I arrived a bit late and had trouble finding the location, but ended up running into a gentleman named Buck. He happened to be closing up, but kindly processed my TSA fingerprinting anyways. The process was super quick & easy. Remember your passport!

My phlebotomist, Sarah, was extremely impressive. Her technique was painless. Sarah was very, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I feel that she genuinely took an interest in me as a person. I am a retired pediatric nurse practitioner and have rather high standards for phlebotomists. Sarah very much exceeded my standards.

Getting my TSA precheck was a wonderful experience! They had me in and out in under 10 minutes and every person I spoke to was so kind. I had anticipated this being an ordeal happy to be wrong. The building also has lots of convenient parking.

I was required to have labs/testing completed for my employer. I was told that they would have my forms ready for me and that I could walk-in anytime. Everything was completed as stated. I am a difficult stick for lab draws. The first staff member looked at my arms and was not confident she could draw my blood. She asked Sarah to come evaluate. Sarah came in and checked both my arms out and decided on a vein and was successful on the first attempt! Sarah was pleasant, efficient, and competent! Thanks, Sarah!

This location is generally very fast. My last experience was not as positive as it has been in the past, around midday there seems to be a bit longer wait. During morning hours things generally move very quickly. It is locally managed and it is good to support compared to the corporate giants that compete with it.(Updated review)

The wait was minimal and the process was quick. Buck made the process easy and dealt with inability to not laugh. Pleasant experience overall and greatly appreciate everyone’s help!

Great experience getting my TSA enrollment done here! I was in and out in about 15 minutes without an appointment. Staff was very efficient.

Did a walk in TSA pre check. Waited about 1 hour, but they fit us in and got it done . Once back to do pre check, got it done in less than 10 min. Nice friendly staff!!!

I have only experienced kindness and respect at this lab location. I know all the personnel well and have had only excellent service experiences.

Check in and going through the steps to do the finger-printing and answering the questions for TSA Pre-Check went very well. People working there were very friendly. Only issue was finding the place. Seems strange that TSA Pre-check would be in lab building. Not the fault of the people working there. The TSA website could have done better job of describing where lab is at.

I would not recommend this place.I went here once because it was close by that day.It was the worst experience of my life. I almost fainted and I’ve never experienced that when getting blood work ever. The technician was very sweet and I give her five stars, but this business seemed a bit overpriced and didn’t provide much service after the blood work.After getting my results back I asked for clarification on what my test results meant. They said the FDA would reach out to me…?Still no one has called to clarify my question. The price is almost 10x higher than if you had your doctors office do it and after insurance. They don’t take insurance either. It’s all out of pocket.Save yourself the headache and ask your doctor to do lab work, go to Johnson County Health, or Quest Diagnostic. They seem more legitimate and will answer your questions in a timely manner and it’s affordable for those with a tight budget. My blood work was performed almost a year ago and I still am waiting on that phone call to answer my questions.

Ive been coming to this location for the past couple of years. The staff has always been friendly, accommodating, and professional. Theyve gone out of their way to help me when my testing company went through changes that were out of my control, and made sure everything was taken care of for me. Most importantly, they are supportive to those who are there because they are seeking a path to recovery. There is no judgment for whatever it is that brought you in for your test. That meant more to me than anything.

Came for TSA pre heck, arrived 10 minutes early just like the directions said, got called back right on time and was done in less than five minutes!

The bald guy, not sure of his name. Is the rudest. Sent a driver in for a ua, it was an observed ua, the guy then asked him to strip. Like ummm no, you watched me pee, so why strip? Needless to say this isn’t the only time we have had issues with him. We won’t be doing business here again. Would rather go sit in line at a concentra than deal with these clowns.

Did TSA pre check here. Friendly and very fast. My wife need additional documentation and they allowed us to run back home and squeezed us in.

David was super professional and my total wait time after checking in was literally less than five minutes. I’ve had places be so rough with your hands when it comes to fingerprints and this place was nothing but kind. Clean environments are important during times like this so with professionalism included this place is a definite go to!!

I went for TSA Precheck purposes. Do not recommend. One person at the location seemed to display behavior that went beyond poor customer service.

I almost exclusively post positive reviews but the front desk staff really need to do better. Ive been there twice in the past 5 weeks and both times they act like Im inconvenience them, couldnt close that sliding window on you fast enough. sour disposition, trash attitude all around bad experience.

Went in today for a COVID Antibody test and was there for a quick 5 minutes. Simple, easy, fast and fantastic service. Would highly recommend anyone looking for any lab work done! The dark skinned girl at the front with the braids needs to fix her attitude. I greeted her with a warm “hello” and she slid the window open and said “photo id” no hello or anything. Handed me the form to fill out and then slid the window back and proceeded to laugh with her coworker. She needs to be retrained because since she is the first contact of the customers, she needs to do better with her customer service skills. If you don’t like your job or interacting with the public,then you need to leave and find a better suited place to work instead of making customers feel like an inconvenience to your day. However, the other girl who performed my test was very nice and prompt. She’s the only reason I’m even giving three stars. But to the other girl, fix your attitude.

