Went here March 2024. Cant say enough good things about Camelback Family Planning at 4141 N 32nd St STE 105, Phoenix, AZ 85018. If anyone is in need of any assistance with lifes uncertainties or decisions this is the place to go. I felt absolutely at ease going through every appointment as the staff was very understanding and explained the process making sure all my questions were answered. Super glad I chose to come here as I truly felt comfortable and really able to openly express my concerns the whole time going through with the choice during the appointments I was originally nervous about.

Truly an amazing facility. I was referred here by my family doctor and it was a great experience all around. I had the hardest time deciding what to do about this pregnancy. When I came in for my consultation, I talked with a nurse (I remember her name started with a G) and she made me feel so comfortable. The doctor came in and was very reassuring about my choice to have a surgical abortion.I was able to get in the following week for surgery. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet. I got called back and had the same amazing nurse I had for my consult. I swear she was heaven sent! She went over everything with me one last time. She started my IV and gave me some medicine to relax me and we got to talking a little bit. She gave me the rest of the sedation and I remember saying hello to the doctor and then I was out. Luckily I do not remember anything about the procedure and woke up in the recovery room. It only took about 30 mins of recovery and I was out the door. Super quick and easy.I had some cramps right after the procedure but they subsided before I even arrived back home. I was lightly spotting for maybe a couple of hours when I got home but the next morning it was gone and so were the cramps.I highly recommend this place if you are having any type of nerves or having trouble making a decision. They are all incredible and I promise it’s pain free and stress free!Thank you Camelback Family Planning!

This place helped me when I was 18 (about 10 years ago) and I always recommend people here. I realized I never left a review. They were great with me. I was a mess and they were so comforting! Thank you so much you guys are angels!

Staff is very professional and caring. The appointment process was very fast . Doctors are knowledgeable and the facility is very clean. I’ve had bad experiences with places like planned parenthood where they are very judgmental and do not actually care about you. The women here do not judge and are very caring. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for family planning services.

I just want to say I appreciate I think her name is Alie or alley sorry if I’m saying it wrong but she’s the most amazing nurse ever. Made me feel really comfortable and felt safe. I was super nervous getting this procedure done, but she made me feel calm. Most of all appreciate the doctor and how everything operates. Ending up going home feeling perfectly okay. Felt like I never went and got anything done. 100% recommend this place

I was nervous going into my appointment here, but I quickly felt very welcomed and everyone working was extremely nice and very attentive. Which is exactly how someone wants to feel going into any appointment. Thank you for taking great care of me during a hard time.

Im so thankful Camelback Family Planning was here for me in my time of need. I had my procedure done today I was so nervous coming in. Had a hundred things on my mind on what if something goes wrong or whats going to happen. Truly the staff at Camelback family planning where so nice and caring answered all my questions. I chose a surgical sedated procedure didnt feel anything. After I got the IV and what felt like seconds set me up and told me Im done waited another 30 minutes with a blanket and a heating pad. Then a nurse took me to the car where my mom was waiting. I will 100% recommend this clinic to any one. Thank you.

Although it was quite a long wait, I would recommend this place to anyone thinking of making this hard decision. The front desk, the nurse and the doctor were extremely nice and understanding. The nurse and doctor talk through everything with you to make you feel utmost about your choices. I will forever be grateful for meeting these lovely women and making me feel most comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s having to make this hard decision. The staff, nurses, and doctor made the entire process so comfortable. Not to mention, I called on a Monday, got in the following day for the consultation, procedure scheduled the same week on Friday. The procedure itself took less than 4 hours. Completely painless and comfortable. So happy with this clinic.

I cannot express how comforting and easy this process was with camelback family planning. It is no longer walk ins or long lines you call to schedule your consultation appt . The girls here are so kind and understanding during this hard decision, Dr Goodrich is amazing and so so sweet. This process was fast and easy and although I went with the surgical procedure I had no troubles or pain. I could say a million good things about this place. The staff is easy to talk to and they make you feel comfortable. The nurse and doctor I had today are honestly the most genuine people I have ever met. This was such a hard decision for me and they made me feel so relaxed. I truly appreciate all the support.

