Dr. DeGeest is wonderful! Her professionalism combined with her love and knowledge of womens healthbis just what Ive been looking for. She understood everything from what type of workout I needed to work toward to what HT would work for me. I feel like Ive found a doctor I can trust.

I was supposed to have my first prenatal check up here. Unfortunately I’m going to have to look for a new provider. My appointment was 12 but caught traffic, I called before arriving to make sure it was okay I arrived 10 min late. The receptionist who I spoke with said I can still show up to my appointment because I had filed the new patient paperwork online. I get there some other receptionist with a rude attitude told me I couldn’t be seen spoke to the provider and the provider said to reschedule me. I am just very upset on why they told me to still show up when I could’ve just rescheduled through the phone. This office is a joke

I’ve never seen a more rude front desk receptionist than Ms. Visaury at Maricopa OBGYN Phoenix Office. She was rude, abrupt, and lacks any ounce of compassion. I called because the office is hidden and I could not find it, I was told I was okay as long as I make it within 15 minutes. I made it within 10 minutes, and informed me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. She literally wasted so much time explaining why my appointment was canceled instead of checking with the back. I asked why I was assured on the phone to still come, and she told me that’s the “phone people” not us and that the grace period doesn’t apply to first appointment. This is NOT my 1st appointment. It’s for the location, but had been seen at the Ahwatukee office. They eventually gave me the option to wait for an unspecified amount of time or schedule one for the following month, I chose to wait because I was told in my last visit that it was important to be seen at this time (wait turned out to be 2 hours). She then continued to be rude throughout all of my interactions with her; while filing out paperwork, check-in, etc. To my surprise my doctor was not aware I even made it within my grace period. He was very respectful and continued to apologize throughout my appointment. I’m going to continue working with them because I trust him, but I will definitely have all my visits at their Ray location. This location’s manager has a lot of work to do.

I requested a refill on my birth control prescription. My existing medication was no longer being produced so Maricopa OB/GYN prescribed me a new pill. On this pill, I experienced pain, depression, and other various negative symptoms. Upon scheduling a follow up visit, I inquired about hormones in pills. I was told they had prescribed me the HIGHEST hormone pill available. I asked if there was any reason to have hormone levels that high and they said no - birth control pills with no hormones at all are just as effective against pregnancy. I feel like what was best for my health wasn’t considered at all, just what was quick and easy for the provider. There was no explanation for putting me on such an intense dosage. If I hadn’t raised the concern and dug around for answers at my visit I’m not confident the situation would’ve resolved. I’ve since stopped those pills and after a few painful weeks of adjusting I am finally feeling more like myself.

I love my doctor at this practice and am disappointed that I may have to find a new one. This review is for the office, not my doctor.I was 2 minutes (exactly) late for my appointment this morning and the front desk asked me to wait while they determined if I could be seen since I was late. I looked at her incredulously and said my appointment was at 8:45, she responded shed have to talk to the staff as they are short-handed.She came back and let me know that I could wait an undetermined amount of time. What?! Then she had the gall to ask me if I wanted to reschedule. I took time off this am to go to this appt (which I was TWO minutes late for after cleaning up an accident my senior dog had on my way out, not that it matters and of course not that she bothered to ask), so no, I am not in the mood to reschedule at this office.So disappointing.

Just changed gynos dir to location issues, Dr. DeGeest was very kind, good bedside manner, listened , didnt rush me.

This review is solely for the rude front desk woman with dark curly hair who worked this morning 1/4/24. I have no issues with the medical treatment thus far. My fiancée’s appointment was at 8 am and the automated phone call from the office told us to arrive 30 minutes early. We arrived at 7:30 only to be rudely shrugged off and given a dirty look by the front desk person. It was 50 degrees this morning and my pregnant fiancée and I weren’t deemed worthy of even a “hey we don’t open for another 15 minutes, do you mind coming back?” Instead she just looked at us like we were dumb, rolled her eyes, and turned away and ignored us. Have some respect and basic human decency. Seriously gross behavior especially coming from someone in a medical profession. When we came back she wouldn’t even make eye contact and when we confronted her about their instructions to us, she made it seem like it was our fault for following instructions. She simply ignored me when I told her she could be more respectful. This was a day we’ve been so excited for (our first ultrasound) and she completely soured us on the experience. I know this doesn’t encompass the entire business, but I think it’s important to be respectful of the people who are walking into the office. We got no apology and no acknowledgement of miscommunications or how they should have been more specific. We likely won’t be coming back.

