Greatest experience Ive had in a doctors office! I arrived with a fever and a lot of pain and left without any diagnosis! I was suggested two injections that didnt explain what they were for! Total deception!

I understand that this is a business and of course there is going to have to be a price to pay but the way they go about it. Just for refills and blood work I feel was under necessary they tried to charge me $230. And when I told owner I didnt have this to pay he told me to go else where he had to cover his license. Extremely rude I ended up paying for my thyroid refills and office visit but he told me he needs me to get other blood test I didnt even need. All in all a great clinic its just they need to find a better system for charging customers and not OVER CHARGING them. The ladies up front are always nice to me. I pray for the owner as well as the business that God takes the owner as well as the clinic to higher heights. In Jesus name. Amen ...

I’m kindly surprised with this place. I had a really good time here, no wait, fast, and the dr actually was very good. They offer very affordable check ups like ultra sound, urine lab, and blood work. Besides that, they have a very cheap annual membership ( at this time for $30 per year) and you have a free app smear.I found it better than the specialist gyn I used to go.Very affordable health care.

I don’t know this place has bad reviews. They offer an amazing service for $20 consult. They offer additional service like some blood work, ultrasound, iud insert/removal and they are all reasonable/affordable prices if you don’t have insurance. I find myself coming once a year for a check up, and I am very thankful for this kind of place to exist.

I know there are a lot of negative comments about this clinic. But I got to say all I got from them was great service. Since I came in the receptionist smiled and welcomed me. The assistants were nice and the the Doctor was very professional. I felt good being treated there. Thank you for providing a place where people that have no insurance can go to.

Hi. The worst service Ive had in one place. First, the people who attend the front are quite rude to the customers. Later when I asked to take my exams, another nurse helped me without sensitivity, it was my first ultrasound to see my baby, and they didnt tell me anything about this, I had to ask her if she could tell me something, with all the callousness possible, she said 3 words and she left the room. Thats how they all continued, they just want the insurance to pay more money and if you dont have insurance they make you take more exams than you need as it happened to me, to detect false infection that I confirmed in another clinic and I didnt have it, the doctor was the Worst person who works there, the most rude, callous, unprofessional, spoke to me so badly that it made me want to cry, as if her job was to get involved in the decisions of others, questioning my pregnancy. As if it were shortly after I waited 1 month for the delivery of results, although they had told me that they would be in 3 days, but it was not so, I called they said they would be ready one day and they were not, the lady in the front was rude saying it was likely and they were not yet. I went to the place every week and they were never available. when they were finally delivered to me by another person, mentioning that I had to take another appointment for the doctor to review my results, I gave them a resounding No and they made me sign a confirmation paper

Hello everyone. Let me share with you my experience at this urgent care center. I give these guys a 3 for many reasons. So I have been having minor back aches in my lower back. I was in the area so I figure I get it checked. I do have good Medical insurance through my employer and when I went to present my medical insurance card to the representative she told me that they dont take insurance. Okay, so me looking out of place she then explain to me that their cost is reasonable. So I did all the paperwork and they sent me to the back really quick. The little nurse took my vitals and then I explained to her my problem. Then the doctor came in shortly after in her white coat. The doctor examine me, look at my back. But then she asked for a urine sample and Im like what does a urine sample got to do with my pain. I didnt make a fuss. So the representative came into the room with a long list of recommendations from the doctor with prices. The total price for the doctor recommendations came out to $499. Keep in mind that I have Medical insurance. I end up paying the $20 office visit, which is posted up front to attract customers. The doctor wrote me two prescriptions but when I called the pharmacy they told me that its a wait. If you have insurance, I wouldnt recommend this place.

