weight loss. She was very adamant that my weight was the cause of my issues despite being pretty active and not at all unhealthy. i was told the next time I came in, she didn’t want to see that the scale has gone up. I felt as though the doctor didn’t ask anything about me or how I was feeling. I was asked to undress in front of her, retrieve my own cover up sheet, and to dress again as she was in the room. Normally I’ve been given privacy until I am ready to begin the exam and then again afterwards. While the exam was taking place she did not talk me through what she was doing, and no warning when instruments were being used. I was also given no wipe or towel to dry off. The receptionist said to call in a week for my blood work and pap-smear results. I was informed they would not initiate contact to me. I left their office with more questions than answers, feeling humiliated, and ultimately disappointed. I will not go back to this facility and will urge anyone…if you want quality care, interaction, validity, and comfortability, do not go here.

Dr. Jain is a very sweet and caring person, however as a doctor she is not very knowledgeable. Her staff changes a lot and they have been unprofessional many times. They discuss whats going on between staff members and arent empathetic to your needs or concerns. At the time of my first pregnancy there was one staff member who I really liked and I was so sad to find out she was no longer there. During that pregnancy I experienced so much pain and discomfort that I called multiple times a week and I was just told that it was growing pains, Dr. Jain even suggested that my symptoms were psychosomatic! Im educated in a psychological profession so I knew what she was implying and quickly assured her that my symptoms were not made up. Not long after I miscarried. I had to have a D&C and I do remember Dr. Jain holding my hand until I fell asleep; she had tears in her eyes. Like I said as a person she is genuine and caring. I quickly got pregnant again and started having similar pain and again she assured me everything was fine. On one visit she made the statement that we missed the date to check for Down syndrome; we told her that she never told us when that needed to be done and basically said that we shouldve kept track by knowing how many weeks I was. After that I began to breakout from my hips up to my chest, it was horrible! She said it was not a big deal. I eventually went to my primary care doctor and he was concerned and gave me some type of shot immediately. I had an appointment with Dr. Jain a week later and while she was checking me out she noticed the rash and asked why I never called to let her know. I reminded her that I had actually seen her and she said it was nothing to be concerned about. I found out the rash I had was linked to premature labor and possibly miscarriage. I was soon put on bedrest due to all the pain I was suffering from and Dr. Jain started to give me shots to help stop any early labor. My water broke when I was 34 weeks. When it was time for me to push the nurses were very upset that Dr. Jain was taking too long to get there; I could tell they were worried she would not make it. I got the impression that she does this a lot. When she finally did show up it was just in time. As far as the delivery goes she did great. Dr. Jain did everything she was supposed to do and safely delivered our baby girl. I thought about switching doctors many times but due to the mess with my insurance and knowing that Dr. Jain was such a sweet person I decided not to. Although in the end everything went well I do wish I would have. I feel like another doctor would have taken my concerns more seriously and I might not have had a miscarriage and my little one might have carried closer to full term.

I have gone back and forth with this for a few days, but if posting a bad review saves someone from my experience, it’s what I’m going to do. I will start off by saying that Dr. Jain seems like a kind woman. But putting her personality aside, I don’t think that she should be in prenatal medicine. I am in my 18th week of pregnancy, and have just had to find a new OB because of the issues I have had. My husband and I found out we were pregnant in December, and visited her office. We have had multiple issues with the front office staff, who are Unknowledgeable and unprofessional at best. Every time we have gone into the office, we have had to wait for an hour-minimum-to see Dr. Jain. We scheduled the VERY FIRST appointment every time. They have billed our insurance incorrectly every time, resulting in issues that my husband and I have to resolve by going to their office and having them resubmit. We’ve had to talk to their phlebotomist in regards to this issue, who is the only one who understands English-por cares enough- enough to assist. We have had to call on every single test run for results, way after they should have been in. They have reached out to us for nothing, except to call 3 times in 1 day -panicking- to have me take Vitamin D. They didn’t run our genetic testing correctly, not requesting gender at all. We never received a safe medicines list, safe foods list, or ANY information about what to expect during our FIRST PREGNANCY. I JUST found out at 18 weeks-with a new doctor- that I’ve been using a skin cream (retinol) that could potentially harm my baby. Upon requesting transfer of medical records, this office refused to send them for 16 days, resulting in more stress and heartache. They never kept record of any ultrasound, so my new doctor can not give us an accurate due date from first scan. Dr. Jain did not take time to give us ANY information or answer ANY questions, rushing in and out of the room in a span of minutes. We feel like we were processed for payment and that is it. The worst part is finally going to a new doctor and breaking down in tears over receiving a Welcome Packet with information on what to do and not do when pregnant. Because this is something that should be given to you without saying from the medical provider you are PAYING to see. Please avoid this office and save yourself some stress.

