I honestly feel this was the easiest Covid test I’ve ever gotten. I needed it for travel in less than 48 hours and got it with absolutely no problems and no appointment. I waited for about 10 mins but I’ve waited longer at places where I HAVE had an appointment. Definitely worth it would 10/10 recommend

The place is tidy. But the staff is terrible! I went in there to inquire about their services. A young lady in the front. I believe her name was Emily, TERRIBLE!!!!! She was in the front on her personal phone, complaining about how she’s not in the mood. I was there trying to get a second opinion on some test results. Already nervous. There was another young lady there that was extremely sweet. NOW!!! I just received my new number two weeks ago, and I never made my appointment at that lobation because of the terrible young lady in the front. I made a complaint. I’m not sure whom else they had an issue with, but EMILY THEN CALLS MY PERSONAL PHONE, as well as another representative, asking for James. I’m not sure what he did. But for her to have received my number to be able to call me. Why is she reaching out to people personally and why did they give her my information. They’ll definitely hear from me again to deal with these legalities.

Came here for testing. The two medical attending (Stephanie and Katrina) were lovely. Fast and affordable service too. Dr. Krasimir was very helpful and informative too. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come here again.

Afnan and Elizabeth were the nicest people we’ve come across in a long time. They were so incredibly kind and went above and beyond for us. We got the PCR and it was so efficient and smooth. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful visit and will make sure to come back for any future tests now that we know how convenient it is!

The ladies who did our COVID test were very accommodating and it went very smooth. Both my kids, 6 and 5, did not have any complaints. We got the results within an hour. This place is highly recommended.

This place was fantastic. Scheduling was fast and easy (they had tons of appointments) and they responded to my questions super fast. I am traveling and had to make sure my lab reports displayed the right wording and they were able to confirm it would. My results came back same day (probably about 7 hours from when I took) and the technician who did my test was so friendly and took care in administering the test which can sometimes be uncomfortable - but she did a great job. It is fairly well organized for the situation. Dozens of people have appointments and are in the sidewalk in front of the store front. Staff is calling out appointment times and logging people in periodically. They’re running a bit behind, but it’s very efficient. Everything is very pleasant. Very happy with this experience. The woman staffing the door and entry is exceptionally good. They are not able to take walk-ins, however. That may be fine other times, but right now they’re full of good people who have appointments.

I love ClearMD! The facility is very clean and every staff member has treated me kindly and professionally. I’ve had quite a few tests here and the service is always great. The nurses administrating the tests are thorough, yet gentle and take the time to understand your health history and answer any questions you may have. Results come in pretty quickly in my experience. Would totally recommend!

Came here twice recently, before my flight and when I got back. Easy to book an appointment online and lots of availability. The PCR tests are in 48 hours or less and both of mine came back much faster than that, both were free with insurance. Very fast and friendly, just a gentle swap inside each nostril, not uncomfortable at all. Highly recommend.

Even though it is all by appointment only and they make you pay in advance for testing, there was a long line down the block which delayed my appointment by 40 minutes. This is more of a scheduling issue with the office over booking beyond what is feasible for smooth operation so they can make as much money as possible in the shortest amount of time. Multiple people in front of me had to leave the line even after they had paid for a test because they were too late.

This place is great if you need a test done quickly. You can book ahead and be in and out in minutes. If you test positive though the experience with this company is less than great. There was no documentation, follow up or recommendations as to what you should do next, what to expect or how to take care of yourself.. They didn’t even send the result to New York health to follow up. If you test positive you’re pretty much left to find out what to do and fend for yourself. It’s a testing facility with very little care for anything else.

This is so close to my apartment and I’ve never spent longer than 15 minutes here! Cordial staff, very clean and bright office space, I have no complaints! My boyfriend even got in at 6:55pm once (closes at 7) and they took him in! Wonderful folks here! Thank you so much for making this as painless as possible!

Made an appointment Monday morning for that afternoon. Arrived a few minutes early but was taken care of right away. The tests themselves were super fast, noninvasive and that was it - quick and easy! Got my results emailed the next morning, well within the 24 hours they advised. Would highly recommend!

Clear MD is so great! It was easy to set up an appointment and the facility is clean and very conveniently located in Chelsea. Most of all, the staff is amazing! This place is great! I know there are long lines to get a COVID test around the city, but they had several appointment options, saw me immediately, and I was in an out in 5 minutes. I got the 24-hour results PCR, but I actually got my results in under 10 hours. Very responsive and efficient.

So, so quick and everyone was super nice. I ended up arriving earlier than my scheduled appointment and they were efficient in getting my test done a few minutes of my arrival. Just be sure to schedule an appointment prior to arriving to speed things up.

The tester was really great, careful and thoughtful about explaining and taking precaution. The receptionist was really the concern. There were way too many people physically bumping into each other and me as we are too many and all wearing winter gear. That made me feel uncomfortable with data that says 1 in 5 tested are positive. Given that I would have expected she would take better care.