Dr. Bell is amazing! She has excellent bedside manner and was very kind and compassionate. Most importantly, she took the time to make me feel heard, never rushed, and I walked out of her office better educated about my health. Her staff were also very friendly and caring.

I called for my annual to find my wonderful physician left the practice and so I didn’t reschedule. That’s when the relentless, automatic, 1 direction messages via email, text and phone started. No easy way to opt out- no click, no STOP, no link. Only option is to block sender, or call and be on hold. What a disrespectful medical corporation - with doctors and patients (and staff) caught in the middle. Which executive got a bonus for this decision?

Great experience - Dr DeGeese was wonderful and really took her time to understand and explain diagnosis.

I started going during my first pregnancy and they were great. They delivered my first baby too who was a preemie and i am grateful for their care! Im very disappointed because now i would have to find a new OB because Cigna is no longer an in network insurance! Its horrible to find new care, turn over records and have to build new relationship with a new provider.

Very inconsiderate to cancel my appointment and only attempt to send one voicemail. Even had me confirm my appointment via text the day before, so I thought everything was good to go. Wasted both my time and the doctor’s time and the lady at the front desk was rude about the whole ordeal. BTW if you’re gonna have new patients have a mandatory 30 min appointment, you should have a section on the site to indicate who is and isn’t a new patient so they can plan accordingly and not accidentally schedule a 15 minute appointment. Such a waste of time and so rude 😭

Dr. Staci Mayer is a fantastic doctor. She is very intelligent and calms any worries I may have by informing me about everything she will be doing in a visit or a procedure. Dr. Mayer and her staff have always treated me with the utmost respect and always makes me feel 100% comfortable. The anesthesiologist Kyle on site is great! There has never been a time where I felt that I couldn’t ask questions, they encourage it! The office is quiet, I love that they encourage you to get there 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork and have a moment to relax before your appointment. The energy here is warm, calming, and genuine.

Their billing department doesnt seem to know what theyre doing. They keep trying to charge you for visits youve paid for already and even if you pay through your insurance card to attach the payment to the respective claim and date of service they say theyll just apply it to the oldest charge. This isnt accurate, however, because they still send you bills with missing dates of service on them. They wont contact Vpay though it says on the proof of payment I sent them to call or email if they have trouble with receipt of the payment and they wont contact Health Equity. The patient/client gets stuck in the middle of all this and sent to collections while juggling life with a new baby. Sorry, but billing is part of it all, even if I have no complaints with the care I received. Im not sure these billing woes make the care worthwhile.

Dr. Pottorff was great. She listens and is wonderful. However, the post op care was nonexistent, wasn’t even offered a follow up appointment. I had to call the on call nurse regarding issues I had and had to see another doctor for it. I was out on leave from work and had issues with the information provided to the leave of absence company and Yolanda took over a week to provide a letter that was requested for time off work, and I was told it would only be for 1 week, which didn’t make sense since I was approved for 2 from their previous notes. Luckily, I already got things squared away and was able to get information myself. If this note was needed I would have had a huge delay and necessary payment from my work. Still liked the gynecologist, but the supporting staff is lackluster.

I have been going to this practice for years and seen most of the providers who are great. I have recently had a great experience with the nursing and support staff. Quick and kind responses from Melissa and Amy, multiple calls with Mindy about insurance questions all answered with patience. This Momma is grateful!

It’s hard to get help regarding any concerns or issues I have. My OB appointments are literally less than 10 minutes. It’s a fast paced, stop by & go type of care. If you’re looking for a more personal & engaging relationship with your doctor regarding a pregnancy I wouldn’t recommend.

I was seen by OBGYN “Taylor Jenkins” but I’m not sure if she is always here since she has another office in phoenix according to her office. Anyways I went here to this clinic for a nexplanon replacement implant and I had her first time being a patient I filled forms a day before that way you save so much time and filling paper while there in the office. It was a bit of wait but only waited 15 minutes in the lobby then nurse was friendly took inside was like 20 minutes with nurse then no more then 5 minutes the doctor Jenkins came in explained the procedure and was done in 10-15 minutes quick and fast and clean. Recommend her she’s so sweet and friendly.

This place was awful. I went in last minute for a severe problems with my iud. I just wanted to move my check up by a few days or be seen at any time of day by any provider that could fit me in that day or the next, they wouldn’t even try. They told me to go to the er if I felt it was bad enough to be seen. They called about 20 minutes later and said they misunderstood and they could then move my check up to 30 minutes from then. The desk ladies are very rude. I feel like my concerns are hardly addressed or brushed off. I do have to say that one of the male doctors is very kind and will talk you through everything and make you feel like he actually enjoys patient care!

