The initial process is fairly efficient and I did appreciate the care and advice. Since then the shipments have been late and I have had to call almost every month to remind them to ship. Most recently they were surprised by the fact I needed blood work to continue. Disorganized it seems.Currently I have sent two emails requesting a response and have received none. It’s just plain rude for a business to ignore communication and not bother to reach out.

Moving over the Restorative Health has been a game changer! I get much better care than with my pcp/specialists. It’s so nice to be heard and have actual solutions to my concerns that don’t involve “it’s all in your head”. Thank you for letting me have choices in my own healthcare!

This business might be the most unorganized I’ve been around. At home shipments never would arrive on time and would have to constantly call to get eta and make extra trip into their office due to not having the product. If that wasn’t bad enough I would have to ask for blood work to be done to know my levels to make sure I’m where I want to be. I felt they did not properly manage my treatments from the beginning in all aspect’s. This was my experience for testosterone treatments and would not recommend to anyone!!

The care I have received from Restorative Health has been exactly what health care should be. I am treated as an individual taking both my lab results and how I actually feel to determine the treatment I receive. Communication has always been thorough and all staff are friendly and helpful.

Very friendly staff as always. Front desk is awesome to work with and the nurse practitioners are amazing. They always take the time to talk to you about what is going on and how you are feeling and they make you feel like they are truly there for you. Never feel rushed out the door or like they are trying to keep some super strict tight schedule. For this reason I will continue my 35 minute drive for bloodwork and treatments at this office.

I started using pellet therapy at RH a little over 2 years ago. It has made a huge difference in my life. I cant say enough about how much it made me feel like a normal person again able to focus, more energy, and overall much happier. The staff is amazing, they are all caring and super friendly. I felt like more than just a patient. They remembered me and our conversations each time I came in and followed up. I enjoyed my visits and getting to know everyone. Its a great group of people and an amazing service. I recommend them highly.

I Love the New Refound Me! Its has been the Best experience! Everyone at Restorative are Great. They make you feel comfortable talking about the not so pleasant aging of Our bodies. If you are looking for relief of menopause symptoms, this is the place to come! Within the first week I had fantastic results. I was not sweating every ten minutes and I could sleep all night and more! Great staff and nurses too!!!

The staff is excellent and the therapy worked well for me. However, I cannot give 5 Stars because I moved to Washington state halfway through my treatment. This move was not planned when I signed and paid for my second year. I was told I could continue with their new oral troche program to finish out my paid year. However, I will have to pay for the troches each month for 6 months, so I feel like I did not get my full year that I paid for. Unless you are absolutely certain you will not be moving or have something else that comes up that prevents you from participating in the year program, I would not recommend Restorative Health because there are no exceptions for a refund or alternative plan.

Restorative Health of Kansas City has been a tremendous help to me as I have been a patient for over 11 years. The staff is great to work with and the treatments are all natural and truly a life saver in my health.

Can’t say enough great things about Restorative Care! Jennifer is great and takes the time to talk, listen, understand and explain. I’m already starting to feel better - sleeping better, brain fog has lifted and I have more energy.

I have been having hormone therapy for so many years here that I have lost track - at least 8 years. I will continue ad infinitum. This therapy has literally given me back myself as I know me. I love the people here and they have always been kind and friendly. The therapy is expensive but worth it. A shout out to Alex, Missy, Dalton and Trish!There have been some ups and downs, crossed wires and rescheduled appointments, but I am just as responsible for those as anyone else. All offices have this kind of thing happen. The key to this therapy is to get to know your nurse, form a rapport with her, have her direct number and tell her everything.

For$3000 I’m very disappointed with my treatment. And I don’t mean treatment as in the hormones themselves. They didn’t work for me but that happens...you never know how your body will react, but I did them for 6 months with only negative results. Mostly I’m disappointed with the way I was personally treated. I left messages during my treatment regarding side effects I was concerned about...no call back. I had to specifically schedule travel to be in KC for my implants and my last appointment was cancelled without ever notifying me so I made the trip essentially for nothing—didn’t find out until I showed up. At that cancelled appointment at the desk I told the admin that I was unhappy with the my results and the side effects and wanted to end treatments but that I wanted a follow up call with to the doctor to discuss. No one ever followed up with me. I then sent an email AND a letter indicating my disappointment and again requested a follow up consultation as well as a refund of the money that was due to me for the remaining treatments that were not going to be done (which is stated in the contract). Nothing. No response at all. In all I feel like their customer service is severely lacking and I would not recommend them.

I really enjoy my visits at Restorative Health. They not only take care of my concerns and needs, but always make me feel truly at ease during my appointment. Its like visiting friends! I started my fourth year with them today.

I experienced the service of Restorative Health in 2012 for only one year. I felt so great at the end of the year that I didnt think I needed the hormones anymore. Boy, was I wrong! I just started again and this time my husband came with me. He was as impressed as I was with the information and details given in the MANY benefits of hormone replacements. I was very surprised to receive a discount for rejoining and a larger discount for paying cash! Im looking forward to feeling like my old self again!

The staff at Restorative Health has always been very professional and kind. I was sad to have to quit my treatment, I truly felt I was alive again with more energy and happiness than I remember ever having.. Due to financial cost I couldnt continue the program but would love the opportunity again to feel like that..

