I called about potentially becoming a new patient and the woman who answered the phone when I pressed the new patient option was clueless. She was rude as well. She told me it’s a minimum of 8,000 dollars for an FET even after I explained I didn’t need the egg retrieval, which is incorrect. When I asked about how far they wanted me postpartum before I make an appointment, she said I need to ask the doctor and she’s only the front desk with an attitude. I asked how I’m supposed to know when to book when I don’t know how far PP they want me, and again I got more attitude. Strictly due to this interaction alone, I can tell this is NOT the place I should trust with my embryos and NOT the place I can count on for compassion as I get ready to start down this very emotional path again. Honestly cannot believe the entire conversation and she should not be who answers the phone and represents this company.

I loved the billing department and staff – not so much for the provider.Review for Dr. Moffitt:We had to research IVF doctors and see other ratings to pick a provider, and we loved seeing Dr. Drew Moffitt reviews. However, we didnt get the same experience as everyone else. My husband has issues with his sperm so we wanted to proceed with IVF. Dr. Moffitt didnt believe we had any chance of delivering our own baby with my egg as well. We were heart broken by this news – he definitely said we needed an egg donor.I asked other physicians including my primary OB and they said this opinion should have been the last resort. We moved forward with a different fertility clinic in Arizona. We just delivered our own baby with our own egg and sperm. He turned out completely healthy and within one cycle.I dont typically like giving someone a low rating but I was really upset leaving Dr. Moffitts office, because he wasnt helpful in our situation. I hope if someone feels the same and read this review, my best advice for you is always find second opinion. There are other doctors who are willing to help and give you a fighting chance.Review for Natalie Obicher:She was the best financial advisor I had. She was kind enough to go over pricing and expectations. She went over my insurance coverage. She went over when she can send this out for pre-auth and the deadline. IVF cost is so stressful in my opinion but she made everything at ease. She is the saving grace for this review otherwise I would have given ARMS 1 star. Thanks Natalie!

Never in my life have I had to pay for a an over the phone visit before the appointment. I received 4 invoice emails and an early phone voicemail the morning of the appointment stating if not payed the appointment would be canceled. Keep in mind this is a follow up phone call from a fertility test I already took and payed for. They wanted $170 for a phone call proir to even having the call. Stay away from this place, read the reviews...I wish I had. To top it off my wife did some lab work and they lost it!! What a waste of time and energy.

Not sure where to begin. Dr. Moffit and Dr. Nelson were pleasant to work with during my short time at the clinic. The front office and back office are very unorganized in regards to records, prescriptions, communication, and office visits in general.My main issue resulted from the lack of professionalism, humanity, and accountability displayed by Teana, the Nurse Practitioner. During our first phone call, she diagnosed me as infertile, had no knowledge of my medical records, and had not reviewed them prior to our call. When asked, have you seen my medical records she responded by saying that she hadnt. She was basing this diagnosis off of my age, sadly. She didnt know that I have two biological children, this was the first misstep. Once I requested to have all future communications handled by anyone other than her, the childish behaviors commenced.She would reply to messages that I sent to the general mailbox in the patient portal and end her messages with comments like I received a request on your behalf, since you dont want to talk to me I will send it to a different department. These types of messages continued, causing delays along the way. Even though I gave clear instructions that I was not to be contacted by her at all, for any reason, she continued to correspond with me and remind me of my request to discontinue conversations with her. The worst part is that when confronted with her errors, she refused to acknowledge it, or apologize. My in-person visit was even worse as she performed my first ultrasound.Needless to say, I will never refer anyone to this clinic and I will be filing a formal complaint against her. Her bad behavior continued and ultimately, we decided to switch to a new provider. The unfortunate part is that her superiors fail to hold her accountable for her bad behavior and unprofessionalism, instead they make excuses for her bad behavior and lack of empathy.Do yourself a favor and find a different clinic in the valley. The primary NP is insensitive, unprofessional, and lacks empathy. Ive never experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a member of the medical community before, ever! The front office and back office are very unorganized. Dont make the mistake of wasting your time as we did, there are better providers in the valley.