This is my first pregnancy, and I am completely happy with my experience so far (almost 8 months in). From the very beginning, setting up the appointment the woman on the phone was incredibly friendly and shared excitement for me and my pregnancy. The front desk assistants are always efficient and happy to help. There is a sign on the front desk that instructs patients to follow up if they have not been seen after 15 minutes, so anyone complaining that they had to wait an hour are either not understanding or do not follow simple directions. This is a busy office and sometimes doctors call out sick, which is why you might have a longer wait time. So far, Ive never had to wait exorbitantly long.I love all the doctors with the exception of Dr. Hebets. I just dont particularly care for her personality. Ive seen almost all the other doctors and NPs and they are AMAZING. Dr. Brock Jackson has been my favorite so far; he is knowledgeable, will listen to every concern you have, and give you the facts while still being understanding of your concerns. I absolutely love him.I recommend this practice to everyone in need. The doctors and all the nurses are incredible.

From the ladies up front to the back office assistants, everyone has been awesome in customer care. They are very understanding and make me feel completely welcome. I have met with all the providers throughout my pregnancies and they have been amazing. I saw Dr.Jackson for Nexpladon removal today and he is just so gentle and kind. Hes such an awesome Doctor. Love the office in every aspect. Definitely the best OBGYN I have been to. Thank-you all!

Love Dr. Staci Mayer!! I’ve been going to her for years and she’s always been so sweet!! She makes you feel comfortable and answers any questions you may have. If you have any concerns, she takes them seriously and follows up as necessary. Her staff has been great as well! I highly recommend her!!

They try their best to circulate you around doctors so you have history with each since you dont know who you will have on delivery day. While everyone is kind and nice the reason for this review is for Dr. Kate Maroney. She is simply amazing and remembered me every visit and what I told her. I didnt have to remind her of things and she seemed to generally care. I was so excited on delivery day that she was the doctor on that day. I felt at ease knowing it was her, who remembered me and my past so I didnt have to repeat everything. When it came to the difficult decision of continue pushing or c-section, she explained it in terms I would understand. I felt at ease with the decision and trust her with my life. Dr. Maroney is fantastic at what she does and Im so grateful for her!

I had this office highly recommended by a close friend and have only had one appointment here so far. Obviously, it is still early, but I was extremely pleased with the staff during my initial prenatal visit. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful when giving me my paperwork and scheduling appointments. The nurse CeCe I saw was amazing! My boyfriend and I knew we liked her the second she walked into the room and exclaimed “let’s get this party started!”. She answered all of my many questions and was very kind and informative. The ultrasound tech was very nice as well and took a couple of good images of my sweet babe (that pretty much looks like a lima bean at this point lol) for me to take home. I had been very nervous prior to the appointment and the whole staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this office.

Dr. Jackson has been my Obgyn for a few years now and he is the best “woman’s” doc I’ve had in my 32 years of life. He’s compassionate caring and actually caring to help me get my body healthy to have a baby. I wouldn’t have it any other way with any other office. I feel so comfortable every time I go into the office and the girls up front are always welcoming and sweet 💕 love this office!

I waited over 40 minutes for my appointment without anyone letting me know my Doctor was running late. My Doctor is wonderful, but they are CONSTANTLY running late. I always wait at least 30-60 minutes after my appointment to even get in the room. It’s extremely unprofessional that they overbook the doctors that much. If my Doctor was not so nice, I would absolutely leave. It is not reasonable to overbook that much and to not, at minimum, call patients to tell them they could at least come late. They don’t respect our time.

Wow, I’m very surprised about the bad reviews that people wrote on here. I think that the place is just wonderful, professional and clean. I was there yesterday for my first time and I really love it and the way everybody treats me. The staff were very kind and friendly! They were also very helpful. Everything went by really fast! the paper work I filled out was very nice because was in a table more easy and I was quick unlike most. My experience was very satisfied. I think that this will be my new placefor annual woman checkouts will be here now!