I have been going to Restorative Health of KC since they opened in the KC area and it is the best thing I could have ever done ! They listen to you and the treatments really do work ! I am the person I used to be and my sex drive is back, my mood is improved, headaches have improved, fatigue is better, and as my husband says I am not a Biotch anymore. I can tell when its time for my implants and it is so easy and never once has it ever hurt. Best thing ever and my insurance reimburses me so its a win-win all the way around . Try it out , I promise you wont be sorry !!

I have been going to RH of KC for over 3 years now and I will say without a doubt this place saved my life! After multiple failed attempts to find the right therapy I finally met the amazing staff at RH and they gave me life again. When I first met Jai, not only was she so understanding of my situation she is also a patient herself and was able to empathized with my needs. It was so nice to talk to someone for the first time that knew exactly what I was feeling and going through. My doctor Jennifer is beyond amazing. She addresses all your concerns and needs and not only takes care of your medical needs but gets to know you as a person. When I walk in the door I am greeted by everyone by name like family. I call this place my second home because the people here are my family and I wouldnt be who I am today without them. If you lack drive, energy, focus, or sexual desires I am telling you now, you need hormone therapy and you need it from a place that cares, Restorative Health!

My husband elected to start the hormone replacement program here, while I was very skeptical about paying for services before they were rendered to the tune of $3,700. I opted out and Im glad I did. I have been able to balance my hormones with simple compounded creams and a doctor who actually consults with me face to face. The fact that you have a sales person consulting you at this clinic was another red flag to me as well. My husband was desperate though and chose to pay the price and begin the therapy, but after one treatment did not notice any benefits. He asked me to call the office to speak to the young woman who consulted us to see if he could get a refund for his remaining procedures. But when I called I was always transferred to Jais voice mail and had to leave a message. After four attempts over several months (giving her more than enough time to respond) we never received one call back. If there isnt a professional and responsible action taken on their part soon, we will be taking them to court. Dont waste your time or money on this place, and never pay for services you have not yet received.

The new location and overall office faculties are a real improvement. Having Dr. Loske as my provider was a very pleasant experience; she answered my questions, give me all the time I needed, and did an excellent job in performing the P-shot procedure. In fact, the results I saw before leaving the office, and my overall experience, were so positive that I purchased two more P-shots that very same day!!!! Jai and Tiffany were so nice to work with on the day of this procedure. Also, Alex was so helpful and positive in her follow up call a few days later. Thanks to Dr. Loske and all of the staff at Midwest Restorative Health, for all you have done to make my life more healthy, and my experience at Midwest Restorative Health pleasant and positive.

I highly recommended Restorative Health for filler and the Vampire Facelift! I loved my results from both procedures. Lip filler is a game changer and gives me so much confidence, the nurse injector was great at listening to my goals and gave me the results I was looking for. Jai is also amazing to work with, she made sure I was prepped and let me know what to expect. Definitely check them out!

Lack of follow up. Lack of communication. Snotty staff. All they care about is cashing your payment: provide sub-par service. I gave them chance after chance to redeem themselves. The final straw was with my husbands last implant. It got infected over the weekend and he contacted the owner of the company who over promised and under delivered, like usual. Monday rolls around, lunchtime no follow up call from the office. Please consider another place to get your hormone therapy this place is just horrible with customer service, phones always broken or didnt receive the message always an excuse when handy.-Darcee Brown

Can’t get the treatments due to out of whack blood work. I’m feeling better since I’ve lost weight, & don’t feel as tho I need the treatments. I paid upfront and they refused to refund me my money. Don’t recommend these thieves. It’s a scam

The staff at RH are very professional and really care about our health and well-being. Would invite anyone who has menopausal symptoms and have lost the ability to be close to your spouse or partner, call these people and get your love life and those other problems fixed.

I have been going to RH of KC since Sept 2016, everyone in the office has always been very personable and very helpful if I have questions. I really love the NPs, they are so friendly and dont just rush in and out, they spend time with me and talk to me and answer questions. Everyone makes me feel very comfortable when I am there. I am really glad I chose RH to start this journey. Thanks!

Well all reviews seem to be from patients. I had a great interview here with the co-owner and the suppose to be lead office manager/worker. Emailed both of them left messages regarding a job and noone ever returned my call after I was told I would hear back in a couple of days! Guess that was a blessing....

I am a different person after hormonal replacement therapy! Instead of being a shell of a human, I feel like Im 25 to 30 years younger! No more joint aches or pains, feeling much like myself again. Ive easily lost 30 pounds! The Kansas City office people are awesome to work with.

Would not recommend this place to anyone, had a total of 4 appointments cancelled; all of them months apart; 2 of which I drove 45 minutes to, not to state that I’m not a morning person and all these appointments were at 9, so had to wake up an hour in a half earlier to get ready and to practically drive 2 hours back and forth. On my third appt I had talk to Chad who was overseeing stuff for Jai the owner. Chad was really rude on the phone, stating I couldn’t receive free Botox for their mess up, when I never asked to get free Botox because I can afford it. This place used to be nice and I sent a lot of people that way. 2 of my friends encountered the same issue. I gave them a last chance and they messed up again. If they know they don’t have a product and have been having this re-occurring problem, they could at least call to cancel a day in advance not the day off. Really disappointed at the whole staff, for treating a 2 year customer like this.

I don’t like talking negative about anything or any business..However..This facility is very expensive for their treatments! They don’t take health insurance! They won’t take payments..not helpful..my opinion only..just fyi..awesome for the rich..not for the average woman trying to get some relief..needs to be addressed in my opinion

After 2 years and and almost $6k decided to abandon the treatment. The side affects of the testosterone were worse than the benefits. Acne and weight gain. I do better with more estrogen