I’m giving one star because the receptionist was the only courteous person there. I went there only because I’m having issues getting my dental insurance and I had an infection that I needed antibiotics for. Yes I went there a few months before for the same thing with the same problem with my insurance but I didn’t need to be admonished by the doctor and made to feel like I’m taking advantage. I didn’t ask for pain medication only antibiotics. I consider myself to be a very nice, kind, polite, and hard working individual and I don’t ask for hand outs ever. The Dr asked me not to come back for the same issue but with the condescending tone she took with me and making me feel humiliated, I will not go back for anything even though I live across the street

I Googled a low cost clinic near me, and this wonderful clinic popped up. I was nervous because I am not bilingual, but everything worked out more than fine.There was no wait, I was very well taken care of, and I could afford the medical care I really needed. Thank you so much to this whole staff. I am relieved that I have found a healthcare provider.

I have visited this location twice. I can say they were very attentive and the diagnosis was very precise. I was prescribed the right medicines which made me a fast recovery. Overall so far so good . Good payment options for self pay like me. This is my honest review.

Went to be looked at by a doctor at 4:30pm they said they can’t see me because they are working until 5pm 😂 ⭐️Plus they do not speak EnglishStay away!

My experience was great, because the staff explained me everything about why I need pay more after $20 and they provide me all the medications to avoid going to the hospital and Pay a bill really more than what I paid there. High recommend!

I arrived at the clinic at 9 I had to return because I went last Friday and Im not well. the secretary said that the doctor was late. The doctor arrived only at 9:40. I explained that I went on Friday I took the papers from Friday even so I had to pay the appointment again. I was very poorly attended the doctor said that I had nothing to do and only horrible service only lost my money twice.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE TAKING YOUR LOVED ONES TO THIS PLACE.First of all, do not expect to be seen by an MD. This clinic is operated by Nurse Practitioners.I went to get a sports physical done for my daughter. The nurse practitioner demanded to have an EKG done or otherwiseshe wouldnt do the physical. I offered to sign a release butI was denied that option. I insisted there should be something else that can be done and she stomped out of the room sayingshe would ask the medical director.A minute later, an employee came into my room saying things needed to be done as the NP has explained.This behavior is totally unethical. My daughter has played a sport for 6 years but not even once had she been obligated to have an EKG done.Thinking this may not be the pattern of operation to the rest of their clinics; I researched the web for a company contact number and found out there is no phone number listed to contact the owners but an email address.I called the number for one of the clinics and was offered an email address but not a phone number.This may be a sign.Dont be fooled by the 20 dollar visit post in their windowsthey are ready to find out anything and everything to increase your bill.

This is not a clinic. There doesnt appear to be a medical stuff on premises that has a clue as to whats going on. All they want to do is sell you things that you dont really need when you get there. They recommended a x-ray which they have to you to another business to do. Been over 2 weeks and they never called me for the results. I had to call them and they had no record of the service. I do not recommend this clinic at all as the owner is extremely rude. I will never visit there again with my kids are family

My experience was horrible ... the doctors attention is terrible. He has no ethics to work with patients. I asked for a flu shoot and She gave a bad answer. And they are very slow... they sit you in a room and you have to wait there 30min minimumFor me... no stars for them

Ive come to this urgent care for about 2 years now. every 3 month i go in so i can get a prescription filled for a medicine i absolutely must take... I give blood every visit for the same test and yet the price is always going up and then i can never get my results... I ask, i call, i get nothing.. ??? Shady...

Good place the visit is only $20 plus the lab work that they do is very low price too and in the side they open on SaturdaysOn the down part you have to come in every time you need a refill but is very fast most 9f the times I being here.

Should have read reviews before going in to this location. At the time of check in, there werent any issues. Once I declined a $150 injection the front desk clerk snapped and even lectured me on her medical education from DR. Very creepy.So quiet obvious that if I only paid for the consultation and not agreed to buy other drugs then I as a patient would be unwelcomed.To top this, she delayed sending the prescription to the pharmacy. I waited for hours at the pharmacy. When I called to check on statues of the prescription just got nasty and hung up. I called again and she said she had sent it already. The walmart pharmacist said no nothing while I had her on the line.Till finally after hours of waiting she sends the prescriptions to the pharmacy.Im in shock that in a medical clinic one would see such things happening. And doing them to there own patients.I see by the other reviews that there are more bad experiences pretty similar to like one I had. I should have read them first.