Dr. Jackson has one of the kindest souls. I was hospitalized and he delivered my baby a little more than 2 months early & he made me feel like I was really cared for and not alone when I really was due to my whole situation. Not just him but the entire team was beyond amazing. I had no clue how great of a team they would be when i initially started seeing them. It was the best decision I’ve ever made and I’m super grateful I stumbled upon this clinic! I highly recommend MOGA if you are wondering if this is a good clinic or not. I can’t thank everyone enough for taking care of me while I was sick but for my healthy newborn who will be home soon! Thank u guys so much!

I haven’t had anything but good experiences so far with the OBs. I’ve seen most of them except for Hebets and none of the males. There are some OBs who have better personalities then others which makes the experience better. My go to is probably Dr. Maroney she means business but she’s also personable and answers my questions without me feeling rushed. Also, I would say Dr. Mayer she made me feel like very comfortable as well and very easy to talk to. Super genuine. I haven’t had any issues with the front office ladies and the scheduling lady in the back is friendly too. I’d refer a friend or family member here.

My experience at Maricopa OBGYN is so much better than at any other physicians office. Making the appointment is easy. I am greeted when I walk in and am assisted immediately after I sign in. My wait is also very minimal. My doctor always makes me feel that I am important and never rushes me when I have questions. This is one appointment I never dread.

The place is undergoing construction and it was challenging finding the office, however one of their staff members saw me and walked me personally all the way to the front desk which was a great first impression. The front desk staff was very friendly and cece our RN was more than caring. We received some unpleasant news but she was there making sure we were informed and held me through my pain and anguish. They also posted all my lab results online and scheduled me right away for a return visit.

While the midwife was kind, my experience here was more than a let down. I don’t have insurance and asked ahead of time what my coat of visit breakdown would be when setting the appointment. It added up to just over $400 when I got that info.Fast forward to the actual appointment. The testing requested by the midwife that is STANDARD and the Pap smear performed added up to over $400 in undisclosed fees. These included an HIV test, and testing for Syphilis and Gonorrhea ($170 of the fees).I declined these tests and informed them I would get them for free elsewhere. I was discouraged from doing these free tests (if it’s urgent why would you discourage it?) and encouraged to apply for state insurance then Come back and get the test through them. Seems the only reason why is so they can make the money on the testing.It’s clear this place doesn’t care about patients, only making money and I would discourage anyone from going here.I just got another $18 bill from them, after I paid in full at time of visit. Will be paying and telling everyone I know about their shady billing practices.

If I were rating from my first appointment and experience there would only be 3 stars and that would only be because the office staff was great. My first doctor that I had my husband and I were not very fond of. She repeatedly cut me off while I was talking but would tell me she was listening! I honestly wouldnt be suprised if she was even listening at all, she wasnt very gentle during the exam and I also felt like I was being rushed like she had better things to do. I was debating on whether or not to try a different office but then came my surgeon Kate Maroney. Dr. Maroney definitely gave me a better experience. She is extremely nice, patient, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Maroney is a fantastic surgeon. She is good at what she does, she takes the time to listen and address your concerns without cutting you off or rushing you. It is because of Dr. Maroney and the office staff Im now rating this a 5! The office staff has always been very pleasant and understanding. Thank you Office staff and Dr. Maroney for being so awesome at your jobs but no thank you to the first doctor!

The doctors I’ve met with have been great providers. But the unprofessional and rude response of any administration or billing individuals I have had to deal with has been unreal. First after switch to this practice from another obgyn due to her moving out of state I was seen only once or twice before their finical department threaten to drop my medical care unless I could pay my full deductible up front in one week. I was a high risk pregnancy and already terrified that me or my baby would not make it through the pregnancy. After the dr stated they do not leave high risk patients with out drs because they can’t pay up from. This wasn’t even the last they would be so unethical and unprofessional. I caught a billing error through my insurance and their billing department refused to call my insurance and straighten it out. I wish their administration was different because I truly like the doctors and nursing staff but as soon as I have my baby I will never come back to this practice. Be careful and have a back up provider if you start your health care with this practice.

While I rated Dr.Hebets a 1 star, I dont think thats fair to the rest of the organization. Dr. Mercer is my regular obgyn, and she is amazing! She is so patient and kind. She literally wrote out all of my treatment options with me and we started trying things and crossing them out together until we came to the correct plan of action for my care. We are a team! I definitely recommend her, and trust her wholeheartedly. Im even going to start taking my teen daughter to her, because shes so easy to talk to. Please dont let a bad experience with one physician make you look down upon the entire facility.