I’ve felt ashamed to do this for a long time, my first procedure at 16 and then as a married women 15 years later I made a decision that was best financially and emotionally for my husband and I. This practice stands for the words of women encouragement and women empowerment… the staff and doctors are priceless, you are in the best hands when it’s come to every level of health care….best staff and best team. Any women who reads this, remember that you are not alone and you are in good hands… do what’s best for you always.

Everyone here is so warm and sweet. They truly care about their patients, their health, and their mental state. I was amazed at how easy this process was. I had so much anxiety going into it but all of the staff was so kind and reassuring me that they are there for me in any way I needed. One young lady in particular held my hand and it made me feel so safe. She assured me she wasn’t leaving my side during the entire procedure. I genuinely have so much love and respect for this place.

Extremely unsatisfied with the care provided by this clinic. When you leave a sample there’s multiple other cups in the deposit box, very unsanitary imo. The staff was not welcoming at all. On my paperwork I was asked if I would like to see my ultrasound, if I would like pictures, and If I wanted to hear the heartbeat, I marked yes to all. My nurse did not give me the opportunity to see my ultrasound, or hear the fetal heartbeat, she gave me the WRONG gestational age, I was 11 weeks and she told me I was 8 weeks. She left the ultrasound gel on my stomach and didn’t give me any napkins to wipe myself. She printed me 5 pictures from my ultrasound but did not let me see or take the pictures home. After my appointment I asked for my pictures and the receptionist gave me 1 singular picture that was copied onto printer paper, the picture turned out completely black. I left the clinic extremely upset and even decided to not go through with my procedure because of the terrible experience I was given here. To anyone who is looking into booking an appointment here, go somewhere else!!

I just want to thank all the nurses who walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. I have a couple things I’d like to give feedback on..I didn’t mind waiting out in the rain for my appointment since this is the only clinic in AZ that seems to be doing abortions. The consultation nurse was amazing, she made me feel welcome and was the sweetest. I left positive and knew I was making the right choice after speaking to the Dr and her making me feel like I’m not a terrible person for my decision. It was a hard one at the end. When I came back for the abortion I was obviously nervous but they made me feel safe. I was walked through the process step by step. Finally it was done…& here is where things got a bit uncomfortable . The nurse that sits with you while you wait for your ride kept was very rude and was gossiping with another nurse as I sat between them. They were also making fun of a patient by giggling amongst each other for her request. She also kept abruptly waking me up by reclining my chair upwards without a warning which kept startling me as I was coming down from the medication. I don’t know if these nurse will ever be talked to but I hope they see this and stop making people feel uncomfortable and embarrassed after such a nerve racking process. It was not easy for me to go through this and I truly felt safe and comfortable up until the last 2 nurses.

Service was good but kinda odd how they struggled so much figuring out how far along and had to come back because they couldn’t find the fetus. Came back over a week later and they still could barley find anything I was about 7 weeks at this point. They didn’t know anything about blighted ovums how odd. Lots of students there to learn as well. My issue is I had financial help for my abortion so I only paid around 300 for surgical. But over a year later I’m being billed $330. They did unexpectedly give me abortion pills as well I had to stick 3 of them in my gums right before the surgery so that was fun. So not to sure what’s happed there cannot call they’re closed right now. Regardless this should not be happening to patients over a year later of their abortion is disgusting really.

If I could give this place ten stars I would, I’ve never have experienced the type of kindness and compassion in any clinic like I did here. The nurses and staff all made me feel so comfortable with going through and making the right choice, they gave me options, ran me through different directions, and overall listened to how I felt. During the procedure I was worried about feeling any pain, but I was reassured I wouldn’t feel any discomfort and I didn’t at all. Thank you all so much to the team and staff for everything you all do for patients like us, you all are amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful.

Had to drive all the way up from just south of Tucson because I couldn’t get an appointment anywhere near my area until June and time is a factor. They offer a daily queue for appointment scheduling that closes when they book up for the following day. Financial aide options. It was definitely worth it. The clinic staff are kind and compassionate during this difficult decision making process and gave me every resource I needed pre and post-care. They even gave me options for birth control afterwards. If it is necessary for you or someone in your life to make one of the hardest decisions of a lifetime, I strongly recommend this clinic.

