Everyone at the PC clinic is AMAZING. It’s definitely a family environment and they all really care about helping you grow your family. We just graduated (sadly) but we have been so blessed to have them help us through our journey. I honestly don’t believe we could’ve gotten pregnant without them. They really figure out what might be causing your infertility. Even when we had to go to Jacksonville for surgery’s everyone there was so nice and helpful. I 100% recommend anyone who is having fertility issues to come here, you won’t regret your decision!!

I cant say enough good things about the team at the Panama City office!I was there for outside monitoring during my transfer cycles as a surrogate.Terri is wonderful and always took the time to answer any questions I had or just explain certain processes my body was going through after my FET. I never left without learning something new!Ms.Tammy is a gem! Making appointments was easy and absolutely stress-free if needing to reschedule. They are very understanding and work with you as best they can. Thats almost unheard of in a lot of doctors offices unfortunately.Sorry that I missed Courtney on my last visit, but she was great too! Very patient and knowledgeable when answering all of my odd questions about my medications.Honestly, the best experience with a doctors office Ive ever had. I never felt rushed out the door and always felt like I mattered.Highly recommended!

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Terri and the team of dedicated professionals at the Panama City office. While I was thrilled to be expecting our bundle of joy, I hated to leave behind the exceptional personalized and compassionate care provided by this team. I have confidently recommended them to my loved ones and acquaintances. If you are reading this, rest assured that you will not be disappointed. Dr Paschall is absolutely top-notch and such a sweet person. Having suffered for many years myself with endometriosis I was so excited that more doctors were doing excision removal, something I didnt get the chance to have. I knew better so I decided to do better for my daughter when she was struggling and getting sick every month. She is only 16. Dr Paschall takes her time with you in the appointment and gives you plenty of time to ask questions. She truly seems to care. She has done amazing things for my daughter. My daughter is so very young was so scared and nervous pre op and this doctor really helped her through that. If youve had the surgery, you know that the first cycle afterwards is usually the worst. My daughter is actually faring better three weeks postop on her cycle and she did before the surgery. This is the first time she wasnt violently ill with her cycle and we are very hopeful that she will continue to improve. If youre looking for someone to help you with your endometriosis pain, look no further.

I am giving two stars because my initial experience with this office in 2023 was amazing. I felt seen, heard, validated and had an action plan in place to tackle my insulin resistance & elevated prolactin levels. Fast forward to 2024, I schedule an appt because my medications were out of refills. I was asked to come in for blood work to check prolactin ONLY and scheduled to meet with the doctor the following week. My results came back before my appt with the doctor and my levels looked great. When my appt time arrived (virtual appt) I met with the nurse practitioner first. She asked the standard questions about my needs for this appt. I let her know I was out of refills for my two medications. I could hear other nurses on other calls with other patients discussing their medical information. The NP began to drill me about what exact diet I was on. After telling her I’m not following anything specific, just being mindful of what I eat she continued to ask about specifics (keto, low carb, no carb). I repeated my initial answer and then she frustratingly asked my current weight. After I told her she surprisingly responded “oh so you’ve lost weight since your last appointment?” Moving on to the doctor, he used our appt time to 1) tell me the wrong number for my prolactin levels. 2) asked me if I remembered how large my pituitary tumor is 3) asked if their office submitted my order for my initial MRI last year 4) proceeded to use my blood work results from March 2023 to tell me what I should have been doing since last year. The weight I lost was great but if I stuck with the strict keto diet I could have lost 8-12 pounds every 4-6 weeks. If I ever get pregnant I’m at risk of gaining anywhere from 30-100lbs during pregnancy but he wants me to remember that with child birth you only lose about 12 lbs. I’m on track to have a heart attack or stroke by the time I’m in my 40’s. And honestly after those comments I stopped listening because the doctor clearly did not prepare properly for my appt. The answers to his questions should have been somewhere in the chart/notes in front of him. He was also making these very bold assumptions about my future health based on labs from March of 2023! I felt this appointment was extremely unprofessional from start to finish, I was shocked because I had a totally different experience last year. I don’t want to assume that anyone I spoke with had any type of bias towards me BUT their focus on my weight & two diseases that tend to disproportionately affect people of my demographic (which I do not have) did raise some suspicions for me. Also, I don’t understand why the doctor felt so comfortable making those assumptions without more recent blood work. The only updated test was for my prolactin which is produced by my tumor & has NOTHING to do with weight or diet. I don’t have to be contacted and don’t need an apology. I will begin looking for help elsewhere. Just wanted to make the office aware and hope you all will bear in mind this criticism moving forward.

I have been nothing but happy with my care here. Dr Lipari has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I on our journey to concieve. We suffered a 26 week loss in late 22 with no known reason for the loss. We had consulted with other specialists who basically told us to just try again. Dr. Lipari said he wanted to know WHY and searched for the answers. And he made sure everything that COULD be fixed, was. He wanted us to have the highest chance at a successful, live birth. He referred us to his colleague Dr. Fox and we needed uterine surgeries to prepare for transfer. I am thrilled to say our first IVF transfer has been successful! We had wonderful communication the entire time, and the satellite office in Gainesville was a godsend for us to do regular monitoring and labs.We are grateful we found JCRM and would absolutely use them for a sibling journey, should that be in our cards. conceive.Thank you Jacksonville Center for Reproductive Medicine!

I had an iud insertions under anesthesia today with Dr Sarah Paschall and it went amazingly! The staff were all very kind and understanding and took their time to explain the process to me before the procedure. I have barely any pain at all post-insertion and felt none of it during the procedure! If youre looking to have an iud put in for endometriosis treatment but nervous about insertion pain I would 100% recommend dr paschall.

Literally the best experience of my life. I have struggled for 20 years with doctors telling me “periods are painful, it is what it is.” Then I found this place and my life will never be the same. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with love and kindness. Which makes all the difference in the world and puts you at ease. Terri, Courtney and Tammy made me feel seen and heard for the first time. They are so knowledgeable and wonderful at their jobs. I wish I could continue to go to them but they’ve fixed all my problems. If you’ve been struggling with pain or infertility, this is THE place to go. I could seriously continue to write until my hands go numb, that’s how amazing this place and people are.

Would not recommend this place. I found it horribly triggering. I spent hours filling out very specific information only to be told that system doesnt really work. I sent two ultrasounds which they did not look at. There were things all over the office requesting reviews, but they were so big mad that I left a review that they called and said I would have to take the review down or I would not be allowed to get the ultrasound that they already had called to schedule me for. Why request reviews if the reviews have to be good enough or Im not allowed to have an ultrasound?

