I LOVE LOVE Dr. Giles. I have never had a problem with or without insurance and still paid out of pocket for her because she is the best! I noticed she is limited her hours which is understandable but she is the absolute best and I want her to be around for a few more good years before calling it quits. She truly listens and works around to have the best outcome for you that she possibly can. I’m so glad she’s been on my medical team.

Dr Giles is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. I have been her patient for 17 years, since 2006!! She has a very kind heart and genuinely wants to help her patients. She is great with communication, and makes it easy to ask questions about sensitive or difficult subjects. I love that she is knowledgeable about more natural ways to improve my health (functional and integrative medicine) as well as more traditional pharmaceutical treatments. They are also great about working you in if there is an urgent need. Overall, I would recommend Dr Giles and her office to anyone who asks. You will not find a better doctor for women’s health.

Phenomenal experience which is a lot to say. Considering gynecologist appointments are my least favorite thing to do. The staff in the front were so friendly and kind and understanding of my being nervous and made me feel at ease. The nurse was just as awesome, understanding down to earth and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Giles was more amazing than I could have hoped for and I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new doctor. I love Dr. Giles. She is absolutely amazing. She took care of me even when she had some major family crisis going on. She got me an appointment with an oncologist immediately. Called them herself with us sitting right there in her office. She listens, takes her time and is such a strong role model for working moms. Her team is just as amazing as she is. If you can see her dont wait go to her!!! She saved my life!

Dr. Giles is an amazing doctor. She genuinely cares about her patients. We are not numbers to her. She takes the time to make sure we understand what is going on. She did my hysterectomy and her bedside manner was like having a dear friend near. I was scared and started to cry, she held my hand and comforted me - calmed me down. Her staff is kind and followed up with me after my surgery a few times. I trust Dr. Giles completely, I only wish I could go to her for all of my medical needs.

Was very excited to get appt with Dr Giles due to constant hormone issues. Saw her at least 6 weeks ago. Less that 20 min with dr and labs were taken. Finally able to reach office to ask about labs since no results were emailed or given. After being told everything is wnl, i asked should i go back to the previous subscription that i had been taking since the dr doubled my subscription while in office, only reply was that I could return in 6 months for another visit and labs. Dr was not consulted with my question. Will not return. Very disappointed. Its so hard these days to get a drs office that cares at all.

Dr. Giles is always kind, gentle and a great listener. As her patient of 10 years I highly recommend her and her team! They speak Spanish too. Everyone is so welcoming and doers!

Dr Giles was very caring since my first visit. Her staff was always very helpful when I called in. During my surgery she kept me calm and made me feel easy going into it. Dr. Giles is very thorough and shows a genuine concern for my wellbeing. During my exam she noticed a mole on the inside of my thigh and recommended that I have it checked out. I made an appointment with a dermatologist and had a biopsy done. and I came back as silage one skin cancer. I’m so thankful she was so observant.

Ive been a patient of Dr Giles for over 10 years now. Although I have reloc quite a distance from her practice, I still maintain her as my doctor. She is a VERY compassionate person. In fact, she really should charge more than what she does because she also provides psychological help when needed. Ive referred some of my patients to her and they LOVED her.

The front office personnel is the face of any medical practice. Its their responsibility to properly greet patients and make them feel comfortable and welcomed. Having said that, I am very disappointed in the front office personnel at Dr. Giles office, specifically Brenda. On more than one occasion I have seen her rolling her eyes while speaking rudely to patients on the phone. She has a sharp tongue and clearly needs training on proper phone etiquette. In person, she is not pleasant at all. Its a shame because her behavior puts a tarnish on the entire practice and is a huge turn off for someone needing medical services.

Dr. Giles saved my life when she discovered a lump in my left breast during a yearly exam in April, 2011. She is a knowledgeable, friendly and caring physician. Whats more, she actually sees her patients at or very near the appointment time!

I have had Dr Jiles as my doctor for the past several years. I wish I found her during my child bearing years! She is remarkable, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and is so so relatable and funny. She understands the discomfort and anxiety in going to get a Pam smear but she eases those fears from the equipment she uses to the conversations she has with you. I see Dr Giles for topical hormone replacement after having a complete hysterectomy. She is good about explaining your hormones and why you need or dont need certain ones. She is thorough and readily answers my questions. The office staff is friendly and efficient. Wait times have never been more than 10-15 minutes.

Dr. Wendy is my favorite. She is a great professional, kind, attentive and concerned to help solve what we need. I always feel more comfortable and welcomed by her during our conversations. I recommend it and will continue to be patient as long as I live nearby. The first consultation usually takes longer, but because there are a lot of details and new information. In subsequent face-to-face medical appointments, the service is much faster. The employees are very kind too. And the office is super clean and organized. In addition, I was also able to schedule the appointment online and the attendant always calls to confirm the time, which is great because it helps me remember. I leave as an observation that the doctor also speaks Spanish.

I moved to Georgia in 2013 and have been looking for a good OB doctor. I had an excellent OB doctor in Texas that delivered all three of my children. But since I moved to, Georgia I was unsuccessful until I met Dr. Wendy Giles. Who was recommended to me through my sister-in-law? I am so thankful that I have found her. She is so caring and so personable. And willing to take her time to explain anything that you might not understand. If you are in search of an gynecologist look no further. You would be totally satisfied with her and I would recommend her to anyone.