Honestly I really appreciate the staff working there. I had good experiences both when I went in for my testing and ultra sound plus the surgery. I was given proper medical advice, walked though everything that was going to happen and informed on my choices and options that would better benefit me. Absolutely amazing clinic. I couldnt ask for anything better. Thank you so much for understanding and helping the way you do, it means a lot to so many of us. I would like to start this review off with addressing a common complaint I saw while scrolling through their reviews:Their system and wait time is extremely reasonable, and as soon as youre able to get a consult, everything else is a breeze. I understand that some people do not like how it works, however I can honestly say that the staff does their best to make sure everyone has the opportunity to be seen. When I spoke with them on the phone, they gave me the advice of getting their early, and explained why/how their system works. I do not think an appointment-based clinic moves as quickly as they do here, and I say that because other clinics werent able to do my consultation until MONTHS out. Here, I got my consultation the same day (I arrived at 6:30am on a Friday), and immediately was booked for my procedure exactly a week out.That isnt the whole point of my review though. I had an unbelievably amazing experience at Camelback. From the physician, to the ultrasound tech, nurses, doctor who did my procedure, and everyone in between; I loved everyone who took care of me. Due to COVID, no guests are allowed with you for a majority of the process (except when driving you for your procedure), and at times it can feel lonely or scary. However, I never felt alone with the comfort and company everyone gave me. They took care of me before, during, and after my surgical procedure. They gave me snacks and drinks after my procedure, and had great communication with my S/O who was my driver that day. They explained every step of the way to me, and I found the greatest comfort possible in each staff member.An abortion is not always an easy thing to get through. It can be emotional, it can be nerve wracking, or it can be the easiest experience of your life. Whatever the case, Camelback will make the procedure 100x easier on you. I am so grateful for the experience I had. I was so scared before my consultation, but I was immediately met with the kindest, most loving and accepting staff Ive ever been treated by. You will not regret coming here! Thank you to everyone who took care of me 🤍 I will always remember the amazing staff here.

After my husband’s vasectomy failed, I was in shock and feeling incredibly vulnerable. At Camelback, I was treated with such kindness, respect and compassion through a difficult time.The receptionists, the nurses and the doctors all help to make the process as comfortable and painless (in every sense) as possible. I cannot recommend Camelback Family Planning enough.

The staff was so friendly, very well mannered and made me feel comfortable. Now nurse was so awesome she gave me so much information and resources. I would definitely come back if I need to.

I’m begging you to please adequately train your staff on timeframe to wait for next blood draw for a patient being given methotrexate. (It’s 4 days)I really did appreciate the kind staff that helped me so much during this awful time of my life truly.But for each staff member, including the DOCTORS in the facility to each give me misinformation is unacceptable! Asked to speak to a supervisor and she did not address my questions or frustrations, didn’t even offer an apology. Just said “it’ll be figured out”.AKA you’re better off going to California or another state to have abortion care. Best of luck to you, especially if you have an ectopic pregnancy.Edit: I was informed by Dr Barbara Zipkin that the blood draw could be done on Friday. I was initially asking to do the blood draw sooner without methotrexate on board as I wanted to know whether or not I was having an ectopic pregnancy or early miscarriage. As your clinic told me that miscarriage could be a possibility as well. Dr Zipkin eventually came to the consensus Friday would be fine.

Regardless of waiting a little over an hour from my apt, I still felt this place was fast friendly and efficient. from my first appointment of needing to find out what to do, to my actual procedure, everyone and everything was amazing. If you are thinking of doing the pill vs procedure I recommend the procedure. I was nervous but after they gave me the meds I was out like a light. Then they helped me get dressed and into a calm room with graham crackers and water. I have yet to feel any pain and very light bleeding. Thank you to this office for doing what you do.

