What a positive experience at your office fr check in till check out...I dreaded going today but Hope and Nicole reassured me it wasnt anything like I was expecting and they were right.Nicole explained fully what was going to happen and ask me questions a long way..She just made me feel comfortable in a situation I didnt want to go thru.I was referred to WOMENS CARE and feel it was the PERFECT for me.Thank ALL of you.

The NP was very professional, polite and made me feel very comfortable. She examine me and gave me my results and what she thought was best for me moving forward with examination of each diagnosis. 😊

I’ve been calling and leaving messages requesting a call back to reschedule my appointment for a fitting for several weeks. I’ve left messages for the appointment reschedule, then I’ve left messages on the nurse line, left messages for the surgery scheduler. I’ve tried every possible person to reach someone. After weeks of trying and not receiving a call back, I’m forced to find another Uro gynecologist. This is def frustrating since my GYN referred me to Goldwasser’s office. I’m sharing this for everyone to know when they don’t call you back either. 😡🤷🏻‍♀️📞🤦🏻‍♀️

Very friendly staff. Heather was delightful. Very knowledgeable, explained each procedure fully, provided options for treatment, listened and provided positive feedback. Though our discussion a treatment plan was developed. Wonderful experience to engage in a conversation with a Healthcare provider who seeks your input and listens.

Dr. Nicole Sultan explained everything that I need to know in regards to my condition. She is down to earth and explained things well.I felt comfortable talking to her. This was my first visit at this Baptist campus.

I didn’t wait long upon arrival to see the doctor. Once in the room, he came in almost immediately which was great.Dr. Goldwasser was very pleasant to communicate with. He was very knowledgeable and explained my situation and options with simplicity. I would definitely recommend his services! His staff was very pleasant as well! My visit was at the Baptist South office. Well done!

I was attended by Nicole Sultan and she explained everything in detail to me of what can be done in my situation. She was great as well as the staff very polite and pleasant. Definitely will continue to go to this medical office.

I arrived for my Monday 12/18 appointment @ 4pm 30 minutes early as requested. A few days before my appointment I received a text confirmation for the appointment. I drove there from across town on a day off of work yet when I got there they told me that on the Friday before they left me voicemail that my appointment was canceled because the doctor was leaving early that day. So they think canceling an appointment the day before BY VOICEMAIL is acceptable? If you know that you are canceling my appointment the day before by voicemail they should have called me at least a second time thatMonday morning to see if I got the message! If they would have called me that morning rather I got it or not I would have been fine but they didnt even attempt. However if they would have called me that day I would have answered or called them back. Instead they let me drive across town on a day off to tell me that my appointment was canceled. Then instead of apologizing the two young ladies at the front desk made it worse. They never apologized and instead tried to make me feel like it was my fault. One of them asked me if I had gotten the message! REALLY!?!?! It was VERY OBVIOUS that I didnt get the message because I was there! She also asked me if I checked my messages, I had not but that doesnt excuse the fact that they should have made a 2nd call attempt that day since they knew they had only reached my voicemail one day prior to the appointment. Then the otheryoung lady brought up that I had rescheduled so many times. I did reschedule about 3 times but I always gave advanced notice and its well within my right to reschedule an appointment SO WHAT did me rescheduling prior appointment have to do with that appointment? I tell them about the text confirmation I received and the girl says we have nothing to do with that. While I realize that you did not personally send the text but it has everything to do with you as its a text confirmation from the office which you represent. Then they tell me I can see the doctor if I wait about 1.5 hour. Why would I wait that long when I had an appointment? And if my appointment was rescheduled because the doctor was leaving early that day then how could he see me at 5:00pm when he couldnt even see me at my originally scheduled 4:00pm? Then I called the next day and asked to speak to a manager who as of today has not called me back. Not the way to do business or treat a customer. TERRIBLE customer service!!!

I feel like Mrs. Nicole really listened to me and my health concerns, went over my options, and explained what would happen next really well. The office staff was really nice and friendly. I am so happy to find a practice that cares about their patients quality of life.

