Kimberly and team were wonderful!! I arrived early and rather than making me wait in the parking lot Kimberly saw me invited me in and had conversation with me and she set up. This made me to feel comfortable for my blood draw- Her Hospitality and compassion was much appreciated as these appts make me nervous. Was in and out quick and thankful for a great experience.

Did a quick google for Blood Draw Near Me and this place popped up. Online scheduling was super easy and the location was perfect for the beaches location.Receptionists were polite, professional and moved me through checkin very quickly. The blood draw was painless and the facility was very clean.This is a self pay lab ( no insurance) and I thought the costs were reasonable. I would have no problem returning here for additional lab tests.

I love this place. For those that don’t have (good or any) insurance and/or for those that want to know exactly how much bloodwork will cost, this place is a godsend. The results are quick, I usually get mine back in less than three days each time. Kimberly was absolutely amazing - the vein whisperer! Excellent experience! My daughter (age 6) required lab work and the staff was amazing! I was nervous for her to get her first blood draw, but the staff was professional and comforting to us both! She didnt even cry.I highly recommend this location and the services here. I appreciate the fact that I can work with our doctor and add on any test that we feel would be helpful. I use AnyLabTest as a cost saving measure by getting my own bloodwork done prior to my Drs Appointment so that I can avoid having two Drs appointments when only one is needed. I had to go to AnyLabTest for Background screening and lab test for school reauirements. Kim and Jessica were very professional. Everything about my experience with Any Lab Test Now was efficient and positive! I highly recommend! It was wonderful being able to get a human that worked in the location answering the phone immediately when I called the location. Jessica, who works at customer service answering the phones and at the front desk was very helpful, extremely nice and effective at her job. Finding out prices for required tests and being seen for an appointment was SO MUCH EASIER than doing so with some of their competitors. Kimberly, who Consulted my test, was amazing! Her energy & positivity helped me not feel as nervous and she is absolutely wonderful at doing her job! I did not even know she had drawn two vials of blood. Again, great experience overall!This was much appreciated after yet another terrible experience with quest diagnostics. This is by far the BEST place in Jacksonville to get your labs drawn. Randi is AMAZING at getting you in quick, in a room and ready for your lab draw with no problem. She makes you feel like your family and makes your experience great. Now Jessica is hands down the best phlebotomist I have EVER met or had draw blood from me. Went in this morning to have some blood drawn for labs. Your technician Kimberly was AMAZING!!! I have to have CT Scans with contrast and MRIs all the time. I have never had such a friendly and painless “prick” in my entire life. Front desk staff was super nice too. I will definitely be coming back!

This place was amazing. I went around 3:45pm yesterday (1/27) No wait, no lines, in and out so fast, with a really friendly and outgoing staff. I did not feel a poke at all, not even a little pressure. I’ve never had such a painless and easy blood draw in my life. I definitely recommend coming here!

Helpful, informative, and quick. Came in for routine blood work. This was my first visit to the Atlantic Blvd location and both Jennifer and Jessica have great customer service.

This is a super friendly and clean facility. The person who took my blood was named Ron and he was fantastic. I get nervous about needles, but he was so nice and kept me distracted throughout the process. Everyone there gave me good vibes. All in all, I was only in there for five minutes. I’d give more stars than five if I could!

Whenever I have to have any type of blood work done, I over think it and Im extremely nervous. A couple of weeks ago when I went into Any Lab; however, it was a totally different experience. I walked in and Kimberly greeted me with a smile and was very nice. She reassured me that everything would be fine. Ive always told any phlebotomist that I have small veins so please use a butterfly needled. Kimberly told me that actually, the butterfly needles are more painful than the regular needle that she wanted to use. With hesitation I agreed, but...she was right!!! It was virtually pain free. Im sure it was routine for her but it made all the difference for me. Thanks again Kimberly!! :-)

Wow. I had no idea this place existed and I an so happy I do now. Megan was so great. She made the process as easy and uncomplicated as possible. She explained everything and the entire process from first step in the door to walking out the door was 7 minutes. The blood draw itself was clean and painless. Well executed. The cash price was 1/5 of what it was at another lab down the road. I cannot thank Megan enough for making this so easy. I felt so defeated as I was walking in. My doctor referred me to Any Lab as I am currently without insurance. I was greeted by Kim and Jessica upon my arrival. They were very welcoming and professional. I normally have trouble when giving blood and end up with severe bruising. Kim drew my blood with no pain at all and only slight bruising. I will definitely be back.

