Highland Heights Pharmacy

I have a very bad experience. I filled out a form for diapers provided by TennCare, and they told me that I would receive a text in about two weeks. I waited but didn’t receive anything, so I visited the pharmacy. The staff offered me diapers in a size that didn’t fit my baby and asked me to come back another day. When I returned on the day they mentioned, they said they didn’t have any diapers and didn’t know when they would get more. Also, their office hours stated they opened at 9 a.m., but they were closed until 9:45 a.m.

The best pharmacy ever! Suzanne the owner is the sweetest and most kind person you will ever meet, she will work with you. You will instantly feel welcomed.

This was my first experience interacting with Highland Heights Pharmacy. No other pharmacy in Memphis had my medication in stock and Suzanne was the only one able to help me out of my bind. She went out of her way to understand my complicated medical history in order to make sure she was up to speed with my condition. This is not what I was expecting nor the type of service I’ve received from other pharmacies around town as of late. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a local source for their medication and a polite and caring person with whom to do business. It’s definitely not your “average” pharmacy.

This pharmacy is amazing like the Mayberry RFD 😂the pharmacy is ran by only one woman do be patient if you dont get an answer right away! She is incredible and very kind! She went above and beyond for me ! And came in even during an ice storm advisory, when everyone else have me nothing but problems because Id moved down here recently she was kind to me when I needed it the most , she gave me a little bit of hope that there are still good people in this world Im blessed to have had experienced this pharmacy and this very kind woman !I would chose this pharmacy over anywhere else any day !

Greatest pharmacy i have been in in years. excellent service. they know what they are doing and pay attention to what you are taking and make sure you understand how to take. prices are better than any pharmacy around. great for self pay, DR KEVIN will help you afford to take the medicine you need. Lots of other items and things also available in store. you would be amazed at all he has. He also delivers!!!!! who does that anymore.Treated like one of the family. Love you guys.

Terrible. Repeatedly not open during posted hours. Doesnt take cards. Medication was quoted as one price on the phone, costs another price at pick up. Maybe reconsider your core mission and focus on what you can do well. Best luck in your endeavors
