The ladies working there are wonderful! I was the first appointment and arrived early since I received a text to arrive 10-15 early. Some places are rude and will remind you when they open. They were polite and didn’t act at all like I was an inconvenience. They had me out of there quick and were polite and professional the whole time. This is 20 minutes from where I live but the service is worth the drive. I went to Quest before and that place is a nightmare.

Kim was so friendly and comforting. Lab work is not a fun thing to go thru but she made it as comfortable as one could expect in that scenario. Blessings to Kim 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽. The lady at the desk was nice too but I never got her name.

Jessica was knowledgeable about the tests we were looking for. She did the blood work as well as the B12 shoots. Jessica smiled and her personality made this a great experience. Truly an asset to your company.

The ladies here are wonderful! They are knowledgeable and fantastic at blood draws. Quick and painless. In and out quickly. Im grateful for their care. This was my 2nd visit and Ill continue using them for my lab needs.

I did not get a chance to grab the techs name who did my labs but she was at the front desk with short black hair. She was very sweet and so gentle and friendly. I would recommend this lab to anyone! I was very emotional that day and she took great care of me.

Had an amazing experience with Kimberly and I didn’t catch the front desk ladies name but she held my daughter as I was getting blood work done. It was quick, efficient and much cheaper than going to quest. I will for sure be using them again.

Wow who knew these places exist where you have the right and ability to get testing or even a plain blood draw without the authority of the masters in insurance, pharmaceutical or your Dr’s office? Quick, easy, inexpensive ($35 for blood draw) and Cassandra was super helpful and courteous. Plus no pain was felt by the patient I brought. Thank you!

The ladies were so kind and easy to talk to. This is my second time getting blood drawn here. Hugandy took my blood both times and did a great job. I didn’t feel a thing and it didn’t even bruise (I bruise easy). I was in and out in 5 minutes. Highly recommend this location and Hugandy specifically.

5 stars to Any Lab Test Now and especially Hugandy & Jennifer! I had to take a 3 hr glucose test and was nervous for the long experience. Both were so kind, explained everything and made it a super easy process (including faxing my information directly to my doctors office). I will come here for any other lab tests and highly recommend!

This was the best and easiest COVID 19 test I’ve had since 01/01/21. We parked the car, someone came out to swab me at the car and said my antigen result would be emailed in under 2 hrs. It took under 45min to get the result! The lady who came out was fast, professional, humorous and so kind.I am 70yo, healing from lumbar fusion, so her coming to me was a great relief.

This place is amazing. If youve ever been through the living hell that is dealing with Quest then you will appreciate what ALTN has to offer. No BS, no surprise bills for 25X what things actually cost, no waiting for an hour despite an appointment, just smooth sailing. Clean, friendly and efficient... thats what I got, ALL at a more than fair price. Rest assured, anything less than a 5 star review is surely a Quest plant. I would have to say their days are numbered.

I would like to start off by saying Ive couldnt have chosen a better lab to come to. The ladies here are super nice and super cool and their attitudes are above amazing. I just moved here from Alabama and their welcoming was over and beyond welcoming. They helped me to calm down after I got in the building from crossing that long bridge of water that Im soooo not use to crossing...lol..and they were ready for me before I could even complete the application and thats outstanding in my eyes. I will be having more test to perform and just because of their niceness and caring attitudes its gonna make it easier for me to get there without any fear. I will definitely recommend anyone to come here and their prices are very cheap compared to everyone else I called and plus its a walk in welcomed so thats definitely a plus so I give these Ladies and the Lab a 10 thumbs up and a 10 star rating and thank you again ladies for helping me so much to overcome my fear and for your quick and friendly services and attitudes 😁

I had a great experience! I usually have an issue getting blood drawn because of my veins but the lady that did it was AMAZING! I didn’t feel a thing, she found my vein the first try and had all the vials full in seconds. I wish I knew her name so I could give her the credit. Best prices! Highly recommend!

