I have been coming to this establishment for years. They have upgraded. Wesley the medical technician/assistant is phenomenal. Nice guy always smiling and makes you feel comfortable. You can see that he has a lot of experience. Most people dont like their jobs but you can tell that he embraces his position. He is always smiling and talks to you as if you are a member of his family. He even helps at the front desk. He doesnt waste time makes your appointments and gets you out fast. He deserves a raise because he makes the experience at the doctors bearable. What I like about this office is that they have all the doctors you need and specialists in one building. I have no issues with any of the doctors Ive seen here.

Possibly the worst place to go to. They’re disorganized, super rude and very very unclear.Made an appointment, told them i don’t have a physical card but I have my ID number before coming in. They also didn’t tell me that I had to bring cash for the copay.The receptionist was very rude about that. My insurance is active you checked through the system, I’m confused. Maybe also keep an ATM or confirm to bring cash.I had to run to the bank.HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE STAFF

Today my daughter had a pediatric appointment for 1:45pm and we didn’t get seen till an hour later… She started to have a temper tantrum which is totally normal for a 2 year old. But here they make looks and stares at you as if it’s not normal for a toddler to cry. Automatically this made me very uncomfortable!! Then you have the worker by the name of Bridget come over to my daughter and said unprofessional remarks, then she goes over to another little girl in the office that wasn’t crying and said she was being a “good girl” , why because she wasn’t crying like my daughter ? I’ve been coming here since I was little and thought it would be only right to bring my child here but I will definitely look for another doctors office for my child sad to say because Dr.Rivera is great. Save yourself some time and look somewhere else.Also I went to the OBGYN Dr.Chime during my pregnancy, horrible experience with him.. I remember me being a young mom and I first came to him to get my first ultrasound he made an unprofessional remark about my age. He couldn’t even tell me an approximate weight for my baby versus when I asked the Midwife at LIJ she told me in a minute! Very old fashioned and unprofessional.

They have great doctors here. Dr. Chime & Dr Sheldon are great doctors. I am fortunate to have both of them as my doctors. Dr chime is a very experienced surgeon with years under his belt. My surgery was done by him and he was very understanding of my fears & concerns. Overall he did my surgery and it was like textbook. I healed beautifully and was back at my regular routine in no time. Thank u Dr. Chime. Keep up the good job, giving women a new kinda confidence.🙏🏾👍🏽

My husband and I go to this clinic. We have been there a couple of times. It always have been easy to get an appointment. We are very happy with Dr. Stona. She is wonderful, very detailed and courteous. She made us feel very comfortable. You will have to wait a little but it is worth it, just be patient. we are very satisfied overall.

This is place is going to get the good the bad and real in the Review. One don’t make an appointment, you making an appointment means you prolly won’t get to be seen that day. Unless you’re paying with Cash and idk about ya but time is money like minutes are to a Moteralla cell phone plan. #2 staff there if you can find someone who isn’t glued to the screen trying to figure out how to spend their next check on work they probably didn’t do correctly, are over worked and most likely trying to have you solve your own problems, my advice don’t go to the first page of Google you’ll be wasting valuable time listing off your concerns to the doctor who honestly most likely is thinking who makes up these things and what they are going to eat for dinner the that night. Just saying doing your research might not be doing it if it isn’t what needs to be done on. Which brings me to the equipment and Non-up-to-date Tech. The tech is decent working a Hospital I know we do things by the book and it really makes me wonder why we aren’t at least checking Temp($) at the door. But if you are sick and know you’ve been in contact with sick folk you really are a danger and need to be sent home as your first stop. Just a quick question sheet to hold people to their own actions would do and make them more aware of their own accountability. I thought we were past the whole having us crowded in waiting rooms and not practicing and maintaining Social Distancing, obviously if I’m complaining about it we are not right, Wrong ! They have us jammed in there with 4 at the most Doctors who’s I’ve never seen cause I get sent to the back to the same Doctor who last I checked was on her third let’s say Cup of coffee cause idk what to call the Containers of Metal. Anyways they work them probably until they have missed lunch because as I said if you don’t know what’s wrong with you how, how is someone supposed to help you figure it out? And lastly, are rude impolite lazy and left me with a bad taste in my mouth from all the times I had Lock-Jaw from not flipping out and Telling them how bad they of job they do. They must be comfortable with letting people waste time like just because the tourists are gone we all don’t have a place to be and things to do. I hope this info was helpful I don’t like to throw salt on the wound but everyone’s entitled to their opinion. Best of luck to all that encounter this place. I do not have a pleasant time their. Also beware of the kid section, not their fault but still something to keep a close eye on.

