Nothing but GREAT things to say about this office. They are receptive and listen to me. They are empathetic and the NP Kelsey Sellers is amazing! She never makes me feel dumb for my questions and even makes sure my partner gets their questions answered as well. Sometimes they have protestors out on the street due to services provided at this office but I happily pass by them and yell “pro-choice”/wave at them for intruding on women’s reproductive healthcare. I love this office and the care it provides. They are all kind and informative.

I’ve been going to this office for many many years, they delivered all three of my boys who are now all teens.I now see nurse practitioner Kelsey Sellers and she is amazing. She is so genuine and very compassionate. She’ll listen to you as long as you need to vent. She helps ease my anxiety. She’ll do what she can to help you. She works hard for her patients and for that I’ll forever be grateful for her. She’s amazing and I’ll recommend everyone experience a visit with her if you can.

The best place I have ever been. I feel seen and I feel heard by all of the amazing doctors and nurses here. If you’re looking for somewhere that will make you feel comfortable and listen to your needs in every way- this is the place.

I cannot recommend Dr. Nauser, Dr. Fowler and Dr. Sellers enough. I came to this practice for Dr. Nauser (female). I stayed because Dr. Fowler (male) and Dr. Sellers (female) turned out to be amazing too and I’d be fine if either of them had to deliver my baby instead of Dr. Nauser. I was worried about a male OB/GYN but then I actually met Dr. Fowler and he is just a younger gay copy of Dr. Nauser with equally good listening skills and even more recent medical school knowledge. My husband and I always referred to Dr. Sellers as a happy surprise. She is just so kind and gentle.It was very important to me to find a truly full service OB/GYN before getting pregnant. The Center for Women’s Health was my second attempt. I fired my first OB/GYN (Women’s Health Associates at Advent/Shawnee Mission) because when I asked them if god forbid there were any complications where my baby could not live and I needed an abortion they said they would refer me to another practice to actually terminate.That was not good enough for me. It would already be absolutely heartbreaking if I needed an abortion. I didn’t want to worry about possibly waiting a week on top of that to get referred out and have to do a new consultation appointment and termination procedure with someone I wasn’t familiar with and hadn’t already vetted when I was in a better state of mind. Why not just start with a full service OB/GYN I trusted? I was also worried (I’m sure unrealistically) that any OB/GYN that didn’t do in-house terminations might not weigh that option equally. I want children, so it would be unacceptable to delay a necessary abortion any amount of time and have even the smallest unnecessary risk of my uterus being taken in a hysterectomy. So the Center for Women’s Health solved my biggest fear by doing in-house terminations.They immediately believed me when I reached out about nausea meds at week 8. I sent a single portal message late at night and they had Zofran nausea drugs at my pharmacy by the next morning. I had only met Dr. Nauser once at this point for my preconception (not even pregnant) appointment. It was amazing to be believed immediately. I had already done all the food tricks and OTC Unisom/B6 with no luck. Unfortunately I stayed nauseous the whole pregnancy and complained about it at every appointment thereafter. They never stopped listening and constantly adjusted my dosage and added other nausea drugs on top of the Zofran. It got better with the right combination of meds and consistent timing but never went away until the day my perfect baby came out.Shout out to the pink haired nurse for always unenthusiastically asking how I was feeling, even though my answer was always awful. She’s my vibe.Shout out to the bilingual office staff that let me schedule all my appointments way ahead of time and on the exact days and times I wanted.At 1 week postpartum today I already want more kids, but would never do it unless abortion stays as legal and as unrestricted as it is in Kansas now. Ideally it gets even less restrictive. Abortion has no place in politics. Please always vote pro-choice so this baby can have siblings in the near future.

I have extreme anxiety about going to the dr but this office is so kind and understanding. The front desk staff, the MAs, and the providers are always so kind and supportive. I can ask any questions and they answer with patience and compassion. They always do everything they can to make me comfortable. I saw Kelsey on my last visit and she listened to my concerns and I actually felt heard by her. She explained everything and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I would recommend this office and any of the providers to my friends and family because I trust them and know that they will provide the best care possible!

This clinic is amazing! I have always had white-coat syndrome, but this place has completely put me at ease. The front office staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, the nurses are kind and caring, and Dr. Nauser is by far the best OBGYN Ive ever met.I was provided with comprehensive care and was allowed to ask questions and have conversations about my health without the snide remarks and condescending nature I have experienced at other doctors offices. Dr. Nauser explained all of my procedures and discussed healthcare options available to find one that best suited my lifestyle and needs.The clinic itself is meticulous and comfortable and all of my appointments have started on time (no waiting forever in the lobby.) I HIGHLY recommend Center for Womens Health if you want a high level of compassionate care, a non-judgmental environment, and a team that provides great healthcare services!