The two ladies that were there when I went were great. They took me in and I wasnt there long at all. When they took blood for my Doctor, I didnt even feel it. She got my Vien on the first try. Very pleased with my visit.

I had a very wonderful experience with Ty. Ty and her assistant took great care of me and gave me the best prices in town which was half the cost of the competition. They were fun and personable with a good attitude. They talked my girlfriend into a shot of B12 and I tell ya- she hasnt nagged me all day!

The whole thing was quick, easy and nearly painless. The nurse got my vein the first try! I hate getting my blood drawn and they made it a lot more comfy than what Im used to. Would recommend, especially if you are uninsured, cost was 1/3 what quest wanted to charge.

They don’t accept insurance but for the price it’s much lower even than deductibles in most cases. You can still use fsa hsa and you can try to claim with your insurance yourself (I’ll give it a try)

I am typically very apprehensive when it comes to having lab work done however the staff at the Mandarin location was wonderful turning a stressful situation into one of ease by creating an atmosphere that was calming I was in and out within 20 mins and the tech was quick and painless when it came to drawing my blood. The facility was clean and the staff was very clear as to what to expect in regards to the process and results . absolutely recommend for an over all pleasant experience.

I would like to say the people here are understanding and judge free! the test was easy and you cant even tell they took any hair off my head! they reply quickly and go above and beyond to help you! they sent me my results super fast, and solved any problems I needed solved via email and phone. I would recommend going here for any drug test for any reason! THANK YOU LADIES FOR YOUR HARD WORK YALL ARE AMAZING!!! Dont be scared to ask questions becuase they are honest and there to help!

I had a great experience. I didn’t have an appointment and showed up on Saturday at 8 am. I was taken right back and received my results within a few days. The staff was very helpful in answering questions regarding other services I was interested in. I will definitely be going back.

We went to Any Labs Test Now last week to do an Antigen COVID test for my grandparents to travel back to Brazil and their service was very quick, kind and helpful! We went again today to also do an antigen test for my godfather to travel, they treated us very well, results came in 20-30min to our email. We’ll definitely be coming back :)

Absolutely the best customer service you could ask for. They greet you with beautiful smiles and walk you through the entire process. Also they are very efficient I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dont work the front counter if you are going to be rude and uncaring. Also dont allow people to make appointments online for certain tests if you refuse to do them during those hours. Thanks for wasting my time and causing me to lose hours at work to try to get to this location before closing only to be turned away because you dont feel like doing your job. place doesnt close for another hour yet she says they are closed and she is leaving in three minutes.

The owner of this lab truly cares about your experience. She called me personally to make sure everything was OK. The manager is very professional and will make sure she understands your needs. It is very convenient, clean and easy to get these lab tests done at this location.

Terrible costumer service experienced, poorly trained staff and in flagrant HIPPA violation. State formal complaint already filed. If looking for a cheap lab, believe me it isn’t worth it . Consider your health and the privacy of your medical information worth the warning

We went to the San Jose location in Jacksonville, FL and the ladies there were amazing. We had to draw blood on my 22mo baby girl and they were so compassionate and kind and we could not have asked for a better experience! We would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks, Ladies!

Hugandy helped me out with my drug screening today and was very polite and professional. I was in and out within 10 min!!

This was pretty much the only place that said they could provide me with the PCR covid test results immediately. I have a flight to Japan tomorrow morning and they even had the japanese forms I needed for the test results. They were also very friendly and helpful as soon as I came in. The whole process took 10 minutes and I had the paper work within one hour. I strongly recommend this lab to anyone who needs a covid test for travel.

Manager was completely rude and told me that they weren’t able to do a test that they did the week prior and after I asked why not she got an attitude and told me to go down the street and pay Quest 1500$ to do it there. Went to quest and got taken care of right away with no BS. This place certainly doesn’t know how to follow procedure and perform their job correctly.

We went for a test that was supposed to be delivered in 7-10. Business days and here we are 14 days later no test or valid explanation all the wait was due to a lack on the lab and they did nothing to compensate our wasted time! Don’t waste your time here
