Dr. Barenberg is extremely knowledgeable. He was sensitive to my issues and listened to my numerous problems, including incontinence. He knew exactly what treatment I needed. The Mona Lisa laser sessions and then the bladder surgery have changed my life forever. Now, I dont have to hide at home. Research showed me that about 75% of women have these problems. Three years ago my family and I moved from Seattle to Edmond, Ok. This move came the main concern of finding the same outstanding Heath care as we once had. I can tell you Doctor Ben Barenberg, meets and exceeds my wife and I’s expectations. Hands down Ben is one of the best doctors I have personally have had in the last 15 years. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting the best Optinal Men’s and Womans health.

Before I met Dr. Barenberg, I couldnt walk through a grocery store without debilitating pain, relying on a cart to lean on. My quality of life has improved so much thanks to the treatments I receive from Dr. B. He is intelligent, with a warm bedside manner, and puts patients at ease. When one option doesnt work, he is always quick to come up with others and thinks outside of the box. He is a wonderful listener and is up to date on the latest treatments for pelvic floor dysfunction. On one occasion, in a terrible flare, I called his office and without an appointment they had me come in same day to help me; I was seen within MINUTES of arriving. I highly recommend Dr. Barenberg to anyone, but especially those who have pelvic floor dysfunction. Thank you.

Dr. Ben Barenberg is very knowledgeable in his field and goes through everything fully. He is very easy to talk too and will do everything he can to help you be a better and healthier person. He’s available even if you ever have any questions afterwards. His staff is sweet and always helpful. They make everything so calm even before going back. Im thankful to have a Doctor who cares and wants the best for you.

Dr Barenberg is amazing. I’ve been seeing him for a few years now. He takes the time to get to the root of the problem and is about the most thorough doctor I’ve ever encountered in all of my years in healthcare. He genuinely cares about his patients. The staff are quick and efficient and willing to help with billing issues etc. I’ve seen some bad reviews and I’m telling you, those are the exceptions, not the rule. I don’t know anyone who can get in and out of ANY doctors office in under an hour so I’m not sure why someone would try to go on their lunch break, Mary, or not schedule themselves to have at least 2 hours just in case because emergencies happen. Top notch doctor and surgeon and I would gladly recommend Dr Barenberg to any of my family and friends.

Dr. Barenberg is fine; however; his staff doesn’t communicate well at all. They constantly mess upwhen sending prescriptions to the pharmacy or they keep sending the wrong prescription (like 3 times), they either don’t return calls or it takes 3 to 4 days to get a reply and then another mess up to pharmacy.Today is April 18th and I have been trying to get the correct prescription with correct refills since March 28th.I went to the doctor’s office on Thursday, April 13th with visual aids to help Holly, the personsending the prescriptions to the pharmacy, to see where the error is in her ordering.Jordan told me that Dr. Barenberg was out till Monday, Holly was busy for the next hour and theother person’s last day was yesterday. Jordan typed up my complaint and would give it to Holly!I left a message today (April 18) since I have heard nothing.I am sending this with expectations that the doctor’s office actually read them; however,I am losing confidence in their ability to effectively communicate.

Communication with Barenberg is more than challenging, its made impossible by his two officious assistants, who refuse to consider accommodating a person in agony. As for Barenberg, he looked me right in the eye at our initial consultation to say he was my last resort, led me to believe he fully understood my complex illness, and then, when the second Levator ANI treatment failed to work, abandoned me--wont answer questions, wont call me--and now Im told thats because he doesnt believe me. May you be spared this kind of cruelty should you opt to put your life in these folks hands. And my I find another medico familiar with hypertonic pelvic floor dysfunction before it kills me.

Nothing but great things to say about the staff here. Dr. Barenberg is top notch and his staff has always made me feel welcome. Curious about some of the negative reviews here. I have been a patient for years and have never observed any of the behaviors mentioned in the negative reviews. I highly recommend Dr. B and the staff at Optimal Health.

Dr. Barenberg was pretty awesome he listened to every concern I had regarding my pelvis flooring disorder he did not make me feel like I didnt know what I was concerned about. I really appreciate doctors like him. At the end of my visit he said were going to get you better that is 100 grand!

Dr. Barenberg and staff are very caring and really listen. He has a specific plan that he follows depending on the patient that bring results. I have been to 3 urologists and all they wanted to do was surgery. He is the first one to take a more conservative approach.

I was very disappointed with how unprofessional and greedy Dr. Barenbergs office was. Heard nurses making fun of another patient after cleaning a room and even made vomit sounds saying she could feel it all over me. Ive been trying to get treatment for a few weeks, but they keep making me come back for more appointments before they can actually treat me. Had to get lab work, then come back for results, then come back for exam, then go get an ultra sound, then come back for results before I can even receive any treatment. My next appointment is in another two weeks so that will make it a total of 5 weeks from my first appointment before I can get actual treatment. So rediculous. Another fun fact...when the nurse called my name, she walked away before I got to the door so it shut and locked in my face. I knocked and knocked but no one answered. Nurse came back 15 minutes later to call my name again and she didnt know anything about who had called me before. Wow....

Dr. Ben Barenberg is amazing! He is a professional all the way and THE expert in his field. He takes time to listen to your needs and concerns, and is a genius at helping you find a solution. Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Barenberg and his staff. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I have sent many friends and family members to him over the years and will continue to do so.

Communication with office personnel has been challenging at times.Dr. Barenberg is top notch physician who really knows his specialty, and Ive worked in healthcare for 30 years.