I highly recommend Camelback Family Planning. This was my first ever experience and I was very nervous. There was very less wait time, the nurse I think Michele who saw me was very polite and comforting. Dr was very thorough and explained the process. I chose the pill and it went exactly the way it was explained. The person who scheduled the follow up was very pleasant to talk to and everyone had a smile on their face.My only constructive feedback for the clinic is that the receptionist can maybe greet with a different Qn. She asked me - How can I help you? And I was hesitant as I had to speak on Microphone and everyone in the waiting area can hear you. And since this is a very private matter, I was not comfortable talking so loudly about it. Maybe she can ask - Is this your first time here? I am assuming everyone or at least most of girls who come are more or less for the same reason.

I so dearly hope that this practice can expand and help more people in need. With Planned Parenthood being a mess, a lot of individuals are seeking help but with Camelback Family Planning, there is only so much space and time in one day to fit everyone in. The wait for a consultation is very long. I waited an hour the first time and was turned away as they were at capacity. I returned the next week two hours before the doors open and was able to get a spot.I was so overwhelmed with relief at how supportive and understanding all of the staff were. From the receptionist, to the nurses, to the doctor...EVERYONE was incredible. They truly made everything feel ok when I just wanted to fall apart and didnt know how to react. Additionally, they go over future birth control methods to avoid having to be put in the same situation again which was very refreshing.Thank you from the bottom of my heart, to everyone at Camelback Family Planning. Keep doing amazing work, and please expand ASAP! ❤

If i could give more stars to this clinic i would...the staff in here is beyond amazing. I was kind of nervous but my nurse was so nice and the doctor hugged me i felt like they really cared about me..thanks for staying open even when they keep throwing harder laws in Arizona. You guys are amazing

The entire staff was amazing. I felt extremely nervous going into it, however once I got to my room the nurse was so sympathetic and empathetic. It took a lot off of my nerves when you can connect with staff that are going to take care of you. I cant even begin to describe the amazing bedside manners the Doctor has. She was extremely sweet, nice, calm and listened to me with an open heart. It speaks more than words when staff members and patients speak very highly about the Doctor and there appreciation of receiving the up most care. On the day of my procedure the whole process was much more simpler than I expected and again the staff in the front and the back were supportive, they visited me and made sure I was ok and pampered me while I recovered. In my own personal experience working as a Medical Assistant/ Sonographer for OBGYN Doctors this office and staff deserve recognition for there awesome job! Thank you guys!!

The staff of this amazing clinic are unbelievably warm, kind and friendly. When Rose came into the room she eased my anxiety and nervousness and left me feeling confident. They answered all of my questions honestly and openly, gave me every piece of information and made sure that I was comfortable. I left the clinic without any doubts or worries about my decision. Not an easy process at all if you dont call ahead to schedule an appointment and show up a little early. Dont bring anyone with you cause the nurse will rudely send them out. Unfortunately this place is one of the very few options with our current times. They are doing what they can and doing their best to manage it.

While they do see everyone for walk-ins, the wait time is absurd and they do accept people based on when they turn the paperwork in not when arrive. When I walked and addressed the staff of my concerns they said some had appointments, I actually took the time to speak to someone who was not waiting in line as I was and see if she had said appointment as she was seen before me but arrived after and she did not. System is flawed and I pointed it out the error (based off when you turn in paperwork to and not when you arrive) how it did not make logical sense, staff did a little back and forth. Kinda snarky but probably just defending her place of work. Tbh the era we live in the staff should be more considerate of the peoples time who are waiting. As you’re supposed to be there to facility of help for marginalized women the process lacks the empathy to those women who have other obligations and cannot spend 5 hours waiting to be seen. Change your system so that it’s a proper tool for those you’re attempting to assist instead of telling people their concerns are wrong and misplaced. Several reviews have the same complaint as I did on that part. As I went I back to be seen I started to tell the nurse my concerns about my body and how i was feeling, several times I was cut off, she was rude and short with me, walked away while I was talking SEVERAL TIMES. As a nurse I’m sorry but that’s horrible and I’m concerned of all those who have been in her care since she started. If you chose to be in a health professional especially as a nurse then your emotional intelligence needs to be high. The entire facility is lacking.

