I highly recommend this clinic. The Doctor is the kindest man you will ever meet. He is so dedicated to woman’s rights. Not once did I feel judged or embarrassed to be in his office. His staff is all woman and let me tell you, he only hires very kind and caring woman. My experience was amazing. If you are looking for an abortion clinic then do not hesitate to go here. The before and after care is also very, very good. I can’t say enough nice things about this Doctor and his staff. Thank you all so much for being so helpful and kind to me during this time.

Having to make the choice to have an abortion is a difficult and scary decision. Dr. Yunis and his staff thoroughly explained the process and put me at ease. They also educated us on several birth control options so we did not have to go through this situation again. I decided to move forward with the surgery over taking the medication. The process was painless in my case. I remember the nurse taking me to the room to get my IV and that was it. My next memory was my boyfriend helping me into the car. I had very minimal amounts of bleeding and no pain. The most pain I remember feeling, was getting my finger pricked when getting my iron levels checked. This clinic takes good care of their patients and makes a scary situation better. I am very grateful.

Id like to say Im absolutely grateful for this location, its staff, and Dr. Yunis. When you call, they schedule a consultation that youll have with a few other women, going over everything, and its a great time to ask any questions, I had a few. Dr. Yunis will answer all with patience and understanding for your concerns. The consultation is the same week you call and you have the option to schedule within the same week. Planned parenthood had availability 5 weeks out, and its only riskier that way. Youre given the choice between the pill and procedure. I chose the procedure. Youll arrive at your appointment, get called back and begin the small, yet nerve-wracking journey. Youll have your vitals checked, and in my case, another ultrasound to make sure the pregnancy is still there. After that, youre given medication to help you relax and be taken to a comfy room with other women waiting on their procedure. My nerves were put at ease from that point on. We were all there for different reasons, different walks of life and in some strange way it was absolutely comforting to talk to these ladies. Youre then walked to the procedure room and honestly I do not remember much from then, other than someone holding my hand, being placed to rest/recover, then eventually my ride came once I was better and that was that. It wasnt anywhere nearly as scary as I imagined, over in less than a couple minutes it seemed. The staff is absolutely careful and mindful of your fears. Everyone I dealt with has the highest level of professionalism and I greatly appreciate it. Recovery was maybe a couple hours, very light bleeding, actually just spotting, minimal cramping, and sleepy for a couple hours but nothing more. I was able to continue with my daily routine by 3pm. I understand these situations arent ideal, but if youre looking for a place thatll put your mind at ease, this is it. I hope this review helps anyone with fear, itll be okay and youre doing whats best for yourself.

I came sometime in 2022 & as anyone else having to do this, I was terrified. I want to thank the staff and Dr. Yunis for being so amazing and understanding. They treated me with so much care and informed me on everything. I decided to go with the procedure since that is the best option because once you are done you know youre 100% good and no longer carrying. The procedure is very different for everyone, as for me it was a bit painful but nothing too crazy. I will always remember laying there about to go into getting the procedure done and I started crying because I wasnt sure if i was making the right choice in that moment I doubted myself. I will never forget one of the staff members standing right behind me holding my hand, comforting me and rubbing my head telling me it is going to be ok Im doing what is best for ME. Dr. Yunis had said it would be quick & he in fact told the truth it was less than 2 minutes and I was done. I will forever love and appreciate the staff & Dr. Yunis the man himself for being there for me reassuring me & making sure I was 100% OK. I definitely recommend if you are decided on where to go.

Thank you so much to all the staff and the doctor for making this process so much easier and peaceful than I thought it would be. I decided to do the procedure since as the doctor said, when you get the procedure done you leave the office with no worries, knowing that you’re a 100% not pregnant and with just a little pain. I did feel pain during the procedure even after taking the pills but it was a pain that I can barely remember since the procedure was really fast. If you’re going through a tough situation and want to go to a place where you’re gonna get a lot of information about the abortion methods while being treated right, go to this clinic!

I wanted to share my experience as being a minor I was so incredibly scared, but the day before the doctor walk you through everything and gives you a better understanding how process works. The doctor was patient and so understanding. During my procedure I didn’t feel not a thing I didn’t even remember going back into to the procedure room. Next thing I knew I was eating a popsicle and waiting for my mom to pick me up. I highly recommend this place there staff and there doctor is one of the most understanding and professional and caring clinic , thank you for supporting females in such a difficult decision to make.