We LOVE ARMS & Dr Moffitt!! We had been to quite a few offices in the area and we are SO thankful we tried this office. We are now 3 months along with our little miracle baby! Natalie has been a life saver helping us with insurance and helping us with so many questions, she is always there to go through anything and she really cares! McKenna has been amazing and so supportive and helpful since day 1 of our journey here. Amy and Teana are amazing, kind and helpful. Lacy is always so nice when answering the phone we could go on and on about the INCREDIBLE staff here! THANK YOU SO much for everything and for giving us a true amazing chance at creating our biggest dream cant wait to come back to get help with our other kids in the future. Thank you Dr Moffitt and ARMS staff. If youre needing a place to do IVF in the valley trust us we went everywhere to meet the staff look around you wont find a better office!

Every step of the way there were mistakes made by Moffit and his team. I cannot even begin to say how unprofessional and disorganized this office was. Sloppy mistakes with billing, not showing up for scheduled appointments, leaving other patients sperm samples and paperwork in the collection slot for anyone to find and a loud conversation I overheard about a missing patient file Dr. Moffit had in the halls of his office are just some examples that led to my husband saying he would be devastated if we ended up having a baby that wasn’t his! IVF is already a stressful time and the amount of stress Dr. Moffit and his team added to this process was incredible. I regret ever making the choice to start my IVF journey here and sadly, they don’t make it any easier to leave them once you start, so do yourself a favor and don’t start with them. Multiple requests for records to be transferred resulting in me physically having to go down to their office in person and having someone lie to my face and say they will send again. The lack of accountability is laughable. We are currently with another fertility clinic, and the difference is night and day. I can’t believe I’m still having issues with ARMS when I would just like to move forward. Steer clear of this place.

Doctor Moffitt and his staff is absolutely amazing!!! I wished we had found him sooner!!! He doesnt speak much but he definitely knows what hes doing and he is good at what he do. I just felt so comfortable with him and his staff. Pricing is affordable. Im currently 5 weeks pregnant!! This year is looking so bright for my husband and I. We have been trying for 3yrs with another fertility center. My husband found ARMS and Im glad he did. Dont wait any longer call as soon as possible. Thanks again ARMS;)

My wife and I began seeing Dr. Moffitt in December 2019. We decided after 10 years and multiple failed fertility treatments at 2 other specialists to try Dr. Moffitt at a friends recommendation. We could not have been happier with our experience at ARMS. From the front office staff to the back, the nurses, and especially Dr. Moffitt we felt welcomed and like we were in good hands. Dr. Moffitt is an honest and straightforward doctor with a tremendous amount of experience. He makes sure that you have all options and literature needed to make decisions through your fertility journey. The nurses are always just an email away when you need something. Hands down a great experience when it came to communication. We are so happy to say that we are currently expecting and we truly could not have done it with out everyone at ARMS!

Me and my husband waited 13 years and finally had the courage to see a specialist doctor Moffitt was companionate, Caring and kind. He was always straight to the facts and was upfront about everything i could not have asked for a better doctor. the office staff was also amazing always made me feel like they knew me on a person level and having a nurse you could email at any time was amazing! honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. me and my husband can’t wait to go back for our next baby. also storing embryos is so convenient and knowing they are there for me when i’m ready

First off ARMS started off great with meeting with us and explaining the steps we would need to take to try and have a child of our own. The complaints that I have is that some of the staff were rude and the doctor did not exhibit any bedside manner and a lack of care. You would think they would especially with the amount of money we spent to travel and find the very doctor to meet our needs. We had travel 4 1/2 hours away just to this clinic in hopes for the very best service. The final phone call that we had with the doctor did not go well and left us with many unanswered questions and a lack of hope. There was a lack of caring, and or remorse for our situation. We have ultimately decided to find another clinic that will meet our needs and treat us with dignity, respect and not a number.

I presented with an obscure situation. Dr Moffitt, his team and the financial personnel Natalie have all been the best doctor/provider experience(s) I have had, and ive seen probably 10-13 doctors/specialists in the last 2 years.Fertility or infertility is complicated. They do the best they can to give diagnostic codes, and are willing to update them if test results support a different diagnosis code. This changes financial coverage from the insurance providers which they are also willing to work with. Ive never been listened to, or had my reality told and supported with facts. Ive never been dismissed here, nor have I been told doom and gloom or overly/unrealistically optimistic. Its been a real experience. I am incredibly grateful to this entire staff. My journeys just begun, but however it works out, im entirely grateful for your support and honesty.

