My visits at OIC with Terry Wilder always go smoothly. Rosario at the front desk always remembers me and is the sweetest. Also very proficient and making sure all my information is correct for the computer system. Theres a great team in this office and Ill always keep coming back from their services.

My husband and I have been patients for 8 years and have always been treated with great care, respect and professionalism. Dr. Dejesus and Dr. Seibert have managed our health, reactively and proactively, with great care. Manny and others have provided excellent service and made our experience pleasant!

I came in for an appointment to be shown how to complete and feel comfortable administrating my new medication. Manny and his co-worker made me feel at ease and answered all my questions. OIC has always been great with service and this appointment was no exception.

Ive been going to OIC (Orlando Immunology Center) for over 4 years now, and I couldnt be happier with the care Ive received. The service here is consistently top-notch—everyone is so friendly, prepared, and organized. As a gay man, its important for me to find a healthcare provider that understands and tailors their services to my needs, and OIC does just that.Over the years, Ive gotten to know the staff pretty well, especially Manny Espinales. Manny always makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable every time I visit. Hes not only super friendly, but also incredibly skilled at what he does. Its clear that the team at OIC genuinely cares about their patients, and I’m grateful to have found such a great place for my healthcare.

OIC is awesome. Been going since 2011 and the patient care is paramount. Doctors are awesome and always have my best interests in mind. From new meds to clinical trials everything is top notch. From check in to pre visit vitals Manny is amazing. Desk staff is always friendly and there to help. OIC your my place!

Update. Ive been seen by OIC physicians & staff for over a decade. Not once have I had a bad experience interacting with staff and/or medical personnel. At every encounter Ive been met with professional, courteous, and friendly employees. I changed doctors & offices several years ago and my records & service transfer was seamless creating nary a blip in my treatment/care. Ive had to deal with many healthcare professionals/clinics in the passed 20+ years and never have I received finer treatment than that at OIC. My top recommendation to anyone in need of their services.

OIC has consistently provided excellent customer service throughout the past few years I’ve been seeing them. I have not had issues getting appointments and they are definitely able to work with my schedule which can be difficult. The doctors are thorough and truly seem to care about patients.

The entire staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The sitting area is bright, clean, and comfortable. Very easy to make appointments. The check in and check out processes are efficient. In the waiting room, Ive rarely had to wait more than 10 minutes to be called in. A couple of times the wait was slightly longer and everyone apologized.I had to switch from office visit to telehealth one day. The process was stress free and worked seamlessly.Doctors and my APRN are knowledgeable and make me feel that they care about me and my health. They take time to listen and talk to me in terms I can understand. Stephanie Skipper is absolutely wonderful.

I’ve seen Dr. DeJesus, Dr. Hinestrosa, Dr. Rolle, Jeffrey, Terry, and my newest provider Phillip. Great and excellent collaboration. I really thank this practice for being a part of my care and my life.

I have worked with doctors for 20yrs and have learned to spot the gems. I was shown the perfect balance of compassion and care. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, I was show patience when I asked to review the information just to make sure I understand. I really cannot recommend this office enough. The medical assistant and office staff were equally as wonderful.

All procedures to access the building are explained and you are processed professionally. Inside reception has proper spacing but I went into the patient room quickly. All preliminary items were dealt with quickly and professionally. The rapid movement through the process is not rushed. Saw the doctor, went over our business and I left. Before exiting I had my next appointment set up and I was on my way.

Very easy checking in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. Stephanie Skipper took care of me, very professional and pleasant.

Dr. Hinestrosa listened to and eased all my concerns. He provided excellent service and assistance and made my medication affordable. I want to thank him for curing me of Hep C. He was a refreshing breath of fresh air compared to many others.I would recommend him to anyone that needs treatment.

I was greeted with a warm friendly Welcome by the receptionist.After filing out my paperwork, I was greeted by the nurse and taken into waiting exam room where she took my vitals.When she was done, I waited about 15 mins or so for the doctor.The doctor came in and greeted me in a friendly, Welcoming Manner. He preceded to take down information about me and my physical, health background.The doctor had good bedside manners, and he was very professional.

I am currently seeing the new Dr Michael Seibert. He took a lot of time to get to know my history, and to give feedback in areas that I may be having issues with. He listens well, is knowledgeable, low key, and very kind. The bottom line is that this is a good, professional medical office that will suit your needs. Please give it careful consideration. Had a visit at the Advent Altamonte imaging services this morning. WOW, these people are on it. 5 minutes after my appointment time I was in getting done what was required. Process time was right at the expectation they communicated. The technician was super nice and my visit was a great experience.Kudos Advent Health Care, keep up the GREAT work!