I saw Heather Albertson PA-C and she was phenomenal. Very thorough, kind, and set up a great plan of action. Office staff were incredibly friendly as well.

I saw Heather, the PA-C and she was wonderful! I am a patient that needs a good bedside manner and she scored high with me. She took her time, listen to me and came up with a plan that she and I could agree upon! Not once did she dismiss my symptoms. This was a great experience from a patient standpoint for me.

I was a little nervous about seeing a Physician assistant as the Dr would not be there. However, Heather was very thorough and caring. She explained everything and more. Love this office so far as there are many places that care less and less these days.

My mother in-law saw Nicole and she loved her very much! My mother in-law felt very comfortable although she is the type who panics/worries and scared but it all went very smooth with Nicole! She tested her, and she listened to our concerns and took her time with us… we would recommend Nicole for sure!!!Absolutely lovely and patient, thank you Nicole very very very much fo your care and patience and professionalism.The hospital is very clean and bathroom is super clean too!

I had been to another local Gynecologist for help and was immediately told he could not help me at all. I persevered and went to Dr Goldwasser’s office and his PA Ms Sultan, told me she knew of 5 things she thought would help me. She was extremely understanding and encouraging about the problems I was having as a breast cancer survivor on hormone blocking medication. I know there are loads of other women like me out there. I’m so glad I found this office!!!

I have had several appointments at Dr. Goldwassers office and have received excellent care. All of theoffice staff ia very pleasant and helpful and Heather and Nicole are wonderful.

Dr Goldwasser’s office scheduled my appointment in a timely manner, I think it was 3wks (post COVID I’m used to waiting more like 3months) and I really appreciate that. Dr. Goldwasser is a very professional Doctor. Explains everything to you and even draws it out for you to understand. He has the best personality and his office staff is also great. I would recommend him very highly as a RN myself.

I came to Dr. Goldwasser seeking a second opinion on whether surgery was warranted. I had a horrific experience with one of his colleagues and came to him a bit apprehensive. He personally conducted the full intake and showed me what was happening with models and drawings, and ensured I understood all prior imagery findings and diagnoses. He performed an unbelievably thorough physical exam (!), telling me what he was doing along the way so there were no surprises. Although his final assessment was that surgery would not help me with my chief complaints, it was evident that he wanted to help w my issue and gave me several avenues to pursue. He asked me to keep him posted after my visits with other specialists and invited me to send him any questions. He truly seemed interested in my case and concerned for my well-being. An absolute 180 from his local colleague. I cannot say enough about this experience! As an aside, other reviews mentioned a wait. When I showed up for my appointment, there were three other women in the waiting room so I assumed I would be in for the long haul. Not only was I called back moments after my appointment time, but he walked in the room shortly thereafter. A fantastic first experience all around.

Dr. Goldwasser was referred to me by my Primary Care doctor and I can see why! He combined surgical expertise with a willingness to clearly go over my diagnosis and treatment options. I immediately felt at ease - and was confident i was receiving expert medical care. His staff was great too - always pleasant, competent and kind. I had an excellent experience at Dr Goldwasser’s office and would highly recommend them to everyone. I am most grateful for their help and kindness.

I had a very positive experience. Heather was knowledgeable, professional and caring. She answered my questions in a manner I could understand.

I met with Heather, Dr. Goldwasser’s PA. I was very impressed with the time she took to explain everything to me about my condition. I C is a confusing condition and she made me feel comfortable with the path to recovery.

Very disappointed with Dr. Goldwasser. Waited months for a procedure and he cancelled it 2 days before. He has no bedside manner, no concern for patients health, and when you do have an appointment he actually keeps he doesn’t bother to read your chart and has no idea why you are there. I have two conditions and I had to diagnose myself and have him confirm that I was correct because he didn’t have enough concern to try to diagnose. Why is it so difficult for him to attempt to at least act like he cares? His website is great don’t believe everything you read because he definitely isn’t what he portrays himself as on his website.