I waited to be helped for over an hour. The worst thing I have ever gone through. I havent went to a doctor since. Im humiliated. I told her an issue was going on and she said people live in pain every day. Very hateful. I get being real but it was like this lady is normally mean. I know it wasnt just me . Her student doctor went ahead and started her exam which was so painful, i Yelled youre pinching me, and the doctor assured her Im fine, they stretch in her terms, i again withered in pain, youre really pinching me, she jerked back in the middle of the exam and was like I cant do this. The tool still pinching me, half in. The actual doctor walked over and twisted and shoved the piece in I me and was like see like this. Like I wasnt a person. They did their little swab and I was frozen. This is not how these are suppose to go. I then again tell her my concerns about my left side hurting. She the snaps a glove on and shoves her fingers in me, no warning and aggressively wiggles them to the side. She asked if it hurts and I explain only sometimes. I wont go into detail about that. And she was like, well I dont feel anything. Completely overlooking my concern. They walked out the door and preceded to joke about me. Literally laughing. There wasnt a follow up call, I had to call and they told me my blood work showed I was calcium deficient. The only decent, nice person there, was the blood work lady. This isnt a joke or a fake bad experience. This literally happened to me and I let it, because I was under the impression doctors are here to help people. It was the most embarrassing thing that has happened to me, I wasnt informed thered be a trainee. I figured they are the professionals. To just write me off, hurt me and laugh at me.

My experience was so bad with Dr. Jain that it has taken me three years to be ready to talk about it here. I will go straight to the main points that made my visit traumatic: I did not mind being asked to have a medical student perform my exam, but Dr. Jain sat in the corner at the opposite end of the room and didnt supervise at all. She *did* bark a couple orders to the student, which made the poor girl more nervous. While the student was nice, she was clearly anxious and brand new at this job. She put on the gloves and --of course I couldnt tell until it was too late-- she didnt use lubricant! Her exam was rough and incompetent, painful, and took longer than it should have, but if shed had proper supervision, I can only assume it would have gone better. When she said shed finished, Dr Jain came over, and without asking or warning, started shoving her hands inside me, telling the student you do this, then you do this, then you check this. I was getting a second exam with no warning or permission. In thirty years of going to obgyns, in the past Ive always had a doctor who eased me into everything, who told me what she was about to do next, who used lubricant and heated instruments, and who had a good bedside manner. But Dr. Jain didnt talk to me, didnt ask questions, didnt prep me for what was to come next. And THEN she did something that has NEVER EVER even been mentioned in any of my thirty years of exams, let alone performed--she shoved her fingers in my anus, and said anus feels normal. The experience up till then made me just want to cry and hide, but at this point, frankly I felt raped. I couldnt talk about it. Who could I tell? Who could I report it to? And now its three years later; I had to look her up in order to have my records faxed to a new doctor since I am due for another exam. I saw this option to write a review and thought I need to do this, Im ready. I see others have had terrible experiences. I cant imagine that the positive reviews came from anyone besides her cronies. I noticed she even reviewed herself. My other theory is that she behaves as an angel toward patients of her own middle eastern nationality, or with premium insurance. I am white with medicaid, and I wonder if she might be racist or hateful to people with a lesser insurance coverage. In the end, it doesnt matter why she treats patients unprofessionally or inhumanely. I honestly cant believe that she is still practicing medicine; even if only one tenth of people reported her unethical practices, I would think that she would have been stripped of her medical license. So my recommendation is to avoid this doctor. There is somebody better for you no matter what insurance you have or what ethnicity you are.

