First timer!spent an hour and a half here, time went by smoothly.came here for a routine check.Charles & Tiffany were more than accommodating to me as i am not the best for bloodwork. i recommend this place!parked in visitor parking. $20 admin fee. $4 parking. clean clinic.*they also provide FREE condoms in the waiting room as well*

I would recommend everyone to come here for STD testing. I have been coming here every 6 months for the past 2 years. Every staff member I have encountered is pleasant. From start to finish Im never in the office for more than an hour and this is without scheduling an appointment. The $20 charge for STD testing is extremely reasonable, my employer provided health insurance would charge me $300 or more each time. A great resource for the community. I appreciate the Bell Flower Clinic.

Awful experience. Their patient portal password reset doesnt work and no one answers the phone. I called countless times and left many voicemails. Three were nice and three werent. Not a single call back. Making people wait for results is not PATIENT care.

I don’t know how this place has an overall rating of 3. My experience was great, I was in and out at their peak time. Not to mention my guy Charles! He was fantastic and made the experience very easy and most importantly comfortable. Thank you Charles!PS. His beautiful wood grain on his door to help you be distracted while being needle poked helped tremendously.

Great experience. I was assisted by Charles and he did amazing! Didnt even feel the needle go in or out. Smooth experience. Will go back if I ever need to test again.

Charles was very professional. He took great care of me and answered all my concerns. I could tell that he is an expert in his line of work. I was very comfortable the entire time.

I get tested routinely just to stay on the safe side. I wanted to shoutout Charles, the MA who took care of me today. He was a ray of sunshine. Absolutely amazing at his job.

A great and much needed place. Charles was a character who made my day brighter. Tiffany is skilled with the needle and found my vein the first time. Highly recommend.

I was a walk up, and I was in and out really quickly. I was skeptical due to the reviews, and decided to give it a shot. I needed some bloodwork as a requirement, and I had a beautiful experience. Charles was my caretaker, and he not only was amazing, but extremely courteous and kind to accommodate my needs. I do not do well with needles, and he treated me like a parent treats a wounded child—with compassion and care. Thank you, I learned from you. Place is clean, not loud, and everyone seemed to be doing their jobs.

I had a really great & quick experience. Special shout out to my ladies Dana & TaCarrea they were sweet , awesome & a lot of help!!

This is a great service for the community. Charles the MA was great.

My experience is that they have no urgency, i went at one pm and it wasnt busy but I was still waiting for 50 minutes for someone to come into the room. They do have a lot of fun as theres allot of laughter from the employees. Maybe thats why they take so long

I was so nervous about coming here to get tested for the first time, but the staff but me at ease. It was nice knowing that I was in good hands. When I met with John, he was attentive and listened to me and my concerns. He was so helpful and so friendly. Any time I come back, I hope to see him in the future. He was one of the nicest medical professionals I have ever met with. Than you John for all of your help!

Edit #3. Last time I called I was only on hold for less than 5 mins. But that was after calling multiple times and the phone was just ringing. I was informed they are supposedly working on the issue.... But its been the same for years it seems. No one on leadership seems concerned with fixing the issue.Edit #2. 38 mins on hold before my call was answeredEdit. Changed to 1 🌟 as am no longer able to actually speak to a human to schedule an appointment. If youre constantly handling high call volume then hire more staff. This is a great resource for the community but if you cant schedule an appointment? Whats the point.All my experiences have been great so far. The NP that helped me was incredibly kind and non-judgmental. This is a great resource for the community.

Some of the people are nice. Unfortunately, the lady who was drawing my blood was very frustrated and annoyed with her job. While she was taking my blood, she complained about how busy they were and had a bad attitude (lady if you dont like the job, get another one).. also, this is what my arm looked like after.

I had a wonderful experience at Bell Flower Clinic. The intake process was smooth. I didnt have to wait long to be seen to get my blood drawn. I didnt have to wait long to be seen by a clinician. The staff was pleasant and nice. Great customer service and process during COVID-19 restrictions. Kudos!!! DIS team is fab too!!! 😊

Every Monday and Tuesday for the past month I’ve been trying to make a same day appointment. However the receptionist will never make one. I’m always thrown straight on hold and have waited for anywhere from over an 15 min to an hour. The receptionist is quick to be rude and I still am yet to receive An appointment there always booked when finally taken off Hold. The bell flower clinic front desk area have no hospital or health care like etiquette. The clinic obviously needs to be open longer and every day the week. There supposed to be STD/HIV prevention and control. How when no one answers or ur on hold. I hope more people add there reviews. Don’t keep it to yourself or things won’t change. Please write your reviews.

I am deathly afraid of needles! I also am known to pass out when getting blood drawn. Today I went in not realizing I’d have my blood drawn, long story short I started crying & had a little trouble breathing. The nurses that helped me were so incredibly sweet & funny I was very impressed! Being 20 years old and crying over a blood test is a bit ridiculous but these ladies worked their magic and deserve the praise! Thank you for making me as comfortable as possible!!! Not to mention everyone was friendly & helpful.

Whoever answered the phone was extremely rude, i get recommended this place by a friend. but my very first encounter was horrible. way to make people feel comfortable about getting tested smh. & you better call @ 7am, no later or they won’t even bother scheduling you.

Calling Daily for three days after waiting a week now on day ten for results and getting a ringing phone with no answer is unacceptable.

Highly UNPROFESSIONAL & rude!! The reasoning to be seen here must be important but there staff just sweeps it under a rug if you don’t call exactly at 7:00am ...I would go pay top dollar to get tested before I go here!!

They were supposed to be open till 12, I was just turned away at the door

The woman that answers the phone needs to be fired asap no ? About it she’s rude and lies and says there is no more room by 7 30 fire her nobody should feel any type of way before going in to make sure their health is good and have to deal with her

I have been calling since 8am phones were not active untill 8:30 and when they were going thru the receptionists immediately put me on hold for 15 min on 3 separate occasions back to back so assume calling is pointless and misleading pretty much u just gotta do a walk up or your not being see whats going on

They definitely need people who can answer the phone without having such a negative tone and getting smart with you. Terrible customer service for sure !

The security guard today Wednesday October 9th needs to be a home and not her es he is so rude only great the employees here like if we aint nobody personal is very rude the women that answer the phone as well

If you have any issues they will help you, you have to make appt you have to pay $20 but its worth it.