I had a great appointment with the midwife, but I’m very disappointed with their other staff. I’ve been coming here for 15 years plus and all the nurses were really good. I think they have new employees that are not very knowledgeable. For example, they had me schedule an office ultrasound and then called me the same day to tell me that I actually need to be referred out. The place they referred me to never called me like they said. I sent a message in the portal to them over 48 hours ago and never got a response . I also called with a medical question and they never got back to me. Finally I called them and got the name of the clinic they referred me for an ultrasound. After doing some research I found out this clinic has terrible reviews and I wasn’t going to go there. I called to ask for another place and they said I needed to go to the place they recommended. Nonsense. Needless to say I’m very dissipated with their current nurses/staff.

I highly recommended Dr. Kate Peterson...she is fantastic! I recently had to have a hysterectomy and she has been a phenomenonal doctor. She listens to your concerns, gives honest feedback, is thourough and informative, has a fun and bubbly personality, and makes you feel comfortable in her care. The surgery scheduler, Danielle, was also stellar. She promptly returned my calls, was so patient in answering all the questions I had for her, and she made sure everything was 200% ready and inline for my surgery (I love how organized and communicative she is!). While the rest of the office staff that I have encountered (at both offices) has been just as wonderful, these 2 ladies time, attention, and kindness will keep me loyal to this practice. Thank you!

My first appt was great but now they are getting very unorganized. Multiple answers to same questions. Different voicemails from different people in office saying something different each time for same issue. Then lied and said they couldnt get ahold of my secondary insurance. This is horrible. Donna had a very horrible attitude like she hated the skin I was in. Not once did she apologize for all the offices confusion and now I have to find a new obgyn last minute. I wished my doctor worked in another office. Putting a pregnant woman through so much stress.

Ive come to this office for two pregnancies. Im on my third pregnancy, and I wont be coming back here for this one. If you scrolled past the comments, youll see positive reviews for Staci Meyer. I wouldnt know, shes not my OBGYN. However, they have other OBGYNs there, and the male I dealt with both times has been incredibly rude! On my first pregnancy, he hurt me by shoving the wand in there on a checkup after I lost my first. And on the second pregnancy, he said and I quote: So, then you meant to get pregnant. As if how I got pregnant matters when I just found out I have a tubal pregnancy. He asked me if I meant to get pregnant, and I told him no, that I didnt, but he cares more about making his patients feel less than when they receive bad news than taking care of a problem when it arises. Plus, waiting until I was 8-10 weeks just to have my first ultrasound is ridiculous!

We love Dr. Mayer, she is so loving, kind, and personable. She delivered my first baby and we are back at Maricopa OB/GYN for our second. I like all of the providers at this practice and trust them to deliver my next baby. There are a few new faces since the last time I had a baby, but am excited to meet the new OBs during this second pregnancy.

I saw Dr. Powers for my annual well woman exam and she was wonderful! I moved to the area last summer and wanted to find a place that was close to home and would provide thorough care. She addressed all my questions and concerns and helped me pick a better birth control option than the one I was already on. I’ll be back!

They are welcoming, always on time and have been helping us through our twin pregnancy. Everyone there is pleasant and our doctors are amazing. We feel right at home and well taken care of.

Wonderful office. Everyone on the staff is smiling, friendly and helpful. Dr. Jackson is kind, knowledgeable, takes the time to listen and is very clear on follow up and expectations. It’s difficult to find a doctor’s office where you are comfortable with all aspects of it. This is that rare office.

From the front staff, to the techs and midwives, everyone that we have met have been so comforting, and caring with each step of the way throughout my pregnancy. Also, having a patient portal online is super helpful to keep track of appointments and insurance info.

My sister in law went to Dr. Urig for years and he delivered all three of her kids. I had very painful periods and so did my sister in law. My sister in law had a procedure to stop her periods and had loved it. So I went to see Dr Urig and the staff there was amazing. From being greeted by the staff to the nurses and the dr. They were all great. And now I’m a week after I myself have had my ablation as well and I’m hoping for the best. But the staff and Dr Urig was amazing and great. Can’t say enough nice things about them.

Despite waiting for a while to see Dr. Hebets, it was well worth it. Every staff person was super nice (atypical for a docs office!) and Dr. Hebets is wonderful! I was a new patient and she spent plenty of time with me, first just getting to know me and discussing my medical history and then doing my exam. She had a very relaxed friendly demeanor and was very easy to talk to. I immediately felt comfortable with her and also appreciated her knowledge and suggestions of anti-inflammatory, clean eating for preventative health. So happy I found Dr. Hebets!