I was very happy with the service I received here, The doctor was friendly and I was treated in professional manner. The cost was very reasonable for the treatment I received. I would go again if I needed to.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. I went to a location on semoran Blvd, I did some exams the results were supposed to be done in 3 weeks, I called and the woman said Ill call you back; like 3 weeks after I called again and the phone was not working. So after a few tries I researched and found this obt location I called (because is far from where I live decided to call first) and the lady that took care of me told me that she couldnt find my file that she will keep searching and will call me. After few weeks I called again, and they tried to look for my info but didnt find anything. Finally, I called one more time and a lady told me that she couldnt find my file that if I have my receipt I can come to this office and see if they can give me a refund or do the exams again. That sound well so I dicided to go and drive there when I arrived I gave my info and the concern and within minutes she found my file! What a miracle! After I called several times and never got an answer. After that I wanted to know the results, the doctor talked to me and said, the exam has to be repeated because its been more than 3 months. I said ok, but I have to pay again? And the answer was yes, how is possible that after their negligence that even my health could be in danger they said that I have to pay again. NO! I left and will never be back there!

I picked this place because it said Family after we landed in Orlando. My 2 years old son is insured under my United Oxfords plan but I did not have his actual insurance card on me. I had my insurance card on me and a print of his card on my phone. Even if I offered Oxford to email Family Medical Clinic my sons insurance card, the secretary denied to service my son. I asked to speak to a doctor because it was incomprehensible and a medical assistant said a bullshit the secretary cannot work without the actual insurance card. Both minions just shook their heads.Family Medical Clinic has zero understanding of the medical business (they cannot even call Oxford to verify my sons was insured) and the family in its name is a gimmick.Save yourself time, efforts and frustrations, go to CareSpot ( 5min. drive away).

I called the clinic--O. B. T. Office -- on a Friday afternoon and ask them if they were open on Saturday. They told me they were open. I arrived after a 30 minute drive to discover they were not open. I found another provider that day.Wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt I Googled urgent Family Care. Google list a Semoran Boulevard office opening at 8 a.m. on a weekday I drove to the clinic I arrived approximately 8:15 the hours of operation ppsred on the door 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. neverthehless they where closed. I called the main number they told me they open at 9.After waiting in my car till past 9 a.m. I called them again because the door was still locked. The person on the phone told me they were closed because the doctor was sick.Needing to see a doctor I drove 35 mins to O. B. T. office. After checking in and while sitting there with the clear understanding I was going to be waiting a long time the thought crossed my mind: how have faith in someones abilities to perform a complex procedure such as a medical diagnosis and provide a prognosis when they apparently cannot do something as simple as manage a Google listing and maintain the office hours?Good reasoning superseded my physical discomfort and need to have my illness addressed I left.

Worst Clinic ever!!!!! The “Doctor” takes forever to see the patient. They tell you that she is taking a break and that you need to wait. Honestly not a good place to go to, specially if you are feeling super sick!

Went there for a $20 visit for a routine prescription, ended up costing $80. This happened even through i phoned ahead and told them what prescription I needed. They didnt want to give me a 6 month long one also.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. On top of that they don’t even know what they’re doing. Please don’t go there.!

I really liked the clinic and the multiple options they have. I had labs and everything done in the same clinic. The nurses and Front Desk service were excellent. Very grateful and satisfied for the attention of the Dr. who examined me and explained my doubts. I recommend this site of excellence.

I went for a pain in my hand and without checking me, the doctor indicated that I had herpes and ordered me to do a series of tests that had nothing to do with what I had. Its a shame that there are those kinds of doctors who only want to make a profit. . Dont waste your time or money because they wont give you solutions.

Dont waste your money or your time. They look for ways to make you feel sick by creating diseases that dont exist just to get your money.

How is it possible that they dont update the schedule?And on the days they serve that are no longer open on Saturdays, they care little about their patients.