My experience was very good, I think they give the necessary attention to each patient. Personally, I did feel a little pain during the procedure even taking the pills, but I suppose it is different for each woman. If you are thinking on going, dont hesitate and go, it is completely safe. But please, dont take men with you, It makes us feel unconfortable:(Its been a week already and I only had light bleeding since the procedure. Dont be scared, everything went very quickly and at the end I was able to return home with great peace of mind. The only thing I would like them to improve is the attention to appointments, it can take too long waiting for your turn.

Wanted to share my experience to help other girls going through the same situation. Prior to my procedure I was extremely nervous & had lots of anxiety. When I first called to make an appointment the receptionist was extremely nice and helpful she got me an appointment for consultation right away for the next day. On my consultation day, again I was extremely nervous. I filled out some paper work, there’s such helpful receptionists! Dr. Ronald Yunis was incredible he really takes his time to explain everything in detail and truly helped me calm down & made me feel more secure. Got my ultrasound, he really cares for his patients, took his time with each one of us there with any concerns, questions etc. My procedure day I went in and all of the MAs/ Nurses and receptionist were amazing really really helpful and sweet ladies! The procedure takes 5 to 10 minutes, I don’t remember a thing and not feeling any pain whatsoever. I am very pleased with Acacia women’s center its really such a safe place and hope this will help calm any nerves! Thank you so much Dr.Yunis & all his staff!

The staff was super nice & informative. Dr Yunis did such an amazing job. the staff really listens to you & does their best to make you as comfortable as possible. i dont even remember the procedure. all i remember was sitting in the operating room & next thing i know im getting picked up. i had a little cramping for a couple hours which is completely normal but it wasnt unbearable. i would highly recommend this place over any other. thank you so much to the staff & Dr. Yunis for your support, understanding, & dedication to all of us having to make such a difficult decision.

I had the best experience today. I had another bad experience at another Healthcare Office and I called the Acacia Womens Center this morning asking for help as I needed rather quick help and they brought me in same day. The girls are phenomenal at the front and The Doctor might be an actual Angel. He is understanding and very knowledgeable and professional. I owe great thanks to them for helping me.

You guys needs to respect and accept bad and good comments thats why theres this option right? And yes you guys do charge $700 we have the receipt. When my daughter went to the first appointment you guys did a pregnancy test and it came out positive the bad thing is that on the second appointment when she went to get the pill you guys didnt confirm that she was still pregnant, she had a miscarriage during the appointments an as 18 year old girl that doesnt have any experience took the pill that caused her to go to urgent care. Hopefully u guys do a better service specially for all the girls that are going true this hard decision. And yes we had to report this at the hospital procedure that had to be done. Thanks

This is a no nonsense type of clinic. Dr. Ronald is a very truthful man with a lot of grit. He will tell you like it is no fluff. I decided to do the surgery for my personal preference. The nurse talked to me about what was needed and the type of medicine i was taking. Everyone is no fluff here. Very spot on treatment that didnt last long at all. Went in at 8:45am and was out of there by dang near 10ish. I went home and napped all day. Barely felt any pain and by the evening i was up and running around like normal. My only problem is how fast everything goes from the moment you go in there to the moment you leave. I would also ask for maybe 15 mins to gather myself as i leave out the door but over all a very well done procedure. Dr yunis is a very reputable man I trust him and his team with my care. He said it does not take long and he was very much so right. I would highly recommend his procedure if your feeling conflicted on what to do. Pay a little but more for barely no pain.

Very caring, very comforting. The pain only lasted for a short amount of time during the procedure and once it was done, it was done. All the nurses, including the doctor were very helpful and dedicated to their work. 10/10.

The front desk and a Nurse with dark long hair ( seems to be in her late 20s she took my Scan as well ) were so unprofessional, they literally talk about patients right Infront of them . I literally heard them casually talking about me and this sure made me feel small in the room . The doctor was great . He sure needs to fire his stuff so unprofessional in such a field and place all patients need is privacy of their matters !