I was looking for an OBGYN when I found out I was pregnant, and chose to go to Maricopa OBGYN because it was close to my work and had relatively good reviews. However, I will not be returning. My first appointment went well, it was a general checkup and a blood test. The second appointment was an ultrasound, but felt very rushed and the woman who performed the transvaginal ultrasound was not very gentle or careful, making it an unpleasant experience. It was a special moment for my husband and I, as this is our first child and the first ultrasound, but unfortunately it was just another office procedure for the staff and there was no bedside manner.I walked out before my third appointment, and that was what drove me completely away. The office verifies your insurance and you pay for the appointment before it starts. I liked that there was a patient portal online that you could make payments and review test results on. I made the third appointment a month prior, and no payment was posted until 10 minutes before my appointment. I was shocked that the payment was more than double what I had paid the first time, even though it was the exact same type of appointment. The office staff could not tell me why it was more expensive, or why it had only been posted a short while before my appointment even though the appointment had been booked over a month ago. I felt this was a bit shady, especially since no one could explain the charge, and so I decided to cut my ties with that office and look for another.This was the a few weeks ago. Just this past week, I was sent a charge for my first appointment May 9th for an additional $60. I was never informed about this charge, and it is being posted over a month after the appointment. When I had gone into the office for that appointment, I paid what they told me I had to, and when I asked they assured me that was the only charge for the appointment. I tried contacting them about this additional payment earlier today, and was informed that they sent it to insurance and this was my copay. This is not true. First, I am familiar with my insurance and my copay, and the nature of this appointment is fully covered by my policy. Second, the fact that this charge is being posted a full month after the appointment seems suspect.I am not saying that this is a bad office, as there are clearly many patients who have found the services to be exceptional. But this is not the office for me. I do not like that they seem to hide payment information and can not explain what you are being charged for. I do not like that payments are posted last minute, and that you may be charged for things months after your appointment that you were not informed about. I think that they are unprofessional, rush their appointments, and simply do not provide the level of care and attention that I would like during my first pregnancy.

I love them. Happened to be the closet obgyn to my location when i found out i was pregnant. Amazing support. Very clean office. The doctors were great. Overall experience Ill never forget and I even got a friend to go. Been with them since 2013. If I ever have another kid I would certainly use them

Outside was under construction but there was very easy to follow signs. Place was well-kept. Everyone was super helpful/friendly. My appointment ran on time and there was minimal waiting once the nurse brought me into my room for me to see the doctor. I was given great information/advice and would recommend coming here to anyone :)

I have been going to MOGA for years now and can honestly say I have no complaints. Dr. Brock Jackson is great, thorough, really cares and gives you the time you need. I have had several other people for my check ups as well and everyone has been great. Highly recommend.

Two stars only because of the staff...otherwise it would be a hard zero. I have spent at least twice the time waiting for appointments as I have actually seeing a doctor or technician. I wish I had started with a different office that respected people’s time. I am too far along now to switch but I 1000% will be changing offices after this baby is born and for my next pregnancy, which is a shame because I love the lab techs, nurses and my midwife. To have a 9am appt and still be waiting to be seen at 9:45am is UNACCEPTABLE. And this is a consistent occurrence. How do you get 45 minutes behind by 9am?!? Do yourself a favor and start at another office that makes an attempt to respect their patients and their time. If it weren’t for my midwife I’d be long gone.

The Doctors are amazing, they are definitely 5 stars. However, the incompetent billing company is atrocious. They expect you to loan them your deductible. They force you to pay prior to the hospital, only to reimburse you after they fail to report anything to your insurance. I would definitely go to a private practice of anyone of these Doctors.

From beginning of apt to end: exceptional customer service. Bridgette (I believe her name is) in front desk was very friendly and helpful even at 8 in the morning. They took me in on time which is very rare for doctor apts. I saw Misty the NP: she was very professional, caring, and took time to listen to me and give me some great advice. I already recommended two of my friends to make apts to this office.

My experience with MOGA has always been 5 star. From the front office staff to the MA to the doctors. This visit I saw Dr. Mayer, she is amazing! I always feel like I am her only patient for the 20 minutes she spends answering all my questions and addressing my concerns.

Nine years and two babies later, all the staff has always been friendly and helpful. My only gripe would be wait times. I like the office because of the staff, but I live in west Phoenix and I dont like being stuck in traffic because my appointment took longer than expected.