The front office staff and billing are the biggest barriers to receiving excellent care at this facility. I was misquoted multiple times prior to treatment of the cost which resulted in thousands more dollars out of pocket. Their billing staff is unresponsive and you never receive a call back, and its near impossible to get ahold of anyone at the front desk to try to move this process along. Very disorganized from scheduling, to billing, to home care instructions. I am now a year out from treatment and just received a surprise $2k bill in the mail. Dr. Moffitt is caring and patient with questions. However, dont count on him to be there the day of. The providers switch schedules, or do not always update their patients of who you will be seeing. There is much better care out there then ARMS, and I am very fortunate that I found it. What is unfortunate is that I am still having to deal with the inefficiencies of ARMS 1+ years later.

Our experience with Dr.Moffitt and his staff has been absolutely wonderful. They always made my husband and I feel comfortable and answered any question that have come up during this difficult journey. We are happy that we chose this clinic and would highly recommend it to anybody who is seeking the best care for their own individual journey.

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. I originally spoke with Dr. Nelson. Did labs and ultrasound and wasnt call with lab results. Went in for a second appointment, paid my money to be given bad news.Although I did meet with Dr. Moffitt and he was very honest with me. He took the time to explain things to me and answer my questions. But I should of been called with my results before I paid my money. I love Caylyn, she is a wonderful nurse. I have been trying to call about getting my money back going on two weeks now. I have left several messages and no response back. This has been my worst experience ever with a doctor office. I did my research and heard great things. I even spoke to people who had good experiences. If I could give a zero I would. It also took me weeks to reach the billing person to get questions answer about my insurance.

I was disappointed with this office for several reasons.-I had an initial appointment for HSG/SHG imaging…they had me in the chart for IVF!!!! I had to tell the Dr/MA what procedures I was actually scheduled for. I was told to come with a full bladder, then once they realized they scheduled the WRONG PROCEDURE they told me to empty my bladder BUT forgot to have me take a pregnancy test, thank God I remembered and had to remind them!-THEN while reviewing results I was told everything “looked great”…my mom and I had to point out an significant abnormality on the screen that ended up requiring a referral for surgical intervention. I was told the referral would be sent over and it never was I had to call/follow up multiple times for it to be sent 2 weeks later.-front office staff is unorganized, they don’t answer the phone or have a voicemail option, they’re rude and unprofessional.

We went to arms after failing to conceive on our own. We had the most amazing experience with Dr. Moffat. He was absolutely amazing and went out of his way many times to make sure we felt comfortable. After we did my egg extraction I ended up getting 0HSS he was truly wonderful and called me on his day off over the weekend three or four times checking on me. I have never been with a doctor that went above and beyond for a patient like this. We now have 2 amazing 2 year old twins and we could never thank him and his whole staff enough!!

I was referred to ARMS by my PCP and a family friend, and I am so thankful we decided to work with them! Dr. Drew Moffitt and the entire team at Arizona Reproductive Medicine Specialists are amazing! The staff was genuinely interested in assisting us grow our family from our first consultation all the way through treatment. I appreciated Dr. Moffitt gave us all our options up front and was very straightforward with his approach, which allowed us to make the best decision for our situation.In addition to the awesome care and treatment from Dr. Moffitt, we were fortunate to work with two of his amazing nurses (Liz and Cailyn), both of whom provided us with all the support we needed throughout our process. Dr Moffitt and his staff are absolutely amazing. The fertility journey is emotional, scary, and full of unknowns. Everyone at ARMS is so friendly and takes into account your feelings and emotions. I worked with Dr Moffitt and the RN Gail with my first IVF cycle in 2017. They were so informative and put my worry at ease. It was a pleasure working working with them. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses to the phlebotomists to the financial staff were always helpful and friendly. My husband and I cannot thank them enough or put it into words what they did for us. They gave us the family we had been trying to have for 10 years! Our son, Jaxson arrived in February of 2018 a healthy and beautiful bundle of joy! One day he will know this story and how he is truly a Moffitt Miracle! I was searching for a new specialist and wanted to make sure third time was the right one. Dr. Moffitt came highly recommended by another specialist who trained with him. I also had some positive feedback from friends who were previous clients.Positive:He is very thorough. The staff is really friendly. Realized it helps with my anxiety when they compartmentalize each step so I can focus on optimal outcomes. He understands the big picture and really listens to previous experiences to determine the right path. The difference in treatments and the layout of the office compared to my previous clinic experience is significant. Less anxious and less distractions with the office environment.Improvements:Bit of a hiccup in the beginning as a new patient. The finance manager and clinic manager really took charge when they realized I was floating around and not on a specific list for the next procedure.I would suggest a courtesy follow up after a procedure like the egg retrieval to ensure recovery was smooth.After one step is done, I tend to feel lost with what to do next. Taking the initiative is encouraged and asking about the next step and timelines is important. Ive had to call or send a portal message every time Im supposed to prepare for a cycle. The front receptionist usually isnt helpful to book any appts and should go through the IVF coordinator.Overall, I am very happy I made the change in offices and only had some communication inconsistencies with the office.