Dr. Nauser and her staff are absolutely amazing. You can tell by the way they talk to you that they care, they genuinely want to help you, and that they enjoy being there. When my PCP wouldn’t help me with something I needed, Dr. Nauser did- and she was cool as could be about it. I hate getting yearly exams (and am way overdue as it is), but she’s a pro, and I love her to pieces.

I had a appointment @12:45. Was told not to eat or dink before my appointment, and its two hours later and I was told that I have to reschedule because I missed my name being called. Its cold as the North Pole & I asked to wait outside and was told I could do so. After waiting about 30 minutes I went back in and sat down for like 10 minutes to be told someone came out and was looking for me and NOW the MD has stated he wont see me and I have to reschedule. This is totally unprofessional and very unfortunate. I parked right in front of the door and nobody ever came out.

Dr Traci Nauser and her nurses clearly put their patients first. The center for Women’s Health is a top-notch medical facility specializing in women’s issues, and I could not be happier with the care my daughters and I received from Dr Nauser, Kelsey Sellers, and their entire team of medical professionals. Their knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology is second to none, and the compassion and attention we received was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in healthcare. In discussing personal issues with Dr Nauser and Nurse Sellers, they exhibited the utmost professionalism, and we felt they both truly cared about us as patients and as individuals. I highly recommend The Center for Women’s Health for “your right to advocacy, compassion, and excellence in care.”

My wife and I had to drive from several states away for her to be seen at Center for Women’s Health. Lynnette was very helpful before our trip in letting us know what paperwork we had to have with us when we showed up for my wife’s appointment. When we arrived for her appointment we were greeted by the receptionist who was very professional and even spoke to my wife in Spanish making her feel even more comfortable. My wife was treated with compassion during her procedure. The staff were very gentle and caring when dealing with my wife and Lynnette even held her hand while she was going through the procedure. Trying to keep her calm and still. We as a family are incredibly thankful for the work that you do. Thankful even more for treating us both kindly on what has been one of the most heartbreaking times we have experienced.

I’ve been a patient here for five years. I’m very happy with the care I receive from the staff and feel safe and confident allowing them to care for all my OB needs and more.Given the recent political climate and the repercussions of Roe v. Wade, this clinic is amongst one of the few that can support and provide specific services. That being said, there is a huge surge of needs being funneled into their practice. I think that’s important to remember and maintain patience as they try to navigate an overwhelming abundance of past and new patients.Thank you all for what you do ❤️

Although I havent had my appointment yet, I was impressed with the customer service I received with my initial phone call as a new patient. Jasmine went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed to do. She stayed on the phone with me while setting up a new patient account and gave me guidance on the next steps. She was very compassionate and understanding. Thank you for making me feel comfortable and confident with my decision to become a new patient with your clinic.

I’m 47 and been going to this practice since I was 15. I have never felt like a patient, but a woman. My delivery experience was fabulous. Highly recommend if you’re looking for compassionate care this is the place!Dr. Nauser and her staff are wonderful

This was the most inhumane place i have ever been. They don’t give you anything to knock you out you are taking all of your services face value. They tell you to look up and that’s it. LIKE seriously!!

Dr. Nauser is one of a kind. She truly cares about her patients, like family. She took the time to listen to me and explained everything in a way I understood. It’s so easy to tell that this job is what she was made for. I’ve never felt more welcomed than when I went and met her. Everyone at the office was incredibly kind and worked with me from the start. If I had any questions about something I was given an answer asap. Highly recommend Center for Women’s Health. There really isn’t a better place to go in the area.

Our family has a long history of endometriosis, Polycystic Ovarian Disease and Mennorhagia. My grandmother had a hysterectomy at 34, my mother at 32, and myself at 29. My daughter is now going through this and is in enormous pain with very heavy periods and the whole experience is incredibly frightening for her, as it was for myself and my mother and grandmother before me. Unfortunately, finding a compassionate doctor that takes my daughters health issues seriously has been like finding a needle in a haystack, but she thought shed finally found one at this clinic. My daughter had th misfortune of having Traci Nauser as the on call doctor when she tried to call in for help regarding blood clots the size of her hand. She was frightened and in pain and was treated with such contempt and annoyance by Traci that I am furious enough to leave this review. Not only did she make no effort to try to understand the situation, but peppered my daughter with questions faster than she could answer then, when my daughter started to cry out of frustration, this doctor actually told her to STOP CRYING. And then as my daughter tried to explain why she was upset Traci just started saying STOP, STOP, STOP, STOP non-stop over the top of my daughter speaking. She behaved about as maturely as a grade schooler, has zero compassion for what my daughter is going through and was thoroughly unprofessional. This is just another doctor thats in it for the paycheck and has no real desire to truly help anyone. She treated my daughter like an annoyance for interrupting her evening. I would NOT see this doctor under any circumstances ever and just want to warn future patients so that they dont find themselves in this same position.

This is the first doctors office where I’ve walked in and didn’t feel judged. They are very good at listening to their patients. The owner is very adamant about woman’s rights. They don’t do this for money they do this to help woman struggling out. Everyone was very nice!