Dr. Paschall is the most amazing doctor there is. She takes her time, explains everything in full detail, and truly cares. My first appointment was very long. I didnt feel rushed and she answered every question I had. I had surgery in November and she did an amazing job. She called me the day after surgery to check in on me. Since then, I have gotten a few calls when I asked questions on the portal. Shes not your typical doctor. She was truly blessing to me and I am feeling so much better. Highly recommend!!I did get frustrated with the office staff on more than 1 occasion. There was quite a few communication issues, but Im glad I put it aside and continued treatment with the the doctor. Definitely something that needs to be worked on though.

My husband and I used this center for our surrogate’s remote monitoring subsequent to our embryo transfer. The team could not have been more genuine, professional, and kind. Dealing with the stress of waiting to find out if our embryo transfer was successful is not a small thing, and the team was extremely sensitive to that. They handled us with care and were so very genuinely excited for us when we found out the transfer was successful. They were also very informative when it came to both of the ultrasounds we performed prior to graduating to the OB. If you’re looking for a clinic in the area, I highly recommend this group. I left a review under another Google account pretty much stating that the office is amazing but once it was time for treatment, I did not hear back. I wanted to update my review… After calling and speaking to the office manager, my fertility nurse got in touch with me and she made sure to communicate with me going forward. While of course, no one wants to go through that they made sure to correct their miscommunication mistake, and they were amazing going forward. I did three months of treatment with them and the month I took a little break we did get pregnant! I don’t think we would have gotten pregnant if it were not for the fertility treatment provided by this practice to help my Body know what to do. I will forever be grateful for this practice. ❤️

I have been so nervous to tell anyone my concerns of possible infertility ever since I gave birth to my son. It was a very traumatic experience for me. My partner and I have been trying for 3 years now and I finally worked up the nerve to talk to my primary about it. She gave me a referral here and I was told to wait until they call me. They were clear and said wait for them to call and schedule. So I did. Today a woman called me at 4:11 pm on 01/08/2024 and but she caught me at a bad time I was with a patient and asked if she could please call me back in 30 mins to an hour. She sounded irritated so I let her know she could always call me the following day if it was easier for her. She responded with “yes YOU can call back when you’re ready.” I was taken off because I work in healthcare and always make sure we treat patients with care, especially new patients. I asked again thinking she wasn’t understanding what I was asking. I always make the number one thing we do at my practice is make sure our patients have a smooth experience. She told me “well…I have of other patients to call…so I might be able too possibly tomorrow.” The tone is what made me uneasy. Having to geEo to the specialist for this is already slightly embarrassing and has mentally been affecting me. I felt like she could careless if I scheduled with them and started questioning what my care would be like here. Dismissive? I let her know if that’s the case maybe this wasn’t the practice for me. She didn’t try to retain me at all. “Okay..that’s fine.” Is all she said before hanging up. :-( ..update: I’m surprised I received a response. Especially a positive one. Thank you.

Dr. Lapari and my nurse Christine have been unbelievable. Kind, caring, and deal with my never ending questions. Christine always emails me back immediately. Dr. Lapari is so knowledgeable. He even referred me to a physician who solved a completely unrelated medical aliment Ive been struggling with for 15 years. I will forever be grateful for this team. Aside for the superior medical knowledge and exceptional results, I wanted to note one other incident of exceptional service I experience: I was having blood drawn and got extremely dizzy and almost passed out (as sometimes happens to me). The phlebotomist immediately sprung into action and even put my hair in the cutest messy bun Ive ever seen to help me cool off. Recommend to anyone hoping to start a family. Honestly, this team changed my life.UPDATE: I just wanted to circle back on my update and provide even more good feedback for this practice. I am on hopefully baby number two with this team and everyone is amazing. I fully recommend this practice and all nurses and doctors involved. I would ONLY trust them with my family.

The best fertility specalist around! My husband and I had previously been seen two other specialist prior to coming here. But this has been by far the best experience. Our scenario seemed simple enough on the surface but it was actually quite complicated once we got started. Here at Advanced Reproductive Specalist, they truly took the time to look at our complicated situation. It took an entire team to think out of the box, and do what my body needed to help us get pregnant. Any other clinic would have given up on me since I did not fit any textbook scenario. Not only is the team brilliant in their field, they are so compassionate. The team feels like a family, and you feel that way too when you come in. It was a bittersweet feeling to leave the clinic, we loved the team so much. But we are over the moon that they helped us FINALLY get pregnant.I would absolutely recommend Advanced Reproductive Specialist to anyone trying to conceive. Dont give up on your fertility journey until you let them work with you. It was the best decision my husband and I could have made.

We just had the birth recently of our little miracle that wouldnt have been possible without this wonderful facility and staff. After a misdiagnosis and laparoscopy at another fertility clinic Dr. Lipari sat down with my husband and I and looked over our medical history. His knowledge and expertise on endometriosis is superior to most fertility clinics. He was able to look at my previous laparoscopy images and confirm visually that I indeed had endometriosis despite what my previous doctor told me. He was able to excise it in surgery and it was confirmed with pathology.Following the laparoscopy My husband and I went on to do IVF which resulted in the conception of our son.The team of nurses, embryologists and support staff is outstanding. You can really tell they care about their patients success and well being which was refreshing from our previous clinic we had gone to.We would recommend this clinic to anyone!

Im giving 2 stars because my surgery DID help. I have stage 4 endometriosis, I was undiagnosed for 20 years prior to finding Dr Fox, and underwent excision surgery as well as a hysterectomy. Dr Fox discovered my case was extremely severe, and was even affecting my kidneys. I followed Dr Foxs instructions and felt wonderful for a full year. I followed all of the instructions he had given me, including taking my estrogen exactly as prescribed. The pain came back with a vengeance. It was my worse fear, endometriosis affected every single aspect of my life for 20 full years and now its back. But its fine right? Dr Fox can help me. I was so, so wrong. He told me I wasnt taking my estrogen properly and needed a different diet. He said I was supposed to be taking half a pill twice a day, but the prescription literally said one pill twice a day. He said I needed to go on the keto diet. I expressed concern because Im already underweight. He said that this diet would get me to a proper weight, and then sent me weight loss instructions. He said I needed pelvic floor therapy, and while the therapist did say I needed it, she also said she was certain it was not the cause of my pain. He told me after my surgery that if even the tiniest strand was missed, it would come back. Now, he tells me its impossible. I feel mentally exhausted. I feel like I have nowhere to turn. When he originally was the only doctor to believe me, it now seems hes the only doctor who doesnt. It was a horrible experience, and Im terrified Im going to be fighting for help for another 20 years. I experienced this pain for most of my life, I KNOW what it feels like. I know my body. But he knows better, clearly.