Dr. Moffitt and staff were incredible! In a very uncertain and terrifying time in my life, they gave me (us) hope! They were all very patient with all of the questions that came with this uncertainty and guided me through the IVF journey. Thanks to them and their great work, I now have a precious, 4 month old baby boy! I highly recommend ARMS!! I am forever in debt to them for the baby I longed for!

Dr. Moffitt and his entire staff are amazing! He helped us get pregnant on our very first egg transfer and only one IVF cycle! The process was stress free because of how caring and explanatory everyone is at Arizona Reproductive Medicine Specialists! I would recommend them to everyone needing fertility assistance. If we decide to do this again we will definitely be returning to them.

Dr. Moffitt and his staff have been amazing during our IVF journey. We are so happy to have found this clinic and have felt so incredibly welcomed. I have called both Dr. Moffitt and Nurse Gail at all times of the days, and theyve always answered my questions happily and helped with any issues or concerns I may have been having. Even the embryologist (Amber) was AMAZING and called me every single day with updates and made me feel comfortable and in the loop. I definitely recommend them. They will work so hard to help you and keep you in the loop along the way. We are so very grateful for Dr. Moffitt and his staff and cant wait to meet our little miracle!

Dr. Moffitt! He is such a wonderful caring person. The minute I walked to his office; he was so patient listening to me. He realized my problem without any initial tests. He is an experienced and highly reputable doctor. I always feel home when I go for a check up or a visit. The team is outstanding. I want to say that he made my pregnancy easier than before after a tough miscarriage experience. Thank you, Dr. Moffitt, from the bottom of my heart and my baby girls heart.

Doctor Moffitt and his staff are all very professional. They answered our questions throughout the IVF process and made sure we were comfortable with each procedure. We now have 2 amazing children that we would not have had otherwise. I highly recommend Dr Moffitt and his team.

I absolutely loved my experienced with Dr Moffit!!!Everyone inside of the office was so nice during my entire process and we were successful on our first try of IVF! I had great experience with Dr. Nelson and Dr. Moffit both at ARM. Both the doctors are amazing. I started seeing Dr. Nelson first but she used to be available only on Wednesday at Phoenix location so I eventually started seeing Dr.Moffit. At first I was hesitant having a male doctor for doing any procedures for IVF but he made the process so comfortable that I never felt that I was seeing a male doctor. He is experienced and knows stuff very well. I ended up having just one embryo that made it to the blastocyst phase and Dr. Moffit made my IVF successful with just one embryo. Because of Dr. Moffit now we have a adorable 4 month old healthy baby boy. Dr. Moffit is very straight to the point and provides the best suggestion and treatment needed in order to having a successful round of IVF. When we needed to talk to him he was ALWAYS available. Caylyn was my nurse and I just can’t express how amazing she is. You would feel like you are talking to an angel when you have any concern. The document she provides for starting the IVF process is very detail and so easy to understand. I am super attached to this place as I made great memories with ARM. I hope to bring my baby to Dr. Moffit one day and express how grateful my family is to him and the staff of ARM.

We are so grateful for Dr. Moffit and his team. We were referred by a friend after seeing another specialist where we had multiple failed attempts. Dr. Moffit immediately found an issue that required surgery which eventually helped us have a successful IVF after 3 failed attempts. I will forever be grateful as our daughter is almost 6 months old now.

Updated review! Our baby boy is 15 months old now! We cant thank Dr Moffitt and his team enough for all the hard work they did to ensure everything went smooth. I just want every one to know dont give up if it doesnt work the first time keep on going it is worth it. I wouldnt trade my baby boy for anything in the world. We did the Era test before the last one to figure out the timing and it worked. Dr Moffitt you are a true blessing ! Keep up the great work!