Thank you ladies so much for ALL of your kindness and patience. You eased my nerves & answered all the questions I had. Never felt more at ease about an important decision. This center is amazing!! Thank yall again so much!

Horrible service. They took away my online access because I wouldnt let them just take money for my bill when I told them I didnt have the money the day they wanted to take it. Now theyve taken away my online access wont send me a bill and keep emailing about a bill I have. Not sure how to pay you if you wont let me get to my online account. Worse doctors office ever no one on the phone can help with anything. Dont waste your time or your money on this joke of a place.

So after the conversation Im highly considering switching doctors offices Im 23, and got diagnosed with PCOS and Endometriosis and so this has been a learning process for me and I aboustley love Kelsey Sellers! Shes always sweet and actually listens too meNow the reason why im putting a one star Kelsey is out of town till next Monday, so I had to talk to the stand in doctor Traci Nauser, shes highly unprofessional and treated me like I was dumb, she kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain my situation to the point where I was breaking down crying and instead of being supportive she kept telling me to stop I never had a doctor talk to me so poorly when I kept trying to explain to the point till I got fed up and told her I would wait for Kelsey she told me to stop and let her handle it Im a patient here and shes my doctor she had no way to talk to me like that DO NOT GO THREW TRACI NAUSER! She is only in the job for the money she has no compassion for patients that are going threw pain, and emotional distress and she acted offended that I requested for Kelsey and not for her highly unprofessional you are the patient dont ever let a doctor undermine your feelings and make you feel dumb for having it

I never write reviews for anything, but this place deserves all the 5 stars. Ive seen pretty much every provider here & theyre all so amazing, caring, compassionate, warm, they feel like family even tho I dont know them personally. I feel so comfortable coming here, Sellers is amazing & so sweet - these are the type of people that need to be in healthcare! I cant say anything negative about this office, & I recommend this place to all my friends! Dont hesitate to schedule!

A loved one of mine found out over a month ago, that her baby boy has trisomy 18, and she has no amniotic fluid. They live in mo and was referred to this clinic to get scheduled for termination of pregnancy. They waited 2 weeks, to tell her she is to far along to do the procedure. It was susposed to be scheduled and done the same week of Christmas, according to who she talked to. They chose to not call her back for over a week and half to give her the answer she is to far along. The baby has many disformalities already. It does have a heart beat, but will not survive outside of the womb and she has no clue if there heart stops beating except if she becomes sick or her body starts to do something. So lets make a mother suffer knowing she cant keep her baby and has to carry it until whenever or until May because people dont want to do there job. She has no fluid, it has trisomy. It starts with Missouri and the republican controlling womens bodies but this practice knew her situation and did not care for her at all. She didnt become to late in term until this week. They cant even say how far along she really is because the fetus cant grow! No remorse or nothing. Just said nothing we can do. We will be going to every news station. No women should ever have to go thru this.

I love this womens center. Their customer service skills and expertise are exceptional. I feel safe, heard, and in charge of my treatment.I still appreciate the center but if you call their office, its important for you to know that youll be waiting on hold for over 30-60 minutes before someone is able to address your need. Sometimes they never get back to you, resulting in you just hanging up.

I am 21 weeks pregnant and have loved going to this doctors office. Dr. Fowler and Dr. Nauser are both wonderful! Kelsey, the nurse practitioner has been a blessing to me throughout my pregnancy. I have anxiety when it comes to anything medical and she has gone above and beyond to make me feel better. She comes in to see how I am doing at every appointment, even if I am not scheduled to see her. She takes the time to talk to me and give me a hug when I need it and always reminds me to reach out to her if I need anything at all. She has had the biggest impact on my pregnancy journey and I am very thankful for this entire staff!

Dr. Nauser, Dr. Fowler, their new nurse practitioner Kelsey Sellers, and the entire staff are incredible. They are all friendly, caring, and genuine. They will be there to hold your hand, cry with you, and laugh with you. They really comfort and support you through all the hard decisions. Very accepting and understanding! The bad reviews I’ve seen do not reflect anything I have witnessed or experienced in this office. I think these ladies receive a lot of unjust anger and hate. They have to follow a lot of ridiculously frustrating rules and laws.

I went for the first time to see Dr Tristan Fowler. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and all around wonderful. He let me know that my body is my body and I can choose what to do with it. It was so refreshing to hear that from a gynecologist in the Midwest! The whole office was so friendly. I felt welcome and comfortable. I look forward to continuing to see them.

I would recommend center for womens health to anyone they are a fantastic place. They are so open and honest, very kind, patient, heart warning, so easy to talk to and they dont judge. Everyone there is wonderful and great and I want to thank everyone there for being so understanding most of all they all have a sense of humor. Please if you decide on anything thats dealing with this business you must go to center for womens health they will certainly treat you like family. Thank you guys.