Honestly I was not looking forward to this experience. Abortion is a difficult decision for anyone to make, but Im grateful to live in a state that allows me to do so. The staff was incredibly kind and immediately made me feel comfortable. I chose to be sedated, and literally have no recollection of the procedure itself, and felt no pain whatsoever. The day I went for my consultation, it was a bit of a long wait, but was completely worth it. The doctor was incredibly informative about all available options, and spoke extensively about birth control (as well as the pros and cons of each one). The day of my procedure, staff escorted me to my partners vehicle. While I know making this decision is a difficult time in any womans life, I cannot recommend this place enough if you do need this service.

This was my first clinic and first procedure. I am very thankful with how comforting the staff and environment was. The doctor is very sympathetic towards anyone coming in with their decision, as well as some of the nurses. This clinic goes above and beyond to fit in any as many patients as possible to ensure that everyone is taken care of. My only complaint/disappointment is that I was told they would continue to give pain medication for the procedure if the patient expressed the need for it (which I did) but was not given anything else, so I remember the strong pain during the procedure and was very awake for it despite paying to be sedated. The way the sedated procedure was described to me was that I wouldnt remember any part of it, but the pain and the procedure itself is what I remember most. After the procedure is the only thing thats the tiniest bit cloudy for me. Just make sure you are clear about everything you are hoping to be accommodated for beforehand.

From the moment i walked into this clinic, i felt very welcomed, understood, & comfortable. they have you scheduled with multiple other women who are going through the same exact issue as you. they do a group counseling session with the doctor prior to having a one on one consultation. i was able to schedule my procedure within a few days after the consultation. having severe anxiety, i was terrified! they give you medications to calm your nerves, which kicks in within 30 minutes. being pulled into the surgical room, all i remember is very slight cramping. i chose to have an IV to help with my sedation & pain. Dr. Ronald Yunis was AMAZING, super quick, efficient, patient, & caring. I don’t remember anything from the procedure, which is exactly what i was wanting. dr. yunis & his staff did an excellent job ensuring my comfortability, considering this is a scary experience no woman wants to go through. i highly recommend dr. yunis & his staff. if i could rate more than 5 stars, I WOULD. thank you dr. yunis & staff for making me feel confident & comfortable with my decision.

After reading all the reviews I had very mixed reactions about coming to this clinic. I decided to go with an open mind and try to make the best out of the situation. I AM SO GLAD I DID! The moment I walked in it smelt freshly cleaned. Everyone at the front desk is kind and helpful. For as many woman that you help at a time, your processes run very smooth. I did feel a little rushed at times, but that is to be expected when youre one of very few offices that provide these services, so its completely understandable. Dr. Yunis was very open and explained pros and cons for everything. And every option that is available. I can appreciate an up front and honest doctor. They are rare. For those that left previous comments about the pill not working, they are very clear that its not the preferred method for that reason. Overall I would like to thank everyone at the client who helped through this process and do what it takes to help a lot of woman. For my feedback: 1. It would be nice if you took care credit. 2. The double pained glass in the bathroom is a little uncomfortable on the bottom when youre sitting on the toilet. Love the sinks tho! Thank you everyone who helped me and took care of me.Edited to day two: I am on day two now. I vaguely remember feeling pain during the procedure. I remember someone telling me it was okay and almost over as I gripped their arm. To that person who offered comfort, I am grateful and appreciate you. I feel very minor cramps and a spot here or there. Thank you again to your office and Dr. yunis. To the protester outside, no one can understand your mumbles and your voice is very drawn out. I hope you decide to follow another path and work to help all the children in foster care that cant find a loving home. Just feels like God would appreciate the help there and your time would be better spent.

My experience here was also very positive. I felt very well informed throughout, my procedure was fast and the pain was brief, and I felt better the following day. The staff was pleasant. My only complaint is the wait time (3 hrs every visit), but other than that I am very happy that I went and trusted Dr Yunis with my care.

I really recommend this location. The girls are are all great, they make you feel so comfortable.I decided to do the pill. I was 6 weeks.I took the pill at the clinic and went to work normal. No pain no nothing. The next day I took the 4 small pills and within 10 minutes I was already cramping, but it was like period cramping and started bleeding in less than 30 minutes after I had taken the 4 small pills.Mine was just like a heavy period. it started at 10am heavy and by night time it was still the same just heavy. I can say the heavy bleeding was for 2 days and after that it was just like spotting. I used regular pads, they said you were going to maybe need the diaper ones but in my case I didnt. They prescribed pills incase you need to use them for the pain and if you cant handle the pain. But honestly I didnt even use them. Everything just felt like a heavy period. Not painful at all.Every body is different, but I really wanted to share my experience because in the meeting it does sound like the pill may not work, it it dangerous, you can bleed to death, you cramp really bad, that 2 out 3 women say they will never ever take the pill again, but in my case it was the best option for me. It may depend on how many weeks you are but in my opinion is better to take the pill if you are 9 weeks or less.I really hope this helps a lot. I know the feeling of trying to decide what to do, where to go, budget wise, and specially the guilt on having to do it. Good Luck!