I will not be returning to your clinic, I felt violated and racially profiled by assuming I want narcotics for my back pain, when all I wanted MD Laura To was help me find out why my back was in so much pain. This wasn’t the first time I had a doctor at this clinic ask me that. I feel that is so unprofessional and rude and it hurt my feelings. I went ahead and found me another OBGYN and doctor to deliver my baby. Please be mindful of the words you use when dealing with patients. Not everyone is on drugs.

My experience with MOGA during my pregnancy has been extremely positive. My midwife, Michelle is super knowledgeable and personable, and the nurses and desk personnel are also very friendly! I am that a friend recommended this place to me for my prenatal and postpartum needs!

We do like this place very much and appreciate everything they do.They are very good and very knowledgeable. We look forward to them continuing to assist with our pregnancy.The only thing that we have ever had a problem with is their billing. You will hear a total due one day of $40 and then when you come in the amounts can change over $200 more. If a mechanic billed the same way, how long would he be in business?Some would say that it is the insurance either not paying or such, but even check out their billing statement and it looks like we have a credit of $140.

I’ve been going here for 9 years and I’ve never thought of going anywhere else. I’ve been seen here with all 5 of my children and I can honestly say I love it there. They have a nice clean office and the staff are friendly & helpful. All 3 doctors who have delivered my children made me feel comfortable and confident about delivering natural. I always recommend everyone to go here even tho they’ve been really busy due to COVID

Had both of my babies with this practice & on my third. My oldest child is 16 & my youngest-soon to be middle child- is 13 and some of the same providers are still at this practice as well as some of the staff! With the turn around that medical offices have, that speaks volumes to me and in my opinion. They are very attentive, very informative and they all have demonstrated amazing beside manner from appointments to delivery. Late and early appts, and different offices make it easy to be seen in case something comes up. Definitely glad to ve back, wouldnt want to trust my baby with any other practice 💜

This is the worst OB/GYN practice Ive ever seen in practice. There are too many issues to list, but some of the issues are extremely important FMLA paperwork being lost NUMEROUS times to no communication of their horrible billing practices. My daughter was expected to pay the full amount of the cost of labor and delivery before delivery but was not reminded nor asked for payment till one month before her due date. This is my daughters first pregnancy and the doctor visits should be memorable visits, well that is definitely not the case here. I highly recommend you do not choose Maricopa OB/GYN practice for your pregnancy. So they are forcing her to transfer out of their practice one month before delivery due to their lack of communication!! We prefer to transfer anyhow, this is the most incompetent doctors office ever!

I’ve came here with all four pregnancies!(recently miscarried), Dr.Jackson is very helpful and gets straight to the point. Love this place! The front desk ladies are awesome as well. No complaints here

This place is amazing. My appointment was quick and easy. Lisa ONeal is priceless. She is professional and very thorough with making sure all your questions are answered and covers everything. But the best part is, she is bubbly, down to earth and funny.

Pro- clean facility. Celeste was only doctor in 14 years who believes it’s a woman’s choice to make decisions about her body thus approving salpingectomyCons- Staff does not communicate wait times. Showed up twice now where the staff did not communicate with me that the doc was delayed 45 min. Made me do same appointments twice just for common surgery.

I have been a going to MOGA for many years. I love how friendly the front desk staff are and the doctors, midwives, and nurses are great. I started seeing the midwives and I cannot wait for them to help deliver my second baby.

Have been seeing NP Lisa O’Neal for about 2 years now. She is awesome! Very thorough, personable and caring. All of the staff are very pleasant as well! Would def recommend this practice!

Greatest experience ever at this office! Everyone was so professional and polite. And the dr actually listens to u.an we all know thats rare. I would recommend them to every woman in search of an ob/gyn.

I feel like livestock most of the time, about half the time I go in they dont even let me see the ultrasound. They just say the babies look good remind me that my babies can die or come out messed up because of my diabetes and send me off. Makes me kinda sad this is my first pregnancy and I get excited to see the babies but unless I push and ask to see them or push and ask for a photo I wont get too. I think ill be looking for a new OB I dont feel comfortable with the people I see, its not very warm or personal I know you guys do hundreds of ultrasounds a week....but this is my first time doing this and I feel like im being hurried out every time. Im also concerned that it took my anatomy scan at 19 weeks at another office to tell my my twins were identical and NOT fraternal, now im on weekly watch for ttts and wonder why they couldnt figure this out earlier because this makes me VERY high risk and I should have had weekly monitering from the beginning.