The AA woman in the front desk who did my paperwork is incredibly rude. She treated us like trash. The level of rudeness was beyond imagination. We were never treated this low anywhere in our lifetime. It was a very traumatic experience. We felt like other people who were sitting around were raising their eyebrows. I am a patient here for 7 years. I dont think I will ever return to this center until she is there. We dont know about the other front desk staff. I also feel the level of comfort and care is going downhill. The place is a lot dirtier than before.

Dr. Fowler and nurse Mallory has made this visit one of the best experiences I’ve had visiting a doctors office. I was so nervous getting my abortion prior to my appointment but when Dr. Fowler explained everything in detail about what was going to happen it made me feel a lot better knowing that I was in good hands and nurse Mallory had an incredible personality that literally made me laugh during the semi painful procedure. You can just tell that these awesome people love what they do, truly superior. Oh and everyone else was friendly too, everyone I saw was smiling and it wasn’t one of them fake smiles like a genuine smile. I highly recommend 10/10!!!

Dr. Nauser is amazing! She has an excellent bedside manner. She took the time to answer all my questions, alleviate my anxiety, and put my mind at ease. She’s a lovely human as well as an outstanding physician! Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Tristan Fowler is by far the most supportive & best doctor I have ever came into contact with. I was in tears and he was beyond encouraging that everything would be ok. I’m not quite sure why there are bad reviews. I wish Dr.Fowler could be my primary care because he truly cares for his patients and goes above and beyond to make you feel supported. Thank you for all that you do day in & day out.. it truly means the world for women like me.

They don’t care about women or helping women. They truly make it as difficult as possible to get help. I’ve had three appointments with them and they have accomplished nothing at all but taking money out of my pockets. They keep telling me just to rebook. I’ve been told to return another day just for tearing up out of being nervous. I get put on hold for over 30+ minutes every time I call, and also get told to call back later. Or that I’ll have to wait 7 weeks for an appointment and pay 150 every time to reserve my spot. Terrible terrible experience considering how time sensitive these things are. Save your time, money, and patience and go anywhere else.

Dr. Tristan Fowler is amazing! Going to your gynecologist is like going to the dentist sometimes but he puts you at ease with his gentle hands and talking you through the experience with such care and grace. I love Dr. Tracy Nauser and the utmost professionalism of her team! The atmosphere is Laid back and they truly treat you as if you are family! Dr. Tristan Fowler is on the team of professionals in Dr. Nausers’ office. They make a great team and although Dr. Fowler is a man, Dr. Nauser has successfully proven, it is no longer a mans world! I love them! I have been a patient of Dr. Nausers’ for five years and I would not go anywhere else! I also love their menu of choices of services that they provide as well! No judgement zone and always brutally honest with compassion! Check them out for yourself,I promise you will it regret it!

I love how friendly everyone is. I have never felt uncomfortable at all, and lets face it--this type of visit isnt something people get incredibly excited about! Ive met with each provider over my many years (including 2 babies) of coming to this office, and each time I feel like they really listen to me. Sometimes the wait has been a little longer than I prefer, but I know that I have talked their ear off sometimes with questions or concerns, so I would rather wait a little longer and know as a patient I will not be rushed through and treated like a number. I highly recommend.

When I first started visiting this office, I was newly pregnant with my daughter and had been referred by a family member. That was 17 years ago. Not only have I continued to visit this office for my annual check ups and any other issues that pop up from time to time, but now I have an appointment for my almost 17 year old daughter to have her first exam. I would highly recommend Dr. Nauser!

I stumbled onto Dr. Pearl by chance. After I scheduled my appointment , I got on here and read the reviews. I almost canceled due to reviews about the “rude receptionist” and “long wait times”. I have interacted with the girls at the front desk a few times now. They weren’t rude to me at all!!!! I also observed them with other guest & they weren’t rude with them either. I‘m not sure where some of these reviews came from. I’m a little picky too... so rudeness wouldn’t be anything I’d overlook. I had almost no wait time. I was called back and didn’t wait in the room long either . More importantly though -Dr. Pearl is AMAZING!!!! She spent a lot of time with me going over things and making sure all of my questions were answered. She’s very caring and compassionate! She didn’t just write me a prescription and send me on my way. I also interacted several times in person & over the phone with Dr. Pearl’s nurse . She’s also VERY compassionate and kind. She actually came in and held my hand during my biopsy! And I didn’t even ask! If you’re on the fence about scheduling because of some reviews , or just trying to find a new doctor ... this is it!

I can not express to you the amazing level of care you will receive here! I had an appointment with Natalie Wellington and met Dr Nauser, these women saved my life! They listened to me, didnt ignore what had been ignored for years before! They found the cancer! Dr Nauser called me, already had an appointment set up for me. They took care of everything so I didnt have to worry about anything! This clinic offers so many services for all women! I will forever be grateful to them!

