I had a bad experience driving all the way from casa Grande to here just to be turned away when I called ahead of time and let them know there was horrible traffic on the 10 freeway turns out it was a huge fire . I called and was informed of the 15 minute grace period and expressed my concerns with the lady she still insisted on me coming so I did and the receptionist when I got there was extremely rude and very unprofessional so after working a 10 hour shift showing up late getting stuck in traffic and she rolled her eyes and went and asked someone she then returned asked me to come to the door buzzed me in just to be turned away was very discouraging. The reason for my 1 star is because when I called to speak with a supervisor after being turned away she was nicer but still not what you expected... She said the 15 minute grace period was their biggest thing then why still insist on me coming and telling me to hurry up not once did she say I would be turned away or treated as rude as I was by the receptionist 😭 she did offer to reschedule me but gave me no explanation for her receptionists behavior! I just want it to be known for anyone facing traveling since this is a place you must travel to if you live nowhere close to the Phoenix area for services... NO ONE deserves to be treated the way that the receptionist treated me. Im a general manager and deal with many different kinds of people on a day to day basis and Im grateful I take a lot of pride in not only my customer service skills but how I treat people in general. I pray she at least gets spoken with about the way she conducts herself moving forward. Thank you

I followed (as well as 6 other people) the directions on the website that stated they only took walk ins for abortion care, you were not able to call and schedule beforehand. Showed up at 615am (I was the 2nd person), only to be turned away at 810!! I had tried calling at 8am to speak with someone but the phones were not being answered. When the door finally opened they already had 20 appointments filled which is BS!! You could have told us to go home when you arrived at the office and not make us wait 2 hours! This office clearly does not care to be helpful.

Best place to go if you need to make that hard decision. I had an abortion some years ago at Acacia women’s center, and it was THE WORST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE. To say that this clinic was the complete opposite, like night and day is a huge understatement. EVERYONE was warm and welcoming. The nurses and Dr answered all my questions and calmed me by reassuring me that I would get the best treatment and they really did take great care of me. The other clinic didn’t even give me pain meds for the procedure and when I was screaming in pain the nurse told me to shut up. Here, I didn’t even realize till I was awake that it was all over. I don’t even remember dressing myself. They kept asking me how I was feeling and making sure I was okay. They made sure I had everything I needed before helping me into my dad’s car to go home. Best place to go to. They are compassionate and caring.

The staff here have absolutely ZERO compassion for every female who walks through the door ! From my initial visit to my procedure day Everyone I encountered besides the doctor was absolutely rude unwelcoming and demanding . The only reason I went here was because they took walk ins . The wait time for my procedure was over 50 min ,I sat and watched each female walk in and get the same unwelcoming no compassion at all greeting . For woman who are about to make a life changing decision have a little more compassion for them ! If you hate your job that much quit! Don’t take it out on every person who walks into that clinic . My procedure with the doctor went fine no complaints on her but the staff need to go !! As I was told to get up and walk outside where my husband was not allowed to come in to help me I stumbled into the doorway and began throwing up over and over as I got into our truck all while the lady who walked me out shut the door and left. She did not help me at all as I was stumbling over and I’m sure everyone in the waiting area witnessed this horrifying embarrassing moments that I myself can’t hardly remember because I was still completely out of it ! Horrible experience all together.

Followed the directions on website.. showed up an hour after they opened the first day, I was turned down for being too late. I was told to be there an hour before they open.. show up an hour before they open the next day, waited in line.. to finally be told they only take 5 people a day?!? That would be nice to know before wasting my time and money to be there. Dont ever choose this place as an option.**They make you wait OUTSIDE to be bombarded by people who shame you for your choice.Replying to the response: I was told by a nurse who came outside that they take 5 people not 10. Also, I found a clinic that doesnt turn anyone down no matter how many people come in that day called Acacia Womens Health Center. They also only have ONE doctor and TWO nurses, there is also a wait, but they will take you.. and not make you wait outside for nothing...So thanks but no thanks..

Way better then planned parenthood! Amazing. They do walk ins and same day services, no appointments. Can get financial assistance by just answering questions, no proof or anything. Extremely nice. Amazing facility

Was very easy for me to feel comfortable. I don’t have much food at home and they gave me a whole box of Graham crackers! Very nice people! Thank you guys so much for your help in my time of need!

The situation for anyone is not easy but they make your feel human and comfortable. I would use them every time. The care was outstanding.

The best people work there, would recommend services without hesitation.
