I love this place! Brittany is always the first nurse I see and never misses a beat, Dr Thompson is quick, knowledgeable and doesn’t make me feel even the slightest bit awkward or uncomfortable. If I have questions or need explanation of understanding things correctly these two are both very accommodating in doing so! I have been coming here for just over 5 years now and dread the thought of having to go somewhere else for my care once my home eventually sells. It has been a long while since I have been seen by Theresa Eckardt, but she is also an amazing provider as well. The office staff made today’s visit seamless as well.I would recommend anyone I care about, with the same-like needs, to this office and am thankful to know I have this team in my corner whenever I need them…and extremely thankful to my PT Amanda for recommending me here in the first place. Everyone together makes for a well oiled machine. You guys are excellent and I would give you six stars if I could!

Dr Thompson is kind and caring. He is also extremely knowledgeable and talks to you in ways you can understand. Hiss staff, his appointment desk and nurse and 2 PAs when you call to say you need something it’s done

Office staff is rude, unprofessional, cold hearted. Violated my hippa law. They refuse to see my reiept of payment. Dr Thompson was not very friendly did not I form me of much when doing procedures. Other staff was nice and helpful. Be careful. If you day something to the office people and they dont like what you jave to say they will discharge you as a patient. They also keep paying Google to remove my review so just came to the website review was deleted so here is another one.

The office staff make coming to and communicating with this Dr.s office abhorrent. Rude, cold, angry, impatient, insensitive, and unclear in follow up conversations. This was my first impression of the office and every interaction since has only validated that impression. Whatever is going on in the office…it very sad to experience.The culture in this office makes it hard to want to go there, despite how much I appreciate my doctor.

Dr Thompson and his staff produce positive results. They are professional, confidential, and respectful. I suffered from an issue that continued to worsen over 30 years. After a successful surgery I am 95% better and we are working on the other 5%. The quality of my life has increased significantly. Thanks Dr T and team!

Doctor Jason Thompson is the only Doctor, in years that spent the time taking care of my wife. We didnt feel rushed, or degraded. First doctor, in years that didn’t tell my wife she was old, and live with it. He actually listened to her and her concerns, and gave actionable advice. Dr. Thompson and his staff are kind, patient, and very thorough in their explanations and advice for care. My partner only speaks Spanish and they were very professional and took very good care of her in her appointment. She highly recommends their service.

Dr. Thompson was very thorough and helpful. He offered treatments that other doctors didn’t offer. I am very satisfied with him. He did not jump to surgery like other doctors have done in the past. I liked this doctor a lot. Highly recommended.

Me and my mom we both see both doctors here Theresa PA and Dr. Thompson both are good. But Dr. Thompson nurse she is rude and give you attitude for no reason she is not professional at all and the Manager omg she is rude not professional, will not admit when she messed up my moms appointment went talking with her no professionalism at all I don’t know how she is a manager hopefully Dr. Thompson knows that or maybe they lied to him and they give him different stories to make the patient looks bad when they’re messing up appointments. Nurse, manager and front desk are rude!!! Too bad because the doctors are good but bad team they bad there.

(my husbands Google). Lol. Went to Dr Thompson bc I needed someone good & he had great reviews. Was apprehensive bc I usually like a female gyn. Im pleased to say he was so warm & kind along with the entire staff but I also felt he was as good as ppl had said. Would highly recommend his office.

The front desk staff were friendly. Through the entire appointment I felt like Dr. Thompson and his nurse listened to my concerns and explained their findings in a manner that I could understand.

Dr. Thompson and his staff were so professional, warm & welcoming. They listened attentively to my explanation of symptoms and concerns and gently walked me step by step through the exam process. Dr. Thompson thoroughly explained my diagnosis and patiently answered all my questions until I completely understood it. The front desk staff were also friendly, helpful and patient upon check-in. This group is a class act!

Dr. Thompson and his staff are awesome. I have been through some doctors claiming to specialize in my condition. Nope! I was really in a bad place until I went to see Dr. Thompson and Lindsay. They have given me my quality of life back! I am so grateful for Dr. Thompson, Nurse Lindsay, and his entire staff.

This is the best run office I have ever experienced. Ive had many apoointments and they have all been on time or even early if you arrive 15 mins before appt. All the staff are professional, attentive & experienced. They maintain your dignity as much as possible during awkward examinations & procedures. Dr. Thompson is an excellent surgeon & allows for answering questions without hurrying you. The ARNP is skilled and compassionate . All the staff is very good. I was well informed & prepared for surgery. The outcome was successful.

