AHF Healthcare Center - Jacksonville

Hey there, its absolutely infuriating that Ive been trying to get in touch with your offices. I need to update my insurance information and have a conversation regarding my referrals that needed to be sent to providers in Tallahassee, not Jacksonville. It seems impossible to reach any of you.Today, I got patched through to the front desk, only to be transferred to a line redirecting me to a third party not involved with my requests. The lady redirected me back to your office, which is now closed.Ive been with AHF since the second quarter of 2020, and the service at the Fort Myers office is far better than this. Your service, or lack thereof, is terrible.Im beyond angry with this situation. Youre playing games with my health, and its unacceptable. I hope that someone from your office has the decency to get in touch with me.

The young lady at the front desk, (I think her name is Christine) ,obviously not used to working in Healthcare at least not hands on. I was told that she came from the lab within AHF. My concern isnt where she came from but she definitely can use some trainings about patient care and answering questions without the ratchet afffect!!! I truly Pray for her because she obviously doesnt have a Prayer life nor a relationship with the almighty. HE is definitely all about compassion, love and gentleness.I can say that the manager Jamie handles de-escalation like a pro and truly saved the day. There is hope for AHF after all. GOD Bless you all and please Pray before you walk into the AHF on Shircliff way.

I scared. I have been attacked and asulted since I was diagnosed. AM I not following a protocal??Alanis morrisette mentions somewhat in 1995. Should I be concerned? Lets not forget obama care! Alanis turned on a light , she is aware now!!

Amazing what these people are doing for the community. Great clinic, the best.

For a free clinic, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The wait time wasnt outrageous, the staff was very informative and polite, from my experience I can tell they truly do care & want the best for their patients.

Website says close at 5pm,but sign (on the 9th floor) says 12:30pm.This was on June 1st

Very disappointed of this doctors office they not only was playing with my well being and my life,but mental health as well . Not (Dr. Russ/Mrs. Carol they are the best people ever)but someone or some of the staff members at the AHF department has been tampering with my personal medical documents/records...and deleting information that should have not been deleted.Hindering me from getting all of my medical needs met... It really puzzled me,how when I didnt have a caseworker all of a sudden things started getting out of hand. I pray the Lord gives you guys Mercy for the trauma and pain you guys have caused my family and I ,for no apparent reason and Financial hardships . Even some of the staffat the Department of childrens and family on 515 West 6th street as well has been doing under handed wicked things with my personal information .

Horrible place with unprofessional reception that eat at their stations ignoring clients even worse they don’t bother to alert clients to canceled appointments and don’t take responsibility when they make other mistakes. It’s a revolving door for doctors who come and go like temporary employees so developing any sort of relationship is impossible. One of my appointments was canceled without contacting me after I drove 30 miles one way I was told in a condescending voice my doctor was working at the prison that day, so apparently prisoners receive better treat then this “clinics” customers.If you have any other options run don’t walk away from this dreadful organization.

Was seeing the doctors here for almost a year after I moved to Jacksonville.The two ladies at the front desk are rude, inconsiderate, and are extremely unprofessional. They do not care about you as a patient and will treat you badly. I live about 30- 45 minutes away and came in for my appointment only to have them tell me the software was down on their computer and my appointment was canceled, they couldnt even bother to call me, even though all of my contact info was on the paper chart! They will ignore you until they are finished with THEIR conversation. Big waste of my time, do not go here unless you want to be treated like common trash.

This place is amazing , they got me a uber, everybody was very friendly and helpful. Its very clean compared to the rainbow centers dilapidated office. Im so glad I switched everything was taken care of very professional and even on a personal level. God Bless the people at AHF St.Vincent yall are amazing.

Me and my insurance has been reaching out starting back in November last year and no one will respond or fill out the paperwork needed for the insurance company. I am now out of medication. What a joke this place is.

Try to get a referral. Its impossible!Update:. Its been a year and my credit report now shows in collections because they never paid ambulance bill from one hospital to another. Im on Medicare and PHP. Its should have been paid. They play stupid when it comes to paying claims. Good help those who choose to go to ahf for your needs. Its a joke they dont care about anything but getting money from the government. Read the reviews I wish I did before I became a member. I got Humana and Ryan White should have done that from the start would have saved a lot of aggravation and got a real doctor.

I went to this clinic since 2002. I transfered recently. I never ever saw a Doctor,ever! They constantly changed my appt. There is no consistency at all. Lots of luck with this place. Magic Johnson should be ashamed!

Shane was a horrible doctor excuse me hes not doctor hes a nurse practitioner. I was allergic to the first drug he gave me and without paying attention he prescribed a second drug with the same ingredients.

Ive always been treated with respect even days I probably dont deserve it but they take care of me always.

Wonderful clinic very down-to-earth staff nurses they make you feel like family

All the staff members were extremely friendly and really kind I truly appreciate it 😀

Needs virtual visits..there are a lots of people afraid that they will run into someone who they dont want to know about their status