Im giving 4 stars because I havent experienced a full term pregnancy at this place. The reason for me going here was to have a D&E done with Dr. Nauser. I met the office staff and Dr. the morning of my surgery and let me tell you they are a hoot! I felt so comfortable in what was an unfortunate situation. I like how real the office staff is and they were very friendly and talkative to my husband and I. They called me the day after my surgery to check up on me also! Dr. Nauser even said she would see us more often when we do go back for another pregnancy becuase I went through a loss. When I see others saying the staff is rude Id say its because there is a lot of dry humor that goes on and if you cant handle that, then dont go there. I will definitely go back though. I cant say it enough how comfortable I felt being myself around the office staff and Im an awkward person!

I met the staff and Dr. Hodes 7 years ago. Let me tell you, the genuine concern and help they provided to me was just wonderful. Dr Hodes talked to me, listened to actually what I said and he understood. Besides making me feel comfortable, gave me such great advice. I understand he’s retired, but I had to give a review bc since 2015, I have been a patient at this location and very proud of it! Very cool place that I hope can continue to help others, like they’ve helped me.

Excellent health care team right there. Thank you for all you do. Dr Herbert Hodes, Dr Tracy Nauser, NP Natalie & Colleen may God bless you. You all are awesome and you put your patients first. From my first appointment till delivery you were very supportive. Very understanding, very efficient and professional. I would recommend you over and over again. Not forgetting the front desk...from the moment I walked in through the door I could tell I was in good hands.

I booked my appointment three weeks in advance and when I showed up they said they didnt accept my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield). They were so rude about it. Not sure why they wouldnt confirm the type of insurance prior to booking an appointment if theyre going to be so selective about it. I asked for other gynecologist options because Im new to the area and didnt know where to go. They told me to take it up with my insurance provider. The lady at the desk was so rude and unprofessional. She wouldnt even get off the phone to talk to me. terrible place with terrible people. Dont go here.

Never went to my appointment. They seemed nice but I set up an appointment with dr Nauser. The day of I got a text reminder I had an appointment. Come to realize it was with the nurse practitioner. So called them and they said it would be on my 3rd appointment that I would see dr Nauser, according to their rotation. So like who will deliver the baby? Lol whoever is on rotation? No thanks! I am a one doctor person. Too many doctors for me to deal with. Simplicity and straightforward birth is more my taste, 3 different doctors is confusing and just plain weird..

Overall the staff is pretty supportive and friendly, which normally would make for a pleasant experience, however the wait time is absurdly overdrawn which makes the experience rather uncomfortable. Some of us seek this clinic out in times that are extremely distressing and being asked to wait for hours on end is overwhelming and incredibly insensitive to the nature of the visit. Its vital that we have this resource and Im grateful, I just suggest that the time frame people are asked to endure is reconsidered because sitting in those rooms with racing thoughts and fear is not a comforting distraction or companion.

I paid for Thermiva treatment. My first treatment was not successful because their machine was not working. I completed the other treatments and was not happy with the results and Natalie told me she would make it right and credit me treatments so that I would see results. I was told the treatments could be used whenever and did not expire because they were already paid for. I got pregnant and called up there and asked what the process would be for using my last treatment and was told to call back after delivery. I called back after delivery and was told I could still use my last treatment but I had to wait 6 months. Even if I was not pregnant I still would not have chosen to go for an elective appointment during 2020 because I have too many risk factors in my home. Mind you over the phone everyone is tracking I still have a treatment left. Its finally been 6 months and I went in for my treatment today and then was told they could not honor my service any longer. they would not let me speak to anybody regarding this. Im not sure if they read the notes on my account or just thought that this was some kind of extra credit service that they offered me. The point of this extra service was because of the first one being unsuccessful. Its not right to offer to make something right and then not honor it. All the times between me getting pregnant and now when I called someone could have told me I would not receive this treatment any longer. Instead they made it seem like everything was dandy and let me schedule the service, drive all the way to Kansas just to be told it would be $750. This is over a $2000 treatment and would have been nice to see the results the FIRST time, and at minimum after having another baby at least be happy you had one left so all is not lost. I was going to purchase another set of treatments today after my final appointment due to having another baby. I just wanted to finish this and get Natalies opinion or advice on how many or what I should do and that wont be happening because they wouldnt even see me for my scheduled appointment. I was told Natalie couldnt see me because she was with patients. Yet she was scheduled to be with me for the next hour. That makes no sense. Also beware that you will likely need escorted into the building due to the extreme protestors that are typically there. I would also like to add that I was not able to schedule timely before because the place was a construction zone. One of my appointments was done right in the middle of the construction in a sketchy room. Now they want to put a timeline for ME? Between the broken equipment, construction zone, harassing protestors and no results, I feel they did nothing to make it right. All they care about is money. And for that reason I would take your money elsewhere. At least if youre going to give somebody money... Especially that much... You should at least get treated like a valued customer at minimum. Not even being willing to discuss this with me in person during my own appointment time was really unprofessional.