Lexine Hebets, MD is a superstar! She has guided me through the weird menopause transition with tenderness and concern. I appreciate her deeply and her team is fantastic. She is compassionate, personable, and someone I trust implicitly with my health. I prefer a natural approach to healthcare, and she understands this. She works with me to utilize holistic approaches. I cant speak more highly! Thank you, Dr. Hebets!

As pleasant as this type of appointment can be, the staff is friendly, helpful and the wait time wasnt much. Dr. was easy to talk to, seemed genuinely interested, offered suggestions and made the experience comfortable.

I saw the PA Lisa ONeal for the first time and she is AWESOME! So much positive energy. Front office staff is warm and welcoming, love that they are technologically up to date using ipads to update all your information. Keep up the great job and see you next year. Thank you.

Incredibly disorganized front desk staff. They dont communicate as a team which impacts patient care. The providers arent much better. Go elsewhere if you want a positive experience. Even after calling with complaints and being promised a follow-up call, I got nothing.

The building is undergoing a major renovation but there were good signs assisting with directions. The staff was pleasant and the rooms were nicely appointed. Dr Mayer was great and very helpful.

I had an absolutely terrible experience trying to set up an appointment. I dont think the woman who answered the phone was listening to anything I was trying to tell her. Then she later implied that I have my information wrong. Ive had the same insurance for years, and have been using it for years. I know my information is correct. Terrible customer service.

The team here is so professional, yet friendly.Dr. Stacy Mayer is the best, knowledgeable and professional, yet so relatable ~, not an appointment you dread like oh my god I’m going to the OBGYN, I know going to her I’m going to leave unformed and feeling better about my day.

Check in on the ipad is easy, and the front office staff is welcoming. But the star of the show is Dr. Urig! He is professional yet easy to talk to, and he listens carefully. Hes very knowledgeable and always has answers to my questions.

If I could give a 0 I would. Spoke with MINDY and was absolutely RUDE over the phone. MINDY was laughing as I spoke over the phone with her. Asked her if what I said was funny and stated that she wasnt laughing at me. Wether she was laughing at me or not its still ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL of her part working at a medical office when a patient is talking. Also, same thing happened with my friend when she was speaking with Mindy. The doctors are AMAZING but staff ( Mindy) need to work on customer service skills.

If I could give a -0 I would. I spoke with MINDY and she was absolutley RUDE over the phone. She was laughing at what I was trying to explain to her as if I didnt matter. I tried to explain to her why I missed ONE MONTH APT and she started laughing again and asked her at what she was laughing at and she stated that she wasnt laughing at me. If she was or wasnt laughing at me its still rude and UNPROFESSIONAL of her part to be laughing while shes on the phone with a patient. Doctor is AMAZING but I did not appreciate MINDY being awfuly rude!

Bonnie the NP was the first I have ever received care from that did not seem rushed, annoyed and actually cared what I had to say. She definitely changed my mind about being seen by nurse practitioners once again.

I have been coming here for at least 8 years. The last two years have been awful. I am always seen from 45 min to over an hour after my appointment time, no matter what my appointment is for and how long ago I scheduled it. This is awful and the more it happens the more it angers me. Time to find a new obgyn I guess.

Very prompt service with my ultrasound. The tech worked hard to get a good picture of my baby even though baby was not in a photogenic mood.

Went in for a leep procedure. I was feeling very anxious regarding the procedure; however Dr. Mayer and her team brought me great comfort and did everything they could to put me at ease.

They are all friendly and pleasant to come to. The wait time, at times is quite a bit, but it is worth it. The large office allows for more availability and thats what I like the most.

Loved Dr. Celeste! She knows her stuff! She makes you feel very comfortable even in the most painful situations aka IUD insertion.

I see Dr. Jackson. He’s thorough, timely, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone. The office is staff is helpful at communicating through the messaging system and everything is available to you electronically.

I love seeing Dr. Jackon always concerned of how I feel. If he isnt sure of the problem he tries to find out whats going on. I had problems with my menstrual cycle and he found the right medication to help regularize it.

I had my pregnancy follow-up in place and I can say as a Hispanic mother... it is the best, my first language is Spanish... they really make an effort to give you care, help and support in any situation during your care... they are really very kind people and respectful... Thank you for your care.. the only thing that is a little difficult is that automatic telephone answering machine.. 😅

Dr Pottotrof was in charge of my cesarean, everything went well, I was consulted several times by Cece during my pregnancy, she is a caring professional, I highly recommend Maricopa Obgyn!!