I have never met another doctor who was so dedicated to their practice. I’m so thankful to have gone here as opposed to anywhere else. The front desk and nurses were patient and understanding. Thank you everyone for your work. I had learned things I didn’t hear anywhere else. There was no judgement, thank you so much for being here in these trying times!

💕Best Dr. Hands down. EVERY WOMAN IS DIFFERENT we all experience pain differently, Communication is Key. List all medications youre currently taking for proper pain management. Procedure is not horrible at all. I highly recommend surgical procedure. Ladies at the front were amazing. For those complaining about the wait time, this office is 1 out of a few open in phx..... what do you expect.... either wait a few hrs or drive 4hrs to Nevada. Ps.. thanks for the $5 gift card to Starbucks front desk!! 💕

This place is filled with the best people on earth. They’re very kind and make sure your feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Staff was AMAZING, the doctor was AMAZING. I am so glad I chose this office.

The front desk is exceptional the doctor too is so nice it was quick and easy they explained everthing broke it down to detail and was very through the medicial assistant was so so gentle with grace definitely recommend this place to anyone I kinda wished they had a office in chandler Gilbert area. Im so glad I chose this place for my procedure. The Dr. was pretty straightforward and to the point but also friendly. I felt like he was very knowledgeable and experienced so I felt safe & comfortable. The staff was very nice as well. Adriana is super caring & kind, everyone was but Adriana is just an amazing person. If I didnt live so far away I would definitely come here for my regular care. I personally had an amazing experience at this facility. From the consultation through the procedure and to the check up appointment everyone was beyond friendly. The Dr that did my procedure was very informative and you could tell he cared about us and was confident in what he does. I never once felt uncomfortable or judged. They even educated me on different contraceptives and I plan to soon see the DR to get on a contraceptive that is right for me. If you want a place that is welcoming, affordable, and informative this is the place for you.

As any OBGYN procedure —The situation for anyone is not easy but they make your feel human and comfortable. I would use them every time. The care was outstanding. From the receptionist, to the nurses, to the doctor...EVERYONE was incredibleI was so overwhelmed with relief at how supportive and understanding all of the staff were, with such a busy clinic , they were top notch and very comforting !!They truly made everything feel ok when I just wanted to fall apart and didnt know how to react.HUGE shout out to office Manager Irma— who “wears many hats” ( Receptionist/front desk/CNA/nurturing soul ,& SO MUCH MORE!!)Dr Yunis is fortunate to have such a hard working-empathetic staffThank you from the bottom of my heart, to everyone at Keep making a true difference & doing amazing work❤

Wouldn’t recommend this place, please save your money! My sister decided to take the pill, paid $700 didn’t have another ultrasound or pregnancy test done. Come to find out she had lost the baby 2 weeks before. Paid $700 for nothing plus a ER bill.

They made my experience so much better than I would’ve thought, given such unfortunate circumstances. Best place to go, I felt safe the entire time. The doctor is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does.

Terrible experience very rude terrible customer service! First time I called put me on hold then took me off hold I guess didnt realize... I could hear everyone talking in the background! I hung up and called back, I told them what happen and they were very rude , didnt even apologize! Will not be going here! Dont recommend! I wouldnt trust anyone here to treat me best off todays experience!!!!!! Oh wow furthermore just sitting here going thru the reviews the owner is very rude in her responses to anyone with something other then good things to say. Dr Yuni’s and his staff are absolutely the best! If you find yourself in crisis go to Dr Yunis! He is so caring and so compassionate and I did not feel judged or any shame in their care. Thank you Dr Yunis and all his caring staff! The women working are so sweet! Thank you for being there in my time of need you are giving women their lives back!

I went back in 2012 it was very different. The nurses were very nice and I didn’t even remember what had taken place. This most recent time DR Yunis was very rude. I felt every single thing from beginning to end. I continued to complain about the pain and was told it wasn’t hurting. I will never use this clinic again after my last experience. Yes, they are thorough but don’t care about your personal health or emotions. I wish I had the same experience as back in 2012.

