Unless you know how to self-advocate I do not recommend. My last pregnancy I had to go above and beyond for myself in order to get the care that I know I deserve and that I have received before. Being a first-time parent is very frustrating it doesnt seem like they hear what you are saying. There was one instance when I told them that I had poor fetal movement and in my chart later that day it said good fetal movement. I have had three different consoles to get my tubes tied and Im still waiting to get that specific procedure. Making appointments and keeping appointments seemed to be very difficult countless times my appointments were rescheduled

I cannot recommend Dr. Michael Berger enough! He has been an amazing doctor throughout my time as his patient. Unfortunately, I’m moving out of state and can no longer continue under his care, but even then, Dr. Berger went above and beyond. He used his own resources to help me navigate the women’s health system in the state I’m relocating to.Dr. Berger is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and kind—everything you would want in a doctor. I truly wish we had more doctors like him. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff and nurses, at MultiCare Kent OB/GYN especially RN Jen, who was always available to answer any of my questions. Wishing all of you the very best, and thank you for everything!

Had the best pregnancy care here. Front desk ladies are always welcoming and friendly. Dr. Hamlin and the OB nurses are wonderful and easy to work with. Thank you so much Dr. Hamlin for everything and most of all delivering my child safely and healthy to me. Highly recommend this team of skilled medical professionals.

I’m 28 weeks pregnant and haven’t been seen in what’s about to be 7 weeks because they are so unprofessional. I’m now having to switch care at 28 weeks to a new provider so I can actually be taken care of. They didn’t even call me to let me know my appointment was canceled just sent a mychart message which I usually do not check but luckily I did right before driving 45 minutes to a canceled appointment! Now they can’t even get me in for another 2 weeks. This far along in pregnancy that is so unacceptable and I wish I never started my care with this clinic! The team does NOT CARE about you or your pregnancy! I have many gestational diabetes symptoms and have yet to be tested for it! Definitely go elsewhere for your OB care!

I’m a new patient at the Multicare OB Clinic on the second floor since the Urgent Care is downstairs. It’s a smaller than I expected it to be but the staff is very nice & quick!

If you can find another doctor to see you’ll save yourself a lot of aggravation. The physicians are always leaving here. I’ve found the ones that are still around or new are inexperienced and now even if you’re an established patient you go on a waiting list to be seen. I moved on.

I had the very best experience in the clinic last week.Very caring and professional team.

Theyve not once answered the phone nor have they responded to any of my voicemails to set up an appointment.

The front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly - doctor appointments aren’t anyone’s favorite thing but those girls really made the experience easy and actually enjoyable to sit in the waiting room. Katie Miller, PA-C, MPAS was phenomenal. She was extremely patient, well educated, and thorough. She also made uncomfortable procedures feel like a breeze - bedside manners and conversations were great!I’ve never had a positive obgyn office or provider experience. And this one really surpassed any expectations!

Provider was nice/knowledgeable however, that is the extent of my daughters experience.The nurse thought it appropriate to question my 15 yr old daughter on her Fathers death and make gross assumptions that were not necessary for her medical records! She left feeling extremely uncomfortable and uneasy. Do not recomend

The staff of this facility do not respect a persons disability. If you a have disability be sure the staff will disrespect you personally and threat to cancel your appointment if you cannot comply with acting normal. Please do not give this place any business, you will be helping discriminate against others by be a patient at this establishment.

It’s like pulling teeth to get someone to answer the phone with a 0% chance the right person will be available to schedule an appt or answer a question. Usually takes me 3-10 times calling back & forth to get anything done. I’ve been in 2 times total & after asking multiple times, somehow my online account still isn’t set up right for me to utilize it.

All locations are horrible I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. If your pregnant pls choose a place that will take care of you and your child. The service is horrible and the customer service is too

The front desk staff is very rude.

Never pick up their phone! I tried to schedule an appointment and called there multiple times, leaved messages. But nobody responds

The person that scheduled my appointment was very rude . I was hung up on after saying “ thank you”.