At first before my previous check up , Dr. Giles was ok nothing really special about the visit but this last time i went was so horrific . When i tell you i was shocked at the way Dr.Giles handled me only God knows. After discovering horrible news she didn’t comfort me she never told me it was going to be okay it was almost as if she was belittling me. As i was getting my swab done it was painful and i just remember her being soo rough on me and I specifically remember her saying a few curse words bc I wouldn’t be still as if she wasn’t rough. I hate to leave bad reviews but this lady has run her course and it’s time for her to go. I did not feel at ease at her office and that’s why i relocated , I understand there are some good reviews but the bad ones hold a lot more weight trust me . This lady is not professional I couldn’t wait to transfer

Staff is friendly and polite-I enjoy talking to the ladies up front. Dr. Giles ensures that I am up to date on all my test dependent upon my age and/or my situation. Also, if I am having an issue she tries many avenues to solve and figure what is going on with my body. She has always been friendly, courteous, and professional. I am very happy that she was recommended to me over 7 years ago.

It took me awhile and many Gynecologists to find Dr. Giles, but she has been the best, most professional Doctor I’ve ever had. Her and her nursing staff are amazing. The only inconvenience I’ve ever stumbled upon is that they have one ultrasound tech who is only there on certain days, so if you need an ultrasound you basically have to arrange your week based on her availability. Even with this, I wouldn’t recommend any other OBGYN over Dr. Giles.Side note: her office also doesn’t have extremely pushed out appointment times like other offices normally do. Which is a huge plus!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Giles and I was very nervous. She and her team put me at ease and she was able to offer a plan for me to deal with some ongoing issues. I look forward to having her as my doctor as I navigate through my 50s.

Dr. Giles was perfect yesterday. She answered questions, soothed/comforted through a first pelvic exam, and showed much compassion throughout. Although we have moved to Roswell/Atlanta area, we will be driving back to see her. I so appreciate her bedside manner and expertise.

First impressions are everything to me - this Doctor experience was top notch! First I in the past 10 years have moved 7 times ( these are long distance moves all over the world and US) meaning starting over in a new city 7 times ...new everything for once finding a new Doctor was a real success. I am 44 years old and dont have children - the waiting room was lovely and comfortable- I wasnt sitting in uncomfortable chairs nor did I have to endure a TV blaring some depressing news being repeated over and over - I came early and was seen early - the staff were very kind and super patient - I am terrible with blood work - I get all nervous and light headed no matter what I do and the staff were super patient and only had to stick me once. Dr Giles was great very smart and super thoughtful, thorough and very intelligent. I loved how she took the time to discus health issues and listen to my thoughts and offer some very helpful solutions. This practice was such a good fit for me - I am relieved to have found a good Doctor

Dr. Giles takes the time to look through my file to compare past info with current issues. She doesn’t hesitate to do the necessary blood work or ultrasounds to get to the bottom of current issues. I have complete confidence that she has my best interest at heart!

Dr.Giles is honest and cares about the health of her patients. She has shown time and time again to be very compassionate and kind. I’ve been going for 3.5 years now and she even did my surgery to check for endometriosis. I would definitely recommend!!

Okay, I have found my GYN! I have been unhappy with the first bc I tried, buy my GYN wont take the time to discuss it with me. Dr. Giles walked in, LISTENED to me, and immediately had a full conversation about it with helpful recommendations and backup plans. I even walked out with a free sample of something she things may work better based on my specific story! She also was the first GYN out of 2 prior to accurately name something Ive had for 3 years and need surgery on- but the other GYNs just told me I needed surgery and walked out... Im a medical student and dont believe thats how we should be doing medicine. Dr. Giles had a full conversation about it with me, explained the surgery, and gave me additional options. I didnt feel pressured to do anything and was encouraged to read about whatever Id like on my own before making my decision. Hello making the patient a partner in their own care! I am very impressed and so happy to have found a GYN I love. Highly recommend this doc!

No masks were worn by staff and my mammogram order needed to be done electronically. I tried to make an appointment today and couldn’t as Piedmont needed an electronic order.I am from Minnesota and l liked it when doctors and staff knock first when coming into a clinic room there other than that it was great!

Okay four years ago a lady showed up thirty minutes early for an appointment and Dr Giles had an emergency and couldnt be there. She is an OBGYN and that is the nature of their practice. I have found her to be extremely compassionate and caring and it is a shame that one person can put a bad mark on her reputation. I have been going to her for five years and have had a great experience every time.

Once I visited another OBGYN and told her the things that this doctor said and did, she stated that it was “embarrassing that this women is in the same medical field.” Please do not give this women anymore patients!!! She should not be in practice.

I was scheduled to have a procedure. It has been scheduled for 3 weeks. When I got there they suddenly decided I didnt need it and I should just stay on birth control. They could have told me that over the phone instead of having me come in and acting like it was something serious and they were going to a biopsy. I was basically lied to for money. They dont really care about you. I wont be back.