First time going into this office. I saw Nicole who was the PA, she was very nice, took the time to visit with me. She was very detailed and explained everything.

The nurse, Melissa Adams, was amazing! She spent so much time with me going through my different options for my condition. Melissa was very personable and I had no waiting time in the waiting room. Great experience.

Dr Goldwasser is my doctor for over 7 years . I have been suffering an autoimmune system over 18 years with no cure . Since I moved to FL and started to see him , What I like about him is he listens. and extremely open minded . He doesn’t hesitate anything for his patients to feel them better . That is why you wait him in the waiting room more than other doctors . He cares!!! Truly cares !! And one way another he resolves the problem and so easy to talk . He doesn’t create any trouble to refill any medication or share your concerns . Most knowledgeable doctor in IC and pelvis area

So, I am having surgery this Friday, 2/22/19. Maybe my review is a bit early, but I am compelled to post this now. This is one of the best practices I have ever seen. Dr. Goldwasser is very very, professional, thorough and kind. I had a bad experience with another specialist here in Jacksonville, and Im so happy I found Dr. G. Working with his staff through other medical issues has been a breeze. Hailey, his assistant, is wonderful. Her frequent contact with me and her attitude are refreshing. She doesnt miss a thing, works after hours, and gets every detail completed in a timely manner. What a blessing this practice is! Patients here are treated with kindness and warmth and I really appreciate that. So, wish me luck on Friday! I will re-post after recovery.

My appointment with Missy was great. She listened to me and was very helpful in her ideas and suggestions. I felt like my time there was was spent. My only concern is the actual cost of the RX once I finish the samples given to me. That, of course, has nothing to do with my wonderful experience with Missy.

Clean offices and courteous staff. Ms. Heather had a great bedside manner. She listened and she explained things very clearly.

Dr Goldwasser is a brilliant surgeon! He performed 3 delicate surgeries on me which enabled me to return to a high functioning lifestyle. I now can hike and bike long distance and enjoy intimacy without fear of pain or embarrassment. He exceeded my expectations by making my surgical area look 20 years younger ! ☺ His staff is as kind, compassionate and efficient as he is. Thank God literally for Dr G and his staff!

I never leave reviews but I cannot let this happen to another person. I have never experienced a doctors office as awful as this one. I had a diagnostic procedure scheduled for March 10th however I am a medical professional and work on-call hours and was forced to miss my appointment. I also work the same hours as this office. I called that morning, twice, and left a message for the office both times explaining the situation and that I needed a call back to reschedule. After not hearing back by Friday the 12th I called again and once again left another message for the office. By the following Friday the 19th I still have not gotten a callback from the office so I called again and left another voicemail for them to call me back to reschedule. Finally after they had not returned that phone call I called a few more times and left More voicemails still not being able to get in touch with absolutely anyone and no one returned my call. It wasn’t until I called Dr. goldwasser during one of his on-call hours and complained to him about the situation that he got one of his staff members to call me the following week to reschedule this appointment however I was at work and missed the phone call. Once again since then I have still not been able to get in contact with them. Finally I contacted my primary care physician to ask for another referral to a different Urogynocologist and he suggested that he would reach out to the office and have them call me because he did not want me to start the referral process all over again. That was a few days ago and what do you know, no call. I am just at such a loss and I feel like no one cares at this office!!!

What an incredible experience my wife and I had with Dr Goldwasser today. She had contacted his office to schedule an appointment for a second opinion. They were very honest and let us know that testing that would need to be done couldnt because my wife is pregnant. However Dr Goldwasser took the time to call her back after working a long day and give us more insight than everyone we have seen in person. This gentleman really cares about others and was so helpful and open with his knowledge. Even though we arent actually a patient at this time. Thank you Dr Goldwasser for your generosity, empathy and compassion.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Dr Goldwasser spent a ton of time with me. He went over all the testing I brought him piece by piece. He explained more in one visit than 3 visits at another office. I really felt like he enjoyed teaching. I would definitely recommend him!