TL;DR Office staff was rude to me so I gave it a second chance, the doctor was nice, but an NP took over my care after and did not want to provide treatment options.I went to Dr. Lipari because of my suspected endometriosis, as my pain has gone up and quality of life has gone down significantly because of my progressing symptoms. I also have a pelvic floor disorder that a physical therapist suspected was connected to the endometriosis (as I was not making real progress). This means I cannot do pelvic exams or transvaginal ultrasounds without intense pain.Ive been burned a number of times die to this, so I attempted to contact the office beforehand to confirm if I would have my pelvic floor issue accommodated. It took a while to hear back, but a nurse very rudely informed me that it was not only a no but that the only way to diagnose endometriosis is transvaginal ultrasound. Thats patently untrue, and patient resource videos provided by Dr Lipari himself state otherwise. After cooling off, I made an appointment, deciding I just need to speak to the doctor. My initial visit with Dr Lipari was a teledoc visit where we talked about the scope of things. He was very reassuring, he sounded very well informed, and I felt confident I would receive good care. He assured that my concerns wouldnt be an issue and wed work it out.My next visit was with a Nurse Practitioner. She seemed dismissive of me from the outset, and didnt seem to listen to much I said. I vocalized clearly at the start of the appointment that I dont want kids or care about fertility, I just want to reduce my pain for a better quality of life. Several times during the visit she said when you have kids... and I corrected her each time. She also was not particularly interested in looking into my endometriosis. She was fixated on my prior PCOS diagnosis, and spent most of the visit insisting I go on a pure keto diet in the long term. That made me somewhat uncomfortable (I have a history of disordered eating, high school binging and purging eventually turned into refusing to eat in adulthood). I vocalized this, but she said my next appointment would be a nutrition appointment. I was worried, but willing to go talk more about diet options that would work for me.Speaking of which, I assumed my nutrition appointment would be with a registered dietician, or at least a doctor with that specialty. I arrived at my nutrition appointment and it was the SAME NP as before. She made it clear to me that they would not work with me if I didnt follow the keto diet. She did not want to allow me to ease into it by slowly cutting carbs, and she was not permissive of other options like the Mediterranean diet. My eating disorder history was hand waved. When I brought up that my family has very bad cholesterol problems, and that worried me because of studies demonstrating keto is risky for high cholesterol. When I asked about treatment options in the meantime? She didnt want to offer anything until I lost enough weight. She didnt specify how much tp lose. I asked about a couple commonly prescribed medications for PCOS symptoms (Spiro and metformin) and not even that, not even willing to change my birth control. Accommodations for a transvaginal ultrasound were also dismissed, apparently I dont earn that privilege til I lose weight as well.I have debilitating pain on the bad days, I have missed work and school for years because Im in too much pain to do much more than leave my bed. My mother, grandmother, and great grandmother all had endometriosis. I have no way of knowing the severity of it, and its never once improved, only got worse. I dont know why that wasnt prioritized. I dont understand why she didnt prescribe anything for insulin resistance when the pcos is all she wanted to talk about. She steamrolled me and literally said her way is the only way Ill get better. If there was a medical reason or explanation for any of these things, she didnt tell me any of them.

This place leaves a lot to be desired, which is unfortunate so early on in my journey. The people I encountered during my first visit were super nice. Since said visit I havent been able to get a single question answered. How can you proceed with treatment when you dont know what youre supposed to do? I was referred out to a specialist with no explanation other than we wrote a referral...not sure what to even schedule. After numerous unanswered messages and unreturned calls a wonderful front desk woman got a nurse on the phone to assist me. That nurse, a Jenny maybe?, couldnt have sounded more bothered. It was terrible. She just read me messages...the same messages I had read which resulted in the questions but not once did she seem interested in answering my questions. After looking into my chart and seeing my medical diagnosis she just seemed too disgusted to even help. Really unfortunate. Everyone deserves a second chance so Ill give them that, maybe itll be better, but Im not hopeful.

This clinic has been so helpful in my IVF journey. Since I’m working with an IVF clinic out-of-state, I’m considered an outside monitoring patient which basically means it’s super hard to schedule bloodwork/ultrasounds at a local clinic when you need them. Plus, with IVF, you never have lots of notice since everything revolves around the arrival of your period. So for me, this fertility clinic became my rock because they ALWAYS got me in for an appointment. I’ve seen them probably 100 times and it’s always a smooth, reliable experience. I’d definitely recommend!

We had tried for years, they did all the test they needed to and found that I had a slight bicornuate uterus that needed surgery for a successful pregnancy. Along with PCOS, and Endometriosis, so fast forward one year after surgery for correcting my uterus and removing the endo we did our first medicated IUI process and praise God it was successful!!! They were all so sweet during the entire process and understanding, always there to answer any questions I had. And I had plenty!! I had my ‘graduation’ with them today since I am 10 weeks pregnant and I have to say it is bittersweet! I wish I could just stay with them the rest of my pregnancy! I live in Panama City and was using the Panama City location but at leaving the review under the main office because the Panama City location doesn’t deserve a one star review. I’d you’re looking to become a patient here make sure you double, triple check of things are covered under insurance or not so you know if you can afford things. They told me things were covered, now they aren’t and I’m getting bills for them. I also had a procedure done by Dr. Fox and made it back home to Panama City just in time to go to the ER with internal bleeding. A 15 minute procedure in their office turned into a 3 night ICU stay. Dr. fox, who performed the procedure, never reached out and the hospital was trying to contact him to see what they should do for me since it was a procedure they weren’t familiar with. I now have an $1800 bill from anesthesia from that procedure. Courtney, Terri and Dr. Lipari were always great and deserve 5 stars, but the rest of this office does not.