We would recommend ARMS to anyone on this infertility journey. Dr. Moffitt was very upfront and clear about our chances with a low ovarian reserve. We were successful with our second IVF cycle with an adjusted protocol. We had great nurses ( Tabitha, Caylyn) who were very prompt with their responses to our many questions and fantastic medical assistants who made the endless blood draws easier than expected.

The staff along with Dr. Moffitt are the best there is in the business. They always make sure that you feel welcome and all questions are addressed. The MD never makes you feel rushed and always gos the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I would absolutely recommend this practice to those who are looking for help with infertility. My husband and I thought we would give it one last try. Dr. Moffitt and his amazing team made it happen! We will forever be grateful for what you guys do everyday:)The Sozas

More than any thing I would say get past the receptionist.... Dr.Moffit is amazing Tabitha is amazing, they made this daunting scary process easy for me and my family. I follow so many IVF groups and the women have so many questions in regards to their medication and are unable to call their Dr. I never had this issue every thing was laid out I never had to guess and if I had questions I could call my Dr. directly. They were very present through every step of the way when I think about my beautiful babies growing in my belly I also think of how blessed I was to be referred to ARMS and Dr.Moffit specifically. I am beyond grateful for the care that was shown to me and the blessings that has been given to me.

Staff was very friendly, and welcoming. Dr. Moffitt was very easy to speak with, and informative. He did not waste our time and let us just dive into the process we wanted. We now have a beautiful healthy 13 week old girl! I am forever grateful for Dr. Moffitt and his staff.

I have been a patient with ARMS for about 2 years now. My experience with them is nothing short of amazing. All of their staff are so genuine and sweet. Liz is the best, she works with the egg donors and always makes the process so pleasant. There are so many fertility clinics that treat you like just a number, and ARMS treats you with such care, and I wish I found them at the start of my egg donor journey!

It was a great experience with Dr. Moffitt who always put attention in the procedure. and my nurse Cynthia silvas always with her good attention/attitude with me. she is adorable!! We thank you so much for everything. Todays date 5/7/19, I am 5 weeks pregnant! We are happy and blessed .

My experience with Dr.Moffitt & the ARMS staff was amazing.We did 3 IVF transfers. #3 was our lucky little man! Due to my being in my late 30’s & my husband having a vasectomy 16 years prior to meeting, we were able to have the family I have dreamed of my entire life.We had one failed transfer & the 2nd ended in miscarriage, but everyone at ARMS was supportive every step of the way. I would trade any of it for the world!We don’t keep our struggle private. We share openly. And I hope ARMS continues to help people achieve their dreams.We hope to bring our son in to meet the team soon !Thank you Dr.Moffit & ARMS team for helping makes dreams come true!

I am sitting here writing this looking at my beautiful 2 week old baby boy. I am so grateful for the IVF experience I had here at ARMS. If you are determined and know 100% that IVF is your plan, then stick with it all.

I absolutely LOVED the practice - doctors (Faber, Johnson & Moffitt) and nurses (Kate, Shayna (sp?)) were FANTASTIC. It was personable and they always made us feel comfortable. It did take a few cycles to finally conceive but, thats not their fault! Anyhow, today - we are extremely happy and in love with our 6-month-old son! They helped us complete our family and for that, I will ALWAYS be thankful! I do agree though that the Billing department seriously makes them look bad - I finally had to ask one of the nurses to help me get my refund back since the accounting/billing guy NEVER got back to me. Other than that, theyre awesome!

Dr Moffitt was patient with me and took into consideration past treatments I’ve had and we chose a path accordingly. If I had questions regardless of time of day or weekends, his staff and nurse were always there to return my email or call ASAP. Caylyn was amazing!

Ive been seeing ARMS since 2019.My nurse, all of the staff and Dr. Moffitt have helped make my one huge dream a reality through IVF. Ive had 2 transfers with them-both positive, the second transfer was our sticky bean rainbow baby that we welcomed this March. The doctors really know what theyre doing and I cant say enough good things about my assigned nurse Caylyn. Shes been there to answer every single small and big question Ive had. IVF is a lot of hope, a lot of science and medications, and a lot of luck. It helps to have an experienced team on your side. Ill be going back to them for future transfers.

