Im only giving one star because the nurse I had was very nice and friendly. But if it wasnt for the nurse I wouldve gave my doctor zero. Ive been with UW medical ever since Ive been a child myself but this doctor at this clinic was horrible. I had the worst experience with her. Not only did she barely ask about how I am doing she rushed everything. DR REMY VAN IS THE WORST OB ANYONE CAN HAVE. She barely talked during my visit besides to ask me what MY due date was instead of checking herself. When she first came into the room she didnt even ask who was with me nor introduced or acknowledged herself to my mom. She didnt say anything about the baby and she rushed the ultrasound and didnt give us enough time to even take a picture or record. I had to ask her to redo it. After my visit I got my test results and saw that she DRUG tested me without telling me which I wouldnt have cared but I was not aware of this. NO ONE I know has gotten drug tested during their pregnancy and I never did with my first either. I just felt like as an OB you would be more friendly, compassionate and talkative. I switched clinics and OB because I didnt want someone like her for my whole pregnancy. I feel like if you are an OB you should be passionate about your job not half a** it.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! THEYLL JUST RESCHEDULE YOU OVER AND OVER!!!!!! I came here a few years ago for an IUD removal/replacement & they were great! Now its time to remove it for good & add to our family. Today, they called to reschedule me for the 3rd time!!!! I understand the RNs Father is critically ill & she will not be in. Totally understandable! I used to be a receptionist/managers assistant in the medical field for years, I know it happens sometimes! However, I told her, my Dad is dying too...I dont know how much time I have with him, and you guys are LITERALLY pushing back pregnancy possibilities month after month, I at least want my Father around for my pregnancy. She understood and was very apologetic. But Im sorry, not sorry, this is unacceptable! They wouldnt reschedule a pregnant patient over and over, would they? I sure hope not. I definitely wont be referring anyone to this clinic! My favorite OBGYN is no longer there anyway, maybe for a good reason. Find yourself some where else! Thats actually reliable! I saw other reviews stating the same issue....reschedule...reschedule....reschedule.

Poor signage, no explanation of duplicate check-in process, no explanation of total office closure for lunch, BEGINNING AT TIME OF APPOINTMENT. Impossible to contact anyone to talk to. Met by a cold hearted person at 12:45 who told me to calm down and proceeded to explain why I was in the wrong. Go ANYWHERE nut here. Factory Healthcare at its finest.

Dr. Clay at the Covington location is the worse doctor I’ve ever been to. I saw her many times and not once did she recognize/remember me. She did my intake questions three times! ...we did this the last two times I was here. She also was late to EVERY appointment by at LEAST an hour, and not once did she ever apologize or acknowledge she was running late. To add flame to the fire, I get preeclampsia so she put me on aspirin. But never put it in my file...... she’s also the most awkward, unwelcoming doctor ever. Horrrrrrible Doctor. Sooooo happy I switched to one in Auburn.

Would have given them 0 stars if I could but thats not an option. Whoever is manning the phones for Valley Womens is incompetent at best. Twice I made appointments - at my primary care doctors and an ER doctors urging - for a condition which needed to be followed up with ASAP. The first appointment was made for the following day, only to receive a callback that day to tell me that I had been misscheduled and would have to wait six more days to be seen. When I showed up on the SECOND appointed day, I was told that I had no insurance and therefore could only be seen if I shelled out $140.00, which I didnt have. (The problem was on her end, not the insurance companys, not mine). I turned around and walked out the door (In pain from this condition). NOW I get a letter saying that it is necessary for me to pay the $140.00 ANYWAY because I cancelled the appointment. Maybe the docs are good - I dont know, because I will never set foot in the place again.

Went to the Ear Nose and Throat Clinic. My Russian partner wanted me by his side, as he listens with an accent. We were told it was okay and sat waiting to be called in. A manager then approached us and proceeded to harass us.My partner has issues with his breathing, so he makes a fuss over the masks. He finally concented. But the manager apparently was anoid now, as she then decided I can not accompany him.The reason I came with him was to hear what the doctor says, as he may not understand and gloss over things. She effectively refused him service.

Sought out an ablation and possible tubal litigation. First visit, ok we hear you and your issues, lets schedule an ultrasound because this is procedure to getting an ablation. Did the ultrasound and came back for a follow-up, oh actually we arent gonna do this because you might regret it. Also we wont give you any pain relief if we were to do an IUD.Thanks Dr. Liu, for paternalising your response to my adult and clear-minded decision regarding my reproductive health. Then wasting my time and money.Women, do not look to Valley doctors to recognize your rights to make choices for yourselves. Go elsewhere.

Had an appointment yesterday at 4pm that “no one in the back knew about”. Wasn’t seen until 40 mins after my scheduled appointment. I understand sometimes accidents happen but this has not been the first time. Everyone is friendly (hence the 2 stars) but office is so unorganized, it’s a shame. The RN I see never remembers me even though I’ve seen her plenty of times. I don’t recommend this location. Will be transferring.

They need a new office manager, I don’t even think doctors are the problem the rest of the staff, they don’t even bother to call you to let you know your appointment it’s being canceled, no ones ever know anything, horrible place, I’m glad I’ll be going to Renton now but it’s a shame that I live across the street and now I have to commute.