I was hesitant on writing this review because Id hate to scorn someones reputation if theyre just having a bad day...but then I realized, people in the healthCARE industry dont get an excuse to be unprofessional & rude to their patients, so I decided to share my experience and hopefully spare others the humiliation and disrespect I received. So, here it is... 😬Unexperienced nurse, worst doctor, awful experience! I saw Dr. Nauser 10 years ago and was excited to schedule back with her after moving back to the area. What a joke! 😥First, during my health history, the nurse asked me 3x if I was a female! If i was assigned female at birth...if I identify as female...if I consider myself a female, now. How many times do I have to tell you Im a female-born, female-raised, female-up-to-this-exact-moment-FEMALE!! It was insulting & awkward and the inclusion effort attempt here failed miserably. 😒Next, a MALE doctor (not Dr. Nauser) enters my room saying hes going to examine me since Dr. Nauser is behind on time, which is NOT ok! Thats not who I scheduled my appt with, not who I want up-close and personal down there and not who I expected to barge in the room! So I ended up waiting even longer for Dr. Nauser, who I originally scheduled with. 😡Finally, Dr. Nauser comes in. No greeting or small talk, just straight to any concerns or questions? When I mentioned that I was interested but hesitant on getting pregnant because of possible birth complications, she literally said, Dont worry about that now. Your job is to get pregnant first, my job is to get it out of you later. She didnt take my concerns seriously and was very arrogant and judgemental in her answers. 😖Oh, and she rolls her eyes and cuts you off while youre talking, too! 🙄Then she lectured me: If I even got pregnant and my blood sugars were not 100% in check, I would most likely have birth defects and wed have to decide if I want to keep it or not! Just WOW. 😔She was not personable at all. I felt so uncomfortable exposing my body to her after how rude and judgemental she was being. Lastly, the exam was rough. Way rougher than others doctors. She said several other things that were unprofessional, but I wont mention them here. 😳Needless to say, I will never EVER be back to see Dr. Nauser. I cant even image her delivering someones baby. Shed probably yank it out and chuck it across the room while laughing at you in pain! She may want to retire soon because she is a horrible doctor. 😣Maybe I shouldve went with the male doctor afterall... 🤔

Very warm atmosphere. I love the fact that they offer a wide variety of services for ALL women. The doctors are very down to earth and they make sure to let you know that anything you want to do is your choice! Private rooms, very clean & professional. I took care of 3 things at one appointment. Highly recommend.

Dr. Nauser guided me through 2 pregnancies in 18 months and it was a great experience. She and her staff are informed and experienced in a very relaxed environment. Natalie, Dr. Nauser and their staff were communicative, friendly, thorough, and approachable. They help me be a better advocate for my own health. I’m happy to have their expertise!

All the ladies that work here have great sense of humors! Going to OB/Gyno appointments are usually awkward but, they will make you feel right at home. Amber and all the women at the front desk always greet me with a smile. They are more than willing to assist you with any questions. The answers are straight forward with usually a laugh or two in the mean time. A lot of the bad reviews stem from people not wanting to pay their bills and cause unnecessary scenes. They are giving you many services and helping a lot of women in Kansas City, so paying them should never be a problem. If you read your paperwork, it states you must pay up front. I dont know where you are going that you dont have to pay for services. If there are any questions on pricing, they are more than happy to help you. Natalie and Traci will give you all your options and help figure out what works best for you. The nurses go above and beyond here. If you are respectful and have a smile on, you can rest assured you wont want to go anywhere else.

I have been going to this doctors office for 10+ years. I love Colleen and Im sad that she retired. Dr. Nauser and Dr. Hodes are great as well. They delivered my boys. However, over the years it seems like the staff is getting worse. The staff lacks customer service. This has been my OB/GYN so long but I think its time I found a new doctors office that has more compassion. Once you make it pass the front desk, the doctors are great but not the receptionist.

Dr. Nauser is awesome. Their billing practice is terrible! They put your debit/credit card on file, mail you a bill with only a 15 day turn around, and then auto draft your card. Why send a paper bill if they auto draft the card in 15 days? Do they want your check and your auto draft? Why not just send a statement and notification when it will be drafted. Seems like they want my money twice.

I absolutely love the staff at this place! Ive been a patient for years...over a decade. Theyve delivered my baby, takes real good care of me before, during, and after my delivery. I would recommend them to anyone whos on need of a good doctor. Dr. Hodes, NP ODonell, & Dr. Nauser are all excellent!

Ive always received great care here. I did have surgical procedures, but I continue to see them for my gynecologist needs. Very prompt, and are quick to answer any questions as well as return phone calls the same day. Those who are not for abortion why go to a Dr that you dont approve of and then bad mouth them knowing what takes place in their office.