Highly professional health service. While they particularly do serve the LBGT+ community, there is little doubt that all are welcome and would be well cared for by professionals. My experience over a three year period has been nothing but positive.Staff is caring and responsive.

I have never felt so comfortable in a medical facility! The staff, APRNs, and the pharmacy provide amazing and comprehensive care! Very inclusive too!

Dr. Hinestrosa is always willing to listen and share any concerns you have as a patient. He takes his time on making sure that the visit is complete with all the necessary things that need to be covered. The staff and the pharmacy are are well organized, especially when it comes to follow visits, deliveries and messages. Keep it up!!

OIC is such a great practice. I started going here for a clinical study and liked them so much that I made them my PCP. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and they ACTUALLY listen to their patients. They are very LGBTQIA+ friendly, which is something I have had a hard time finding. A doctor who actually understands my community, what a concept! Anyway, if you are looking for a great practice...look no further.

Overall Im happy with OIC but want to give less stars however 2 of 3 departments here deserve 5. I started here in the research program in 2017 and 5 stars to the research team Wendy & Tricia (Patricia) Were amazing. Following researched I transitioned over to Terry and he is absolutely wonderful and I feel very comfortable with talking to him about any concerns or questions 5 Stars for Terry. I would see him as my primary if it wasnt billed as a specialist visit and that is no fault of his own.I would give less stars for the recent experience Ive had trying to get an appointment for an HRA follow up with their new provider Dr. Seibert since they have replaced Dr. Cruz. Ive never had an office call to tell me they are behind and will call in 2 weeks to schedule an appt... Just schedule me out a little further so I can at least have an appt on the books. I still never received that call back but has since called and the very friendly staff said theyd pass a message to Manny whom is in charge of these schedulings also still no call back.Primary and Specialist care this is your place but if you need to have a rectal pap or annual follow up to make sure you have precancerous lesions I recommend looking elsewhere so you can be seen, I myself recommend Colorectal through a Major Hospital System That has an office in Altamonte & Winter Park; they dont disappoint.

I arrived early at my appointment and they called me in early it was easy check in and even faster checking out. And with the doctor no complaints with Jeff hes the best, very well explained everything to me. I would recommend OIC to everyone.

While Ive appreciated the help and care Ive received here in the past, Ive felt that things have changed recently. Im not impressed with Dr. Michael Seibert. He lacks sympathy, and just generally seems very uncaring when it comes to your care. Ill be finding a new primary doctor in my area due to my negative experiences with him.

I think they are fantastic! You can really tell they emphasize patients first in everything they do. I’ve seen a couple of doctors and ARNPs and they’ve been warm, personable and knowledgeable. Each one really made me feel comfortable, listened and took time to answer all my questions. They truly care about their patients and even have someone on staff that helps with insurance questions and community support! You’d be surprised how hard it is as a young, black, woman to find a great, nonjudgmental doctor to prescribe PrEP and I am so grateful to have found OIC. I would recommend them to everyone!

Everyone is truly professional and friendly. Dr. Seibert took his time listened, asked questions, and answered questions. So great to find a doctor that didnt make me feel like I was just number being pushed through and on to the next as quick as possible.

Most lazy unprofessional people office mainly. Needs new management and I am not happy with my physician who doesn’t take me seriously. I am over this place and it’s time for me to look for another dr. I needed files and forms called multiple times no response. No one wants to do their job. I recommend saving the hassle and going elsewhere where there is better bedisidr manners and you aren’t just a over priced office visit charge

This research center is so well run, I actually dont mind the 3 hr drive to get there. I know they wont make me wait long and they have things in order for all the participants there. The employees are all very kind and courteous, I highly recommend this center if you are interested in participating in clinical research.

Ive been going to OIC for PreP and now primary care for ~ 6 months at the recommendation of a friend of mine. Best decision I have ever made. While other family doctors/ARPNs are also very good, it is nice to go to a practice that has a greater focus on the health and needs of the LGBTQ+ community. I just feel I can be more myself as an out gay man. Terry, Stephanie and the staff have all been very good to me.

Karen and Amanda work magic on cutting through prior auths and insurance hoops. Then they also have Sam that helped when I had trouble with my insurance and PrEP. I’ve never felt so completely cared for. I’d recommend them to anyone and their Watermark WAVE awards are extremely well deserved!

Living in orlando for years now. This has been one of the best places Ive gotten treatment. No matter what kinda immune deficiency situation one may have or family member. This place really treats people like family. Unfortunately, because of the pandemic I lost my health insurance and couldnt afford them until Im back working and able too afford it. However, there second office with AHF has been such a pleasure too work with while Ive been in between my blessings. Geoffrey, Nina, Craig and Ms.Lawanda are all helpful. Thank u all.