Doctors are great, staff is not. PLEASE be careful when going and do NOT allow them to rip you off!! They will charge you for any form even if its covered by your insurance. *Never* in my life was I charged for having a form filled out. My last visit Bridget(?) insisted I pay $20 after my annual checkup where the doctor filled out information for my physical. This was fustrating because the wait to see my doctor had been sooo long and I had to wait an hour or more for my insurance to get back to me. However, they told me very clearly I do not have to pay a dime and so I didnt.This yearly visit it was Gigi, with the Spanish speaking lady next to her agreeing insurance doesnt cover forms. At least this time the wait time to see the doctor had decreased significantly (people stopped coming?). I told her the same thing happened last time but she wanted to call my insurance anyway. Okay with me, Ill wait. She tried to phrase things as if I was doing multiple things at the clinic but I was having my yearly checkup and info from that used for the forms. Simple. 30 minutes later, Gigi hands the form to me without a word.FYI Its not about the money, its about the principle. How many poor people do they charge for services that are entirely included in their insurance? What about the people who unlike me cannot afford to wait around? The fact that they still try to charge extra fees for things during a pandemic is greediness and ambitiousness at its worst. All those papers they have posted up are ways to get extra money out of you... And theres a lot.Ive had my annual checkup twice here and having the same experience leads this to unfortunately be my last. A shout-out to Dr. Sheldon, Dr. Maung and the super kind doctor (Dr. Sall?) I saw today... Hope you find better places of employment that highlight your quality service.

Horrible office if I could give 0 stars I would. The doctors are great. But Bridgette, who runs the office, is a scammer and is rude, she creates a horrible experience. She ignores insurance policies in order to get more money out of patients and told my sister that she talks too much when she was trying to figure out why she couldnt see the doctor she made an appointment with. Im looking into ways to file a formal complaint against them

I have been coming to this place since 2011 and for the most part the doctors and some of the staff are great. Peter, Lili, Elizabeth and Doctor Sheldon and the two other girls are amazing. Had a very bad experience with Bridget Chime. My doctor filled out a note for my company and I took it up to the front desk for them to stamp and sign. Bridget helf my doctors note hostage and demanding that I pay $20. I asked her why I need to pay when my insurance paid for my doctors visit. She showed me a list of forms including a physical form for $20. I explained that this was not a physical but I am going to pay it because I wanted to leave. I reached in my pocket and handed her my HSA debit card. She said me dont take card cash only go bring cash and refuse to give me my doctors note. At that point I asked her to show me your payment acceptance notice. They didnt had any posted and she started to print new signs and posting them up. She was very rude and ignorant to be apart of such a good place. I am hoping the the management staff will take a look at this and make some decision regarding my experience. I am hoping that someone can reach out to me because she said she is the big boss when I asked her whats her role there. Even the doctor came out the room and told her it was not a physical and she still wanted to charge me. I walked out with intonation to file a complaint. Mr. Peter called my phone and told me to come back and pick it up.

This is my 4th visit and Im continually amazed at the courteous staff members, especially the young man at the front desk, he greats you by name. Amazing!!

Horrible especially Dr Stona she doesnt know how to talk to people she brought her Jamaican attitude with her to work. I sat there and listened to her responding to a patient question , patient simply asked why is there people going before me, that came after her, stona responded by speaking to the woman like shes a child she was rude and obnoxious infont of everyone towards the woman. And went ahead and took a Jamaican man before the female shes prejudice.

Hillside polymedic pc the best medical facility in the 5 boroughs, friendly doctors and staffs. I definitely give this place a 5stars. Beautiful medical facility and always clean especially the bedrooms.

Harbor experience with Dr chime treated my wife horribly and didnt really help at all with her pregnancy!! my wife arrived on time for her appointment at 1:10 p.m. and was attended at 3:00 p.m. The guys late to see his clients and then when he finally sees them he just wants to charge their insurance, prescribing medication, and get them out the way.

This is the only place where I had some really good doctors that really and truly ever cared about me. Even got my ingrown toenail removed here. Bingo!

The black Dr. In there has a real nasty attitude! If you dont answer his questions to his liking. Then he kicked me out for no reason!! THANKS ILL NEVER BE BACK!! And they could steal your personal info!!

This office is honestly the worst office ever .. the staffs are horrible with really bad attitude .. my baby has really bad heart problems and I can never get in touch with his pediatrician.. a staff name gigi needs to be fired because she’s always giving attitude like we came to see them .. we made a complain and the doctor said she doesn’t care she said we can go to another doctor for all she cares … this place seriously needs to be shut down or get different staffs

I have been with Hillside Polymedic for over 20 years, they are My family. My daughter was delivered by Dr. Chime, OB/GYN. I also have My Internal Medicine, Podiatrist and Cardiologist doctors there.

The wait time is very long & although the staff are friendly & pleasant, theyre not very accommodating, because they dont have pertinent information about why the wait times to see the Doctors are so long! Smh!😡

This place is a waste the say something to you n then something else happens.wait forever n when the doctor came on she have an attitude. The staff saying wrong message to you.

The waiting time is fatal, 3 to 4 hours, wasting time, also when you want an appointment with your primary doctor, it is three weeks or more, the wait is horrible, you waste time, I do not recommend it.