I am so glad i chose this place. I felt like this place was really there for me. I appreciate that they do walk-ins at this time. Throughout my experience with the consultation and procedure i felt so supported with my decision as I don’t have family that does. Their staff is so friendly and kind. The woman at the front desk is very great and professional ❤️ The nurses and doctor are very caring ❤️

Normally when I go into any doctors office the receptionists are bitter and rude, here every single staff i encountered was sweet patient and caring. The nurse I got was heaven sent! I wish I remembered her name!!

The wait is terribly long! When you leave a sample there’s like 6 other cups filled with samples in the drop box. It’s Gross and it smells and feels unsanitary. Everyone kept checking with the receptionist on how long will it be, they loaded up appointments with not enough employees to support. Not respecting anyone’s time here.

Hi my name is Julia. I went to this clinic very recently and I am not fond in writing reviews but if you need abortion help in this area— please skip and just come here. I read all reviews etc for other places and trusted this one and went in, I expressed how scared and worried the nurse was so sweet and made me long term more confident as a woman. ALSO I was afraid general anesthesia and that it wouldn’t be strong enough or kick in fast enough— don’t even worry about that either. They do so amazing. I left feeling healthy and calm and relaxed. They went BEYOND my extremely high expectations. Clean, quick,supportive, easy. Love it

Ok, I was so nervous to go through this entire process, but they made me feel like everything was ok, that I was overthinking, and its normal and to not be scared. Im so grateful that I came here. They reassured all my worries. Ive never even written a review before but I felt like I had to for here, thats how comfortable they made me feel. Even if you arent sure what to do, and just want to talk to someone here, you can back out whenever and they wont make you feel bad for it, but its nice to have a nurses/doctors second opinion. My biggest worry was the pain of the procedure, I have had an IUD put in before and it was the worst pain Ive ever felt in my entire life. (Ive had 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 10% of my body) so I was concerned an abortion would be twice as bad. I was crying the whole time before my appointment because I had so much anxiety that it was going to hurt. They gave me a couple shots (That was the worst pain). I have a high tolerance for drugs so I was nervous the dose wouldnt be enough to numb me. After the shots my anxiety totally went away, I felt nothing at all, I was super sleepy and relaxed, they let me rest in a comfy recliner with a heating pad for a half hour afterwards, constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok. They were so friendly my mind is blown. After I went home, its been about 2 days, I bled a little bit for a couple hours, had little cramping, and I feel totally healed now, I feel like i had a short period. Only downfall is that you have to get there super early, I recommend 6am and wait outside because girls are already lined up to get an appointment that day, because they only take walk ins. But so so worth it. 10/10 life saving.

The entire staff is kind, friendly, and professional. It doesnt feel like a doctors office when you walk in- it is warm, welcoming, and does not feel overly cold or clinical. Lauren at the front desk is kind and informative, and Dr. Goodrick is a very patient, caring and attentive professional. I would highly recommend this clinic.

This clinic is a wonderful place to seek care. The nurses, doctors, and staff are all incredibly supportive, kind, and understanding. Very nice staff. I wanted an ultrasound for early viability for a wanted pregnancy I was afraid Id miscarry. My OB wanted me to wait till 8 weeks. I called around, crisis pregnancy centers told me to wait. Planned Parenthood never answered the phone. This clinic let me pay for just an ultrasound. Waiting room had emotional people that raised questions.

This Place is amazing. From the front desk staff to the life savers in the back. Dr. G went beyond what I was expecting. Every fear was put to rest. Rose is also a great person to have deal with the females. I did a review search before going anywhere and Im so glad I came here. If your in the same postion as I was August 1st and want to start over, this is your place. Its clean, I came when they 1st opened so there was very little wait time. I left feeling like a human not like i was being judged. Its been over two weeks & I feel amazing and have had no complications. I hope this business & Doc. G does nothing but prosper.

Regardless of the long wait I give this place 5 stars. A long wait comes with any doc office . Without this practice , I truly wouldn’t know what my next move would have been. The staff is amazingly kind and genuine. Keep up the great work. You guys are saving lives believe it or not . Thank you so much for everything !!

I had a very pleasant experience with everything from the staff, to the urgency of scheduling, the resources, and the actual procedure being as comfortable as possible. Everyone was very nice and for anyone wondering, it seems to be entirely woman-ran. All explanations were clear to me and I felt safe. Thank you!