My care at OIC has been first class ever since I started going there a few years ago. My care provider, Terry, is wonderful, caring and very thorough with everything. I will be switching my insurance this month to make OIC my primary health care provider. They are the best!! I totally trust them with any of my primary health and HIV care - and referrals to any specialists if/when needed. I cant say enough good things about OIC. For me, its worth the drive from south Kissimmee.

The staff at Orlando Immunology Center were wonderful. I am an RN, but have never been to a facility for a study so I did not know what to expect. They were professional, patient with any questions I had and just overall a pleasure. Every department did their job efficiently. With the pandemic still raging they made me feel completely comfortable with their level of sanitation. Every person washed their hands or used purell and put new gloves on in front of me. I was there 2 hours, it honestly felt like 30 minutes.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted by very friendly staff. I met my new Doctor and was extremely impressed with her compassion and knowledge. Very happy to have found this resource.

When I came in years ago Dr. DeJesus made it seem like everything was going to be ok and it was. He immediately suggested a research study whIch means I got the newest medication before anyone else! Im happy and healthy and owe it all to OIC...everyone there...they are definitely a team. Ive been in research with Wendy who taught me about adherence, Nancy always answers the phone with a smile and Terry make you feel comfortable and is hilarious. Everyone there is welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional but they also keep it light, with a smile and I really appreciate that! You can tell they all are passionate about what they do and really care about you. I searched a long time and OIC is the first and only place to really understand me as a gay man. Its a completely different experience than going to a general doctor or primary care doctor. They are easy to talk to and make you feel welcome. Thats easy to see because they are always out in the community educating and raising awareness. Ive never seen a doctors office take such a proactive approach with the community and I love it! Ive sent tons of friends here for PrEP, general doctors visits and HIV care and everyone has had the same great experience. Great job on the awards...very well deserved.

We have only been going here for about a year, but I have nothing but good things to say. We have several different doctors (oncologist, surgeon, hospital, etc) and the communication and coordination between them has been phenomenal. They all know everything thats going on all the time. Karen in the office always returns my calls and helps with any thing I need. Terry and Stephanie are very thorough and knowledgable. Dr Armus is geat. Basically: Friendly and knowledgable staff, great locaton, great recources, very very good doctors and PAs. Also, Dr. Edwin De Jesus is just awsome!!! So glad hes my partners doctor! We are very lucky.

Medical Staff are good to me. Clerical staff need to be more compromised with. They can call to let patients know that they have to reschedule the appointment and they dont care to look for possible alternatives. They are the only ones that work and have compromises.

Truly compassionate staff and Dr.Henistrosa is thoroughly knowledgeable .Ive never felt that our appointments are rushed and the doctor takes time to answer concerns or questions!

My personal experience was really bad. The Center did not effectively communicate the work that was going to be done, I was told I was overreacting for my concerns (I ask a lot of questions because I like to fully understand, which is why I believe this was said...felt like a deflection for not knowing how to answer my questions), did not seem to be knowledgeable beyond basic/Google-worthy things (no new information was told to me that my PCP didnt already provide), and was never even called to be given the results of my test. I was forced to go elsewhere which was levels above this Center. As I said, maybe my experience was not the norm. But as the adage goes...do a good job and people will tell a few, do a bad job and they will tell the world. I would not recommend, there are other options.

OIC has always neem very concerned and responsive to my needs. When I needed an authorization for my COVID19 vaccine, and I was on a very short timeline, OIC got back to be in a matter of minutes. For comparison, my Cardiologist did not reply (after repeated requests) until after the one week deadline had passed. If it had not been for OIC, I would have missed my opportunity to get the vaccine early.

Very efficient and curtious. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The whole office was very clean. Located right to a bus stop and they even provided me with a bus pass.

If you want the long acting Apretude shot for PrEP, go to Pineapple Healthcare. They’ll have you approved with your insurance within 24 hours. The Apretude shot actually costs your insurance slightly less every 2 months than 2 months of Descovy. For some reason, OIC claims your insurance won’t approve you for Apretude and won’t even try. Pineapple Healthcare also doesn’t make you pay a copay for office visits.

Arrived at the center and within 3 minutes I was checked at the door and on my way upstairs. Greeted upstairs and within another 2 minutes in was meeting with my health care specialists. Overall great experience.

My husband is a patient of DrDeJes and Dr. Cruz. There is a recent recall of a blood pressure medicine that Dr. Cruz prescribed. We requested a change in medication, but Dr. Cruz expects us to deal with the pharmacy. They cant change a medication unless he precribes it. Why should it be so difficult for him to prescribe something elsw? A patient has the right to change a med regardless of a reason. Hes causing unnecessary strew, when he could make a simple call to the pharmacy.