When my doctor recommended Dr. Thompson and his office I was sceptical but this office, his staff and Dr. Thompson are above and beyond professional! My experience was exceptional and I cant recommend this office enough for any woman dealing with bladder problems. I wish all my experiences with doctors and their staff were as great as this one has been.

Documenting my experience today,Called blue cross to check whether dr. Thompson was in network and if so, the copay. CS checked provider file, then called his office. He is not in network for Medicare advantage blue select.I called his office to see what charges would be if blue select was out of network, as blue cross CS thought it would be $45. The receptionist said, even with referral from PCP, they would not see me, even if I paid full cost. This is the first time I have ever been denied services from a doctor. My PCP is currently looking for a different referral for me. I only wanted to know whether he was in network and being on a fixed income,the approximate cost of the visit.

I was told by a GI doctor that I likely needed surgery for previously diagnosed urogynecological issues. Dr. Thompson was admittedly recommended by two GYNs; probably not any longer. It was the worst medical appointment Ive ever experienced. His nurse spent more time with me than he did. She performed my complete intake and the doctor asked few questions when he entered the room. He did a cursory physical exam that took all of 5 minutes, with absolutely no prompts. I could not believe when he started a catheter without telling me prior. When I asked what he was doing, he said, You were talking and I didnt want to interrupt. I replied that he had just asked me a question that I was answering and if that was his tactic, to please not do it again because it was ineffective. He said surgery would not resolve my issues, but could not recommend where to turn next. Despite saying my complaints were not urogynecological in nature, he recommended several follow on procedures with him that had nothing to do with my chief complaints. Hours after the appointment, I received a multi-page visit report that bore little resemblance to my experience. It repeatedly stated that clinical evaluation of each diagnosis was also reviewed with the patient, as well as pertinent educational materials. If that translates to Doctor threw handouts at you that you already had visible in your lap, then yes. The report also repeatedly stated We discussed the high complexity, etiology, pathophysiology, prognosis, differential diagnosis, and surgical and non-surgical treatment options available. Again, no. It took me longer to read the report than I spent with the doctor. When I went to check out, the receptionist said so were scheduling you for surgery? I was beyond confused since the doctor said I was NOT a surgical candidate. I got home and immediately cancelled all follow up appointments and thankfully, saw a fabulous colleague in the area. Night and day experience.

Very pleased with the care that Dr. Thompson and the clinical staff are providing during my evaluation. The office staff has also been pleasant and considerate.

I dont even know where to start with this place. The staff was absolutely useless with my visit. Very unfriendly and nobody wanted to tell me exactly what was wrong with me. I was told I would receive a phone call to explain next steps and that never came. The doctor that I saw was extremely cold. Youd think someone sticking a camera in your bladder would at least give you a hi how are ya? First. Didnt even explain the process as it was happening. Sat in total silence and then left as soon as he was done.I keep receiving bills for I dont know what because nothing is itemized. I was charged over $300 for my initial visit where I had an exam. I keep trying to login to the website to see why I keep receiving bills but it will not let me update my password and login.All around horrible experience and would not recommend.

I have been to several gynecologist, urogynecologist, and urologist and always getting the same answer, your case is complicated. Then never getting an answer. Dr. Thompson took the time to review my case and answer my questions. Hopefully with this procedure he will be doing, Ill finally have some luck and closure. Doctor was nice. Went to him for recurring UTI’s. Had cystoscopy done. He didnt explain why I keep getting them. Wants me to come back for physical therapy for pelvic floor strengthening.

Worst experience as a woman ever! I was the first appt of the day (8:30) and the doctor didnt come in the room until 9:20. Asks me to change so he can perform an exam. Sat for another 20 minutes. Then he comes in the room with his assistant and they prop me up on the table. Neither of them never once said a word. Not hey this is what Im going to do or hey this is what you can expect to feel. Next thing I know Ive got a catheter being shoved up my urethra as well as other instruments in my womanhood and backside! Seriously! Not even a word or warning??? Then he leaves quickly leaving me feeling like what in the world just happened. Had no idea any of this was going to be done. Terrible bedside manner. He buddy, next time youre going to shove things inside of a womans private parts, maybe you should think about what it would be like if someone catheterized you without warning! I wont be going back!

I would recommend you to go there if you are having medical problem and want to feel comfortable with the staff and doctor. I am looking forward to going back for my next test so we can correct my problem in time.