I was really disappointed with the clinic. I didn’t meet the provider but unfortunately the staff answering the telephone are not trained well. Every time I called to schedule an appointment it was a different answer. On top of that the last person I spoke with Vanessa was super rude and sarcastic! After complaining to the supervisor she didn’t seem to care much about the complain regarding her staff. Not happy at all, this is supposed to be a place that cares to help and I didn’t feel that way. For that reason I do not recommend this place, after this experience I decided to look for another place that do cares about their patients and are willing to help.

Everyone at ARMS has been so amazing during my journey. I love how they are always on time. Cinthia was my nurse that would tend to my questions, and I loved how they would answer whatever questions I had even if I felt they were silly questions. I am so thankful for their support through it all. I am now 8W4D with my miracle baby, thank you Dr. Moffit and staff!

I did 2 rounds of IUI with them and had a terrible experience all 2 times. I really don’t know why I kept going back. The only time I saw Dr Moffitt was the consult. He never did one of my exams. When I got all my paperwork to start at another fertility clinic they had falsified my documents. They had vitals from my first visit, lung sounds etc He never left his seat behind the desk!So frustrating to know you put all your money and trust into someone and they take advantage of it.They also charged me 110$ because I called and asked to speak to Dr Moffitt about my next cycle.I am at a new fertility clinic and since then had a surgery that was needed, MRI and bloodwork. Stuff I never did or would’ve known was needed bc they didn’t take the time to really help me.

Great experience with Dr. Moffitt and the nurse practitioner, Tabitha. I communicated mostly with Tabitha and she was always great with responding and always took care of me. I only had issues with front desk but my other experiences out waged any issues. We are finally expecting.

I find it interesting to read some of the other reviews. My wife and I have worked with ARMS over the course of approximately 4yrs (two successful IVF and the last was unsuccessful). We have always been treated kindly and with respect. It was explained to us from the start that we would not see the same provider each time we had a procedure. We had some bad experiences with some staff, but those few times did not out weigh the good experiences we had. We did find that the billing department is difficult to get answers from. We have even brought in our rowdy kids and that didnt seem to be a problem at all. Its really too bad that people have felt differently and have not liked their experience.

Thank you to Dr. Moffitt and his amazing team of people for giving me an answer to my fertility problems and solving it with a baby boy. Even though the IVF process is extremely hard, the MAs, nurses, doctors, anesthesiologists, front office staff, and everyone in between is so caring and willing to walk you through the process. Its almost sad to have graduated on because I miss these people, but thanks to them, Ill have my baby in my arms. Thank you 💙

My husband and I had been trying for 2 years to have another baby. Dr. Moffitt ordered blood work and an ultrasound and was able to determine my problem easily. He was upfront and honest with all of my options. 1 year later we are enjoying our beautiful baby girl! Thank you Dr. Moffitt!!!

Our journey to parenthood started more than 3 years ago with Dr Nelson.  As our treatment plan evolved and became more advanced, we found ourselves transferred to the doorstep of ARMS. This honestly, is the absolute best decision we have made in our quest to begin our family.  For over 2 years they shared our journey, the ups, the downs, the hope, the frustration, and even in our disappointment and tears.  Not willing to give up hope, they saw us out to the end, and with a bit of luck, hope, love, and a whole lot of persistence, they helps us fulfil our dreams.The team at ARMS is highly compassionate and knowledgeable. They were very flexible with our appointment times, and always kept in touch with labs, and updated treatment plans and options. They kept our hopes and dreams alive through disappointment and struggles.The ARMS team became more than just a treatment team, they became part of our family, and will forever more be cherished for being with us in this journey. Everyone at ARMS was amazing during my entire journey. The staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They were quick to return my calls or messages about concerns and questions I had. Id refer them again and again!

After almost five years of trying to conceive, my family decided to come to ARMS to see if we could get help with adding a blessing to our family. Although this has been an emotional journey, I want to give a shout out to Cinthia. She has made this journey so much easier for me. She has been extremely compassionate, she has assisted me with everything from my emotional state, to my worrying, to teaching me how to use my meds, to just reassuring me whenever I am in doubt. Worst customer service, very incompetent front desk! Apparently the front desk only answers the phone and takes messages. If you want to schedule an appointment, youll have to wait until the nurses take lunch and theyll call you back after lunch, sometimes. I had to keep calling back. They are idiots and just told me they cannot see me due to their doctor being out of the office. This is straight up BS! Im sorry your office cant manage a simple task of monitoring an outside fertility treatment. You have one job, and thats to do do my ultrasounds when my doctors orders it. Im glad to be going to a different facility! I cant believe your still in business.