As a receptionist, I would not just forget and sit with a headset on to let the patient wait for 40+ min (only to get reminded about making their first appointment).As a receptionist, I would notify the patient (in call or in person at the waiting hall) if the doctor is running 1 hour behind the appointment… Service is ok but everyone expects to be seen by a doctor and not a nurse practitioner especially for pregnancy related care.These are bare minimum services. Please get them taken care.

Dr. Nauser is worthy of 5 stars. The rest of her office staff deserves 0 stars. They are rude, condescending, accusational, and strike me as either generally incompetent or understaffed. I have to repeat myself many times because they make assumptions instead listening to what I actually had just said, and do not communicate with one another. Calls received after 3PM will be returned the next business day. Thats hilarious because calls received in the AM will not be returned until the next business day either. The only reason I go back to this place is because of Dr. Nauser herself--she is the opposite of everything Ive stated above about her staff.

DONT RECOMMEND. The actual dr that does these procedures is super rude and MEAN. They kept $600 of mine and didn’t even want to finish my procure. When it was the dr who wasnt being gentle at all. They are a scam and dont care about patients.

Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had. She spoke about my personal medical issues with the door wide open. Multiple times during my pap exam the door was opened with me fully exposed.Forward a month, they take 100 bucks from me due to non payment though I only received 1 bill and that was within the last couple weeks and claim they tried incessantly to contact me though no contact was ever made.Claim there is nothing they can do. The worst business practice I have ever experienced. If I had actual records, I would take them to court for the hippa violations alone.

Dr. Nauser is the most down to earth doctor I have every been to. I’ve been going to her for over 3 years and she always make me feel comfortable and at ease. If you can get in with her Go!

I first visited Dr. Hodes for a surgical procedure. Initially I was nervous about the process, after affects, and just the entire experience as a whole. From the time I stepped into the office I was greeted and treated like a normal person. There were no judgmental stares, uncomfortable conversations, or time wasted. I highly recommend Dr. Hodes he was professional, friendly, informative, and quick. Most importantly the nurses were excellent - especially the nurse that was in the room during my procedure - very supportive with a big non-judging heart.I went to Center for Womens Health for my follow-up and saw Dr. Colleen O’Donnell who also performed my annual pap. Every pap Ive received has been uncomfortable, but she used a small speculum, which I was never aware existed. I sincerely appreciated it. Also, Dr. Hodes informed me of my titled uterus which NO OBGYN has ever stated.Needless to say, I highly recommend this doctor, their nurses, staff and office.Thank you all!

Unbelievable rude receptionist. Ask you for no drinking or eating for 15 hours before a medical abortion appointment. When you get there, they force you to reschedule. Just because therere marks on the back of the medication guide page youre asked to print and bring. While if you choose another clinic and cancel appointment with them, they rob $150 from you. Lesson learned: never give out your card before you are checked in. Never get a chance to meet a nurse or doctor. Doctors, if you really want to save your business from bankruptcy here, train your staff at least 2 things: theres no need to fast for medical abortion since its not surgical and no anaesthetic so no choking risk; only 5 of the 16 pages from your website are consent forms required by state.

I have had nothing but great experiences here, the doctors and nurses go above and beyond for all patients. I have been coming to Dr. Nauser and Natalie for the past 5 years. They’ve even called me at 8:30pm to give me test results so I wasn’t stressing. Truly I tell everyone to come here for their womenly needs.

I had the worst experience with the office manager! When I called this morning she was nothing but rude and to make it worse she made it seem like I had done something wrong. I went to schedule an appointment and there was a problem with my insurance so I had to call them. My apt was supposed to be today and I called this morning to make sure everything was good to go with my insurance and they said yes but I’d have to pay $1,300 upfront (insurance covers everything so that’s wrong) then they said they couldn’t even see me so they cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen!!!NOTE THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM ONE STAR WAS BECAUSE I COULDNT GIVE THEM 0!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nausers since 2010. She is the most knowledgeable, intelligent and caring doctor out there! At 16 weeks of pregnancy I was high-risk. The care and treatment I received from her made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. I carried my beautiful boy to full term. I also have had 2 in office procedures done there (Essure tubal and Thermachoice-uterine ablation for heavy periods) that Dr. Nauser did. She is amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Traci Nauser-Center for Womens Health!

Cindy was very rude. And they said I had gave them misinformation. Which I never did. Cindy actually yelled at me at one point. I waited 3 days for a call back that was to be returned the first day before closing. I was in tears by the time I got off the phone. Cindy also left very private info on my voicemail. Dr. Nauser is great, but staff is very judgmental and rude.

Ive seen current bad reviews and I was confused because they were so great with my last pregnancy (2014) recently, I found out I was expecting. Once at the appointment my insurance card through my job was reading inactive and hr is out until monday. The receptionist stated out of pocket with labs etc. It would cost $300. I informed her I would pay out of pocket and do the labs later because Ive waited for the appointment and has been extremely sick. They told me either I did the labs or not be seen at all. Since when can people tell you what and what not to be seen for? Needless to say I wont be back.