I waited a month for my appointment. When I arrived early I waited in the lobby for an hour, and then in the room for another 30 min. When he came in he treated me as if I was there for fun and wouldn’t check me until I showed him a picture on my phone.He asked me “why were you even looking down there” and the simple answer was because it felt weird, however I was embarrassed by the question.When he saw the picture he said “you’re 30 that’s not prolapse this is prolapse” and pulled up a picture of a woman with her insides completely outside of her body.I asked if I had to wait until I could carry my bladder with both hands to be treated and he said “there’s nothing I can do for you, you’re 30”He did check me after making me feel like an idiot for making the appointment and said “it’s not prolapse it’s early early early prolapse” .... umm what?! He offered to give me medicine so I wouldn’t have to use the bathroom as often. I declined. He offered me a rejuvenation not covered by any insurance for $1500 and 3 more visits with this man that clearly didn’t understand I wanted to fix my problem before I had to carry my bladder in my purse. I declined and went to another doctor and was diagnosed with prolapse.THE BILL CAME AND I PAID IT! Another bill came. I called an let them know I’ve already paid. Another bill came I called again and spent he entire morning trying to straighten this out. Eventually, after I sent screenshots of the check posted to my bank account, I was told it was posted to another account.So they did fix the payment issue after causing me MORE UNNECESSARY stress.I was extremely upset that I had waisted my money on a doctor who was negligent and treated me as if I was stupid because of my age... but to be told that I never paid was the nail in the coffin. THEY POSTED MY CHECK TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT!Don’t waist your time or money with this doctor. His mind was made up about my body before he even walked into the room.

Dr Goldwasser and this complete staff are stellar!! Polite, so helpful, and take as long as you need to answer all concerns you have. I feel I have now found a Doctor that cares and has been able to treat my medical needs.

My mom told multiple people - receptionist, nurse, AND surgeon that she Could Not have ibuprofen. Yet these careless people gave it to her while she was still under after surgry. My mom is mild mannered and although she is upset about this im afraid she wont say anything so here I am. IF YOU CANT TAKE A MEDICATION YOU BETTER MAKE IT CLEAR (apparently 3 times with 3 different people isnt enough) OR ELSE THESE PEOPLE MIGHT HURT YOU. bye

Do NOT go here. The first thing you are asked to do is watch a video on MEDIATION FOR MALPRACTICE! I discovered why! Dr. Goldwasser is seeing patiences for hormone replacement in place of Teresa (his former PA) who left the practice. I was warned by other professionals NOT TO SEE HIM, only see Teresa, but I was optimistic. I was wrong.I was 30 mins. early to fill out paperwork for my 4:00pm appt. I was the ONLY one in the waiting room. Nobody else came or left during the next 90 mins.At 5:00pm I finally saw Dr. Goldwasser, (90 mins. after I arrived and 60 mins. after my scheduled appointment). No explanation.He asked me OVER and OVER again why I was there. I repeated myself many times.At one point he interrupted me and finished my sentence with “you are just getting old”.He eventually left the room and said “I want to check on a few things”. When he returned, he had already called in 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy neither Rx addressed my reason for being there. He also gave me an order for bloodwork which requires a follow up visit in 30 days to review the test results. Most importantly, he never bothered to ask me if I had enough medicine related to my visit to last me for the next 30 days.I doubt he realizes that he was rude and condescending. I suspect he doesn’t care.

1st time being seen by Dr. Goldwasser. I highly recommend him!! He took the time to explain his finding and was very reassuring. His nurse was also the best!! I would highly recommend him!!!!

The issue I was referred to Dr Goldwasser for, wasnt something he couldnt help me with, but he never made me feel rushed, he took the time to explain why he wasnt the right doctor for my issue and he knew who to send me too. If I ever do need a urogynocologist, he will absolutely be my first choice. All his staff is very friendly and helpful and they make you feel welcome.