Whenever there was a follow-up, they called me when they said they would and explained all pricing and procedures thoroughly. It was so refreshing to have a clear next step throughout the whole retrieval + transfer process. Not only were they professional, I enjoyed that the clinic was small enough to know the whole staff by name. Another woman on here shared a review that essentially said: theyre human, theyre overall excellent at what they do, things fall through the cracks, but give them grace. I echo this sentiment. Ive been a patient of theirs for right at a year. Yes, there are times when Ive felt frustrated by minor things, including inconsistent information (this is a problem in our overall healthcare system). I was referred to Dr. Fox not knowing what was causing my recurrent early miscarriages. He surgically removed my stage 3 endometriosis, along with a small fibroid tumor, a cyst, and repaired a hernia. I went through 4 rounds of treatment (ovulation induction), and I am now 22 weeks pregnant with our first! You have to proactively participate in your own healthcare to get good results. This group - Dr. Fox, Brittany (NP, Gainesville), Sam (NP, Gainesville), Jessica (MA, Gainesville), and Tea (Gainesville) all are overall great. Dr. Fox is exceptionally analytical and prioritizes reading and publishing in (when theres time) cutting edge research. Plenty of MDs are happy to do things as theyve always done and see things as theyve always seen them! Dr. Fox has dedicated his life to this effort - and it shows! Thanks to all. I am saddened and disappointed that this has been our experience...A little background. I am the patient. My wife has not filled out Nable (patient portal) - I have. The only place I put her contact info was under emergency contact. What happened if I put my parents down as my emergency contact? We arent telling anyone about growing our family at this point. This is a HIPPA violation - they contacted someone who WAS NOT the patient for this appointment. We had an appointment today, and they apparently called her earlier this week to collect $290, but because she is not the patient right now, I should have been the one receiving calls and emails. When I brought this up to Donna in the front office, she was rude, and said so she didnt give you the message? First of all, thats inappropriate, and it came with a lot of attitude. So because I didnt know about the $290 they cancelled my appointment that was scheduled for today. If I hadnt called this morning to confirm, we would have been left without an appointment. I ended up paying the $290 just so I could have my initial consultation. We met with Ashley who was wonderful.I received a call after the appointment to schedule 2 blood work appointments. When I asked her to please also schedule a new patient appointment for my wife, I wanted to make sure we wouldnt have to pay another $340 fee since we are self-pay.... When I mentioned that I have never heard of a consult being this expensive, let alone not free, the response I received from billing said well thats our policy Its not really what the entire office staff said, but more along the lines of how they spoke with pure annoyance towards us. You guys are working for a company that makes peoples dreams around family come to life. People are excited to come to you, and sadly, with all the negative reviews, you will continue to lose patients. Sadly, I have no trust in this company any longer. With how annoyed everyone was, I wouldnt feel comfortable allowing them to assist me with getting pregnant.

I have posted on FB for my “health” review. I intended to post this on here, but after reading the reviews changed my mind. This is a busy practice. The reason they are busy is because they know what they are doing. Have I had issues with them after being a patient for many years? Yes. But, I wasn’t dying and while it was important on my end, I know they had more pressing issues then my lab work. Every patient is important to them. Someone who just had a miscarriage will take precedence over me who needs to make a US appointment.Instead of getting mad, I gave them grace. They went through a EMR switch, which for those of you who aren’t in medicine is like going from an apple to an android x 1 million. It can also take months to get it straight. When I had a surgery with them for endo and adneo (I had two) and I was suffering, it was within minutes, even on a weekend, that I heard from them. When I needed a refill request that wasn’t due for another 3 weeks, I did get radio silence until the day before. They got it done. I know I may be 140 on their list, but I’m on their list. These are professional people with an incredible amount of grace, knowledge and caring. Having a good doctor patient relationship takes both parties equally. Under their scrubs, they are just normal people. Two surgeries, 3 MDs and 3 NPs and numerous RNs make sure I get what I need and take care of me. I appreciate them. They have made my life better. But it’s also giving them grace and understanding that they are trying to help me and hundreds (yes hundreds) of other women.Give them grace and they will give you your life back. If you have any type of female issue, they are simply the best. That’s all.

I have recently had a diagnosis of infertility and I called the Gainesville office to speak to some one about new patient scheduling. I was placed on hold then hung up on. Not once, but twice. Then I call 2 more times a few hours later on 12/29/22 at 3pm and I get a message saying they are closed until 1/2/23. Really upsetting but I shrug it off. Now today 1/4/23 I call and am met with a monotone woman who’s first question is whats your insurance. Very dehumanizing. Then after asking my diagnosis and name she says its time for her lunch so call back later. I asked her name and she hung up. This is so disheartening, but I’ll take it as a sign I need to find a better clinic.

09 Nov 21I had a very sad encounter today. Had a telephone conference appointment with Dr. Fox. I had been waiting for this appointment for almost a month. At 1520 I log on because my appointment was at 1530. 20 mins later no one comes online. I was on my cell so my husband called the office. After holding for about 20 mins we were told the Doc is running late and had patients before us. It was suppose to take about 1 and a half hours. I asked if they could just move my appointment to 1700 because I had to go back to work. And at that time I will get back online. After been trf to many other representatives I left my husband on the phone because I had to leave and go back to work. This was about 45 mins past my appointment time. I would have been fine if at least Dr Fox came online to tell me he is so behind so I can reschedule. I can understand people don’t care. A doctor office that deals with sensitive issues like infertility you might think will have some passion. I don’t leave reviews for services I receive whether good or bad. This encounter really hurts my heart. Not having a lot of time to get treatment started and every 2 or 3 weeks of waiting for an appointment adds months to the treatment.

I recently completed a round of IVF with the Panama city office and am currently 17 weeks pregnant!!! I am 41 with a history of a tubal and we decided for one more... Terri, Courtney and Tammy were so amazing to work with. They were very knowledgeable I felt like they always took my concerns into consideration and Terri and Dr fox made adjustments to medications throughout the journey based on my specific needs, I remember feeling so defeated that I only had 3 eggs retrieved but they all said it only takes one and I am super shocked and thrilled to agree with them.. its a very stressful process but they definitely tried to make it a s smooth as possible for me and I tried to just follow their directions and not stress about the whole process. Honestly it helped to just put my faith in them that they would do all they could and that helped with stress levels. I will say Dr fox had a lot of dietary recommendations and I did follow all of them didnt like it because I love bread, But I love being pregnant with my sweet little girl more!! Thanks again for all you do

I dealt with several different nurses and doctors and I can say they are all wonderful! I was able to conceive on the first round. Really great people and I’ll be back when it’s time for #2.Update- Dr. Lipari and his team did it again and I had my second baby March ‘23. Everyone is still just as wonderful as before. I went to this office because of Dr.Liparis specialty in excision surgery for endometriosis. I will be getting my procedure done elsewhere due to lack of insurance, but tried EIGHT times to get my medical records in the past 3 weeks.I even explained to them that I had gotten new blood work done, where I had elevated tumor markers and my concern for wanting to compare the numbers to see if they had increased.I sent in release forms twice, called twice, sent emails to BOTH the Director of Operations and the other person in charge of Medical Records, K. Odom.I received one email from Stacey Williams, the Director of Operations saying that she got my form on Feb 17th, 5 days after sending my initial request. March 2nd, I sent Stacey a follow up email asking how long it usually takes, and left all methods for her to contact me. Its been 2 business days and I have had no response. I even told her my surgery is next week.I DO NOT recommend this office, although I do not have a review for Dr.Lipari himself. I spent over $600 with their office, out of pocket, but cant even get my records to compare my tumor markers for CANCER.They obviously dont care about their patients. You are just a money sign to them.