I have had a fairly difficult time recently and had an ablation done with Dr. Nauser and had a few complications after, the entire staff especially Patti and Dr. Nauser herself were so kind, caring and helpful! Dr Nauser’s relaxed, no nonsense approach put me at ease with each visit! I would highly recommend that anyone in need of an obgyn consider going to Dr Nauser!

My overall experience was excellent. The staff was friendly and they were great about getting back to me in a timely fashion with my information on the place and appointment times. Doctor Hodes was patient, funny, friendly and anwsered all my questions. Im going back to make this my official doctor. I will recommend them to people.

Ive been a patient since the late 90s/early 2000s. At my last appointment, I was treated so dismissively and in such a condescending manner, I felt the need to not only get a second opinion, but to find another doctor for my gynological needs. I was so put off by the treatment I received, I no longer trust Dr. Nauser. Also, Ive previously had a hard time getting my medical records from them.

Office staff, intake nurse, and Dr Tristan Fowler provided exemplary care. Very pleased to have become one of their patients.

I can not even begin to write enough goodness to describe this office and every single one of the employees i came into contact with. Amazing!!! They were so helpful and friendly from my very first phone call to them through my entire appointment and all billion of the questions i bothered them with in between. I wish i would have found them years ago. I will be making the 45 min drive for ever appointment i will ever need again... They were just supurb in every way possible! Thank you do much ladies!!

Where to start? Dr. Hode’s almost delivered my first child 15 years ago. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to the hospital in time and he was born in the toilet. Dr came in later and laughed. He said he’d never had a child born in the toilet. Love him to LIFE! The best! Fast forward 10 months later, I delivered my second child who is now 14. This time it was Dr. Nauser’s turn lol. I gave her hell! She was amazing the whole time. I remember apologizing after he was born for the things I said during labor. But I would 1000% recommend! After all these years, I still have amazing memories.

The most thorough exam for infertility that I have had in 10 years. Basically decided to start over and get a second opinion. Love Dr. Nauser. She went over everything. So detailed.

I am pro-choice. This clinic is pro-choice so should also be pro womens respect. I felt disrespected as I had an appointment scheduled which I had fasted all day for and drove over an hour to get to. I feel that because it was an abortion I was put on the back burner and made to wait an excessive amount of time. When I spoke of my frustration they threatened to take an extra 50 dollars on top of the $150 reservation fee for the ultrasound that I didnt get a chance to view because the Dr rushed when she did finally come in the room I had waited 45 minutes for her in. I was charged an additional 150 because my baby measured large...payment due up front because hey they have the power dont piss em off. The whole situation made me feel very taken advantage of by a supposed pro-choice clinic. Be one or dont but dont ride the line. If you plan on having an abortion I suggest going somewhere more efficient. Good Luck Ladies and dont let people make you feel unworthy.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have endometriosis and have been waiting for over a month to be seen. I was finally scheduled for an appt and accidentally overslept, I called before just showing up late to make sure I could still be seen and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude then proceeded to tell me she could not release my records to me! Never have I heard of a doctors office not willing to release patient records. After telling me I could not come in, come to find out according to her there would not be another open spot until April it’s February and I have been waiting since January. The staff here is very unprofessional and rude do everything you can to stir clear of this place they seem to have no ethics nor professionalism.

Having been a patient of the Center for Women’s Health for 6 years, I think Dr Traci Nauser, Nurse Practitioner Natalie Wellington, and their staff are all fantastic. Dr Nauser is a straight shooter that’s highly knowledgeable and compassionate.

Dr. Nauser is such a calming and down to earth earth women. Willing to answer all questions, no matter how silly. The clinic is kind and courteous. I may be a little biased but shes hard working and caring in many ways. Thank you Dr. Nauser 😊

Unbelievably unprofessional and downright unacceptable. My wife and I are moving to the area and she is 8 months pregnant. She was looking for a local doctor to deliver the child and after sending her medical records and making her wait over a week, they never returned any of her calls. She called there multiple times and finally was told she couldn’t be seen by anyone. Stay very far away from this place and their terrible staff.

They charge for everything! What is the point of insurance?? They filled out my FMLA paper wrong which cost me my job. So I had no choice but to switch providers. No job- no insurance- no services. Will not recommend to any pregnant mommies.

This place had really gone down hill since Dr.Hodes left. I’ve been a patient here for 5 years now and a all of a sudden a new team has came in with people at the front desk that are horribly rude. Not to mention after I decided I didn’t want to have an abortion they decided they couldn’t see me as a patient anymore. Guess money over a babies health really does matter more to these people. I had questions about their contract and their discrepancies. They kept giving me contradictory information and well telling them about it. They literally told me to find another provider. This is after I called them and waited for them to call me back. I gave them a week. Never cussed at them or got mean with them.