I personally recommend this place. They have quite affordable prices, obviously one must pay for laboratories. Thats obvious. On two occasions I had to take my daughter to a hospital for a urinary infection and at that time they treated her and gave her medication, but a month later I received a bill for $1,500 dollars at my house because I did not have medical insurance. So I dont complain because I prefer to pay for my procedures than have a long debt with the Hospital. I am grateful to have found this Clinic that has been able to help me the times I have needed it. The attention from the front desk was excellent as was Dr.

On 07/01/2021 I went to the clinic at 4:40 PM to have some labs done, they were about to close, they treated me, I went to the bathroom for a moment to take a test, I left my belongings in a consultation roomAnd magically $300 dollars disappeared from my wallet, it was a horrible experience!I do not recommend that clinic AT ALL, it has no professionalism or ethics, be very careful, NEVER LEAVE YOUR BELONGINGS, the security cameras are useless.There were only 2 nurses and a doctor in the clinic, there was no one else, the clinic was closed, only this servant was missing (ME)One of the nurses was with me in the Laboratories, there was another nurse who is new to the clinic, she was very scared, she is very young and the Doctor from the Dominican Republic was giving emotional support...😡 I know who it was, there is no doubt in my mind, but Unfortunately I have no evidence and if there is no evidence nothing can be done... (but you judge)A guard arrived to investigate but nothing could be done because the cameras are useless. Theres nothing to do...I hope this doesnt happen to anyone, because the experience is not pleasant at all, I felt very offended...For me it is a clinic that DOES NOT WORK!Dont be fooled by appearances!It has been a horrible experience

One star is a lot for what you are going to receive here. Pay to not get a real diagnosis. I went with my mom because she couldnt stand the ear pain. The doctor who saw her told her that she did not have an infection. After 5 hours my mothers ear burst due to the infection she had. They are going to give away their money. Apart from that, the people at the front desk sent the medicine to another pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and dont go.

I liked the care, the doctor and the service in total, they helped me and solved my sons problem, they were super attentive. The only thing that could be improved is the service time, sometimes it takes many hours.

The truth is that it is something that I do not recommend at all. The first time I paid more than 400 dollars and they did not resolve anything at all. The second time, yesterday I went with a pain in the right part of my abdomen and they told me that I needed an ultrasound, ok I did it, I dont know. I could see well what I had, what I had to give me a urine sample, they took it and after 3 minutes. They already told me I could go without medication. She didnt even stop the pain or tell me what I had or anything, I asked to speak to the doctor two three times until I came to talk to her and she only told me that I didnt know anything that everything was fine, she just prescribed me some pills that in the end when I went to the pharmacy I was never able to pick them up because they never sent the recipe. I will never go back to that place with such bad service in my life.

Very bad experience, the treatment is very bad, the nurse who was there on Saturday morning, who was poorly educated, has no ethics or respect for her patients. I dont know how they hire people like that and they dont realize that it can affect their business. A well-served customer recommends others, there is no respect for others in this place, take those people to customer service training.

Good place, good attention from the reception staff but the doctor arrives, checks you and leaves, she doesnt talk to you, she doesnt tell you what you have, or what instructions you should follow, she just sends the assistant to collect and ask for the pharmacy of your choice 😕

I was treated by Dr. Fernández, who told me that this was not the place to see me since there are no emergencies there. I felt so bad when I saw the way she treated me without any humanity. I think a doctor should have at least better attitude to treat a patient, not to be despotic (thats how I felt it) the girl who took my blood pressure was kind, oh and of course I paid for the consultation.

The service is normal but I was surprised that they refused to give a physical prescription, they only want to do it online 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ there are people who simply want the recipe as it is always done

Based on my experience, I can say that the service they provide is excellent, from the girl at the reception to the Doctors who serve very well, I was truly satisfied and grateful.

These gentlemen charged me and then did not give me the real service, one of the worst experiences of my life. I do not recommend them at all and in the process I suspect that they have people practicing medicine without the proper license.