She was very compassionate, informative, and thorough with my plans for procedure. Ive had 2 surgeries now with Dr. Lipari, both experiences were wonderful, he is absolutely amazing. So kind and passionate about what he does, answered all of my questions and gave me all of my options moving forward for treatments after surgery. I cant say enough good things about him, Im so thankful to have found him, hes turned my life around. The only thing that I personally think could use some improvement is his nursing staff. Some of the nurses are unprofessional/rude at times, unorganized and confused, and are almost impossible to get ahold of for any medical questions/concerns over the phone & if you leave a message, they will not get back to you. Dr. Lipari does such amazing work, I wish he had a staff that appreciated that a little more and held themselves to a higher standard. But overall, I had a good experience with Dr. Lipari and would recommend him to anyone with suspicious symptoms or fertility issues.

I came on here to give the office a call because I wanted to start my second round of IVF. After doing so I noticed that the ratings have dropped significantly over the past couple years. I wanted to take a minute to let everybody know that sometimes medical staff especially during Covid can be extremely overwhelmed have a little bit of grace this office has shown nothing but compassion caring and kindness over the past couple years and the recent negative reviews have probably only been implicated because of how Covid has impacted our world. Sometimes these offices can be understaffed unorganized because they’re understaffed and overwhelmed because they’re understaffed but yet still required to maintain the same organization and planning when they had a full staff. I understand that people are dropping money like no tomorrow but humans have to understand that people get overwhelmed even doctors even doctors offices . You have to be your own advocate and situation and where you feel like your medical responsibility is important. I have nothing but positive things to say about this office and even some of the worst situations have happened. I’m thankful every day that I found them. I love this office and I recommend so many people to see these doctors in this facility. I’ve seen other clinics in the state of Florida and nothing compares I’ve been to other IVF specialist and nothing compares. There was nothing like laying on a surgery table crying because your mom didn’t get to make it to the surgery and the doctors waiting waiting for your mom to come in and give you a kiss and tell you it’s going to be OK even though you’re a 30 year old baby. I will never see another IVF specialist in the state of Florida other than The IVF specialist at Jacksonville Center for reproductive medicines. Brittany Poe is one of the most compassionate people that I have ever met and she has followed through my journey and raising my toddler. I’m thankful for everyone at this office and all the time they have put in. Over the past couple years I have gladly recommended 10 people to go to this office if not more. I feel really bad for all the people who have had negative experiences and I hope that they find exactly what they’re looking for another clinic. But as for me I’m going to recommend this office. I’m also going to give it five stars because it’s been the best thing for my life for my husband and for bringing my daughter into this world .

Words cannot describe the amount of pain and suffering I am still experiencing one year later. My heart is broken, my mind is broken, my body is broken, this was the worst decision of my life but it could have been the best. This could have been a lifesaving life-changing surgery, instead, I was kicked to the curb. Im PHYSICALLY and emotionally scarred.I am traumatized by Dr. Lipari and staff, especially due to lack of care post-surgery.**Edit April 2022: Today I passed out from the pain of my menstrual cycle, which I only experience because this office took me off continuous birth control for the surgery and promised to treat me/my hormones afterwards. They didnt. Today I lost consciousness for about 15 seconds turned grey and almost went to the ER. I have never experienced this, even before surgery. It was excruciating, terrifying, and this office wont even give me a referral. Dr. Lipari said he would do blood-work and address my hormones afterwards. I am one year from my original surgery date, and they have dropped me as a patient. I want to be thankful for the surgery and its effect on my life, but these are the facts.** I had excision for suspected endometriosis in June 2021, and Im only writing this now in hopes it prevents another desperate person from calling this office. DO NOT go here for endometriosis, read the bad reviews and save yourself, it breaks my heart to see so many similar experiences. Even if the doctors do care, their staff is so rude and unorganized you will never accomplish anything...IVF patients only. Do NOT go for endometriosis treatment. They will not treat you.The gist for now:• promising treatment and not following through (not ordering any bloodwork or labs, as requested by me pre-surgery and OFFERED by Dr. Lipari post-op), • providing incorrect medical advice (nurse in my post-op check-up did not even know my surgery date and was giving me instructions for the wrong time period, no one ever looked at my incisions), • leaving you in physical pain with no one to call for emergencies (3-day weekend w/no help was fun), • impossible to reach on the phone (if you do, voicemails are not returned, and if someone confirms they will call you back, they just wont), • completely disregarding you once surgery is over • Permanently disfigured by the physical effects from lack of care post-op!I dont know how Dr. Lipari can look his patients in the eyes and tell them he cares. I really, truly believed him and saw hope for my future. Unfortunately they would rather you suffer than give you a REFERRAL. They wont even help you leave/stop seeing them. I never would have gone to this office if I knew they were practically lying to me about services provided.Dont call. Save yourself the pain and suffering.*Disclaimer: They unfairly prioritize fertility patients above patients being seen for physical pain. If you are trying to conceive and are financially stable, I actually do recommend this office. The only satisfied patients are fertility patients. Read the reviews yourself!I would do anything to take it all back, please God, why? All of this was preventable. Dr. Lipari was not present in my appointment 48 hours prior to surgery. How can you have a final pre-op without the surgeon? All of this was preventable. I have tried month after month to forgive and forget, I have tried to push through the pain and suffering that could have been completely avoided. Ive tried to start from the bottom, get a new job, then get another new job, then get a different new job all of which hurts me physically because I wasnt able to heal from the surgery,. The decision to postpone my surgery knowing I was stuck financially by their deposit and had no other choice, was the catalyst of an unethical, long and horrible journey that never needed to be traveled. I have tried to move forward and accept the injustices that I know I cant change. Im at the point where forgiving and forgetting isnt even working. My life is in absolute shambles. Thank you jcrm, thank you so much....

The doctors and nurses are highly knowledgeable. Brittany Poe in the Gainesville office is worth her weight in gold. She’s exceptional. However, there is a serious lack of organization in the Jacksonville office. They send recommendation sheets with typos and spelling errors (unprofessional but doesn’t undermine patient care) but when it comes to onboarding new patients and even continuing their care, the receptionists are impatient and clearly overworked. It appears the volume of patients to front end staff is in tremendously imbalanced. They went on a week long training (great) and did not notify their patients or put an out-of-office reply up- you simply go to the answering machine and are told to call back! Crazy when infertility procedures are very time-dependent.If they would like to continue to grow their practice (which by its very nature requires taking on new patients all of the time), they should become better organized and work on their communication with their patients; the following areas require improvement: timelines for treatment, returning phone calls and crafting much more professional emails. IMO, they would benefit from a consultant reviewing practice procedures.

