I have been a patient with RSC for almost 3 years and I had to write a review to appreciate one specific staff member named Kylie. Over all these years as a patient, she stands out in being friendly, welcoming and thorough. As soon as you encounter her, you feel her good vibes and warm spirit. The only reason why I keep going to this clinic, despite the unpleasant experiences is because they take my insurance, the locations are convenient and most importantly I was successful in having a beautiful child. So I appreciate Kylie and the person who hired her. Thank you so much for everything that you do.

I highly recommend getting egg freezing done with RSC, and especially Dr. Eisman and Nurse Leslie! They were amazingly attentive and took time to answer all my questions. They were also thorough about followups and highly competent so that I felt in trusted hands. If you have any particular bodily issues or concerns, they go out of their way in handling those (really!) - so its worth doing a consult with them and asking about it. Women in their 30s - if you are searching for a team to help you with the intense process of egg freezing, look no further. RSC is 5 stars! Grateful to the team there. (ps. - you will likely get assigned a different doctor than your main doctor for the actual surgery because they all take shifts - they were all wonderful!)

I left RSC with very mixed feelings to say the least. Interactions with the doctors and admin staff were always pleasant, so no complaints there, but I feel the need to leave this review because Ive been so disgusted by the shady business practices at this establishment. We were repeatedly charged out of pocket for services that should have been covered by insurance, and for months that meant going back and forth trying to get refunded for expensive fertility treatments that our insurance provider assured us were covered despite RSCs claims otherwise. At one point, RSC even lied and said they had submitted a claim and that Blue Shield said we owed the full amount on IUI because of our deductible - when I followed up with Blue Shield, not only had they not told RSC that we had to pay the full amount, RSC had never submitted a claim to them, period. This is such obvious insurance fraud that I honestly cant believe theyre still in business, considering that there are reviews going back years complaining about this kind of billing. Going through fertility treatments is already an emotionally exhausting process, and the added stress of getting ripped off by our provider made the experience much worse than it needed to be. I looked through reviews of RSC on Google and Yelp and found that even though they make a show of responding to all negative reviews promising to make everything right, when I reached out to Joanne Brian using the phone number and email provided after each negative review, I found out the voice mailbox was full, and my email still has received no response more than three months later. If nothing else, I hope to save another potential patient from the same hassles that weve been dealing with since we stepped foot in RSC. If you do choose to go here, be very vigilant about what you are paying for out of pocket, and verify everything with insurance.

Any clinic that only uses your weight as an indicator of potential success should be moved on from I hate this stupid double standard that just because people are overweight. That means that they shouldn’t be allowed to have a baby it’s quite frustrating. People aren’t as rude if somebody is too thin. You might want to just find another clinic. I was just told I can’t go under anesthesia for retrieval all my life i struggle with my weight before making consultation always ask for bmi limits i wish i did 😥

I just finished my egg freezing cycle with Dr. Hariton and cannot say enough good things about him! I was nervous going into this process alone and he made me feel so comfortable, he is extremely knowledgeable and clearly loves what he does. I have PCOS and had a lot of concerns because of that, all of which he was able to alleviate. Its rare to get a doctor you feel genuinely cares about you and thats definitely the type of doctor he is. I was also on a time crunch due to my fertility benefits ending in about a months time and he was able to expedite my process so we got it done on time, I had such a good experience with him overall.

Dr. Eisman and her team were a dream to work with. I felt safe and heard through my IVF journey and recommend RSC to anyone I can. I am so grateful to Dr. Eisman for helping me become a mom and would gladly go back again.

My husband and I cant say enough good things about our experience at RSC with Dr. Hariton and his care team (including our case manager, Ivonne). We felt that everyone at the clinic was genuine, attentive, and truly invested in our success with IVF. Dr. Hariton was great to work with - he reached out personally every step of the way to provide explanations, offer insight & opinions when we were presented with choices in treatment (but always without judgment or attempting to steer us in any specific direction), and often just to check in to see how we were doing. I would highly recommend RSC to anyone who is struggling with infertility and/or considering IVF.