If you are lost & are trying to find a place that isnt to complex or expensive, I recommend Camelback Family Planning. I recently got my procedure done and it was very quick & i felt very comfortable. They took very good care of me. I dont remember the procedure at all and my recovery isnt as bad as i expected. Very grateful.

This place was amazing from the beginning of the office to the end. Everyone was so sweet. I had a small issue and was in pain and they took me back immediately upon arrival. I expected to wait in pain but they literally took me back instantly. What a relief. They are all so understanding. I would recommend this entire staff to everyone. Thank you so much :)

I was referred to Camelback Family Planning because I called another clinic which was booked, and I needed to be in ASAP, and heard bad things about the Planned Parenthoods nearby. I was pregnant when my boyfriend and I were told he was infertile and we always knew if it were to happen, we would opt for an abortion, as we are in no position to have (and have no desire to) a baby. They took me for a walk-in immediately, and the staff was extremely friendly. Not once did they try to talk me out of it, nor did they try to talk me out of sterilization (one of the doctors performs them-- I will be seeing her in a few months!) when I said that was what I really wanted. I was given the pill method, as it was the least intrusive option, and they said they can do the surgical option at no extra charge if somehow, anything was left in my uterus. Everything went smoothly and successfully, and on all three visits, my boyfriend and I only saw 4 protesters total. It was actually pretty pathetic and laughable! Even the clinic staff said they arent much to worry about. I also found the framed facts on the walls about historical feminist movements and prototype birth control to be really fascinating! They made absolutely sure I was completely informed of everything going into this and made sure I was warned about absolutely EVERYTHING, and clearly were concerned for my physical and emotional well-being. The actual abortion was rather affordable too, but I also had my boyfriend to help shoulder the cost. I hear hes one of the most supportive men theyve seen.If you need an abortion, I 100% recommend Camelback Family Planning. I was blessed enough to have a quick and easy procedure, but I know this isnt always the case for many women, which is sad. They do Goddesses work here! (By the way, I have 0 regrets about my decision)

This past week my daughter had to make THAT hard life decision. I accompanied her as the guy was out of the picture. We didnt know what to expect. All I can say is WOWZA. Both Dr. G and her team were genuine and warm. She spent a great deal of time with us and this put our fears aside. I have never seen a doctor so engaged and prideful of her work. This team is awesome and I can never say enough thanks.

Dr. Goodrick was a decent enough provider even though I never actually saw her when I came in for my Depo shots- just her staff, who were generally wonderful. You do feel a little like a number at the DMV when they are behind the glass while you check in and then wait to be called.But my main issue is the professionalism, which I expect to be high from a doctors office. Dr. Goodricks office first lost or misplaced (or SOMETHING) my paperwork for my Depo shot in August 2017, which I had been going to her clinic for for the last 2 years, so my shot this past November was late because they did not send out their usual reminders and I had to call and ask for an appointment when I remembered. I got lucky that I wasnt pregnant and got my next shot in time.Then two months later, in January of this year, Dr. Goodrick kicked me out of her practice because one of her office staff has a personal problem with me outside of the professional setting. This personal problem was present the previous November, when I had received care with no issue other than the loss of my paperwork.I leave my personal issues at home when I go to work. I am sorry that Dr. Goodrick and her staff can not do the same.

Aside from the wait times (which weren’t too bad) these people are truly amazing. The staff is comforting and supportive (thank you Rose). They make sure you know all your options and they help with whatever you decide you want. They made this safe, easy, and comforting. Thank you.

If you want to make sure you get seen , please show up by 6 AM!!!!!! Got here at 5:30 and there was already 5 people in line when the cut off is 18. It’s 6:50 and people are still showing up past cut off. Good luck ladies.