While the excision surgery itself and diagnosis was top notch, the office is a headache. Ive had appointment times and dates changed without notice, I went to the ER because my IUD had been taken out without my knowledge at surgery which has now put me on more hormones and everything is out of whack and Ive had such slow responses to important things like the fact that my disability paperwork was filled out wrong by their office rwice, that Im still bleeding 4 weeks post op, & zero direction on post op therapy. I have been so frustrated that I was in tears on the phone the day after I was in the ER begging to come in when the ER doctor told me I must be seen by them immediately because she couldnt get a hold of my surgeon. My daughter recently had surgery with Dr. Paschall, she is so sweet, caring and knowledgeable. After months of debilitating pelvic pain, numerous unsuccessful trips to the pediatrician, ER and an adolescent gynecologist, I am so incredibly grateful we learned about JCMR.We suspected my daughter had endometriosis but doctors were telling us she was too young or that her symptoms didn’t fit into their box. Looking for advice I joined an Endometriosis Facebook group and many people recommended JCMR. So many women have to suffer for years, their issues ignored but on our first visit, Dr. Paschall took our concerns seriously and not only also suspected Endo but that she likely had an occult hernia as well. (Something that none of the other doctors we’d seen ever mentioned). Through surgery we did find out she had endo and two occult hernias and everything was successfully taken care of. After months and months of pain, fatigue & missed school, my daughter finally feels normal and healthy again. Her prognosis is good because the endometriosis was caught so early. I can’t imagine where we would be right now if we hadn’t gone to JCMR. All of the staff is wonderful and we are so grateful! .

I gave 2 stars because the doctors at the practice do seem caring and thorough. My experience has just been awful and no one could figure out any correct information. I was being seen for Endometriosis visits driving to Jacksonville from Orlando. I saw the Orlando DR but she said she wouldnt take my case so I had to do everything up in Jacksonville. My first visit in Jacksonville (2nd visit with practice) was a consult where they looked over my medical records suspected need for surgery and hernia repair. They needed me to come back the next month for ultrasound. I asked if they could just do it now since i was already there or why they couldnt have scheduled that during my consult so i didnt have to make another drive but they said no. I double checked to see if I could do ultrasound at their Orlando office with their Orlando physician they said no because Dr. Fox does the ultrasounds himself I said okay can you just double check that the Dr in orlando cant do them? So she said she would check again with the office manager. I waited for 2 weeks to hear back if i could do it in Orlando with no answer so i called and they said no I would have to do it in Jacksonville. So I drive the following month up to Jacksonville 2.5 hour drive. Im about an hour and a half from the office and they ask if they can reschedule my appointment which i responded to Im already an hour out so they said i should just hurry. I said I would do my best but the weather was very bad. My tire ended up blowing out on my way there i was about 30 minutes out so I pulled over and called an uber to get to my appointment still 30 minutes before my appointment time. I met with the NP and the first thing she said when she walked in was why did i come all the way to Jacksonville when i couldve done my ultrasound in Orlando.... I about lost my mind. I explained that i asked 3 people including the office manager who told me I had to do it at Jacksonville because DR fox does the ultrasounds himself which she responded to well I dont know why anyone would say that because i always do the ultrasounds for them they never do the ultrasounds themselves for this.. So they suspect I have some big fibroids and need surgery and hernia repair. So they have me schedule my pre op appointment. The surgery scheduler for Dr. Fox calls me and says they have a date in the next 2 weeks I said well i have a work trip in mexico the week after surgery that is mandatory so I dont think that date would work so she got upset and said well then it wont be another 4-6 months before his next opening which i understood. Surgeons are busy and they have full schedules I wouldnt expect them to have anything within the next 30 days anyway. Scheduled me for surgery. During my pre op visit they said oh you have to go get an in person consult visit with the general surgeon for hernia repair so we have to cancel your surgery???? Really? Why are you just telling me this when the initial consult showed suspected hernia? I ended up getting so frustrated with the situation and surgery scheduler I canceled my surgery and found a new surgeon. I thought that was my end with the center and figured I dodged a bullet. NOPE they started billing my insurance visits as fertility visits which i have different fertility benefits for work but my husband had a vasectomy so we were not looking to have kids at all i even asked DR Fox if he would just do a hysterectomy to which his response at 26 he would not like to be the first attempt; which okay fine.. The office kept billing as fertility which my insurance denied and they took me to collections all while myself and the insurance company were calling weekly to fix. now that its been fixed ive been trying to get this collections off my report but the center has not returned any phone calls. Save yourself from this headache and go somewhere else!!!

There are lovely and very helpful people here, and I am sure they arent the ones who left their potentially lifetime patients a month to find another endocrinologist with only a sheet of names (likely googled, as several do not provide the services required) to continue their care. From the contents of the letter, which was first sent uncertified and then sent again certified, I can only hope the money you make on other (wealthier) patients is worth it.As it stands, if you have any likelihood of prolonged care, I would not recommend this office. Most of the faculty were nothing but sincere and helpful, but I cant recommend anywhere that would drop a discontinuation of care notice with such little warning. To paraphrase the form letter we received, with warmest personal regards.

I have spent 3 and 1/2 years pouring money for appointments that aren’t always covered by my insurance to be left on hold for 3 weeks with no estrogen. My routine labs weren’t due until the end of March and yet it was my fault that I didn’t have any refills of my prescription left. So I had my appointment and my refill still hasn’t been sent in. I have left voicemail after voicemail and have received no response. I cannot understand why I’m constantly being pushed aside like I don’t even matter as a person. That being said, don’t bother getting your fertility treatments here. It’s a lot of money and you shouldn’t waste it on people who could care less about your physical/mental well-being.