From the ladies at the desk to my nurse Angela and the Financial counselor Natalie as well as doctor moffitt these people are the nicest most patient group of staff I’m glad I chose arms they go above and beyond with customer service do not listen to bad reviews you cannot make everyone happy stop reading the reviews and get your consultation booked

Writing this under my maiden name I haven’t started the process yet as I’m waiting for my consult but the doctor is very professional and kind called me to welcome me not sure what any of the bad reviews are for to be honest because I have not had one bad interaction with this clinic so far and will continue to update as my journey continues Dr moffitt is the guy to see

My experience with ARMS was amazing. The staff is wonderful, and make the entire process so smooth. Lizcell, in particular, is such a pleasure to work with. She is professional, kind and clearly communicates each and every step.

Dr. Moffitt and staff were amazing. Worked very well w my spouse and I. Never pushed us to do anything and was very patient. We got pregnant on our 2nd IUI. Thank you guys 💜

I cant even give this place 1 star. Its basically a money taking operation. I live in Louisiana so Im in a different time zone. I had an appt today October 19. I received a reminder call Friday October 16th. My appointment time was for 1:30 Arizona time. I would receive a call 1 hour before to collect payment. That should be 12:30 Arizona time. I WAS NOT told that they do not recognize Daylight Savings Time. I thought they were 1 hour behind me. At 3:00 pm I called and was told its actually 1:00 their time and the lady just returned from lunch. I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A CALL AT 12:30 pm! My husband and I both took some time off today for this appointment. I realize if I cant get a call at the correct time, why am I wasting my time. I refuse to pay for a service when the time is the issue. Very disappointed! This is a hard thing to go through. Especially when you have your hopes up for an appointment and they cant get the TIME correct. Dont waste your energy!

At Arizona RMS, you are less than a patient; you are simply dollar signs. The reception staff is rude and no one I encountered there seemed to know what they were doing. There were problems with each appointment I had. They would warn me of the cost of each appointment when I was booking it, but it was always more than I was quoted. Apparently the person who tells you what things costs either doesnt know how to look things up correctly or just makes it up. I sort of get the feeling they make it up on the fly. Of the 4 clinics Ive visited, this one is more than twice as expensive with less than half of the service, caring, and support of patients. Please find a better place to go.

We were able to conceive our baby girl on our first IVF cycle. The office staff, nurses, and doctors were caring and considerate. Highly recommend.

Horrible front desk. I called 5 times over the span of 8-9. No answer. Called at 10am, got a pickup. Told her how I was calling earlier, she was dismissive. Shortly put me on hold until I hung up. Im new to Arizona, but this seems to be a common problem here. Admin staff is very important. Represents the quality of business. Ill find a clinic that can atleast answer the phone properly.

You literally shamed my wife for not having information YOU had not given her. Ive never wanted to walk out of an appointment more in my life. This is an emotional time in both of our lives, and you made us feel awful. I didnt like your facility from the moment I entered, but I would have dealt with it for her. Instead, we will be finding somewhere else to help us.

It takes me 2 weeks and about 5 voicemail messages to nurses to get a call back. I was barely starting my journey and I already felt helpless, thank god I didnt start my treatment with them I cant imagine the anxiety of NEVER being able to get a hold of someone while going through IVF.

Thanks to Dr. Moffitt I have me beautiful baby! When I decide to expand my family I will definitely be returning to see him!

My experience here was very poor. It has been several years and the bitter taste of interaction with this staff is still powerful. The front office provided service that I found to be entirely unprofessional and the bedside manner of some of the doctors left my wife and I feeling despondent and abused.

If I could give this place a zero stars I would. The front desk and doctors are rude.There is a lack of communication between the medical staffs and you as the patient.This experience is tough as it is. This clinic and the staffs will make it worse for you.Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Definitely wish I would have started my fertility journey here in the first place! Amazing staff!!!! So thankful for all you guys do!