I went in to get an STD testing taken on Monday, September 9th, 2019, and was greeted by Nia Johnson and Jasmine at the front. They were both very friendly, understanding, and very professional. They handed me paperwork to fill out and was very quick in processing it and getting my blood drawn, as well as my urine taken. They called me the following day and the day after, and left a voicemail for me which I finally had time to listen to. In the voicemail I was informed that there was a mishap of some sort at the lab, and I had to get my urine redone, so I called back and talked with them about it. Things happen and I totally get it. They were very apologetic about the whole thing and accommodated me very well throughout the whole process from the phone and when I was there. I arrived there around noon on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Maria Ochoa was the one that left me the voicemail, and she was the one that was up at the front, followed by Nia Johnson in the back (shes a huge fan of the Eagles football). Both beautiful ladies that greeted you with a great smile. They were amazing throughout the whole thing and I will definitely recommend others and highly recommend others who are reading this to go there and get tested. Good prices for the tests, process was smooth and quick, and results get back to you fast. Customer service was A+ and I met with Nick Foley, who was the boss there and he was a phenomenal person, providing me information of what happened and how he was able to help me get it done at no charge at my cost. Im surprised more people dont leave reviews or dont go here more often. Its a great place and a great facility. Definitely a diamond in the rough. I will be back! Great job guys!!

If there was a 6 star rating I would give it! Everyone was so nice and professional and it was a spotless modern environment (and more reasonable prices than those other labs). The person who drew my blood for my test was amazing, I didnt feel a thing. If you ever need any testing done Id go here for sure.

This place was very helpful when I was distraught and having a very bad day. It was Saturday and I only had 48 hours to complete a drug test that was given to me on Friday. I had the flu, and was so sick and Quest was just giving me the run around and refusing to do my drug test because it was Saturday.....but these people they got me right in no questions asked. They were very professional and got me right out so I could go home and go back to bed... and they were very poliet and helpful! If you have a choice ALWAYS ALWAYS go here!

When 3 other test smartly labs in KC let me down, this (Overland Park) location was top notch. They had all the materials needed, didnt put me in hold and forget about me, and worked with me in a tricky situation. I would highly recommend. Very professional, clean and prompt.

My results were not sent in. I followed up a week later and could not get a reason for the delay. 3 hours after my call my results were confirmed by my new employer. I missed a full work week due to an error at this facility. Staff was very nice but cant forgive my loss of income.

They sure tested the heck out of my pee.-1 star because the lobby music is annoying

Honestly quite disgusted. I went inside and the lady said empty my pockets so I did and she said did you empty your pockets when she had just watched me empty them so clearly she was insinuating something. I went Pee and gave them my sample and they told me that it wasn’t in body temperature and I had 3 hours to redo the test. I asked her what could cause it to be that way and she said well their are lots of reasons it could be that way including compromising my company. At the point I got mad because I basically just got accused of using fake urine or something of that nature and I said well I’ve never had a problem like this before. She said sit down and drink water and let us know when you have to go again and proceeded to go into their little office and talk about me and look right at me while she talks to the other works about me. So I seen a display of business cards so I grabbed one and it said Nick on it and the other one said Marilyn which said she was the president so I asked one of the workers where Marilyn is at and she said she’s on vacation and won’t be back till after the 4th of July so I said who can I speak to? And she said Well Nick our manager isn’t here but I can call him for you and I discussed to her what the other workers had said and how they treated me and so she called him and let me speak to him on her phone and I told him I was super offended and frustrated and he didn’t care one bit,He kept making excuses for how I was treated so I told him I was going to pee again but I wouldn’t be back ever! I will be talking to Marilyn about this when she gets back trust and believe that! I went pee again and it was perfectly normal and I signed some stuff and left. I would NOT recommend this place at all if you don’t want to be accused of providing fake urine and looked at up and down and talked about. Unbelievable. I understand that’s what some people do but that isn’t me. Never has been and never will! Quite pathetic if you ask me. Just avoid this place and your day won’t be ruined.

Went in for a simple blood sample. Took my sample on a Friday and when I called the lab where it was supposed to be sent on Tuesday, they still hadn’t received it. When I called Test Smartly they told me they didn’t know where it was and offered me a complimentary sample...like I got a blood draw at McDonalds??!! After far too much insisting, they agreed to track my blood down and call me back. They never did.Either this place is a resource center for a local vampire coven, or just plain incompetent.
