The office staff is always friendly. Ive had mixed review in the past but since then the previous doctor I saw has left. My most recent visit was much more pleasant and quick. The front office staff helped me with bill payment and my questions, I didnt feel rushed during my appointment and I was spoken to professionally. The girls working always make me feel comfortable.

Dr. Susan is AWESOME!!!!! Ive been going to this location for a few years, but today was my 1st time with Dr. Susan. I was so comfortable with her. She is genuinely a great person and I sincerely appreciate people like her. It was such a pleasure.I also cant forget about Ana (MA). She is so sweet and patient.

I have been dealing with Endometriosis for 3 years now, and overtime the pain progressed. I went to my longtime Doctor, Dr. Bracero multiple times in a year hoping for answers, guidance or a solution because the pain was so intense. Each time that i went to him he offered no solution, no advice, no referral. He was very Cold and is always in a rush . He would Kind of shrug his shoulders and and say “take ibuprofen.” Because i was desperate, I went to get a second opinion recently and my new doctor had several options for me! I am so disappointed in Dr. Bracero who has been our family doctor for years. He seems to only care about the cosmetic surgery now than his Gyn patients. I’m so glad I left this place and found doctors who care for me.

Dr. Bracero recommended my mom to immediately go to the Lake Underhill emergency room to perform a certain procedure. We had gone there and after 5+ hours of waiting and testing, it turns out that they don’t even provide that procedure! Also I want to point out the fact that the doctor at the hospital stated that her condition was not even urgent enough to go immediately. Not only did this waste time, energy, and stress but Dr. Bracero’s input costed my family $2,000. Unreliable and untrustworthy. I recommend going to an OBGYN who sends you to the correct hospital.

I know this is a late review but Im looking at all these negative ones and I felt I had to say something...I live in a whole different county and drove almost 40 mins every appointment, my whole pregnancy, because the people in this office were so great. I never had a problem and if I was running late they werent like some places that I know turned you away. To me they were great and made my first pregnancy experience awesome.

Dr. Susan was very informative regarding my care. Very friendly,tender and caring!Made me feel very at ease and comfortable from the moment she entered the room.Her MA Ana, both her and Dr. Susan together work as a Batman And Robin team. They ROCK!!I truly appreciate their style of taking care of patients!Thank you very much!I highly recommend to all!

Very disappointing, my first visit I arrived early and there was only one other women waiting but I wasnt taken care of until 2 and a half hours later. My second visit the doctor was not direct with me. I had black dots all over my ovaries and I asked what is that is that bad? because it didnt look good and his response was its a part of you while searching for another patient and looking at her ultra sound instead of mine. I quickly let him know thats not me and he said I know I had to do something then finished up my appointment quickly by saying just lose weight and everything will get back to normal. Later I googled and found out those black dots were cysts. I wanted a second opinion and requested my records but because no one in his entire office knows how to retrieve ultra sounds I cant get an appointment with another gyno until the doctor feels like coming in.Please listen do not go here try any other place. I wish I had listened to my sisters recommendations instead of picking this place because it was near my home.

I love love love my doctor and staff! Helen is fantastic and will go above and beyond for you...Ana is wonderful and caring and is very patient and Dr. Bracero is very thorough in explaining everything and alleviating any concerns and cares about his patients and is happy to answer all questions...I’m happy with the care I receive from all three and am thankful to be with them for so many years!

Came here after moving from up north and I have been taken care of every time. The receptionists are very nice and Dr. Domenzain and his team help make you feel comfortable but still are very professional. I would recommend anyone to come here. Wait time isnt too bad either. The personnel is friendly. But, I am disappointed with my first appointment with Dr. Bracero.He doesnt explain you anything, he doesn’t advise you. Its a routine doctor and no make time for questions. I felt he was in a hurry.For being a new patient I was expecting basic questions about my clinic history.

I have known Dr. Bracero for over 20 years!He helped me deliver both my daughters,and is now their OBGYN.His staff is professional and go the extra mile to assist you. Thank you so much to Ana Hilda and Helen. When the staff has been around as long as the doctor, that says a lot about the doctor!

Called twice to the office, both times Jessica answered the line. First time she asked can she put me on hold to place other calls on hold. After holding for 27 mins I had to go since my break was only 30 minutes. Called back later in the day, Jessica answers again, currently on hold for 46 minutes and driving to the office to see what the hell is going on!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! I went here to get my first ultra sound and exam after 4 miscarriages, so I wanted to make sure that this pregnancy was progressing. When I came I waited about an hour to be seen. When I finally seen the doctor he gave me an exam and all he said to me was “your cervix seems small”. Not giving me an explanation on other possibilities on why my cervix was small. He then decided to an ultra sound, my Husband and I went into another room, I undressed as told and waited for the doctor. I waited over an hour for him to come back into my room and start the ultra sound. HE FORGOT ABOUT ME! He came in eating something and said “Oh my, I forgot you were here, Im sorry, you’re a very patient woman”. I was already so scared about this pregnancy, I would wait as long as it took for my ultra sound but to be forgotten about was ridiculous. He proceeded to do the ultra sound and told me that he doesn’t see a baby, there’s a good chance Im having an ectopic pregnancy. It completely broke my heart! I immediately started to cry! He asked if I wanted to get some blood work done to check my HCG levels and of course I did, he said he would call me in 48 hours with the results. All night I was so scared and anxious, the next morning I decided to go the hospital where they 1. Ruled out ectopic pregnancy 2. Was able to tell me how far along I was 3. See a gestational sac (I was too early along for the baby to be seen yet) and 4. Get my HCG results in a matter of hours. I could not believe that this doctor would even decide to tell someone misleading information without being completely 100% sure of the results, and if there was even a slight chance he didn’t know, he should have sent me somewhere else for a second opinion, which I did by myself! They also did not ever call me back with my HCG blood results, I called them 48 hours later and they said they did not come in yet. I switched OB’s right away! Im very happy where I am now and would advise everyone to look elsewhere!!!!!!!!

I have the same opinion as the other reviewers. The wait times are horrendous, the staff is unfriendly, and they seem to forget when Ive asked for appointment reminders. I needed to come back in 6 months since they couldnt schedule out that far, and I asked them to contact me to schedule it closer to that time, they never did. Im going to recommend that my doctor stop referring women to this office.

The staff & doctors are knowledgeable in their field, friendly & professional. They offer a wide range of services as well. I would recommend this office to both friends & family.

I went in today, and was checked I am very happy that they open on Saturdays Dr Domenzain Is very professional he explained everything I needed to know, his assistant was also very sweet and professional

I can’t say enough good things about the PA there name princess . She was so comforting and made a very awkward and unpleasant experience better!

Much more interested in the cometic surgery side of his practice than actually taking care of patients with GYN concerns.

He doesnt explain you anything he dont speak not advise you. Its a routine doctor and no make time for questions and if you do dont explain you well hes always hurry.

Made an appointment over the phone and was called 2 hours before my appointment telling me they no longer take my insurance.

Ive had 2 separate appointments here and both I was 10 minutes early and waited 45 minutes to an hour each time.... this place is ridiculously unprofessional and obviously do not care about your time..
