My visit in April will be my last. During my visit I was told they had changed pharmacies, which is not a problem at all. The nurse Practitioner confirmed my address and said my prescription would be shipped to me. So a few weeks after my visit the prescription has not shown up and I’m down to three pills so I decide to contact the clinic they transferred me to Jasmine in the pharmacy. She states that my insurance does not cover their new pharmacy and they tried to contact me. She was short with me and on the rude side. I searched my call record and voicemail and there was nothing. I called her back again and explained this. No apologies from the receptionist nor Jasmine. I was able to have my Prescription transferred to a new pharmacy, but I will not return to this clinic. Good luck to you all.

See Ramona ladies/fellas. If you feel insecure about anything, Ramona well make you feel secure. She is very compassionate in helping those who want to help themselves. She is also there when you need someone to talk too and quick to stand up for you and your rights- about your health. Just remember to give smile when you see her because she have days that can be a little stressful as well.

I went to visit the clinic during my break at work. The pharmaceutical technician (Jazmin Johnson) at the time was packaging a prescription and was apparently on a conference call at the same time. Because I has to get back to work, I politely asked her if I could come back to pick up my prescription once I am off work. Jazmin’s response was very rude, hostile, and unwarranted. She respond by insulting my intelligence abe asking “Did I not understand she was on a call?” Additionally, she continued on to insult me by raising her voice and making remarks towards my intellectual ability. It was clear that she was stressed with work. It definitely seems to be an office where they are use to a certain class of people coming in. Therefore, you will be treated as such. I plan to escalate my issues as the professionalism was not present.

Sure they are great place but whoever was working the morning of October 26th. Told me “this is not a restaurant” when I asked to setup a reservation instead of appointment by mistake. Made me feel uncomfortable and like I’m being looked down upon for calling in the first place. May never call again.

Wow. This is my first time coming here. The people here are amazing. This is a complete judge free zone. You can talk to Steve and Gabriel about anything. Its obvious to see the compassion everyone has for the job. Even Ms. Brenda who does the labs was amazing. I am so grateful to have come across this place with a simple google search. They even do their best to connect you with resources and I am so grateful.

Honestly after dealing with the people that run this “Free Clinic” for about the last year, I have found the administration/phone staff to be subpar, inefficient, and depending on whom you speak to, Rude. The one positive I’ve found is the pharmacy and phlebotomy staff are superb! These ladies of color are absolute gems, and really know how to make you feel welcome. (unlike their front-end counterparts)They are the bandages mending to the wounds left by the slightest encounter with the administration. Save yourselves the anguish! Seek help elsewhere!