Both appointments we had ended up taking more than an hour over the scheduled time and I just feel overall the office lacks some professionalism, we felt like just another number in the waiting line. While I have to give them the benefit of the doubt that I know they are trying to help everyone it came off a little cold to be told with a half smile almost laugh that this probably wasnt the news we wanted to hear. My husband and I are so grateful to JCRM’s incredible team for making it possible for us to be parents. I struggled with PCOS and Endometriosis for years. Dr. Lipari helped us to tackle the endometriosis first, and then looked at different options based on our needs. The experience was a great partnership, and we never felt rushed into any treatments that we weren’t physically or financially ready for. Ultimately, less aggressive treatments weren’t resulting in pregnancy, so we decided to pursue IVF. I was able to meet with most of the doctors during this treatment plan and had a great experience with everyone. Those that I met most frequently were their nurses. I can’t say enough about how caring, compassionate, and professional these women were! One would hope that staff at a fertility clinic would be friendly and helpful, but JCRM’s crew really does go above and beyond to cultivate an environment of positivity and hope.I highly recommend JCRM to anyone who is struggling to get pregnant. UPDATE: I received a phone call from the billing manager so I hope the insurance claims are rectified. Ill update this as soon as I hear something. As much as I like Drs. Paschall, Lipari, and Hearne, I do NOT like the billing practices of this office. I had excision surgery in March, right before the pandemic started, and it went well. I was referred to pelvic floor physical therapy a few months later in their office and saw Dana, a registered nurse (NOT a physical therapist). The physical therapy she did apparently was worthless because a urogynecologist I saw a few weeks ago said my pelvic floor muscles are in poor shape. I recommend that anyone getting pelvic floor PT goes to an actual physical therapist skilled in pelvic floor exercises - NOT a registered nurse.Their billing practices are abysmal. Ive had headache after headache with this office. My last PT visits were billed to my HMO under a different diagnosis code and modifier and they were denied. I tried to explain to the billing department that my HMO does not accept N codes but they resubmitted them again under the same N codes and - you guessed it - they were again denied. The reason? My insurance said they were submitted under a different diagnosis code and modifier - just like I told the office. You cant bill under one code and then change the code during sessions! They dont seem to understand that insurance sees that as suspect. I dont want to be sidled with a huge bill at the end of the year so this better get cleared up. Make sure you check all of your statements through your insurance so you dont get a surprise.Due to the lack of good billing practices, I am really reluctant to return to this practice. It is a shame because the doctors are so helpful. I love Dr. Lipari and Dr. Paschall, especially! They have helped me so much. I just dont need the anxiety of getting a big bill that I shouldnt have to pay because they cant bill my insurance correctly!

I was a little skeptical about seeing a male doctor, but Dr. Lipari was very kind, professional, and thorough. I am a nursing student with a very tight school and work schedule. Dr. Liparis staff worked with my schedule and made sure I was able to have surgery during a short break from school. Dr. Lipari removed my fibroids and I was able to keep all of my lady parts (lol). I was back to work and school in 9 days. I am feeling 100% better and will be graduating in a few weeks. Thank you Dr. Lipari, and thank you to the staff at JCRM, especially Nicole and Allison, who were always reassuring, helpful, and comforting.

I had high hopes for this place hearing good things from others but I had The. Worst. Experience. At my first appointment my doctor was very nice and I felt good leaving. I was to schedule to have a procedure done and also make sure I got my necessary blood work done on my 21st cycle day to start figuring things out. Showed up to my procedure appointment an hour early (as they requested and said I would be able to take my medicine that would basically put me in a twilight, help with pain, and relax me) and sat there for nothing because when i went back to have it done I found out that apparently they were supposed to have prescribed me the medicine to bring with me and take. Which no one ever did and no one ever informed me of this. So I took a day off work, arranged to have a driver take me home and never even got to do my procedure. They said they would reschedule it and I could still go get my 21st day menstral cycle blood work done and that they would send it over to my lab to get it. Well lo and behold I drive 40 minutes to the lab on a Saturday (my 21st day) and they NEVER SENT MY PAPERWORK. So there was more time wasted. I called the next Monday and asked to speak with the manager and was sent to her voicemail. I requested a call back and now it’s thursday night and I’ve heard NOTHING! So I’m canceling my procedure appointment that I rescheduled because I have zero faith in this place at this point! Please be weary.

I started going to JCRM about May 2016, we did a bunch of testing but no treatment, I finally set up an appointment in November to figure out what we could do, we did 1 time cycle. When we asked about IUI he basically said it wasnt worth it and wouldnt even humor us.Fertility treatment is a pain all together. I have been to JCRM, FIRM, and Brown Fertility. JCRM was by far the worse experience for us. At all clinics I would advise you call yo insurance and know exactly what your benefits are. My husband had a seman analysis and was charged an MD visit copay...except in office labs were CV overed at 100% and they disputed this fact with us and would not give us a refund. Me and my husband are on separate insurance, When we went into a consulting they charged both of our insurances and the MD never talked to my husband and didnt go over his labs, talk about insurance fraud. I would wait forever in the waiting room then they would take me back and I would wait another 30-60 minutes before seeing anyone. We had issues with scheduling, billing, and the MD. I would not recommend them.I had 2 IUI at FIRM, worked with Dr. Von Goeben and liked her.Dr. Brown office I had to wait and had some issues with insurance and billing. But MD was better to work with. His PA Emily was good as well.

I started out as an extern here at JCRM and was fortunate enough to be offered a position after completing my hours! Ive been in love with what I do every since I begin. Even though we are a very busy office the doctors are amazing at what they do and we will go above and beyond to keep our patients happy. Not all will always be but its definitely our mission to do satisfy everyone!! Ive been here a little over a year now, and the excitement and joy I get when we have a successful outcome will always outweigh any day that didnt go as planned! 😊

Dr. Lipari and the N.P. Candace are AMAZING! The rest of the staff, not so much. I felt like while they deal with women who have fertility issues every day, you still have to be sensitive to every womans situation. After surgery to repair a blocked tube and remove stage 2 endometriosis, I was ready to start injections to stimulate my eggs for a better chance at conceiving. I was assigned a case specialist according to my last name, and she was awful! I had to contact her first after not receiving a schedule for almost 3 weeks; she BARELY returned my calls and emails; and during a conversation that resulted me to tears, told me that the doctors dont tell patients what we need to hear; they only tell us the good parts resulting in the rest of the staff appearing as villains. On top of that, the pharmacy that was supposed to deliver the medicine was unable to do so because she failed to follow-up with information only the doctors office could provide. Needless to say, I cancelled the rest of my appointments and dont plan on going back. I just want to give my husband a child, and we were crushed by the treatment we received at JCRM.

In the beginning I was very impressed with my care. I had excision by Dr. Paschall. She is a very caring, kind, and compassionate. When I woke up from surgery I instantly had right hip pain. I had mentioned a few times to the drs post operatively. The pain never went away. After months searching for answers I just found out I have a torn labrum in my right hip. I had never had groin or hip pain until after the surgery. We believe it was from being put in the stirrups during the surgery. Although I don’t know that it is anyone’s fault it is very unfortunate that now I have to live with pain or have a surgery to fix it. I’m not sure how often this happens but it’s definitely something to be aware of if you wake up with new groin or hip pain you never had before. I did have it at the Hospital and not the surgical center and that is one of my biggest regrets because I feel like this might have not happened.UPDATEEven though they suspected Adenomyosis they put me on estrogen. I was on this on and off for almost a year. Then bleeding started and wouldnt stop. I had the worst period I ever had and almost ended up in the ER because of blood loss. They then put me on a very high dose estrogen to stop the bleeding. It only made it worse. I did my research and found out estrogen can make Adeno worse and can make bleeding worse. My gyno agreed and immediately put me on a high dose progesterone and the bleeding finally stopped. Im very sad because I put all my faith and trust in them and I know I wish I would just have not done anything.