Dr Eisman was great to work with! She is very professional and easy to talk to. She was able to make our dreams come true after one cycle! We cannot thank Dr Eisman and her team enough. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I worked with Dr. Eisman to grow our family from January-November of 2022. We just delivered our healthy baby boy July of 2023. Dr. Eisman and RSC were there for us during an extremely challenging time in our lives. We’re so grateful to them for helping us grow our family. Dr. Eisman listened to what we had gone through prior to working with her. She ran applicable tests and spoke to us about the possible reasons we were having difficulty conceiving. She explained possible steps for us to take. It was a journey, and with guidance, we did timed Intercourse, IUI and ultimately, IVF. We were in no way pressured to do IVF, Dr. Eisman was supportive of any direction we wanted to go in; IVF was what was best for our family. We had a fantastic experience, she is incredibly communicative, and the whole team at RSC is so caring and knowledgeable. We learned a lot throughout the process! I couldn’t recommend RSC or Dr. Eisman enough. We had a great experience, even though it was a very challenging time in our lives. I commend the people, nurses, doctors, embryologists that choose to do this every day, and help others. We are excited to continue to grow our family with the clinic. Thank you to everyone, we are so grateful.

I picked RSC because they are in network with my insurance and have a location in my city. As soon as we started our journey with RSC, we learnt that our doctor is in another city and we wont ever see them in person; the procedures we had to go through for diagnostics were also all over the Bay Area (including a suggestion to go for a 30 minute appointment to San Jose); they said we could do a saliva test for genetic testing and then when scheduling, they said we HAVE to do a blood test... There just have been a lot of miscommunication and lack of transparency from the get go, and thats not what you want to experience in healthcare. We are taking a break in this whole process now, and well see if we want to go back when were ready for the next step.

Everyone was great, the nurse manager and dr lewis were amazing, being patient and explaining everything in detail. I rated it a 4 because of the financial advisor not handling our insurance properly reviewed even though she had 2-3 weeks to review it. Initially said my husband insurance had 0 coverage for infertility but i know in fact they cover 100% 1 ivf treatment per year with 10 dollar copay each visit. So with my own calling back and forth the insurance company and RSC finally got it resolved, but had to be assertive and persuasive.

I’d give this place 10 stars if I could! Dr. Lewis is the third doctor (and a second specialist) that I have seen to get some answers about my infertility, and I’m finally getting some answers. Dr. Lewis is very thorough, very knowledgeable, makes you feel completely at ease, and easy to talk to. She actually calls me directly to communicate either lab results or anything else that might come up. I’ve never had that before. The nurses assigned to my case, Paula and Valerie, are pretty awesome as well. They’re in constant communication with me and answer any questions I may have. After 4+ years of trying to get pregnant, I finally feel like there’s hope for me yet. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I had a consulting phone call with Dr. Rosenbluth. He was very pushy toward IVF. We were trying to naturally conceive for just a few months and I had thyroid issue- shared with him all these informations and he was still rushing me into IVF. Then I consulted with my OBGYN, took thyroid medication and then naturally conceived. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Rosenbluth not this center. Their focus is solely boosting their revenue. My case was simple and clear- yet still they were pushing me to IVF. It’s disappointing and very sad.

Dr. Willman is an incredible doctor. I found her through medical journal articles on endometriosis, pelvic pain, and infertility. She was the third doctor I saw, and she was able to successfully do a surgery the other two GYN surgeons said was impossible.The surgery went perfectly, and she even went out of her way to mark my favorite bikini line and hide the scars. I look forward to going back to her for IVF when were ready. (My husband loves her too!)Dont be scared to make an appointment, her bedside manner is like talking to a caring mom. I make the commute from SF to see her. I cant recommend her and her attentive staff highly enough.(I would pay anything for their care, but the prices are great, too. I actually got a refund mailed back from an appointment that was a little cheaper than expected. Ive never had that happen in healthcare before!)

Reproductive Science Center in Orinda, CA has welcomed us from the very beginning as well as supported our decisions, provided us with the best options for our personal needs and goals, and have been nothing but understanding, friendly, and thorough throughout our entire experience. With the help of RSC, we are able to achieve our dream of having a family. We are beyond grateful for the clinic as well as our case worker, Laura Bruce R.N., and Doctor Evan Rosenbluth! The left hand didnt know what the right hand was doing. They sent me to numerous locations for an HSG and the first two locations that they sent me to didnt even do HSGs. We had trouble at my follicle count and the Dr never got back to me about it. A week later she hadnt even read the results.

I was nervous going into the consultation but as soon as my husband and I walked in, I was at ease with how friendly everyone was. They have a great staff that answered all the questions we had and just making us feel welcome.

Dr.Rosenbulth was fabulous!! Sufficient and caring. It shows that he care for you and understand your need. He is an expert in what he does. He is funny too. The process is stressful, but he help to ease your problem.

Very good services and practices. Prompt and helpful replies from case manager following up. Thorough yet reasonable tests and procedures, plus affordable prices from Dr appointments.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lewis took time to explain everything and answer all our questions. I would definitely recommend RSC!