A friend referred this place. Claiming it was an amazing place. Unfortunately I didn’t get that experience. I called Monday (June 5, 2023), quick to answer. I was told they go by weekly booking to call Friday or Saturday. The employee told me to call multiple times because they won’t pick up the first couple times. Which seems unprofessional.Present day Friday ( June 9, 2023 they open at 8am) I expect them to be ready to do their jobsI called this place exactly at 8:44am (giving them enough time to settle in, which I shouldn’t have to they should be ready by 8am when they open) , no answer cool waited a little called again no answer I kept trying 9:35am still No answer not only did they not answer after me trying many times THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER , it wasn’t even ringing anymore, I called using another phone and it was ringing normally,I left emails , Text (because that’s the options they give you) still nothing. ( the total amount of times I called was 87 calls yet not one call was answered ) This is unbelievable , so unprofessional, I wanted to go walk in but I shouldn’t have too . Pick up the damm phone. Seriously can’t believe they blocked my number from calling them . I need Help urgently and this place just sucks no respect

Brought my girlfriend here @ exactly 9am as that is the time they open up at. We scheduled the past Monday for a consultation and when we got here, the lady said that the consultations started @8am. How does that even make sense? She wouldn’t even reschedule us for something that was wrong on their part. The earliest they said would be on the 22nd but it would be too late by then. The lady we talked to on the phone that Monday also reminded us that our appointment was @9am multiple times. She even called us throughout the week to remind us. Heard big things about this clinic and was excited for them to help us but it all went down hill. Hopefully others have better experiences!

Had an abortion on Tuesday and my experience was great. Doctor and staff are very comforting and supportive. Made me feel safe. I got a sense of relief after my procedure. Thank u Dr Yunis & staff.

Do not trust the google reviews! Go read through Yelp! I did not do that until after my phone experience with this office. I called to get scheduled and they were extremely rude and extremely unprofessional on the phone. I asked simple questions and got even nasty rudeness back. I spoke to two different people. If this is how the staff is on the phone you could only imagine the treatment you would receive in the office. I am sorry that is just not worth it for me. I decided to go to yelp afterwards and I read a bunch of reviews, apparently the whole office staff and the way patients are treated is horrible. Dont just take my word for it go read the reviews and save yourself from an mentally traumatizing situation.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. As a medical professional, I was very comfortable and very pleased with the professionalism of everyone in the office. Dr. Yunis is a practicing OB/GYN and it really is unfortunate that he has to split this time between his practice and this clinic because in the reality of choosing to be or not to be pregnant should fall under one roof, not two. He clearly wants his patients to understand the ins and outs and I found him very easy to talk to. I highly, highly recommend this clinic.Thank you again Dr. Yunis, Gail and Cynthia. You are all doing fantastic work!!

Similar to the other women on here... I had a bad experience here as well. The nurses and front desk staff were very kind to me. However the old man Dr was incredibly harsh. No sympathy. I remember dozing off briefly and waking up just as my procedure had began. I had to endure all of it. It was the worst pain, and all you could hear was the vacuum noise and all you could do was just sit in horror and watch. I’m scarred for life because of this place. I still have nightmares about it and the pain that I had emotionally and physically went through all because I wasn’t sedated adequately.My second abortion (and my last thank god) I went to desert star. They were SO kind, took good care of me. I was actually OUT the entire time and overall a better experience. Please do your research !!

I was very afraid to come here for my abortion after reading the horror stories in the review section. Dr. Yunis is PHENOMENAL. He has years of experience and knows exactly what he is doing. The worst part about my abortion was the cramps from the cervix softener. After that I remember lying down and then waking up it was all over. No pain. No mental pain either. It is the second day of recovery and barely any blood. I have high confidence I will be back to my normal activities very soon. Scratch that the worst part about the whole experience was the protesters out side. They make the experience scarier than it actually is. Dr. Yunis and his staff are very nice and supportive. They even help with pricing if you cant afford full price. This is a great facility and Dr. Yunis is amazing.