Preface: IF YOU RELY ON YOUR MEDICATION TO SURVIVE, OR IF YOUR MEDICINE IS MEDICALLY NESSECARY DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PRACTICE.I have gone to this practice for 3+ years, for years this practice has done the bare minimum with regards to my medical health. The most polite thing a doctor has done to me at this practice was suggest I take my treatment elsewhere.1) Failure to maintain any form of communication with myself. (Never returns calls, never avaliable to resolve your issue over the phone, had to go in person multiple times just to get a refill on prescriptions)2) Failure to communicate with the pharmacist. Just completely ignoring pharmacy calls outright.3)The pricing inconsistencies you hear about this practice are entirely accurate, the absurdly high costs of blood work are also true be prepared to spend way more than you were informed by a nurse or doctorSure, they might be polite, every now and then you get a receptionist that isnt just trying to push you to an answering machine and actually wants to help.As long as you dont need your medicine for survival, enjoy playing phone tag, and have extra money to blow this place is for you.

I honestly would not recommend this place . I went to this office with endometriosis issues and fertility issues. Personally the fertility treatment coordinator , the front desk staff (at the time), and Dr Fox were not very friendly. I was always fighting with the front desk for an appointment or information on my next steps. The nurse, Cassandra always acted like it was an inconvenience to answer questions or fill a prescription. It was a very stressful experience. Then when my pain came back I told them I think my endometriosis is back and Dr. Fox said we believe after surgery , it never comes back. Which every study shows that it is a lifelong disease. And I recently had surgery - guess what it is back ! Then with my last IUI cycle I was told I didnt get pregnant because I am too skinny and because I was having fruit/vegetable smoothies in the morning. There was a lot of patient blaming . This was an awful experience when I was already stressed out about having a child. I would not recommend going somewhere that practices medicine based off their beliefs and opinions rather than facts and science.**update** my friend who recently went here for EXCRUCIATING pain from endometriosis called the doctor crying and asking when they can schedule her surgery . They said they can only squeeze her in if she could pay $500 to hold her spot . That is so ridiculous, it’s not a car or an apartment there should not be a down payment . If you need to pay for patient responsibility costs after your insurance is ran that’s one thing but to ask for a down payment when you are in pain is crazy . This is case and point as to how this place is only in it for the money , not to actually help people .

Dr. Lipari was great. That was the only positive experience we had with this office. Make sure you get in writing what they tell you as far as payment. They tell you one thing. Then send you a bill for another. You pay in full up front for a surgery. Which in every other surgery weve ever been involved with included your pre opt and post opt appointment. Well thats not the case and they dont tell you until they send you a bill in the mail for your pre op after the surgery has been completed. Followed by another bill a couple of weeks after that for your post opt. After numerous (3-4) calls and voicemails to the billing department with no answer or returned calls we get a message from the same billing department weve been trying to get ahold of for a few weeks that said we need you to call us ASAP about your balance before we have to take immediate action. Seriously? Sadly as much as we loved Dr. Lipari we have to change doctors. We lost all trust in this office.

When going to the office for PCOS I was told wrong information on my condition and put on the wrong medications to help treat it. When going in and expressing my concerns to the doctor she only seemed concerned with weight. She refused to do any testing whatsoever without me losing weight first. When I told the doctor that I have been on a strict diet eating less than 1,000 calories a day and exercising everyday, but still gaining weight, I was told to eat even less and workout even more. A doctor told me to basically starve myself so I could just get testing done on my Fallopian tubes...... This experience was terrible for me and made me feel as if because I am considered “obese” I could not be treated or even listened to. Thankfully I have found a doctor who listens, understands, and is helpful in my journey of infertility. I would advise to skip this appointment and find another doctor.

If you were able to get ahold of the right person it was ok, but it rarely happened... Constantly calling and never getting calls back, staff advising items would be ready for pickup but front desk had no knowledge of items. Always a struggle to get medicine and appointments. We have been calling for the past couple of weeks to schedule an appointment and just found out today that they are no longer servicing paitents with our needs... What is wrong with a doctors office that just stops servicing paitents and gives no guidance or suggestions of other doctors to treat us... Horrible office. I will be sure to warn everyone I know to stay away from here if they actually want help and to feel like their doctor cares about them.

The doctor and nurses were all very nice and informative. I felt good and like I might actually be getting somewhere. The billing department is completely screwed up though. I spent thousands of dollars just having regular appointments, Blood work, and tests done. They will quote you certain prices and then you show up for them to tell you something completely different or come back later and say you owe more. I scheduled my surgery and they quoted me a price saying it would be between 5 and 7 thousand dollars. I had to put a 500 dollar deposit down before I could schedule it. I show up for my preop appointment and they say I have to pay for the whole surgery before my preop appointment. They said it will be about 7 thousand...which how can you say about..dont know you the whole amount? I transferred the money over and she comes back and says actually its going to be about 8500 but it could be as much as 9 thousand and if it costs anymore then we will bill you for it later. I said no, you quoted me between 5 and 7..you tell me 7 and then minutes later say 8500 or 9...you should know down to the penny how much its going to cost, and I wasnt going to pay whatever amount and then later they come back and say its going to be 12 thousand and now I have to pay that. So I cancelled the surgery which wasnt scheduled for another 5days. They told me I would lose my deposit for canceling. Even though the only reason I cancelled was because they couldnt tell me how much it was going to be. They were very rude and unprofessional.

I highly recommend Dr Fox and Dr Paschall. The whole group is wonderful and are skilled drs and surgeons. Im over 2 years out from excision surgery in Dec 2017.With minimal pain during menstruation as well as other areas of life. I also had multiple hernias repaired in 2018 with Dr Depari. He was just as wonderful. I fought for 6 years with endometriosis and adenomyosis undiagnosed with no answers until I found Dr Fox and his group. For once I had found someone to listen and then give facts and what the plan was to fix it. They are excellent for health needs as well as fertility. They really look at the big picture and address everything.

I had heard many great things about this place and really liked Dr. LaPeri when my husband and I met with him, but the billing department here is absolutely horrendous. They had quoted us a $25 copay when I scheduled the first appointment, then on the morning of the appointment they called to let us know that it would actually cost us $500 just to see him for the initial consult. After we paid that ridiculous fee, I just received another call and was told that they quoted us wrong AGAIN and billed the insurance company incorrectly and we owed them MORE than the $500 we had already spent. Absolutely insane.
