I absolutely love Dr. Fernandez. She is everything that you want in a doctor. She is warm and thorough and absolutely respectful to whatever your questions or issues are. She must be a really good manager too because everyone in her office conducts themselves in the same way. They are friendly, competent, and accommodating. One of the best experiences Ive ever had with a physician.

Dr. Fernandez and her staff were very welcoming and supportive with care. She is very nice and gentle when it comes to exams, explained everything in depth to me seeing as it was my first time. would recommend

Dr. Fernandez is quite nice, i’m having frustrations with my ongoing issues however she is understanding and is figuring it out with me. Im glad she ran more tests rather than treating for the same thing over and over.

This is the first time I’ve met Dr Fernandez and I’m glad I found her since my GYN moved out of the area. Dr Fernandez is pleasant, knowledgeable and has good bedside manner.

I got a recommendation from a coworker so I made appointment for my mom, we both take a day off so I can take my mom to the appt, and the office called us an hour before the appointment told us that they do not take our insurance, they have to cancel our appt. Insurance policy is required when you make appointment, so they do not even bother to check pts insurance before approving?? Im a Baptists employee and still not recommend it. That is not very professional.

Virtually impossible to get in contact with the scheduling desk. I have called several times and it continuously rings once and gets directed to voicemail. Makes me very hesitant to turn over my pregnancy care with Womens Care when even reaching them is a painful task. Michelle the nurse and Jennifer at front desk are the only 2 people I have been able to interact with and are very pleasant.Update: 7/10/2024Thankfully they figured out the front desk situation and I was able to transfer care to their team and have never looked back. The medical team at this hospital went beyond all my expectations. From my pre-natal appointments up to my labor & delivery. The standard of care received made me feel so comfortable every step along the way. Thank you. 🤍

Dr. Fernandez was very professional, listened to my questions/concerns. Answered them and allowed me to provide feedback. Her ability to communicate effectively exemplified her passion and love of her career and patients. I’m happy that I chose her as my new provider and I look forward to my future visits!

Doctor is knowledgeable and staff is very kind and professional. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen.

Very personable receptionist, med tech and doctor. The doctor made me feel like a good friend and not a number. She sat and asked me if I had any concerns about my current health or future needs. I felt comfortable discussing my sexual health with her.

I have been a patient of Dr Fernandez for well over 20 years. I trust her, as well as 2 of my daughters go to her. She is a great doctor and a good person. She truly cares

I’ve been going to Women’s Care to see Dr.Kristen Fernandez for many years. I feelLike she knows my body and the fact that she focuses on gynecology puts me at ease when I have an appointment with her. She has done my ablation and surgeries herself. I was saddened to hear that she was asked to leave because she doesn’t do obstetrics. Well, I’m 43 and for older women who are her patients and not having children, it’s a blessing to have a doctor that they can trust who focus on gynecology ONLY. I want to recommend people go to Women’s care but I won’t because the one doctor I would recommend won’t be there anymore

Dr. Fernandez delivered my daughter 17 years ago. She’s my trusted OB. She’s been consistent with my care. She takes her time with you. She doesn’t rush you in and out. She listens to all of your concerns and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Her office is convenient to get to and the checkin and checkout process is seamless. I love her! She’s extremely knowledgeable and there’s no one else I’d rather go to for my most intimate healthcare.

Amazing Physician Dr. Fernandez and amazing staff. Absolutely no wait time in my office and when I have called with a concern the medical staff has always returned my called promptly with a solution. I’m grateful that I have been treated with genuine care and concern. Amazing, Caring and Supportive medical team. Just amazing!!

Dr Fernandez explained things well. It was okay. She created a care plan and treatment after my visit... I just felt like she left the room without asking if I had other questions. I thought of some, but she was already gone and on her way to next patient. Overall it was just okay.

Dr. K Fernandez is an excellent dr. She genuinely cares for her patients. Her staff is always courteous and professional. The facility has always been very clean.

I LOVE Dr. Lisa; however, I just found out while overseas that I am expecting. Ive been trying for 4 days to get an appointment with a doctor for more orientation and to know my next steps. They asked for my medical records, I told the person on the phone that I had it all in PDF, and they said it all had to be faxed (I solved this with a lovely person who was willing to help and accept my records in PDF by email). After they received my documents, they claimed they needed someone to translate them, unable to give me an estimate of when I should expect a return from them. It is fascinating that, in my blood work, there is a HCG (the test has the same name in both languages) test, and I am positive that anyone who looks at it, independent of what language they speak, would be able to read the results. My conclusion is that they are too busy to proceed with my appointment request. It seems easier to make an appointment with GOD then pass thru the front-line service from this office. Dr. Lisa, Ill miss you!

You will it find a more caring doctor. Dr. Fernandez always takes the time to make you feel comfortable and discuss all of your concerns. I have been seeing her for over 20 years. I now live about 45 minutes from the office but will continue to go and see her.

Dr Kristin Fernandez has NEVER dismissed, belittled, or nullified my issues, concerns, or feelings. She actively listens then provides thorough medical knowledge AND solutions! Most importantly, she has a gentle strength that is felt in her outstanding bedside care.

Longest wait out of all my doctors. The office staff has no idea when you came in last, or what you need to sign. The whole experience is stressful. I left before even being called back after watching patients who checked in after me get called back before me.