Came in for concerns of bleeding that I thought was abnormal. I spoke with an older nurse and she asked what medications I was taking I told her I was prescribe ibuprofen through them and she basically told me I was lying that they dont prescribe that, with out looking at my chart... i already feel bad about myself so why be snobby toward me? if u dont like your job then why be in the field making others life miserable

Everyone was nice, friendly and efficient. My only and major complaint is they dont warn you about how your not suppose to get birth control until after 30 days of abortion. You will have double hormones which has left me bleeding for 6+ months and have uncontrolling emotions. When I reached out they said all nurses were busy and never returned my call. Of course they wont return my call. Their liable.. I went to obgyn and she said this is very dangerous and we decided to take it out. At this point I felt like camelback family planning is only after your insurance money. How much more can they get out of it. No warning on what birth control will do just a do you want it or not ? And OF COURSE more than not women will say yes because look where their at... very disappointed. I will recommend but I wont recommend getting birth control. Obgyn said 30 DAYS AFTER ABORTION LADYS!!!

All the staff here are kind and welcoming. Even though this is a difficult time for me, they definitely made me feel comfortable through the process.

How much does it cost for the medication pill ? If I don’t have insurance

I came for birth control and they made me wait outside in summertime at 110 degree weather for like 20 minutes with no car because I was dropped off and I have good insurance. It’s inhumane to be outside with no water in this heat dogs are not even supposed to be outside because of heat advisories I understand COVID restrictions but people are injected now and have masks there’s no need to be put outside. Last time I will spend my money here

The staff is patient and kind. they made me feel comfortable and helped me feel better about the decision by answering my questions. Dr Goodrick is an incredible woman and i would recommend her to anyone

The women here absolutely saved my life and I will be forever grateful for them. Entire staff was knowledgeable, professional, comforting and so helpful. I really cannot thank Dr Goodrick and her team enough.

Staff was incredibly friendly, I felt absolutely nothing. When I woke up I was feeling dazed and as the IV they gave me wore off I started feeling slight cramps but as I got home I fell asleep, still feeling cramps but I felt it would be worse so I’m thankful !

Very nice staff but horrible wait time. They only do walk ins, so I came in at 10am. It is now 11:20 and I am still sitting here. At least 4 people came in after me, some also being walk ins and they have all been taken back into the office except me. Super dissapointed in the wait time and order that they choose to take patients back. :(

Even in the unfortunate event that my family is facing there was a lack of any compassion for the patient by any member of the staff. To add a little more pain we received a phone call for payment having not seen any provider moments after leaving.

One of the main reasons why the work that Dr. Goodrick does is SO important is that she is willing to literally fight the legal battles to keep her patients privacy safe and secure. Arizona women are blessed to have her. She is a WARRIOR for all women.

The doctors made me feel extremely comfortable, coached me through the process and were very compassionate and willing to listen to my concerns or questions. Thank you so much!

Was told three days in a row to call at 8am. I called right at 8am, was kept on hold for 39 minutes each time to be told they filled up the spots. UNPROFESSIONAL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY

If you are concerned to come here, let me assure you it is the right place. Everyone is professional, warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental. This is a business of women helping other women. I received immediate care as well as long term solutions.

I was so nervous about coming here, but everyone here made me feel so comfortable and they were so nice it wasn’t a long wait time and they made sure I very well taken care and I understood everything that was going on and I appreciate that they made this experience less stressful and if you’re looking for anywhere to go I would recommend coming here thank you ladies. ❤️

In my opinion this is the best clinic in AZ all of the nurses were kind and understanding it was a hard choice for me to make but i knew it was best i was in no place to have a child and they werent judgemental about it when i came in, they were always very professional as well as informative about birth control methods they provide every time i went over for an appointment which they were flexible about scheduling, my last appointment however couldve been better i was checked by an older woman for a final ultrasound who was a bit overweight and had short hair i didnt bother asking for her name i wanted nothing to do with her as she was rude from the get go and made me feel like a dog, she was rough with the ultrasound and plain disrespectful about the situation and my choice of birth control i dont know what her problem was but if you go here i recommend asking for the younger nurses every time they were very sweet and avoid the women that matches my description i hope that she doesnt make anyone else feel the way she made me feel and that her supervisors check her behavior with patients besides her id recommend this clinic to anyone of any age and any situation theyre very affordable and not crowded and the doctor is most definately the best youll find in this area

Everyone is super sweet & don’t make u feel like a bad person, I was in and out within 1.5 hrs, good information as well.