Despite an appointment, you still have to wait in a long line outside. At least the results were sent quickly (antigen test) and the document produced was accepted by our airline. Note that despite paying $60 out of pocket, they will still bill your insurance on top of it. I wonder if they take your blood pressure and temperature so they can up charge the insurance company…

The staff was friendly and , quick. The line was not long . Waiting on line and signing up plus getting assisted for the swabbing took less then 25 min !!! I advise those too go , it was so simple just have your photo I D and insurance card on hand . Results start within 48 hr . Standard no fee . Hafsa was delightful…

I found this place on google. I reached out to them through text and, they reply within the hour or two. The place is great and well organized. Staff are friendly and helpful if you have questions. ClearMD works with appointments. I’ve booked my appointments for Covid-19 test. I booked one for an express result which costed $150 and I got it exactly in 24hrs. I booked another test for a 48hrs result which was free, and got it on time. I recommend it. I’ll definitely go back.

Just went there, after reading online that “ no appointments needed, just walk in, $0 payments, and so on”. Apparently, I had to make an appointment online, to go in. And some tests are not so “free” . The receptionist was very nice , and tried to accommodate me, but after failing to make that appointment for the time I had , I had to leave without any testing.So , my recommendation would be to the “Boss” that makes the things tick : post a reliable info on the internet, so people don’t waste their time in vain.

I had a very pleasant experience here for my visit! I needed a pcr test done for traveling and I recieved it way before my flight time! The receptionist was very patient and helpful considering how busy the place was! The staff is extremely kind and were working efficiently despite the crazy line! Definitely recommend this location for your future visits!

The process was extremely efficient and smooth. Arrived a bit earlier and was able to get my RT-PCR test done within 2-3 minutes. Lisa was nice and conducted the whole process quickly.

ClearMD got badly overwhelmed by the holiday rush and their usually good experience was awful. I had one of the first appointments of the day at 8:45am but somehow they were already running 45 minutes behind. I needed my PCR results to travel outside the country and paid for express service which got delivered more than 15 hours late - long past when they promised them, and past the point of being useful.

EDITED:Initially have this place a 1 star rating due to receiving a bill from my insurance despite paying the advertised rate. Their customer service contacted me and helped me resolve the issue. Still very stressful to receive such a high bill.

Testing works fine. See photo for the thousands of dollars in fraudulent codes they did not perform but will bill to your insurance afterwards anyways. This is what I’m left to pay after my insurance already got scammed out of $700. $975 for an “office visit.” $2200 for a single test code. All I had done was a rapid pcr, which I paid for in store at the time.

This is not a testing center, it is a super spreader center. 20+ people wait to register inside coughing on each other. Surely at least one has Covid… We had a scheduled appointment at 1130. Came in 40 min late and $389 later. Poorly organized - stay away

This would have been a complete five star review if it were based on the experience at the testing center alone. It was simple, we were in and out in five minutes, and the results arrived within the 12 hour window as promised.However, ClearMD did make a mistake and put my daughters passport number on both my results as well as hers. Simple enough error to fix, however, ClearMD neglected to respond to several communication attempts asking for the passport number to be corrected. As such, I had to get an urgent turnaround test elsewhere, in case our information wasnt accepted at the airport due to the clerical error.What could have been a truly perfect experience was marred by a lack of follow-up to, what was an incredibly simple fix, if only ClearMD had the customer service protocols in place to handle a simple situation like this. It was very disappointing, especially after such a great experience at the lab. Unfortunately, this experience guarantees that they wont get my business in the future, which is a shame, since my profession requires well over 20 trips a year overseas, all of which require a 72-hour window Covid test.

Avoid This Place. They take advantage of the uninsured. I was straight up told if I was insured I would receive better service. Truly disgusting.

The testing itself was smooth and results came quickly. The notice I got from my insurance company saying Amount billed $5225 and Your total cost $3700 was a little terrifying. The clearMD email I got says ClearMD not only abides by the FFCRA, but it has also been our policy since inception to NOT balance-bill patients for any amount even if their insurance policy provides zero dollars for reimbursement for any COVID-19 related visit. So Im hoping that means I pay zero? I dont get why they wouldnt just bill a reasonable amount like $500 and spare me the heart attack.

Massively overbooked and forced to stand outside. I arrived exactly on time and was still forced to wait for over 30min while walkins ahead of me were allowed in.What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if I could have received my test earlier by just being a walkin?

Masks down below noses, then tried to bill 7 grand for a Covid test many months after the test. Had an appointment- they saw my husband right away but made me wait an hour and twenty minutes including time next to a dude who was coughing and refusing to mask up. (Not that anyone on staff asked him) Feels like a miracle I didn’t GET COVID from going there

This place is the WORST. I was employed here and on my first day money was stolen from out of my bag which was in the break room . They don’t hire train professionals to perform covid test. Just anyone that will do the job for 15$ an hour. Also that’s why take try and take people pulse ox and hpi to bill the insurance companies even though u already paying out of pocket for a covid test you can get for free. Do not go there for testing. And do not try and work for this company . Money is the end goal not the patients or employees .

My go to covid testing center! You would think that at this point in the pandemic health providers would have a smooth process to ensure quick, safe, and reliable covid testing. This is the only place that’s gotten it right !

A complete scam! They don’t have the capacity to test people at the pace they sell the slot. They told you 10:50, you go there and someone will tell you they are behind 3 hours . $60 dollars wasted .

Their website is down and they say they can’t test you unless you check in online. I stood in a line outside to be turned away because their website is down. Absolutely ridiculous. No one tried to help at all and then said it works even though it’s a dns error.