I was taken care of so well! I was terrified of a bad experience like the one I had in Texas. But my fears were eased completely by the staff and doctor that genuinely helped me get passed the most difficult day of my entire life. So glad I came here. Forever grateful

I wasnt going to comment or review Acacia, because my experience was a few yrs back. Until I was reading to see if there was any information on a new Dr or any complaints like I experienced. I read Kats review and literally felt like I was reading my own experience here. The nurses were very nice. They only gave me anxiety meds and I was then taken into that great room you can here the whole time accross the hall. I let them know ahead of time about my high tolerance to some meds, due to being on the same anxiety meds for a few years. Wide awake walking into the room with the nurse. I was WIDE AWAKE for the WHOLE thing. It was killing me to sit still because it hurt so bad. The Dr. Proceded to tell me the exact same thing. To shut up, Be quiet and stop exaggerating. It doesnt hurt, yelling hold still and shut up. He then told the nurse to hold me down,and kept getting more aggitated with me. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. I remember everything. The worst bed side manner Ive ever experienced. Just thought it was pretty crazy the other review was exactly the same experience.

Spent $50 in gas and child care to come all the way here to find out they are going to refuse my procedure! I completely intended on reading them five stars this time because my past experiences were amazing but I am so upset right now! I have absolutely no other choices and Im literally stuck between a rock and a hard place because of their new policies due to the health department. This is b*******. Arizona health department wants to stipulate ridiculous regulations on the only place that actually takes care of their patients!

Staff are informative and friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The office is clean and welcoming. There wasn’t a question I asked that I didn’t get an honest answer to. Very pleasant employees. Keep up the good work ladies. And the doctor was informative as well. I would recommend this place.

The Doctor told me to shut up. ust had my procedure done this morning. Before your proceedure they give you anxiety meds and then give you an hour for them to kick in before they sedate you for your procedure. Well because of my weight they almost didnt sedate me. Well either that gave me a very small dose (because of my size) or they didnt wait long enough for it to kick in and I was full concious during it and was screaming in agonizing pain. Instead of either giving me more pain meds or just trying to distract me from the pain the doctor proceeded to call me a liar and (Im not kidding) told me repeatedly to shut up along saying other things he told the nurses where did you find this one. Now to tell you just how alert I was I was able to sit up and look the doctor in the face and tell say unless youve had this done or can feel my pain then stop telling me it doesnt hurt. I was traumatized. If you would like to go to a place where they degrade you for being in pain this is the one for you.

Theyre kind, knowledgeable, and will cater to your needs. Their prices can be beat and their doctors have been doing this for a very long time. I was so embarrassed to go in again, but I was welcomed with open arms and a professional staff.

Everyone here is professional, no judgement, very explanatory. Answered all my questions and encourage both control. Dr. Yunis is also an Ob/Gun and knows exactly what hes doing. So let me explain some things to help you if you are feeling the same way. It’s 50$ for your first actual appointment where you talk about which route you want to take. Second appointment you book is when you pay rest (usually a couple hundred dollars) and that’s the day it’s done. Fairly simple and quick.Everything was explained very well. I got to ask as many questions as I wanted and everyone here was extremely sweet and helpful. The doctor and the staff are amazing and try their best to make you feel safe and comfortable.By the way the pill isn’t as bad as you think it is, don’t be scared! Seriously, these people helped me so much and I never felt judged once. It was my first time with all of this and I recommend this place! You get top care for your money! Thank you!

The older man doctor who works here claims to have to put his fingers in you for no reason. He is harsh and told me “I was tight” while getting some “check up” completely after all my visits. I wish I did something in the moment but I was traumatized. I hope he isn’t doing this to more women.

As far as abortion clinics go, this one outdoes the rest. Dr. Ronald Yunis is the most prominent man in his line of work. Whether a clump of cells is a 35 weeks or 35 years old, time and time again Dr. Yunis demonstrates dedication and expertise. The most impressive thing in my opinion is his skillfulness with tools of all kinds, be they forceps or a 40 cal boom stick.

This place doesn’t take insurance and is expensive. I’ve called multiple times and it took 6 calls for them to answer. The lady sounded rude when I said She was cutting out and i couldn’t hear her.

Just want to come on here and say my experience here was amazing it was my first time ever I was so nervous at first but everything went smooth sleept the rest of the day after I got out and now I’m just back to normal I would recommend anyone if it’s there first time to go here

So the front desk lady was very disrespectful, scheduling an appointment was difficult and on top of that they should mention the fee over the phone and not when you show up with no money.