For routine appointments, birth control, and the first part of my pregnancy I went to Asdells office through Community Health Network. I was 18 when I got pregnant in 2013. Everyone there was very rude and judgemental. I never had the same doctor each visit either. I finally had enough with them and switched to Dr. Jains office. At the time, I couldnt have been happier with the switch. She and her staff were all very nice. Sometimes it would take over an hour for her to see you, but I understood since she was the only doctor there and had emergencies to tend to. She ended up inducing me on my due date, not because of complications or health concerns, but because she was going on vacation. After she delivered my son, I went to my 1 month follow up. I wanted to get back on birth control. She recommended the Mirena IUD, but I declined. I told her I did plenty of research on the side effects and I knew a ton of people personally who had nothing but issues with it. I said I just wanted the pill and she told me that was stupid. She said I would be back in there in less than a year pregnant again. I didnt get any BC that day. I went back over a year later (still not pregnant) to try again. Her staff was completely different and all foreign this time. I could not understand a single thing the receptionist was trying to tell me. They took me back and when I got on the table, I noticed a dead roach on the ground next to the table. I wanted to do Nexaplanon this time and she said they would have to order it and they would call me once it came in to have it put in. I waited a few weeks without a call and decided to give them a call. The foreign receptionist answered again and I tried to explain the situation. She didnt understand me and I didnt understand her. Very unprofessional. Once I got it through to her why I was calling, she told me it was my job to call my insurace company and order it. No one told me that. I work at a doctors office myself and we have two Hispanic front desk assistants. They have a thick accent, but its still very easy to understand them and they understand you. There is no reason to have someone answering your phones and checking in patients that has no clue whats going on. Needless to say, I still did not get my birth control and I will not be going back.

I wish i could give 0 starts. Absolutely HORRIBLE! There are maybe three people in the entire office that arent completely rude. That would be one front desk girl, a blonde girl with braces, the lab girl was very nice, and the dr. nurse is nice, but she is very uneducated and doesnt understand English very well. My first appointment they did a preg. blood test, a pap, and an ultra sound. Her nurse i seen prior to her was nice but I had to speak slowly or she would jumble up and not even write what I said or even close. Then during the visit in the patient room she determined I was ten weeks based of my last period to which I told her I didnt really know because I dont keep track of that date. She also did a pap and she had a diff girl in there with her for that. She was a dark hair girl, she was white but very very tan and both times ive seen her she looks as if she just rolled out of bed. She has a rude look on her face at all times. Which isnt just the way she looks when she speaks shes rude as well as her facial expressions. We then go to do an ultra sound. She wasnt able to see the baby so she had to do an internal, at which she determined I was only about 5 weeks. They then told me at my next appointment when I was 9 weeks I could get the gender blood test as well as the one that tests for down syndrome and a few other things.I went back yesterday (8/26/15). The rude tan girl was the one who checked me in. Again looked unprofessional, rude looks, bad attitude. I am taken back by the Drs foreign nurse (the one who is nice but not good with English) and she said so your 14 weeks. I say no that was wrong she did an ultra sound last time and determined I was only 5. Then she tells me I have to have blood work, that ive already had done... they insisted i never had any blood work done... funny because i walked out of there with a band aid and a bruise from the needle! So i proceed to tell her of my nausea issues. I told her i have extreme nausea. Its random times of times of the day and gets really really bad, im not vomiting its just the awful nausea and my stomach gets all jittery.... So she proceeds to write, and say out loud as shes writing... Extreme morning sickness with extreme vomiting. REALLY you listened to nothing I just said. I repeated myself about four times before she got it right. At this point ive already decided im fed up with this place and im switching Drs so i just wanted to get my gender test done and leave. So then i have to still see the dr. She says she hears im so very worried about how far i am. I explain to her that they have it written wrong because when i had the ultra sound she determined i was only five weeks. I also told her i know my conceive date and did and online due date thing that said i was about 11 weeks currently and estimated due date March 14. I told her i knew sometimes online was a little off but that it may be a little more accurate since i was for sure of the conceive date. So she says i dont want you so worried about this i want to do an ultra sound. Types somethings and says oh no i forgot its down right now they are updating the software..and starts asking me why im so worried about how far i am..whats the problem? Are you having multiple partners? --yes worded like that, her English is ok just doesnt make sense all the time. I said NO are you serious. I flat out told her you guys do not listen what so ever... all i did was tell you i was not 14 weeks as you have charted and that i knew the conceive date, you seem to be the most worried. I told her i would like to know how far i was but that she was the one making a huge deal. And she says no honey you arent listening to me .... you can talk to me.!!??? I had more to my story but this review said ive exceeded my limit! Therefore ill just end it here with TERRIBLE PRACTICE! Unless you can deal with rudeness and incompetence pick a different doctor!!!
