My Mens Clinic of Jacksonville

I have been a client of my mens clinic since Mr. Johnson bought the operation. This is one of the most poorly run and organized operations I have ever had the misfortune to experience. After researching, I can find little to no government agency oversight of their clinic. This would explain why they are still open and not faceing charges of medical neglect if not malpractice. Extremely poor follow up on lab orders and results. Difficulty in getting testosterone refills are just a few of the issued I have experienced. During one visit with their VP of operations l suggested I would sit in the waiting room and talk with the other patients. He started yelling at me and accusing me of threatening him and his staff. I was thrown out of the office. Outside of the clinic in the hallway he physically threatened me requiring a couple of his staff to hold him back. I checked with the BBB and filed a complaint. The BBB informed me that My Mens clinic has an F rating with them. I still have several months left on a prepaid contract that I am walking away from. In my experience, I find these folks to be far from trustworthy and on at least one occasion thuggish in their behavior. If you value your health and dont like to throw money away, I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere for treatment.

Just had this company do a unauthorized charge on my account for $550. My card was to be used once for a payment that I made and they kept it on file.Called to talk to them about it and they wanted to talk about everything except returning my money. They gave me the wrong meds twice and was unsuccessful at assisting me. Do not go there, if they have to be hurting for money if theyre keeping youre card on file doing unauthorized charges. I havent heard from these people in 3 weeks about anything but you access my account without my authorization

Dont go here they will rip you off after taking your money. Its been almost 2 months since my visit and still no medication. They debit my card for 650 and Ive made two trips to pick up the trimix. Each time i visit still no medication. I receive better service when Pennicle own the clinic. Please go to another clinic these people rip me off of my money and still no medication.

What a roller coaster at the Jacksonville Clinic. At least I paid for my contract near enough to the third name change to experience almost a full year. I provided $4000 up front for a specified series of treatments; testosterone (T), wave and PRP.Three weeks into the treatments, there was a 6 week period of no T due to issues with suppliers. No other treatments could occur until 6/7 weeks of T and blood test. Company reset my contract due to lapse. Made it to first lab test and qualified for take-home T and start of other treatments.To summarize, during this less than 1 year period, there were 3 lab changes, requiring redraw and retest; the licensed physician departed, 2nd bottle of T at 1/5 strength, which caused second crash before I discovered. Have had to go in weekly for T until more received for take-home. Wave machine broken for long periods during year, and finally, the clinic itself ran out of T 3 weeks ago, wave still broken. I have received 1/3 of allotted wave treatments, 1/2 PRP and maybe 1/4 to 1/3of the T.There was a period during initial Covid fears of no procedures, which I cant hold against them and the local staff are nice folks, but the owners and execs are running a scam. I am now going to original licensed physician who practices much closer to home and its a night and day difference.I did get a voicemail on September 24th, 2020 from the Maryland branch. Right on time for my contract renewal, but I think not...

Go somewhere else. This place is a joke!! I went in on the 2nd of July for low T treatment. I got the blood draw done and was told the results would be back within 2-3 days then they would start the treatment. They collected payments for the lab work and 4 months in advance for the treatment. I did not receive any treatment or hear anything back to this micro second I’m writing this review, today is the 19th. Every time I called I was told they’re still waiting on the results to come back from their lab. Had to call my bank to get my money back Not recommended!!!

First let me say that the staff and Doctor are great and the TriMix treatment works, however i need to warn people that if you are not ready to drop 1,000 dollars in there stay away. The 199 gets you in the door and a test (half strength) injection to make sure trimix works (it did) . They take blood for a testosterone and prostate check .HOWEVER then comes the packages to get the medicine, the lowest being just over 800. II honestly figured you were paying 199 for a dr to check you out get the dosage right and then send you prescription in hand to the pharmacy or compound pharmacy to pick up a 100 or 200 dollar bottle of tri mix . NO NO NO , they sell you the medicine and it COSTS. So in closing if you have money to burn and your penis dont work , they can fix it , just be prepared for the price

They pretend to care take your money and string you along. Dont even deserve one star. Bad customer service and abundance of lies. Be careful! Stay away they are liars and thieves! Then get mad and tell you you cant have your money back or no medicine because your have waited 6 months and its still coming. What a joke! Please dont go there unless you have money to lose

I called & just said I was interested in coming in & I needed some cost info. The guy immediately assumed I had ED & launched into a canned presentation that would have made a veteran used car salesman proud. No thanks, sell your snake oil elsewhere (no Pun).

If you think this advanced technology & unique ability to tweek this medication to your specific needs & requirements,duration⌚ & 💪strength! should be free, then you dont understand reality..,think about it: Licencsed, knowledgeable Doctors,all male staff, answering the same dumbazz questions all day-long,comforting your insecurities,amazingly secluded office space, top notch equipment, totally confidential, professional & prompt... how can anybody complain about the cost? Ofcourse its expensive. If it was cheap,Id be skeptical & every Tom, Dick & Harry would be lined up making appointments impossible 2 book...You get what u pay for anything worth having is not easy to get want more? Howbout a good man is hard 2 find,but a hard man is good to find Listen... if it was $2000 dollars,that would be a small price to pay 2 get back in the game stronger than you were when you were 18! 🍆💉💨 find the money! This is not a want,its a neeeeeed!! If you have any type of issues,dealing witcha wood. I was skeptical as to what Pinnacle offered, but after my first visit, Im a believer. They deliver what they promise and for me at age 56, things turned out much better than expected and we are very satisfied. You have nothing to lose but a lot to gain.

Telemarketers took over this clinic and an telemarketer posing as a medical assistant or patient coordinator (felon) that everybody assumes is the doctor just got arrested for aggravated stalking in Orange County Florida. It is verified public record.

If you have been ripped off or prescribed the wrong medication by Mens Health Plus please contact me. We are trying to put together a class-action law suit.

Since My Mens Clinic took over from previous company, Ive been very happy with the services. Would recommend highly

Tried the Gains Wave treatment with no results. Very costly and no follow up from them on my progress.