Jessica at the Neptune Beach location was awesome. So friendly, quick, and she knew what she was doing so I was confident that she wouldn’t hurt me with a needle. Lol

Easiest most comfortable blood draw I’ve ever had. I typically feel sick with a blood draw or they cause pain when pulling blood. 10/10 experience!!

Earlier this month I had to take my four year old to get blood drawn. He does have moderate autism disorder, so it is a challenge to have this done even more so. But the three ladies that helped me that day saw that as a non-issue and completely took care of my son, made him laugh, and comfortable durring the whole process. These folks sure no what they are doing. I am so glad I went here. This company is clearly doing their job in training their employees.

I was in a frenzy from trying to meet a deadline to get titers drawn for a nursing program. Every lab or place I called said I had to have a Dr. order. I got a doctors order during my physical and then most labs stated they didnt accept self pay. I was aggravated. Suddenly, I did a Google search and Any Labs populated. I called them and they were perfect. They could draw my labs with/without a doctors order, provide the results before the deadline with a 3 day turnover, and they beat any other price especially for someone whos self paying. It was a plus that they found a student discount, which made the price cheaper than they quoted me over the phone. My results were forwarded to my doctors office in exactly 2 days and a copy was sent to me as well. The service was awesome when I visited the location on Atlantic in Jacksonville, Fl on Wednesday 9/16/2020. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The lab was quick to administer a Covid Test I needed for travel purposes. It helps to set up the appointment online ahead of time. I got the test results and proper paperwork I needed for the trip within a day.

I went in today Nov 11 and the 2 ladies in there were very professional and kind they helped me on some matters because Im out of town and were very kind I thank you very much. Test now if they are not making top pay they should be , give them a raise!!

I was bringing my son in for some blood testing. We came in Friday afternoon with his papers from the doctor that said he didnt need to fast. The women working at the front desk advised us that he did and she could schedule an appointment for Saturday morning at 9:30 but told us to show up a few minutes after 9 because her first appointment would only take a few minutes. Well we showed up at 9:05 and the women working didnt show up until 9:40 with 8 other people standing in front of the building standing around. She comes in with a excuse that we had already knew was a lie seeing as she was already at work and then hurry up and took off out of the parking lot. Anyways I let it go and proceeded to try and get his test done. This part is my fault but I didnt know this wasnt a place that accepted insurance. Anyways when I ask youre employee about the insurance information she informed me of this. I said oh I didnt realize you didnt take insurance she made a huge sigh and say well thats to bad but not my problem as Im standing there with my 8 year old son. Needless to say I would hope you would hire someone who isnt as rude and who could show up on time rather then leave 8 customers standing in front of the building to then be treated like crap because she is late and in a crappy mood.

Really clean and quiet . I was only one there and that is a relief in Covid19 time. The other lab here feels like germ fest during regular times with every sick coughing person crammed into waiting room. The only thing is, why wasn’t anyone wearing a mask? I was.

Hands down this is the easiest most comfortable place to go for any lab tests!! The nurses make sure you are comfortable and relaxed and the process didn’t take but 7 minutes from in the door to getting my IV.

Arica has to be the best ever at drawing blood. Im a bigger girl and it always takes the techs alot of tries but with her i just felt a little pinch n she had it in the vien quickly. Job well done and thank you (:

I took my mother here a week ago for labs ordered by her cardiologist. Yesterday, I called to check on results as we had not received them, and her Dr. Appt was today. I was told that the lab could not read which box the lab tech had checked, so had not run the tests. I was assured they could still run the blood and that we would have results by 9am today. Of course, we have not received them and when I called this morning to check again, my call went to voice mail. Apparently they dont follow up on their outstanding labs. This service has been absolutely useless as my mother has no lab results for her doctor visit today.

Booked an appointment for 5:30. When I arrived a little before 5:30 they were closed. I guess they have flexible work hours as their posted closing time is 6:00. Doesnt matter that you schedule an appointment or not. What a joke.

The people who work here are super friendly. I was in and out in around 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this place if you need lab work done for any reason.

I needed an RT-PCR Covid-19 Test in the Jacksonville Metropolitan area with the shortest possible turnaround time in order to catch a flight to Ireland and return home. The drive up test took only 34 hours from sample to results enabling me to catch a flight within the 3 day window required for Ireland at a price of 199 USD. I landed in Ireland and cleared all government requirements for the needed test results. Thank you!

I talk to someone on the phone Friday I ask if I need to make an appointment They said no just show up Monday at 7 AM. I got here at 6:50 AM it is now 7:15 AM and still no one is here. Now I’m going to be late for work this is total BS !!!!!!!!! You have to fast for this blood work I’m thirsty and starving and now it’s 7:30 AM and still no one is here. I don’t know how you can run a business like this
